Ukrainian President Zelensky Claims He Didn’t Even Watch “Bulls**t” Tucker-Putin Interview

Gaining as much insight as possible into the leader of the country you’re at war with is probably a good idea

During a Fox News interview with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky this week, Fox journalist Bret Baier asked the Western puppet leader what he thought about American journalist Tucker Carlson’s recent historic discussion with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Zelensky bizarrely claimed his advisors had watched the interview and that he’d “heard some messages in media,” but not seen the whole thing.

He claimed he doesn’t have time to “hear more than two hours of bullshit about the war, about the United States, about our [Ukraine’s] relations and this interview with a killer [Putin].”

It’s quite astonishing for the leader of a warring nation to admit on television he never even watched the most historic interview ever given by his adversary.

Also, calling Putin a killer is an example of the pot calling the kettle black because thousands of innocent Ukrainian citizens in the Donbas have been killed under Zelensky’s leadership in addition to the hundreds of thousands of citizens being killed in the war itself.

Vacant LA Office Tower to Be Torn Down for Just 30 New EV Charging Stations

“I don’t know what’s crazier…this headline or seeing office properties drop 80-90% in just a few years.”

Kyle Bass, the founder of Dallas-based Hayman Capital Management, explained last year that the office tower segment of the commercial real estate sector is in such dire straights that towers need to be demolished as demand isn’t returning. He also mentioned converting these towers into residential apartments may not be feasible in some cases.

“It’s one asset class that just has to get redone, and redone meaning demolished,” Bass told Bloomberg in an interview.

In recent months, Vornado Realty Trust’s property near Madison Square Garden halted construction of a planned 61-floor office tower after Hotel Pennsylvania was demolished. The unfolding CRE crash forced Vornado to pause construction, with new plans of “temporarily” converting the property into tennis courts for the US Open.

The trend emerging for older towers is a complete tear-down. However, building a new office tower is no longer a viable option, considering the US market has years of elevated supply overhanging the market.

Here’s a great visual from a recent Morgan Stanley note showing how the CRE office segment is plagued with supply.

So, the trend at play is to tear down older towers, but what comes next?

Well, X user Triple Net Investorciting a recent note from real estate firm CoStar, pointed out that a 68,000-square-foot office tower at 8121 Van Nuys Blvd. in Los Angeles is slated for demolition.

What comes next might be surprising. And it’s not a tower, but actually, the very real possibility of a charging station for electric vehicles.

“Add electric vehicle charging to the list of new uses envisioned to replace underused offices across the United States,” CoStar said.

This is absolutely crazy…

Watch: MSNBC Freaks Out That Christian Nationalists Believe Their ‘Rights Come From God’

MSM pundit says real Christians don’t hold that belief

MSNBC on Thursday night told its audience that people who believe their rights come from God and not the government are “Christian nationalists,” not real Christians.

Politico National Investigative Correspondent Heidi Przybyla joined All In With Chris Hayes, saying:

“The one thing that unites all of them, because there’s many different groups orbiting Trump, but the one thing that unites them as Christian nationalists – not Christians by the way because Christian nationalist is very different – is that they believe our rights as Americans, as all human beings, don’t come from any earthly authority. They don’t come from Congress, they don’t come from the Supreme Court, they come from God.”

Here @MSNBC helpfully makes it clear their disdain for Christians in America.

She says that if you believe that your rights come from God, you aren’t a Christian, you are a Christian nationalist.

Somehow they seem to not mention that our own founding documents make this… pic.twitter.com/WTLMqcqTzg

Przybyla was dragged online for the remark.

Daily Wire reporter Megan Basham wrote:

“I don’t believe that MSNBC does not know that our founders believed this too. I don’t believe they don’t know that our Declaration of Independence asserts this very fact—that we are endowed by our Creator with inalienable rights. I think they are trying to erase it from our national history and identity so that we will forget that we have these rights. Because people who do not know that their rights come from God not government are easily ruled and oppressed.”

“[Christian Nationalists] don’t believe that our rights as Americans come from any earthly authority. They don’t come from Congress, they don’t come from the Supreme Court. They come from God.”

Podcast host Graham Allen asked, “HAS SHE NOT READ THE CONSTITUTION?!?!?”

WHAT IS WRONG MSNBC?!?!?

This panelist really said if you believe your rights come from God (and not Congress), you are a Christian nationalist.

Goes so far to say that those who believe this aren’t real Christians. ??

Has this Politico reporter on MSNBC read the Declaration of Independence?

— John McCormack (@McCormackJohn) February 23, 2024

Here’s MSNBC saying *anyone* who believes our rights come from God, not the government, is automatically a “Christian nationalist.”

That belief is central to the founding of our country. It’s in the Declaration. How embarrassing for @HeidiReports.

US Observes Significant Increase in Houthi Attacks on Ships in Past 48-72hrs

Houthis say they have carried out three military operations against vessels of U.S., U.K., and Israel

The United States have observed an increase in the number of attacks conducted by Yemen’s Houthis in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden over the last three days, Deputy Pentagon Press Secretary Sabrina Singh said on Thursday.

Singh made the remarks when asked about the number of US commercial and military vessels damaged or rendered inoperable by Houthi attacks, and whether the Yemeni movement had ramped up its attacks.

“Yes, we’ve certainly seen in the past 48-72 hours an increase in attacks from the Houthis, more consistency,” Singh said during a press briefing, while declining to give an exact number of the affected US ships.

Singh pointed out that although the Houthis have carried successful attacks on ships navigating through the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, they have also affected their own coasts and population.

By sinking the MV Rubymar, which was carrying about 22 metric tons of fertilizer, off the coast of Yemen, the Houthis have created an “environmental hazard” in their own backyard as the ship’s oil leaks into the sea, Singh said.

Moreover, a US-owned grain carrier which was recently damaged in the Gulf of Aden was carrying grain for the people of Yemen, Singh said.

“They [Houthis] are saying that they’re conducting these attacks against ships that are connected to Israel. These are ships that are literally bringing goods, services, aid to their own people,” Singh said.

The movement’s leader Abdul Malik al-Houthi said that as many as 48 vessels have been attacked in the Red and Arabian seas, and 183 drones and rockets have been launched into Israel in the 20 weeks since the start of Houthi military operations.

“As the enemy continues his genocide of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and does not agree to a ceasefire, our operations continue and increase in quantity and quality. The number of operations against enemy vessels increased to 13 in one week, and in 20 weeks of confronting the enemy in the Red and Arabian seas, 48 vessels have been attacked, and 183 drones and missiles have been fired at the enemy entity,” he said in a televised appearance on the Al-Masirah broadcaster.

The Houthi leader also said the Houthis’ armed forces have carried out over 1,100 military drills, parades and marches and trained more than 273,000 fighters over the said period as part of the general mobilization.

Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree said on Thursday that the movement has carried out three military operations against vessels of the United States and the United Kingdom, and Israel’s Eilat.

The Houthi movement, which controls large parts of northern and western Yemen, vowed in November 2023 to attack any ships associated with Israel until it halts military actions in the Gaza Strip. This led US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin to announce the creation of a multinational operation to secure navigation in the Red Sea. US and UK forces later launched major strikes against Houthi positions in a bid to degrade the rebels’ ability to target commercial vessels.
