Couple traveling globe filming content for social media issue warning to travelers.

A couple making social media content motorcycling around the globe was reportedly attacked and robbed during their travel in India, with the female of the group suffering a brutal gang rape by seven men.

The couple, “Vincente and Fernanda,” whose account boasts 282K followers, uploaded a video to Instagram following the assault, warning fellow travelers to be wary of rapists in India.

“Something has happened to us that we would not wish on anyone, seven men have raped me, they have beaten us and robbed us, although not many things because what they wanted was to rape me,” the couple’s Instagram story post stated, with video showing Fernanda’s face badly bruised.

“They raped me, they took turns while some watched and they stayed like that for about two hours,” Fernanda told Spanish TV channel Antena 3.

The rapists allegedly held a knife to Vincente’s throat while Fernanda was assaulted.

They were resting at a tourist market in Dumka on their way to Nepal when the attack happened. Vincente had a knife held to his throat while Fernanda was assaulted.

According to CNN, “The couple, who had been traveling by motorcycle from the state of West Bengal to neighboring Nepal, were found late Friday by police officers on patrol, said Pitambar Singh Kherwar, superintendent of Dumka district police in Jharkhand state.”

“The couple said they had camped out near the site where they were attacked because they could not find hotels nearby,” Reuters reports.

The couple later reportedly clarified that not all Indians were to blame for the savage assault.

Police in Dumka by Monday had reportedly arrested three of the men who took part in the assault.

The couple also posted an image of one of the alleged culprits still at large to social media, saying he was one of the most aggressive men.

The incident has sparked outrage and criticism of rape and violence in India, which gained international attention in 2012 after a girl was sexually assaulted on a bus by five men who penetrated her with a steel rod “which perforated her intestines,” according to Newsweek.

The couple’s brutal assault will hopefully serve as a cautionary tale for other travelers to be maintain situational awareness when traveling abroad in foreign countries.

Curfew imposed, police ask national military for help…

Haiti’s problems just went from bad to worse, as the UN and embattled Haitian government of Ariel Henry (who is currently abroad as armed rebels seek his ouster) prepare a Kenyan peacekeeping force to intervene amid constant armed gang warfare which have taken over the streets of Port-au-Prince.

Despite for months not having had control of the capital city, authorities have ordered a nighttime curfew following gunmen overrunning the country’s two biggest prisons.

“The police were ordered to use all legal means at their disposal to enforce the curfew and apprehend all offenders,” Finance Minister Patrick Boivert said of a new 72-hour curfew.

Local reports say that at least 12 people were killed and some 3,700 inmates escaped in the jailbreak. The prisons were stormed over the weekend, include a major facility in the capital and another in nearby Croix des Bouquet.’

About 80% of Port-au-Prince is already said to be under the control of the gangs, and the prison assaults started with armed groups staging a distraction by attacking police stations. The attack on the police stations then immediately followed with a coordinated assault on the prisons.

Given thousands of criminals just flooded the streets, the already bleak and lawless situation which has in many cases forced civilian residents out of their homes in the hardest hit neighborhoods, things are about to spiral further.

Reporters have in the aftermath witnessed bodies with bullet holes strewn about the prisons. According to the BBC, “Haiti’s police union had asked the military to help reinforce the capital’s main prison, but the compound was stormed late on Saturday.”

“On Sunday the doors of the prison were still open and there were no signs of officers, Reuters news agency reported,” the report continued. “Three inmates who tried to flee lay dead in the courtyard, the report said.”

A Haitian government statement said Sunday that those behind the attack were “heavily armed criminals wanting at all costs to free people in custody, particularly for kidnapping, murder and other serious offenses.” 

The US Embassy in Port-au-Prince is urging all American citizens still in the country to “leave as soon as possible” while other embassies are restricting services.

Haiti’s national police force has an estimated 9,000 officers, which has been unable to reign in the gang violence, given it also is responsible for the security and safety of the island’s 11 million people.

Queensland’s Police Commissioner and Director-General of Health ignored other possible solutions to reduce infections, justice rules.

The vaccine mandates imposed on Queensland police and ambulance workers in 2021 were unlawful, the Supreme Court has ruled.

Justice Glenn Martin on Tuesday found the COVID vaccine mandate issued by Queensland Police Commissioner Katarina Carroll in December 2021 had violated the Human Rights Act.

Martin also lambasted Director-General of Queensland Health Dr. John Wakefield for imposing a similarly unlawful vaccine mandate.

“Neither the Commissioner nor Dr Wakefield gave close attention to the possible range of solutions. Each was presented with a proposal for mandatory vaccination with little in the way of well-developed critiques of alternative means of reducing illness and infection,” Martin stated in the decision.

The Commissioner and the Director-General’s justifications for the workplace vaccination mandates were also “taken out of context” and “not supported by the evidence,” Martin stated.

The landmark decision by the court could lead to more lawsuits and similar rulings in the future.

The decision, which resolved three lawsuits brought by law firms Alexander Law and Sibley Lawyers, is the “tip of the iceberg,” said Bond University associate law professor Wendy Bonyton.

Prof Bonyton told The Australian, “There are other cases, based on similar grounds, similarly challenging the legitimacy of directions given during the pandemic. This one is interesting because it is the first one to go through… There will be more of these cases to come.”

Australian businessman and founder of the United Australia Party, Clive Palmer, who reportedly contributed between $2.5 to $3 million towards funding the lawsuits involving 74 police officers, civilian staff and paramedics, said he is considering further legal action following yesterday’s win.

“We could look at the class action for the ambulance workers and the police workers who have been subjected to harassment by their colleagues at the police department on the direction of the government to try to drop this case,” he told the press outside the Brisbane Supreme Court after the decision was handed down.

“This decision will force future employers and Government officials to properly consider human rights when implementing vaccine directions in future, at least in Queensland where there is a Human Rights Act which obligates them to do so,” said human rights lawyer Peter Fam.

But Fam cautioned that the ruling leaves out an “ominous” caveat that the mandate would likely have been declared lawful if the Commissioner had properly considered human rights advice.

“They won because the Commissioner did not appropriately consider the human rights advice she received. However, the Court also found that although each of the directions limited the workers’ rights to full, free and informed consent, (under Section 17 of the Human Rights Act), the limit was reasonable in all the circumstances,” Fam said.

“So, if the Commissioner could have proved that she had considered the advice she received regarding human rights, her workplace vaccination directives would likely have been considered lawful,” he added.

In other words, the vaccine mandates themselves did not violate human rights, but the directives to implement them were issued unlawfully.

Despite vaccine mandates dropping in 2023, Queensland Health has continued to discipline and even fire healthcare workers as recently as January 2024 for failing to comply with vaccine directives.

Decision will likely move on to the Supreme Court

A federal appeals court ruled in favor of Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott on Monday after a lower federal court previously blocked the state from arresting illegal aliens under Senate Bill 4.

“BREAKING HUGE NEWS Federal appeals court allows Texas immigration law to take effect. Law enforcement officers in Texas are now authorized to arrest & jail any illegal immigrants crossing the border,” Abbott wrote on X.

The 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals issued a stay of the previous judgment for seven days, allowing the Biden administration to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court if desired.

Perhaps the Supreme Court will rule in favor of Texas aspiring to secure its border, delivering yet another blow to Democrats following Monday’s SCOTUS ruling allowing Donald Trump to remain on all 2024 Primary ballots.

Trump sends ‘thank you’ care package to young man who stood up to LGBTQ+ cult.

A high school student from Connecticut who was criticized for ripping a tampon dispenser off a wall in the boy’s bathroom received a special gift from former President Donald Trump.

Footage circulating on social media shows the Brookfield High School student opening a care package from the 45th president containing Trump’s signature MAGA hat and a heartfelt congratulatory note.

“Oh, that’s fucking awesome,” the student says upon revealing the red baseball cap as he opened his package.

The student went on to open and read his letter from Trump, stating, “Dear Michael, thank you for your unwavering commitment to the success of Team Trump.”

“Your continued support means a great deal to me as we fight the radical left for the soul of our country. Our nation is strong because of individuals like you who believe in and defend the great American ideals of faith, family, community and country first. Together we will make America great again,” the hand-signed letter from the 45th president concludes.

The student’s protest comes as a new Connecticut law slated to take effect in September requires public schools to “provide free menstrual products… in women’s restrooms, all-gender restrooms and at least one men’s restroom.”

In January, the student at Brookfield High School was condemned by the school’s superintendent after he tore down a tampon dispenser from the boy’s bathroom just 20 minutes after it was installed.

At the time, the school’s Board of Education chair blasted the student’s move as an “ineffective” protest.

“This is not an effective way of doing it,” Brookfield Board of Education Chair Wendy Youngblood told CT Insider, adding, “Most importantly, it overruns the law and the rights of some people who need tampons.”

The school’s principal also criticized the student’s act, saying, “Use your words to start a dialogue rather than using your hands to destroy something.”

The school’s superintendent said students need to be re-educated on the matter, stating, “Brookfield High School is approaching this matter from a restorative perspective in that they are providing both education on the issue and work to remediate this issue with students.”

Meanwhile, a member of the Connecticut Pride advisory board characterized the student’s act as transphobic, claiming the student should just ignore the tampon dispenser.

“Just as racism is socialized and not innate, so too for misogyny and anti-LGBTQIAA+ bigotry,” Ridgefield CT Pride advisory board Alex Harris told the New Haven Register. “All such feelings arise from socialized fear of ‘otherness.’ There is no reason for teen boys to fear period products, the people who require them or the use of such products anywhere.”

Trump’s support for the embattled student signals he’s keen on stopping the LGBTQ+ cult from indoctrinating impressionable young Americans attending public schools.
