Recent Key Decisions of Supreme Court
In Trump v. United States, the Supreme Court ruled that the president and former presidents “may not be prosecuted for exercising core constitutional powers,” and are entitled, “to a presumptive immunity from prosecution for all official acts.”
The justices ordered the lower courts to apply this decision to the Donald Trump case being led by Jack Smith.
In City of Grants Pass v. Johnson, the enforcement of generally applicable laws regulating camping on public property does not constitute “cruel and unusual punishment” prohibited by the Eighth Amendment. The Supreme Court has ruled that the law which disallows people from sleeping on public streets can be enforced against the homeless population.
In Fischer v. United States, the Supreme Court has ruled that the key charge used to prosecute and sentence hundreds of Americans for walking through the US Capitol building on January 6th, obstruction of an official proceeding, does not apply. Which likely means freedom for many American political prisoners.
In Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, the Supreme Court overturned a 40-year-old case called Chevron that granted radical levels of power to federal agencies.

“A family fishing company, Loper Bright Enterprises, was being driven out of business, because they couldn’t afford the seven hundred dollars per day they were being charged by the NMFS, the National Marine Fisheries Service, to monitor their company. The thing is, federal law doesn’t authorize the NMFS to charge businesses for this. They just decided to start doing it in 2013. Why did they think they could get away with just charging people without any legal authorization? Because in 1984, in the Chevron decision, the Supreme Court decided that regulatory agencies were the “experts” in their field, and the courts should just defer to their “interpretation” of the law. So for the past 40 years, federal agencies have been able to “interpret” laws to mean whatever they want, and the courts had to just go with it.
It was called Chevron Deference, and it put bureaucrats in charge of the country.
It’s how OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, was able to decide that everyone who worked for a large company had to get the jab, or be fired. No law gave them that authority, they just made it up. It’s how the ATF, the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives, was able to decide a piece of plastic was a “machine gun”. It’s how the USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service, the NRCS, is able to decide that a small puddle is a “protected wetland”. It’s how out-of-control agencies have been able to create rules out of thin air, and force you to comply, and the courts had to simply defer to them, because they were the “experts”. Imagine if your local police could just arrest you, for any reason, and no judge or jury was allowed to determine if you’d actually committed a crime or not. Just off to jail you go. That’s what Chevron Deference was. It was not only blatantly unconstitutional, it caused immeasurable harm to everyone. Thankfully, it’s now gone. We haven’t even begun to feel the effects of this decision in the courts. It will be used, for years to come, to roll back federal agencies, and we’ll all be better off for it. And that’s why politicians and corporate media are freaking out about it.”
In an era of bad news, the US Supreme Court has brought us some good tools that we the people can wield to work on restoring America.

Trump Floats ‘Televised Military Tribunals’ For Jan. 6 Committee, Jailing Top Dem & GOP Politicians
Former President Donald Trump over the weekend escalated his vows to bring justice to the Deep State, circulating posts on Truth Social invoking “televised military tribunals” and calling for the jailing of top politicians from both sides of the aisle.
Trump on Sunday promoted several posts from other users of the site that called for the jailing of his political enemies, including members of the House January 6 Committee and beneficiaries of leftist billionaire George Soros.
“Elizabeth Lynne Cheney is guilty of treason,” one post said. “Retruth if you want televised military tribunals.”
Another post called for the jailing of 15 top Democrat and Republican figures, saying, “they should be going to jail on Monday not Steve Bannon!”
The individuals included Joe Biden, VP Kamala Harris, Sens. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), former Vice President Mike Pence and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) among other politicians on the J6 Committee like Reps. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) and former Rep. Adam Kizinger (R-N.Y.).
A third post called for the arrest of Soros and some of the far-left politicians he’s donated to.
Some of the figures in the post not previously mentioned include Barack Obama, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, former President Bill Clinton, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and Govs. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif.) and Gretchen Whitmer (D-Mich.).
This comes a day before the Supreme Court issued a 6-3 ruling Monday that former presidents have total immunity from prosecution for any official presidential acts, but do not have immunity for any unofficial acts.
The Biden campaign denounced the posts in a statement to the New York Times, claiming that Trump “is doubling down on threats to our democracy,” adding that “the Supreme Court has now paved the way for him to do exactly what he is saying he will if he wins.”
Cheney likewise issued a statement on X in response to the posts on Sunday, saying, “Donald — This is the type of thing that demonstrates yet again that you are not a stable adult — and are not fit for office.”

The establishment is in total panic mode that Trump can, as clarified by the Supreme Court, dismantle the Deep State as part of his constitutional mandate given by the American people if elected in November.

Novel ‘Therapeutic Nanobodies’ Proposed to Combat Covid & Covid Shot Spike Proteins — Study
A recent study discussed a novel treatment method utilizing ‘therapeutic nanobodies’ (a form of antibody) for combatting the spike protein infestation caused by the Covid infection and the Covid vaccination.
“Nanobodies, single-domain antibodies derived from variable domain of camelid or shark heavy-chain antibodies, have unique properties with small size, strong binding affinity, easy construction in versatile formats, high neutralizing activity, protective efficacy, and manufactural capacity on a large-scale,” the study said in the ‘Abstract’ section.
Dr. Peter McCullough discussed this technology on his Substack Tuesday, saying the technology should be further researched as it potentially has promise in the treatment of spike protein infestation.
“Nanobodies should be a biotechnology explored to treat long-COVID/ vaccine injury syndrome. If proven safe and effective in Spike binding, nanobodies could either lead off or assist McCullough Protocol Base Spike Detoxification as the fundamental approach in large prospective, randomized, double-blind trials funded by the US HHS Biden Administration Long-COVID research program,” McCullough said. “Yang discloses more than a dozen nanobodies developed against the Spike protein and suggests they could be given by intranasal, inhalation, or intravenous administration.”

A different novel technology was described in a study coauthored by McCullough which Infowars previously reported on.

Former Donald Trump Attorney General Bill Barr and Fox News reporter Neil Cavuto laughed and joked about political commentator Steve Bannon being jailed by the corrupt Joe Biden regime.
While discussing Bannon turning himself into a federal prison on Monday, Barr noted the MAGA podcast host had previously said the former AG would be “the first to go to prison” under another Trump presidency.

Cavuto chimed in, saying, “I think he’s in prison right now, himself.”
The remark caused Barr to burst into laughter, with the Fox host grinning back.
