Video: Illegals Seek Out Biden’s Border Patrol Knowing They’ll Let Them Cross
Illegal aliens trying to cross into the U.S. expressed frustration over the fact Texas National Guard were patrolling the area instead of Joe Biden’s border patrol, aware they are ordered to let them cross.
“We’re looking for Border Patrol!” the illegals told a CBS affiliate reporter near Shelby Park, where the Texas National Guard have seized control of the area.

The illegals also expressed their annoyance that the Border Patrol were no longer in the vicinity to facilitate their unlawful entry into the U.S.
Texas seized Shelby Park in Eagle Pass earlier this month and is now actively arresting illegals and constructing razor wire barriers.
The order by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) prompted a legal showdown between state officials and the Biden Border Patrol.
The Biden administration sued the state to block the law and demanded access to the area surrounding Shelby Park.

The DHS filed a memo last week complaining that Border Patrol agents can no longer use their usual “staging area” to facilitate illegal aliens into the U.S., and must now do so in “suboptimal conditions” along a two-way highway, where there is “not a lot of space to safely intake migrants.”
This comes after Joe Biden finally admitted Friday that the U.S. southern border is NOT secure.
Election Expert Hacks into Dominion Voting Machine in Front of Georgia Judge USING ONLY A PEN To Change Vote Totals
An election integrity group is seeking to remove Dominion Voting machines in Georgia in favor of paper ballots ahead of the 2024 election in an ongoing lawsuit against election officials.
In a trial that began Tuesday, the plaintiffs asked U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg to order the state to stop using the Dominion Voting Systems touchscreen machines used by nearly every in-person voter statewide.
In the latest development on Friday in a federal court in Atlanta, University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science and Engineering J. Alex Halderman was able to HACK a Dominion Voting machine to change the tabulation using only a pen.
And he managed to do it in front of Judge Totenberg in the courtroom.

Halderman and Security Researcher and Assistant Professor at Auburn University Drew Sringall collaborated on a report in July 2021 where they discovered exploitable vulnerabilities in the Dominion Voting Systems’ ImageCast X system.
In June 2023, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia unsealed the 96-page Halderman Report – the Security Analysis of Georgia’s ImageCast X Ballot Marking Devices.

The report confirmed that votes can be altered in the Dominion voting machines because Dominion’s software is vulnerable and can be hacked.
Obama-appointed Judge Totenberg sealed and covered up the results of the investigation of Dominion voting machines in Georgia and sat on the report until last week.
Professor Halderman wrote about the report’s findings following its release, warning the Dominion vulnerabilities risk being exploited in upcoming Georgia elections:
Back in September 2020, the Court granted the Curling Plaintiffs access to one of Georgia’s touchscreen ballot marking devices (BMDs) so that they could assess its security. Drew and I extensively tested the machine, and we discovered vulnerabilities in nearly every part of the system that is exposed to potential attackers. The most critical problem we found is an arbitrary-code-execution vulnerability that can be exploited to spread malware from a county’s central election management system (EMS) to every BMD in the jurisdiction. This makes it possible to attack the BMDs at scale, over a wide area, without needing physical access to any of them.
Our report explains how attackers could exploit the flaws we found to change votes or potentially even affect election outcomes in Georgia, including how they could defeat the technical and procedural protections the state has in place. While we are not aware of any evidence that the vulnerabilities have been exploited to change votes in past elections, without more precautions and mitigations, there is a serious risk that they will be exploited in the future.
Halderman also warned that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who he claimed had been aware of the findings for two years, announced that the state would not install Dominion’s security patches until AFTER the 2024 presidential election.

Dominion, which is not a party to this case, said in a statement that there are “many layers of robust operational and procedural safeguards in place, overseen by local election officials, that help protect our elections and serve to ensure that any physical tampering is prohibited.”
Meanwhile, Judge Totenberg, who has “previously expressed concerns about the state’s election system and its implementation,” according to the AP, wrote in an order in October that she can’t order the state to switch to a system that uses hand-marked paper ballots.
Instead, she said she could order “pragmatic, sound remedial policy measures,” including eliminating the QR codes on ballots, stronger cybersecurity measures and more robust audits.

Video: SNL Mocks Trump’s Court Cases & 2024 Campaign in First Cold Open of Year
NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” took aim at former President Donald Trump in its first cold open of 2024, ridiculing his campaign and his slew of legal battles.
The parody sketch begins in a fake New York City courtroom with Trump attorney Alina Habba, played by Chloe Fineman, mocking her experience.
“And I want to make this perfectly clear, I am new at this and I am learning,” Fineman said. “Now, the president may or may not stop for brief remarks, but due to a strict gag order, he will not be commenting on anything pertaining to this case, Miss Carroll or the judge.”
Trump, played by James Austin Johnson, entered moments later before mocking his own legal team.
“You’re great on TV,” Johnson said to Fineman. “Maybe the worst lawyer I’ve ever had, which is quite an accomplishment. Look at this team…this is the bottom of the barrel, folks, this is who said yes. I’m in the lead for president, and this is the best I can get. Feels like a red flag, no?”
“You’re not getting paid, by the way,” he told his other lawyers.
Johnson’s Trump went on say he would be “abiding by this horrible gag order” before launching into a diatribe about the case and in so doing violating the gag order.
“So I will not be saying that the judge is an idiot or where he lives or what kind of crappy car he drives,” Johnson said.
Journalist Who Tried to Cancel Novak Djokovic for Being Unvaccinated Dies Suddenly at Australia Open
Sports journalist Mike Dickson, who led the charge against tennis champion Novak Djokovic for refusing to take the Covid shot, collapsed and died suddenly while covering the Australian Open in Melbourne.
Dickson, who had been writing for the Daily Mail for decades, tragically collapsed and died shortly before his 60th birthday in Melbourne on January 17.
His wife Lucy issued a heartfelt social media post announcing his passing.
“We are devastated to announce that our wonderful husband and Dad, Mike, has collapsed and died while in Melbourne for the Aus Open. For 38 years he lived his dream covering sport all over the world. He was a truly great man and we will miss him terribly. Lucy, Sam, Ruby and Joe.”

His cause of death has not been announced.
Dickson criticized Djokovic’s stance on the Covid-19 “vaccine” in numerous articles at the height of the Covid jab rollout, claiming his “reputation had been trashed beyond repair.”
In one of his pieces, Dickson wrote, “Novak Djokovic could ruin his chances of becoming the GOAT by refusing to take the vaccine…it is a strange hill to die on for a player who is so desperate to be loved.”

Dickson’s animosity toward Djokovic was made apparent in a Jan. 2022 article where he wrote, “Novak Djokovic will remain a hero to some, but to many others he has TRASHED his reputation beyond repair… the world No 1 thought he could work the system, but it turns out favourable treatment only goes so far.”
Djokovic responded to Dickson’s death with a gracious message on X.
