Trans ‘Milk’ as Good as the Real Thing – NHS
The drug-induced nipple secretions of trans women are as good as mothers’ breast milk for babies, the University of Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust claimed in a letter to campaigners made public in a report by British think tank the Policy Exchange on Sunday.
The healthcare trust’s medical director, Rachel James, argued that the off-label prescription drug cocktail men transitioning to female take in order to produce milk was “similar to the natural hormones which encourage lactation to develop when the baby is newly born.”
“The evidence which is available demonstrates that the milk is comparable to that produced following the birth of a baby,” James wrote in the letter, sent to Children of Transitioners last August.
Biological men who wish to lactate must first take hormones to grow milk glands and then take high doses of either domperidone or metoclopramide to stimulate milk production. Neither drug is approved for this use, though they are occasionally prescribed off-label to biological women who have trouble lactating.
However, domperidone’s own manufacturer, Janssen, warns patients the drug “may cause unwanted side effects affecting the heart in a breastfed baby” and “should be used during breastfeeding only if your physician considers this clearly necessary.”
USHT doubled down on its claims that chest “milk” was just as good as breast milk on Sunday. “We stand by the facts of the letter and the cited evidence supporting them,” it said in a statement.
That evidence reportedly included a handful of decades-old articles comparing milk produced by induced lactation with postpartum mother’s milk – apparently not distinguishing between milk produced by biological women and that produced by biological men – and the World Health Organization’s recommendation of breastmilk (which the trust called “human milk”) over infant formula.
The trust also cited a 2022 study that found there were “no observable infant side effects” in the babies of lactating trans women. However, critics pointed out that the study lasted just five months and included no long-term follow-up. Most writings on the subject “have not looked at what’s in the milk itself,” one medical expert told the Daily Mail.
The group admitted its policy was based on advice from “external organizations,” though it did not name them. USHT was reportedly the first UK health trust to adopt the term “birthing people” as part of its inclusivity efforts.
Denouncing the NHS trust’s claims as “unbalanced and naive,” Policy Exchange Head of Equality and Identity Lottie Moore slammed the organization for “compromising women’s rights and child safeguarding” by encouraging unsafe practices.
“A child’s welfare must always take precedence over identity politics and contested belief systems that are not evidence-based,” she told the Mail.

Opposition to mRNA Injections Now Considered a CRIME in France!
The French government just passed a law to fine and imprison people for refusing to get injected with mRNA (modRNA) “vaccines.”
All opposition to mRNA-LNP (lipid nanoparticles) injections in France is now considered to be “sectarian aberration.” Violations carry with them a penalty of 45,000 euros and up to three years imprisonment.
“It will not tolerate any criticism of the therapeutic treatments which will be recommended or made obligatory by the state,” tweeted Dr. Kat Lindley. “Any person who dares to openly criticize these therapies will be liable to fines and imprisonment.”
Known as Article 4, the highly illiberal law prohibits residents and citizens from saying anything bad about “therapeutic” treatments like mRNA shots that are either mandatory or just recommended by the French government.
“Already, renowned doctors are being targeted, whom this article will silence,” said a French X account called Annie Arnaud. “France is taking a totalitarian run. Macron and his henchmen are followers of the WEF (World Economic Forum) and globalist policies.”
“It is a catastrophe for the country where a majority of citizens no longer obey vaccine propaganda. Social unrest ahead.”

Medical Fascism on the Rise
Some accounts are saying that Article 4 was proposed but not actually passed, so it remains to be seen if any enforcement comes about because of this alleged ruling. Even so, the fact that there are politicians out there who believe in this type of medical fascism is concerning in and of itself.
“It’s nonetheless a very important warning to everybody about how extreme fascist members of the WEF and other globalists try to push their insanely sick ideas through everywhere, in all free countries,” one account wrote.
“That’s also the reason for the current mix of mass murder of the old freedom keeping cultures, the individuals holding these cultures of freedom, mass murder via poisons and in every other way, and combined with the replacement by totalitarian immigrants that is taking place, and combined with floating extreme fascist legislation everywhere. This massive push started with the extreme covid measures. They weren’t temporary, they were meant to be fully implemented from that moment on and forward. That’s also why the “emergency measures” have been kept for years after any “emergency” – in order to condition populations to extreme fascist measures.”
Another person wrote that it is critical for We the People, no matter in which country we live, to speak up and speak out against this type of thing. Not only that, but naming and calling out each and every medical fascist in government who promotes this kind of thing will likewise deter government abuses of power.
Another account wrote that Article 4 actually was adopted “in a 2nd vote,” which means France is now a medical dictatorship where residents and citizens have to take the prescribed “medicine” the government gives them – and do it with an approving smile.
Meanwhile, France is accusing Russia of fomenting a disinformation campaign concerning its government in this key election year.
The nation’s authorities say Russia has been running a longstanding online manipulation campaign against Western backers of Ukraine, which of course include France.
France’s foreign ministry issued a statement about how ‘no manipulation attempt will distract France from its support for Ukraine in the face of Russia’s war of aggression.”

Democratic Lawmaker Urges Vote Against President
In the latest example of opposition to US President Joe Biden from within his own party, Democratic Representative Rashida Tlaib publicly urged Michigan voters to oppose the president in the state’s primary election next week.
Rep. Tlaib made the call Saturday in a video posted by the Listen to Michigan campaign on the X social media platform. Listen to Michigan is an organization of pro-Palestine activists in the state organizing opposition to Biden’s support for Israel’s deadly campaign in Gaza, which has killed some 29,000 people.

“It is important as you all know to not only march against the genocide, [to] not only make sure that we’re calling our members of Congress and local electeds and passing city resolutions all throughout our country, it is also important to create a voting bloc – something that is a bullhorn to say ‘enough is enough,” said Tlaib, the first Palestinian American member of US Congress.
“We don’t want a country that supports wars and bombs and destruction,” she added. “We want to support life. We want to stand up for every single life killed in Gaza.”
Tlaib and other activists are urging Democrats to vote “uncommitted” in the party’s presidential primary election next Tuesday rather than supporting Biden or any of his challengers. Activists portray the move as a show of opposition to the president’s handling of the Palestine-Israel crisis. Biden has attempted to express modest criticism of Israel through leaked statements to the press alleging consternation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, but the US president has continued to back the country with the frequent provision of financial support and lethal aid.
In December the Biden administration even bypassed Congress to rush an “emergency” arms shipment to Israel, with Secretary of State Antony Blinken affirming the move was necessary in response to an alleged imminent security threat to the United States. Observers have noted Blinken could be impeached on perjury charges for the dubious claim, which is unlikely to generate opposition given the significant influence of AIPAC and other Zionist groups in US politics.
“This is the way you can raise our voices,” Tlaib continued. “Don’t make us even more invisible. Right now we feel completely neglected and just unseen by our government. If you want us to be louder then come here and vote ‘uncommitted.’”
Tlaib made the statement standing outside of an early voting location in Dearborn, a major hub of the Arab American community in Michigan. Pro-Palestine activists have warned Biden that his unrelenting support for Israel could cost him reelection in November, with Michigan representing a crucial swing state for the president. Former President Donald Trump won Michigan in 2016 with a margin of just 10,700 votes; Michigan has an Arab American population of some 211,000.
Tlaib has faced opposition within the Democratic Party for her championing of the Palestinian cause. In November the congresswoman, one of just three Muslims currently serving in Congress, was censured by the US House of Representatives for her use of the protest chant “from the river to the sea.”
In order to delegitimize pro-Palestine activism, Zionist groups have claimed the phrase is an antisemitic statement intended to express support for genocide of Jewish people. The chant actually refers to the geographic location of Palestinians’ ancestral home between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, where Palestinians currently lack full human and political rights. Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians were killed and driven out of the area during the Nakba, the violent campaign that marked the creation of the Israeli state.
Tlaib’s colleague Ilhan Omar, who is also Muslim, has likewise faced opposition from party elites for her pro-Palestine advocacy. The congresswoman reported receiving death threats after a highly unusual round of criticism from within her own party after she noted the influence of Zionist advocacy groups in US politics, with her statements also disingenuously cast as “antisemitic.”
Tlaib and Omar are among the more independent-minded members of the “squad,” a group of allegedly progressive and “socialist” members of the Democratic Party. Members of the informal group have typically backed Democratic Party leadership on most major issues, despite occasionally offering symbolic opposition.
The “squad” refused calls from activists to use the reelection of Nancy Pelosi as House Speaker as leverage to force concessions in 2019, with New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez claiming those championing the tactic were not “real” organizers. Poor and elderly terminal cancer patients were among the activists urging Ocasio Cortez to adopt the strategy, which was intended to promote increased healthcare spending.
The Democratic Party lost control of the House of Representatives during the 2022 midterm elections after US President Joe Biden failed to enact a minimum wage increase or act on numerous other campaign promises. Nevertheless the United States’ rigid two-party system frustrates activists’ attempts to challenge the party, with third-party candidates lacking the massive sums of money required to successfully compete in US politics.
Studies have found that candidates who spend more money in their electoral campaigns are overwhelmingly favored to be reelected in the United States. Still, the US continuously lectures other countries about “freedom” and “democracy” despite massive levels of corruption within its own political system.
