Over 200 service members and veterans in an open letter to vowed to hold their military leadership accountable for the damage caused by implementing the now-canceled Covid vaccine mandates.

The letter published on Jan. 1, 2024 names specific senior military leaders who the signers claim broke the law and violated the Constitution.

“While implementing the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, military leaders broke the law, trampled constitutional rights, denied informed consent, permitted unwilling medical experimentation, and suppressed the free exercise of religion,” the letter states.

The letter explains how service members and their families were “significantly harmed” by the vaccine mandate and their “suffering continues to be felt financially, emotionally, and physically.”

“Some service members became part of our ever-growing veteran homeless population, some developed debilitating vaccine injuries, and some even lost their lives,” the letter states.

The military leaders they cite as responsible for the unconstitutional mandate include Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley who recently exited the military and Gen. James McConville, who served as the 40th chief of staff of the Army until 2023.

“These individuals enabled lawlessness and the unwilling experimentation on service members,” they state. “The moral and physical injuries they helped inflict are significant. They betrayed the trust of service members and the American people. Their actions caused irreparable harm to the Armed Forces and the institutions for which we have fought and bled.”

A number of the 231 signatories are veterans who are currently running for Congress and state-level political offices in a bid to convene courts-martial for the military leaders who pushed the vaccine mandates and pass legislation to reduce the income of those who’ve retired to zero.

“In the coming years, thousands within our network will run for Congress and seek appointments to executive branch offices, while those of us still serving on active duty will continue to put fulfilling our oaths ahead of striving for rank or position,” the letter reads.

“For those who achieve the lawful authority to do so, we pledge to recall from retirement the military leaders who broke the law and will convene courts-martial for the crimes they committed.”

“We intend to rebuild trust by demonstrating that leaders cannot cast aside constitutional rights or the law for political expediency,” the signers added.

Bradley Miller, a former U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, told The Epoch Times that the letter was written in a similar language and spirit as the Declaration of Independence, noting the signers “believe that we have suffered a long train of abuses that has come to a head with the unlawful COVID-19 shot mandate.”

“We would be negligent in our duty to uphold our oaths to the Constitution as well as negligible in our loyalty to our countrymen if we permitted the continued demise of one of our most hallowed institutions,” Miller said.

The Biden Defense Department imposed the Covid vaccine mandate for all military members under threat of court martial in Aug. 2021, mere minutes after the FDA approved the experimental mRNA shot.

The Pentagon was forced to rescind the vaccine mandate last January as part of the 2023 NDAA, a move the Biden White House called “a mistake.”

Only 43 of over 8,000 service members who were discharged for refusing to obey the vaccine mandate he returned despite the military begging unvaccinated soldiers to return to service amid an unprecedented recruitment crisis.

A letter is going out to soldiers which says, “former Soldiers who were involuntarily separated for refusal to receive the COVID-19 vaccination may request a correction of their military records.”

Biden has spent 39% of his entire presidency on vacation.

Former President Donald Trump lambasted Joe Biden for taking far too many vacations amid multiple crises, claiming he refuses to do any work while on holiday.

In an interview with Breitbart News, Trump lamented Biden ignoring major problems that require the president’s attention, and pointed out that he was still working when he vacationed as president.

“I have to say, when I take vacations I’m always working,” Trump said. “This is really the Southern White House. I have meetings left, right, and all day. Even if I’m playing golf, I’m always playing golf with somebody who is important like heads of countries, senators, et cetera. But it’s all work.”

Trump went on to claim that he heard Biden refuses to take phone calls or speak to anybody while on holiday.

“This guy takes a vacation and he doesn’t talk to anybody,” Trump said. “They say, ‘He’ll call you in two or three weeks because he’s on vacation.’ Did you know that? People call him and they say he’ll try getting back to you in the next two to three weeks because he’s on vacation.”

Biden is currently vacationing on St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands for the New Year holiday after spending the Christmas holiday at Camp David.

According to a New York Post report, Biden spent a staggering 37% of 2023 on vacation:

He spent 22 days, including travel time, on official vacation in all in 2023. That time was enjoyed at either his Delaware homes or in St. Croix, Lake Tahoe or Nantucket.

He also was at Camp David 26 days, not including the two days he was prepping and getting ready for a trilateral summit.

Biden’s number of getaway days in 2023 was only slightly down from 2022, when he spent more than 38% of that year at the same locations.

According to the RNC, Biden spent a 417 days, or 39% of his presidency since capturing the White House on Jan. 20, 2021, on vacation.

Biden has arrived in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where he’ll spend the rest of the year at the beach.

‘Green Day goes from raging against the machine to milquetoastedly raging for it,’ jokes Elon Musk.

Two very different New Year’s Eve celebrations encapsulate the political division in America heading into 2024, a pivotal election year.

First, during a Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve performance in Los Angeles, Green Day singer Billie Joe Armstrong swapped out lyrics in the song “American Idiot” to say, “I’m not a part of the MAGA agenda.”

The stunt illustrates how Donald Trump still lives rent-free in the minds of TDS-sufferers, even limousine liberals like Green Day.

Armstrong’s outburst toward the former president, who’s currently leading the Republican presidential field, led to a slew of memes mocking him for siding with the establishment.

Even billionaire tech entrepreneur Elon Musk noted the irony, posting on X, “Green Day goes from raging against the machine to milquetoastedly raging for it.”

While the aging rockers criticized Trump and his legion of supporters, the former president had a vastly different New Year’s Eve celebration of his own at his Mar-a-Lago resort that didn’t include whiny liberal wussies.

Trump kicked off the celebration with a feel-good, optimistic message about 2024.

“We’re going to have a fantastic year, we’re going to have a great year, our country has gone to hell, and we’re going to turn it around, we’re going to turn it around pretty quickly,” Trump said.

The celebration rolled on with a throwback performance from 90s hip-hop star Vanilla Ice.

Documents are expected to be released beginning Tuesday!

Former President Bill Clinton will be identified as “John Doe 36” in the soon-to-be-released trove of court documents related to deceased billionaire child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, according to reports.

Clinton, 77, is mentioned over 50 times across the redacted filings that will be released as soon as Tuesday.

“The names of more than 170 people — known only as John and Jane Does previously — with ties to Epstein are expected to be revealed in the documents after Manhattan federal Judge Loretta Preska ruled just before Christmas they would be unsealed in the new year,” reports NY Posts’ Alex Oliveira. “Because of the New Year’s Day holiday, the documents are expected to be released beginning on Jan. 2.”

“Many accusers and alleged victims are expected to be named, along with people who worked for Epstein over the years, were a part of his inner circle, or allegedly participated in his crimes.”

The Duke of York is “totally tormented” over the anticipated release in January of the documents filed in a since-settled defamation lawsuit Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre brought against the convicted pedophile’s madam, Ghislaine Maxwell, back in 2015, The Daily Mail reported Sunday.

“Andrew’s name is in there,” a source told the Mail. “He is beside himself with this latest development and everyone close to him is concerned for his mental wellbeing.”

Our cities are being absolutely packed with desperate people, and that is setting the stage for unprecedented societal chaos.

We have reached a stage in our societal collapse where everywhere you look there is a major dumpster fire.  In fact, it is difficult to name a single major area of our society that has not become a dumpster fire.  Unfortunately, conditions just continue to get even worse.  These days we are being hit with one thing after another, and this has created a “perfect storm” that our politicians have no control over.  For example, just look at the migrant crisis that we are facing right now.  During the month of December alone, more than 300,000 migrants will be processed at the southern border, and once they are processed the vast majority of them will be released into the country…

U.S. immigration officials along the southern border are on track to process more than 300,000 migrants in December, an all-time monthly high that will likely include record numbers of families traveling with children, according to internal government data obtained by CBS News.

The extraordinary number of migrant arrivals this month is the most dire juncture yet of a three-year-long crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border that has strained resources in small and large U.S. communities, left countless of migrants in limbo, prompted lawmakers to consider drastically limiting asylum and created a major political vulnerability for President Biden as he seeks reelection.

At this point, why would anyone try to come into this country legally through the front door when the back door is broken and completely wide open?

As Elon Musk has pointed out, we have never seen anything quite like this.

This crisis will almost certainly intensify during the year ahead, because these migrants are being drawn here by all the freebies that they are being promised.

If you can believe it, starting on January 1st the state of California will actually be offering “health insurance for all undocumented immigrants”…

California will welcome the new year by becoming the first state to offer health insurance for all undocumented immigrants.

Starting Jan. 1, all undocumented immigrants, regardless of age, will qualify for Medi-Cal, California’s version of the federal Medicaid program for people with low incomes.

Previously, undocumented immigrants were not qualified to receive comprehensive health insurance but were allowed to receive emergency and pregnancy-related services under Medi-Cal as long as they met eligibility requirements, including income limits and California residency in 2014.

Of course once they get here many migrants realize that things aren’t so nice.

New York City is supposed to be a “sanctuary city” and a place where everyone has a “right to shelter”, but at this point the Big Apple simply does not have enough beds for everyone.

As a result, migrants that have “run out their time in shelters” are being forced out into the streets to make room for more migrants that have just arrived…

That new reality is on stark display outside an East Village “reticketing center,” where every morning for the past few weeks, hundreds of people — mostly men — have queued in the frigid pre-dawn hours in a line that snakes around the block.

The building, the former St. Brigid’s Catholic School on East 7th Street, is now the centralized intake point for adult migrants who’ve run out their time in shelters — since the city has begun to put that on a clock — and are seeking a bed for another 30 days.

Those seeking a place to sleep are given a wristband with a number and a date scribbled in sharpie, indicating how many people are before them in line. The number of those waiting for cots, spread out across a network of emergency shelters across the city, is likely in the thousands, and it now takes more than a week to secure one.

Needless to say, New York City is not the only major city that is being overwhelmed.

All over the country, our rapidly growing migration crisis is fueling our rapidly growing homelessness crisis.

This year, homelessness in the United States has been rising at the fastest pace ever recorded…

Homelessness in America reached a new record earlier this year partly due to a “sharp rise” in the number of people who became homeless for the first time, federal officials said Friday.

More than 650,000 people experienced homelessness on a single night in January, a 12% jump from 2022, the report from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development found. That’s the highest number since the country began using the yearly point-in-time survey in 2007 to count the homeless population.

Why are we allowing vast numbers of migrants to overwhelm our cities when we already have so many people sleeping in the streets?

It doesn’t make any sense at all.

We have reached a point where Americans “are often too terrified to walk the streets” because homelessness has become so pervasive…

The homeless and drugs crisis tormenting major cities across the US has spiraled out of control in recent years, leaving many residents and local businesses furious over the downfall of their neighborhoods.

Residents are often too terrified to walk the streets and fear for the safety of their family, while rampant lawlessness is increasingly driving tourists and trade out of cities – with many companies shutting up shop altogether due to looting.

As I have discussed in previous articles, a substantial portion of the homeless population is on drugs, and those that are high on drugs are not particularly careful about where they use the bathroom.

As a result, poop in the streets is a major problem in communities all over America, and all of that poop can spread some pretty horrible diseases.

For example, just check out what is happening in Portland…

A highly contagious infection that is spread through tiny particles of fecal matter has broken out in Portland – with officials warning that the homeless population are most at risk of catching the illness.

Shigella is a bacteria that spreads through human feces. People transmit the infection after getting the microbes on their hands and then touching their mouths.

People can also spread the intestinal infection through sexual intercourse.

In 2024, I expect levels of migration and levels of homelessness to go even higher.

Our cities are being absolutely packed with desperate people, and that is setting the stage for unprecedented societal chaos.

But most of our politicians don’t seem to care.

Most of them seem convinced that everything will work out just fine somehow, and they certainly don’t want to hear from those of us that are deeply concerned about where all of this is ultimately heading.
