Bombshell Audio: GOP Official Caught Trying to Bribe Kari Lake Not to Run for Senate
Explosive audio recording surfaced revealing a top Republican official tried to bribe populist firebrand Kari Lake not to run in Arizona’s Senate race.
Arizona Republican Party chair Jeff DeWit can be heard in a 10-minute audio clip asking Lake to name a price to stay out of politics for two years on behalf of “powerful” Washington interests.
“There are very powerful people who want to keep you out,” he tells her in a conversation recorded in March 2023. “But they’re willing to put their money where their mouth is in a big way.”
“So, this conversation never happened,” he added.

Lake pushed back, saying, “This is crazy though. They should want me. I’m a great candidate. People love me. These people are corrupt.”
“Well, maybe you’re right,” DeWit agreed. “If you say no, it’s fine, it’s your choice. Don’t tell people.”
Lake said these “corrupt” people in question are going to “try to have me murdered.”
“It’s about being on the team. They want you to be on their team,” DeWit argued.
“But if they’re pushing a globalist agenda, I can’t do that,” Lake replied.
“The ask I got today from back east was: ‘Is there any companies out there or something that could just put her on the payroll to keep her out?’” he explained.
Lake indignantly shot down DeWit’s proposal.
“This is about defeating Trump and I think that’s a bad, bad thing for our country,” she said. “If they’re going to steal the election to make me and our movement go away, I’m not letting them do that.”
DeWit, who was chief operating officer on Trump’s 2020 campaign then framed it differently, asking her what dollar amount she would accept to bow out.
“Just say, is there a number at which….” he began before Lake cut him off.
“I can be bought? That’s what it’s about,” she said.
“You can take a pause for a couple of years,” DeWit insisted. “You can go right back to what you’re doing.”
“No,” she said, adding she wouldn’t take a bribe for a billion dollars.
“This is not about money, it’s about our country,” she said.
DeWit later lamented that he could be killed if his bribery proposal were to get out to the public.
“I think you should go public with this and then say hey….” Lake suggested.
“No. No, no no no,” DeWit asserted. “Then I turn my key in my car and *boom*.”
“Don’t tell anybody we had this conversation,” he urged.
Lake revealed the approach days after it happened during an appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference.
“This is a little bit controversial but I’m going to put this out,” she told the CPAC audience. “They came to my door and tried to bribe me out of getting out of politics. This really happened.”
Now, 10 months later, Lake’s claim has been 100% vindicated.
Lake is running against Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego for the Senate seat once held by Kyrsten Sinema, a former Democrat who left her party last year and is now registered as an independent.

Update: UK Security Guards Block Elton John’s Public Piano After CCP Censorship Attempts
Popular YouTuber Brendan Kavanagh, who plays the piano in public spaces, had an encounter in London’s St. Pancras Railway Station earlier this week when a group of CHICOM activists/agents approached him and demanded he stop recording them and delete his footage of them.
Kavanagh later learned security guards at the train station were blocking the piano from being played whatsoever.
After finding this out, he reached out to legendary musician Elton John to see if he’d like to comment on the piano being blocked by security following censorship attempts by the Chinese Communist Party since the “Rocket Man” singer signed the instrument and donated it to the station.
“Enjoy this piano. It’s a gift. Love, Elton John,” he wrote on top.
The YouTube pianist is now waiting to hear back from John, telling viewers, “I’ve just been in touch with a journalist from The Daily Express who has contacted Elton’s PR team to get a comment on the fact that his piano is no longer available for public use.”
See him play a surprise performance on the piano when he donated it back in 2016.

Watch: Texas National Guard Continues Erecting Razor Wire Barriers in Defiance of SCOTUS Ruling

The Texas National Guard is continuing to set up razor wire barriers along the southern U.S. border despite the Supreme Court ruling the Border Patrol can cut them down.
The Supreme Court on Monday sided with the Biden regime in a 5-4 ruling allowing the Border Patrol to cut the razor wire to allow illegal migrants easier access into the country.
Gov. Greg Abbott (R-Texas) announced Tuesday that the Texas National Guard will continue to place concertina wire along key areas of the border like Eagle Pass.
“The Texas National Guard continues to hold the line in Eagle Pass. Texas will not back down from our efforts to secure the border in Biden’s absence,” Abbott wrote on X.

Attorney General Ken Paxton also lambasted the Supreme Court for ruling against Texas’ right to secure its borders.
“The Supreme Court’s temporary order allows Biden to continue his illegal effort to aid the foreign invasion of America,” Paxton said in a statement. “The destruction of Texas’s border barriers will not help enforce the law or keep American citizens safe. This fight is not over, and I look forward to defending our state’s sovereignty.”

Trudeau’s Orwellian Attack On Canadian Truckers Declared Unconstitutional
Canada’s Federal Court ruled on Tuesday that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s use of the Emergencies Act in 2022 to punish protesting truckers was both unreasonable and unconstitutional.
“I have concluded that the decision to issue the Proclamation does not bear the hallmarks of reasonableness — justification, transparency and intelligibility — and was not justified in relation to the relevant factual and legal constraints that were required to be taken into consideration,” wrote Justice Richard G. Mosley in his ruling.
The decision follows an application for judicial review requested by the Canadian Constitution Foundation, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, and various other applicants who cried foul over the use of emergency measures to quell Freedom Convoy protests in Ottawa, which allowed the government to freeze the bank accounts of protesters, conscript tow truck drivers, and arrest people for participating in assemblies deemed illegal by Trudeau’s government.

According to Mosley, Trudeau’s regulations had violated Charter rights – particularly against freedom of thought, opinion and expression. The Emergencies Act order was also found to infringe on the right to security against unreasonable search and seizure.

“It is declared that the decision to issue the Proclamation and the association Regulations and Order was unreasonable and ultra vires the Emergencies Act,” reads the ruling.
“It is declared that the decision that the Regulations infringed section 2 (b) of the Charter and declared that the Order infringed section 8 of the Charter and that neither infringement was justified under section 1.”
The Canadian Constitution Foundation had initiated the judicial review, expressing concerns over what they deemed as a severe example of government overreach and violations of civil liberties during the pandemic.
“The Trudeau government’s use of this extraordinary law may be the most severe example of overreach and violations of civil liberties that was seen during the pandemic,” said Van Geyn at the time.
“The use of this powerful law was unauthorized because the legal threshold to use the law was not met. The Emergencies Act contains a last resort clause: it can only be used when there is a national emergency and there are no other laws at the federal, provincial and/or municipal levels which can address the situation. Parliament cannot use the Emergencies Act as a tool of convenience, as it did in this case.” –TNC.news
The government plans to appeal the ruling.
