California to Make Illegal Aliens Eligible For Zero-Downpayment, Interest-Free Home Loans
In California, people are reacting to a controversial bill that seems to be inviting more illegal immigrants to cross the border rather than discouraging them. Assembly Bill (AB) 1840 would let “undocumented persons” receive the same kind of homebuyer assistance as U.S. citizens by making them eligible for the California Dream for All Fund, which provides interest-free loans for a down payment on a home for first-time buyers.
AB 1840 was first introduced by California Democrat Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula in mid-January and after several amendments, it advanced last week to the Committee on Housing and Community Development, where it awaits further action. Arambula last month told Fresno-based news outlet GV Wire that he “wanted to ensure that qualified first-time homebuyers include undocumented applicants.” When the bill advanced to committee after amendments last week, he told the Los Angeles Times that, historically, homeownership has been the main way people accumulate generational wealth in the United States.
“The social and economic benefits of homeownership should be available to everyone,” he said, arguing that it is wrong to exclude people from the benefits of the California Dream for All Fund program just because they’re illegal immigrants. The program, administered by the state’s Housing Finance Agency, provides loans for 20 percent of a home’s value but no greater than $150,000. Qualifying homebuyers repay the loans when selling or transferring the property plus 20 percent of any appreciation in its value. Applicants who earn less than the county’s area median income get a slight break, having to pay 15 percent of the appreciation. If a home doesn’t appreciate, only the principal will be paid back, meaning the loan is interest-free.
The proposed bill will amend Section 51523 of the California Health and Safety Code to include a subsection that reads: “An applicant under the program shall not be disqualified solely based on the applicant’s immigration status.”
As it nears becoming legislation, the said measure received flak from other lawmakers. “Assembly Bill 1840 is an insult to California citizens who are being left behind and priced out of homeownership. I’m all for helping first-time homebuyers, but give priority to those who are here in our state legally,” Republican California Sen. Brian Dahle posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Meanwhile, Arambula argued in the interview last month that the program won’t affect the state budget because the loans are supposed to be paid back with an appreciation fee. But despite the net impact of the program on the state budget being technically neutral-to-positive, some critics are concerned that it sends the wrong message and effectively rewards illegal immigration.
“We have a huge housing crisis in California and anything we can do to get people into housing we should do. However, we should help our own first. This next generation of people growing up can’t afford a house. I’ve got two kids in their early 30s and most of their friends do not own houses,” San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond told NBC 7 San Diego. “You incentivize illegal immigration by providing free healthcare, free unemployment benefits and tons of other freebies,” he replied to a post by California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s post. “It’s no wonder we are getting thousands of people by the day. This is on you as much as the federal government.”

Critics are also finding Arambula’s justification ludicrous. He said: “The social and economic benefits of homeownership should be available to everyone.” Parker Miller, a 2024 Washington Examiner winter fellow, blasted the lawmaker and raised the question: “Why are they not available to everyone?”
According to him, California needs to sort through the housing mess of its legal citizenry because the Golden State’s homeless situation is abysmal. Despite containing 12 percent of the national population, California has the largest homeless population at a full 28 percent of the nation’s total and 51 percent of the unsheltered homeless population in the United States. The state government has not provided adequate housing for them, so they are more likely to acquire ailments or die prematurely, Miller pointed out.
“The homeless problem is partly caused by the absurd unaffordability of housing in the state. California has by far the highest housing prices in the United States. Its median house price is $843,340, more than double the national median of $394,300. Such awful prices have forced many residents to cohabitate to afford the collective rent and mortgage payments of their homes,” he added. Some locals have been compelled to migrate out of the state and now, he argued, it is committing to prioritize foreign nationals over its own unhoused population. New House Bill Would Allow Americans to Sue Manufacturers of Covid Vaccines For Adverse Events And Deaths
Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) has introduced a bill that would allow Americans to sue the manufacturers of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines for vaccine-related adverse events, including deaths, by removing the liability shield that protects vaccine makers.
Roy said that the Let Injured Americans Be Legally Empowered Act, or the LIABLE Act, is necessary because Americans “deserve justice for the infringement on their personal medical freedom and those medically harmed deserve restitution.”
The LIABLE Act would “allow Americans who took vaccines that were misleadingly promoted and forced onto many Americans via federal mandates to pursue civil litigation for their injuries,” according to a summary of the bill. “These vaccines were given emergency use authorization unilaterally and did not go through the normal U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval process,” the summary continued.
“The damages and fatalities caused by the vaccine demand accountability. This legislation represents a critical milestone in rectifying these injustices and paving the way for a more accountable future. This legislation is crucial for holding vaccine manufacturers accountable,” said Mary Holland, president Children’s Health Defense.
Bill proposes removal of all federal liability protections for Big Pharma
The way the LIABLE Act removes federal liability protections for COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers is by removing those said protections when they were made into law when the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) was passed in 2005.
The PREP Act protects manufacturers and people who administer the vaccines from liability. This protection was extended to the manufacturers of COVID-19 vaccines, with the only exception being in cases of death or serious injury caused by “willful misconduct.”
The liability shield is even removed from individuals who, according to the Department of Health and Human Services, reasonably could have believed they were protected even if, in actuality, they were not.
Along with removing the so-called liability shield, the LIABLE Act also preserves the ability of injured Americans to access pre-existing compensation programs such as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Such access would be retroactive, allowing Americans vaccinated and injured before the LIABLE Act’s passage to sue.
“No federal law … may make the manufacturer of a COVID-19 vaccine immune from suit or liability, or limit the liability of such a manufacturer, with respect to claims for loss caused by, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the administration to or the use by an individual of a COVID-19 vaccine,” the bill reads.
“The long train of abuses committed by the government and public health establishment in response to COVID-19 will continue to impact the American people for years to come,” said Roy in his statement wherein he expressed his desire for this bill to pass “to empower Americans to remove crony federal liability protections for COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers and empower injured Americans.”
“Millions of Americans were forced to take a shot out of fear of losing their livelihoods and under false pretenses. Many have faced injury from the vaccine, but few have been afforded little recourse.”

SATANIC BETRAYAL: American Christian Pastors Coerced Congregants to Take Covid Jabs Through Covert ‘Faith4Vaccines’ Scheme
In exchange for cash bribes from the government, thousands of American pastors pushed Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccines” on their congregants, many of whom are now chronically ill or dead as a result.
The report from America Out Loud explains that a government program called “Faith4Vaccines,” which was birthed out of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) vaccine propaganda machine COVID-19 Community Corps, convinced money-grubbing “faith leaders” to sell out their flocks to Big Pharma.
The COVID-19 Community Corps has 86 founding members, most of them falling into the “faith leaders” category. They include (but are not limited to):
- American Baptist Church
- Catholic Charities USA
- Episcopal Church
- National Association of Evangelicals
- Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America
- New York Jewish Agenda

Manipulating scripture to brainwash
Some so-called pastors were not just swayed by money to manipulate their congregants, though. Through careful trickery, government officials manipulated scripture and biblical concepts to convince faith leaders that Jesus wanted them to push COVID jabs on their congregants.
Former National Institutes of Health (NIH) “Reverend-Doctor” Francis Collins – yes, he actually calls himself that – spoke to hundreds of faith leaders back in 2021 claiming that COVID jabs were God’s “answer to prayer.” He urged all of them to push the shots as part of a “love your neighbor moment.”
“In what was a sermon-like address tailored to appeal to these faith leaders, Collins admonished them not to believe ‘conspiracy theories’ about ‘possible side effects’ – which Collins falsely said were untrue,” reports America Out Loud about Collins’ bizarre speech.
Others in the Biden regime took a similar approach by pushing America’s pastors to push the shots because of some moral obligation to “love thy neighbor.” Many of them fell for it, subsequently crafting topical sermons about the importance of “getting protected” in order to protect one’s neighbors against the “virus.”
The manipulation scheme began as far back as February 2021, though it was likely hatched in secret long before that. Another program called “Faith in the Vaccine” was used to try to sway religious Americans to put their trust in modern medicine, in this case COVID jabs, to cleanse the country of the “pandemic.”
“As demonstrated at the Faiths4Vaccines National Summit, powerful government officials resorted to the use of religious doctrine to coerce faith leaders across the country to use their own spiritual influence, positions of trust, and sacred spaces to push the vaccines on their congregants,” says America Out Loud.
“Government officials claimed to know God’s position on the issue of the COVID-19 vaccines, failing to consider other perspectives or engage in open debate. In claiming that their vaccine ‘theology’ was the correct interpretation, our government leaders implied that any faith leaders with a different view opposed God or had an incorrect understanding of God.”
Since that time, it has become undeniably clear that COVID jabs are not the “gift from God” that many of these duped religious leaders and congregants believed – unless that gift was to purge much of the population through chronic illness and death.
“In reality, the purpose of the ‘pandemic’ Purim was to largely target White Christian nations – which had the highest vaccination compliance rates – and the highest death rates due to the ‘vaccines’ – upwards of at least 20 million deaths and counting.”

Cancer Risk Soars 52% Among Fully Vaccinated Aged 15-59, Pathologist Finds
A Croatian pathologist by the name of Ivana Pavic spoke with investigator Steve Kirsch recently about a disturbing phenomenon she is observing in people who got “vaccinated” for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19).
According to Pavic, 65 percent of all carcinoma cases among people aged 15 through 59 received one or more injections for the Chinese Virus, this with a 55 percent vaccination rate overall in the same age group.
Calculated out, this means that getting jabbed for COVID increases one’s risk of this particular form of cancer by 52 percent, something that was not disclosed when the shots were pushed through Operation Warp Speed.
Kirsch interviewed Pavic about the matter and you can watch that interview below:

Is COVID jab shedding causing unvaccinated to develop turbo cancers, too?
Kirsch likes to really spell out how he makes his calculations. And in this case, he presented a simple visual involving 100 people, 55 of whom are vaccinated and 45 of whom are not.
If the cancer risk in both groups is, say, 10 percent, you would have 5.5 and 4.5 with 55 percent vaccinated.
“To get to a 65% ratio, it would mean that more vaxxed people got cancer: 8.342 people,” Kirsch further explains. “So you then take 8.342 / 5.5 = 1.517. So a 52% increase over baseline risk.”
Based on this, it is a no-brainer why Pavic has not taken any shots and does not recommend them for anyone, regardless of their alleged risk.
“She is not alone,” Kirsch says.
“Hardly anyone in Croatia is opting for the shots anymore either, even though 99% of the doctors recommend them as safe and effective. Maybe I can get one of them to come on camera with me to explain their recommendation.”
Kirsch is known for unpacking and explaining these types of damning revelations about COVID jabs – revelations that the corporate-controlled media will never tell the public.
Kirsch also has a large following of actual doctors who likewise report their findings to him. One of them, a healthcare provider, explained that cases of “turbo” cancer in her circle started out being a strictly vaccinated thing, but are now affecting some of her unvaccinated friends.
“While initially the turbo cancers seem to only happen in the vaccinated, I have three friends / acquaintances in my larger circle of UNVACCINATED that died of fairly sudden cancer,” this person revealed.
“Not all of them would classify as a turbo, possibly, one was for certain an issue with a GPs questionable care. There is more and more live blood cell analysis evidence that now the unvaccinated blood shows similar inclusions or challenged blood profiles as initially was only seen in the vaccinated.”
In other words, COVID jab shedding appears to be passing from vaccinated to unvaccinated, afflicting the latter with some of the same diseases as the former, despite never having taken a single needle.
Another affirmed this, stating that she is likewise seeing an increase in cancer cases among her unvaccinated friends – though these friends supposedly tested “positive” at one point for either the Delta or Omicron variants of the so-called “virus.”
“I continue to say that the creation of the manipulated Spike Protein is the issue that MUST be addressed because that, IMHO, is what is causing almost all of the damage, whether through cancer, cardiac issues, auto immune diseases, etc.,” this person added.
“People who took the shots certainly have a higher concentration of spike, since there is evidently no mechanism for the body to stop making it, but too many people who did not take the shots are also facing significant health issues.”

Trump Has Plan to End Ukraine Conflict – Orban
Donald Trump intends to end the Ukraine conflict, if reelected as US president, and has a “detailed plan” to do so, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban told local media, after meeting the presumed Republican nominee.
The former US leader repeatedly claimed on his campaign trail that, if he had remained in the White House for a second term, there would be no hostilities between Moscow and Kiev. If voted back in, he promises to end the conflict “in 24 hours” by applying pressure on stakeholders.
Orban, who spoke with Trump at the Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida on Friday, did not explain how exactly the American would do that, but said that cutting the flow of US aid was a crucial part of the plan.
”If the US will not provide the money, Europeans on their own will not be able to finance this war, and then the war will end,” Orban said in an interview with M1 broadcaster on Sunday.

During his presidency, Trump had shown himself to be “a man of peace,” the Hungarian leader claimed. That stance puts him in alignment with Hungary, unlike the administration of US President Joe Biden and many members of the EU, he added.
”The American Democratic government and the leadership of the EU, as well as the leadership of the largest EU member states are pro-war governments. Donald Trump is pro-peace, Hungary is pro-peace. At the bottom of everything lies this difference,” Orban declared.
The Kremlin declined to weigh in on the remarks, with spokesman Dmitry Peskov saying on Monday that Orban’s account of Trump’s intentions was too vague for any specific commentary.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky previously expressed skepticism about Trump’s ability to deliver on the promise. He said if the plan was feasible, the American politician should share it with the public, or at least with Kiev. The Ukrainian government claims that a “just peace” requires a military victory over Russia and that it would agree to nothing short of that.
