George Soros Pours Millions into Texas in Hopes of Shifting Power to Dems in 2024 Election
Billionaire globalist George Soros is pouring millions of dollars into various left-wing groups in Texas in an attempt to flip the state blue, according to reports.
Fox News reported Sunday that campaign finance records reveal Soros contributed over $3 million to at least five left-wing groups in Texas over the last year alone.
The bulk of Soros’ donations went to Texas Majority PAC, whose $2.25 million in funding came almost solely from the Hungarian-born billionaire.
“We need millions of more dollars and hundreds of more full-time staff to do this,” the group’s executive director, Katherine Fischer, told The Texas Tribune last week regarding its fundraising. “Texas Majority PAC works with partners across the state to create the conditions that will make flipping the state possible.”
Additionally, Soros has given $300,000 in the second half of 2023 to CTX Votes, $250,000 to the Texas Organizing Project, $200,000 to the Dallas County Democratic PAC, and $100,000 to a group called First Tuesday.
Former Republican congresswoman and Texas GOP candidate Mayra Flores recently claimed Soros’ accelerated activity in Texas shows the left is afraid of losing their grip on the state in light of Biden’s hemorrhaging Hispanic support.
“George Soros and his far-left dark money allies are pouring all this money into Texas 34 to prevent us from flipping seats. It works to our advantage because we’re going to be able to encourage more people, not just in Texas 34, but throughout the country, to join the fight, to donate to our campaign,” she told the Washington Examiner last week.
This comes amid an ongoing standoff between Texas and a coalition of states versus the Biden administration after Texas National Guard seized control of Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, a major border crossing thoroughfare.
Texas has become the center of the border battle with the Biden regime over control of the open border that’s allowed about 10 million illegal aliens into the country since 2021.
Texas’ steadfast resistance to the Democrats’ efforts to keep the border open help explain why Soros has been particularly focused on flipping the state blue ahead of 2024.

Joe Biden referred to Donald Trump as the “sitting president” during a speech over the weekend.

Without correcting himself, Biden went on to call Trump a “loser” for referring to U.S. fallen soldiers as “suckers and losers” after refusing to pay a visit to a cemetery in France.
The 81-year-old puppet president’s latest gaffe came as he was trying to bolster his support for his economic and foreign policies ahead of the 2024 election.
Days earlier, Biden made some nonsensical remarks while visiting a brewery in Wisconsin, calling Trump his “professor” instead of “predecessor.”

Oklahoma GOP Passes Resolution to Condemn & Censure Sen. James Lankford Over Biden Border Deal
The Oklahoma Republican leadership passed a resolution to condemn Senator James Lankford for his involvement in an outrageous border security deal with Democrats.
The resolution passed Saturday states that the party will withhold all support for Sen. Lankford until he abandons his involvement with the proposed legislation.
According to Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin, the border deal allows 5,000 illegal aliens to enter the U.S. every day, equating to approximately 1.8 million a year.

— How is that enforced? Once the 5,000 threshold is hit, a new authority is codified into law that requires Border Patrol to immediately remove illegal immigrants they catch without processing. They would not get to request asylum, they would immediately be removed. This includes removals back to Mexico, and deportations to home countries. This would be a *massive* change from current policy, which is that once an illegal immigrant reaches US soil, they must be processed via Title 8 and allowed to claim asylum. Under this new authority – they are not processed, and they are mandatorily immediately removed once the “shut down” threshold is reached.
— This “shut down” also takes effect is there are 8,500 migrant encounters in a single day.
— The “shut down” would not lift the next day. It wouldn’t lift until daily encounters are reduced to under 75% of the 5,000 threshold for at least two weeks. This means the “shut down” authority would not lift until two weeks of an average of less than 3,750 migrant encounters per day.
— Some family units will be released with ATD (Alternatives to Detention, ankle monitors etc).
— New removal authority to immediately remove all migrants who do not have valid asylum claims, which will be determined within 6 months rather than the years long process we have right now.
— Any migrant caught trying to cross twice during “shut down” phase would be banned from entering US for one year.
— US will need agreement with Mexico for MX to take back non-Mexican illegal immigrants. This hasn’t been ironed out yet.
The resolution accuses Sen. Lankford of undermining the rule of law by collaborating with Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) to continue facilitating an “invasion” at the border.

Former President also criticized the outrageous border deal, calling it “meaningless in terms of Border Security and Closure.”
“A Border Deal now would be another Gift to the Radical Left Democrats,” Trump wrote Friday on Truth Social. “They need it politically, but don’t care about our Border. What is currently being worked on in the Senate will be meaningless in terms of Border Security and Closure.”
Yet despite clear Republican opposition, Senate Minority Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is pushing the bill through the Senate anyway.

Three US Troops Killed, 25 Injured, After Drone Slams Into Base On Jordanian Border
An overnight drone attack on a US military outpost in northeast Joran has killed three American troops and left 25 more injured, according to breaking reports Sunday morning.
The outpost, called Tower 22, is located very close to the Syrian border, and the casualty rate is so high as soldiers were reportedly sleeping in tents when the drone struck. By all accounts thus far, the drone appears to have come from Syrian territory.

President Joe Biden issued a statement announced the attack on Americans, saying that “radical Iran-backed militant groups” in Syria and Iraq were behind it.
“While we are still gathering the facts of this attack, we know it was carried out by radical Iran-backed militant groups operating in Syria and Iraq,” Biden said. “Have no doubt – we will hold all those responsible to account at a time and in a manner our choosing.”
“Jill and I join the families and friends of our fallen – and Americans across the country – in grieving the loss of these warriors in this despicable and wholly unjust attack,” the statement added.
According to CNN:
US Central Command confirmed in a statement on Sunday that three service members were killed and 25 injured in a one-way drone attack that “impacted at a base in northeast Jordan.”
US officials have said that identities of the slain will not be revealed for 24 hours until their families have been notified.

Democrats Propose Bill to Prohibit Militia Activity
A pair of Democrat lawmakers introduced a bill that would effectively outlaw militias in the United States.
Senator Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) introduced the “Preventing Private Paramilitary Activity Act” on the anniversary of the Jan. 6 Capitol protests.
The bill seeks to limit most militia activity, creating criminal penalties for people who engage in certain conduct including intimidating elected officials, interfering with government proceedings and pretending to be law enforcement.
Markey claimed the bill will prevent another Jan. 6 incident while citing fake news about the events that transpired.
“Three years ago, white supremacists affiliated with paramilitary organizations stormed the U.S. Capitol, shattering windows, walls, and the families of five U.S. Capitol police officers,” Sen. Markey said in a news release earlier this month.

“Private paramilitary actors, such as the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, pose a serious threat to democracy and the rule of law, and we must create new prohibitions on their unauthorized activities that interfere with the exercise of people’s constitutional rights. The forces of bigotry, hatred, and violent extremism must be stopped for the sake of our democracy.”
Raskin claimed militia groups use “political violence” to intimidate people and threaten democracy.
“Our legislation makes the obvious but essential clarification that these domestic extremists’ paramilitary operations are in no way protected by our Constitution,” he said in a statement. “I’m grateful to Senator Markey for his partnership on this critical effort to protect the rule of law, deter insurrection and defend our democracy.”
Notably, none of the Proud Boys or Oath Keepers were charged with violent offenses on Jan. 6 yet some were still sentenced to decades in prison.
Enrique Tarrio, the Proud Boys leader, was sentenced to 22 years in prison despite not even being present in Washington, D.C. at the time.
Though all 50 states prohibit private paramilitary activity, especially when it comes to law enforcement roles, there are no federal laws governing it.

The legislation would prohibit publicly patrolling, drilling or engaging in harmful or deadly paramilitary activities, interfering with or interrupting government proceedings, interfering with someone else exercising their constitutional rights, falsely assuming the role of law enforcement, and “training to engage in such behavior.”
The lawmakers propose different tiers of criminal penalties, depending on whether violations result in injury or property damage. The bill would establish harsher penalties for repeat offenders, and probationary sentences for first-time offenders. It would also create paths for the DOJ and private individuals to seek civil federal lawsuits against paramilitary activity.
But lawful militia activity is constitutionally protected by the Second Amendment’s language about “a well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State.”
The Democrat bill also conveniently ignores the role federal assets embedded in the crowd played in instigating chaotic activities at the Capitol building on January 6, 2021.
