From Trucker Boycotts To Grid Down – There’s Only One Way To Survive A Food Crisis

In our modern era of invasive technology, economic weakness, nuclear weapons and biowarfare, this is an unsustainable model. We can no longer ignore threats on instability in the hopes that they will go away or that governments will defuse the danger, nor can we simply pick up the pieces over and over again after each calamity.

If there is one reality that Americans need to accept, it’s that every system has a breaking point and there are no exceptions. Human beings are built to adapt and this has given us incredible resilience, but it also means we have a tendency to wait too long to fix the parts of our society that are broken. Instead, we let the problems build and fester until, sadly, the final straw falls and everything comes crashing down.

Sometimes this collapse is by chance and sometimes it’s by design. In either case the catalyst is the same – The public does not prepare and they don’t take action to correct the people creating the crisis until it’s too late.

There may come a time when the mess is so big we won’t be able to clean it up. People must plan ahead, and they must stop tolerating the notion of passive involvement in the mechanisms that influence their lives and future.

I write often about hypothetical trigger events and breakdown scenarios because a large number of people still need to be educated on how fragile the western world truly is right now. For example, any significant disruption to supply chains and logistics at this time would be devastating for a large number of Americans (or Europeans).

In the past couple weeks alone there has been a rising tide of political discontent among US truckers; the very people that handle over 70% of all freight in our country. They have threatened to boycott a number of Democrat controlled cities (primarily New York City) over a host of issues and complaints including the legal treatment of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.  This boycott may not play out in the near term (watch for talk of boycotts to escalate in November around election time), but the potential is on the table and it’s an important learning moment.  What would happen if the US freight system actually stopped?

US supply chains operate on a “just in time” freight schedule – Meaning, all the grocery stores in your area will carry just enough backstock to serve normal business operations for about a week, when the next fleet of trucks arrive.

The just-in-time structure is the lifeblood of the supply chain, and most American cities would fall into chaos after one week without it. Trains and railway networks handle around 28% of total freight and have struggled through a long state of decline. There is no realistic alternative to trucks.

FEMA and the National Guard could try to field drivers to fill the void, but consider this: There are currently 3.5 million freight drivers in the US today, and that number is at least 80,000 drivers short of what is needed. Do you think the government or the military is going to be able to come up with enough scabs to undermine a trucker strike against blue cities?  There’s no chance.

I have to say, I’m not opposed the concept of a trucker boycott; its a peaceful redress of grievances and all peaceful measures should be exhausted first. All they have to do is refuse to take on shipments to places like NYC or Washington DC – Many of them are subcontractors that can pick and choose whatever jobs they want.

However, we need to keep in mind how terrified the Canadian government was during their trucker protests; so terrified that they labeled the truckers as terrorists and started freezing the bank accounts of anyone supporting them. This action was against their own constitutional laws; that’s how effectively frightening a freight shutdown is to politicians.

Even so, if the US government responded in the same way as Canada, it still wouldn’t do much to stop a boycott. Tensions are extremely high and it’s only a matter of time before conflict erupts in one form or another.  The political left (and their globalist handlers) have offered no indication whatsoever that they intend to back away from their current destructive path. Something has to give.  Why not a trucker protest or red state protest cutting off blue regions from vital resources?

Unfortunately, there are still a number of conservatives and independents living in these cities that could be negatively affected by a freight shutdown along with their progressive neighbors. Maybe this strike never comes to fruition and everything will continue on as “normal.” Maybe not. The point is, anything can happen and the way our economy and supply chains currently function is not going to pass muster for much longer.

The average American has around one week’s worth of food in their pantry at any given time. With FEMA response in place a rationing system would be instituted over the course of several weeks, probably using a digital tracking method much like an EBT card. And make no mistake, there will be strings attached to any government rationing program:

Do you have the latest covid booster? No ration card until your shots are up to date. We see that you have registered firearms…you need to turn those in before you can get rations. We see that you’ve made problematic comments in your social media history, you may not be eligible.”

It takes around 7-10 days of zero food supply for panic to set into a population (when people finally realize things are not going back to normal). It takes two weeks for starvation to take a physical toll and three weeks for people to start dying. Riots and looting are inevitable, but that won’t solve the problem if there’s no food to loot.

Some people will argue that they only need to not be where the shortages are, but there’s no way to predict this. In the case of conservative trucker boycotts, the targeted areas are obvious, but that is only one scenario. There are a host of events that could cause a crippled supply chain in both rural and urban areas, including a mass immigration crisis or a nationwide grid down scenario.

The only viable solutions is to secure a long term food storage plan, and don’t forget the protein because western governments have become increasingly hostile against animal agriculture these days. (Get your affordable freeze dried beef supply HERE with promo code “market15”)

Food storage for each family for at least a year is essential. It doesn’t have to start there; even one month of food will give you an edge over most of the population and will ensure you don’t have to go begging to FEMA. But eventually a year’s supply or more is necessary (along with community organization for mutual security). This will give you time to establish a more permanent and sustainable food plan after the worst has happened.

You can see the storm that a logistical breakdown would cause. In 30 days or less a city like New York could be brought to its knees even with government intervention. On a national scale, regardless of the cause, the result would be about the same. Ultimately there are two kinds of people in the wake of these kinds of events – The people that planned ahead, and everyone else. It’s my hope that through education and encouragement we can convince enough of the populace to prepare so that this large percentage of Americans acts as a redundancy against catastrophe (leftists won’t listen, but maybe the rest of the public will).

In other words, the goal is to give the public a natural immunity against supply chain collapse, so that when the crisis does strike the effects will be greatly diminished.

1st Amendment Under Attack! Biden DOJ Orders Journalist To Surrender To FBI For J6 Coverage

Biden regime persecuting political opponents while claiming Trump wants to be a dictator

Joe Biden’s rogue Department of Justice ordered a Blaze Media journalist to surrender himself to the FBI on Friday over his coverage of the January 6th debacle.

“It’s really happening,” wrote Steve Baker, explaining the FBI has officially signed off on his arrest warrant.

?BREAKING?- This time, it’s really happening.

Unlike the two previous threats my attorneys received from @FBI / @thejusticedept (Nov. 21 and Dec. 23), my self-surrender for alleged J6 crimes is set for this Friday morning in Dallas, TX. There is now a signed arrest warrant.⬇️

— Steve Baker – TPC (@TPC4USA) February 28, 2024

Baker noted he’s been instructed to wear shorts and sandals when he sees the federal magistrate, showing he’s likely to be put into a prison jumpsuit and paraded around as a criminal for the media.

The prosecutor informed my attorney that I am to arrive at the @FBI field office wearing “shorts and sandals.” They didn’t have to go this route, as we’ve been told that my charges are non-violent misdemeanors.⬇️

— Steve Baker – TPC (@TPC4USA) February 28, 2024

Baker’s charges are “under seal” until the warrant is served on Friday.

We do not yet know the specific charges. Technically … they are still “under seal” until the warrant is served. All else is as yet unknown. By this weekend, I will officially be a misdemeanor domestic journo-terrorist. (Something like that.) And so it begins.⬇️

— Steve Baker – TPC (@TPC4USA) February 28, 2024

Baker told Blaze News, “They didn’t have to go this route. We have been told that my charges are only misdemeanors. And my attorneys have been assured that this will be an ‘in and out’ affair with ‘no intention’ to detain me. But rather than issuing a simple order to appear, they went the ‘arrest warrant’ route.”

“We do not know if there will be pretrial travel restrictions, although that has been the norm for J6 defendants — even for misdemeanor defendants,” he added. “It has also been universal that no J6ers are allowed to travel to Washington, D.C., which for obvious reasons will have a deleterious impact on my work. We also do not know if there will be any other accompanying restrictions or orders: gag order from talking about my case, no social media, limited social media, order to surrender devices and/or firearms. All unknowns.”

Editor-in-Chief of Blaze Media Matthew Peterson called the treatment of Baker “outrageous” and said they’ll soon show the world “footage from January 6 that shows Steve was clearly present that day as an independent journalist.”

He continued, “Government retaliation such as this against journalists contradicts the very idea of a free press, the purpose of our form of government, and what once was the American way of life. This should not be happening in America.”

The federal government’s treatment of @TPC4USA is outrageous.

He’s had unknown charges hanging over his head for years but after we started working with him the government sprang back into action. There is no need to put him in a jumpsuit or handcuffs except as a humiliation… https://t.co/pXe11IHvJS

— Matthew J. Peterson (@docMJP) February 28, 2024

What’s especially disturbing about the mistreatment of Baker is the fact that his reporting on January 6th contradicts many mainstream narratives and exposes facts the establishment is trying to keep from the American people.

The journalist’s attorneys have even suggested the U.S. Department of Justice may be orchestrating a “retaliation” against Baker due to his Jan. 6 reporting, which has focused on Capitol Police officers lying in court and the government’s bizarre handling of the J6 pipe bomber story.

Popular podcast host Tim Pool wrote on X, “Opposition journalists are being arrested. Biden is Putin now.”

Former Executive Director of the U.S. Senate Steering Committee Clint Brown wrote:

“This is disgusting. The Steve Baker situation is a good example for demonstrating the regime rules. We live in a weird hybrid authoritarian state. Sure, you’re free to mostly do whatever you want. For most people, their life is unchanged. But, if you cross the regime while not bowing to the narrative, the most powerful government in the world will crush you. The narrative is the law. And it’s not voted on by anyone. The narrative is crafted by a media, academia, IC, activist, uniparty machine. Cross the narrative and the actual laws will be used as the pretext for your destruction, but violating the narrative is your crime.”

Daily Signal columnist Mike Howell also commented on the news, writing, “The Regime is arresting Steve for the crime of exposing the lies at the core of the J6 narrative In a sane world, he’d be winning the Pulitzer Prize and a national hero for telling the truth Instead they’re arresting this journalist Truly evil behavior by Wray and his thugs.”

Of course, Baker isn’t the first journalist to be targeted by the corrupt Biden DOJ as Infowars host Owen Shroyer and many others could tell you.

The Smokehouse Creek Fire, burning between Canadian and Stinnett, exploded in size from 40,000 to 200,000 acres in a matter of hours on Tuesday. This prompted Republican Gov. Greg Abbott to issue a disaster declaration for 60 counties.

“Hot and dry conditions caused by high temperatures and windy conditions are expected to continue in the region in the coming days,” Abbott said in a statement. “These conditions could increase the potential for these wildfires to grow larger and more dangerous.”

According to a post on X, Pantex Plant, the nation’s top nuclear weapons assembly and disassembly plant, about 17 miles northeast of Amarillo, canceled plant operations “until further notice” on Tuesday evening, adding, “All weapons and special materials are safe and unaffected.”

Pantex has been the US’s main assembly and disassembly site for nukes since the mid-1970s. It assembled the last new bomb in 1991 while dismantling thousands.

Biden Moves To Attach Conditions On Israel Using US Weapons In Gaza

Bulk of weaponry and bombs which land on civilians in Gaza are supplied by the US

The Biden White House has clearly been struggling to both maintain a coherent Gaza policy that will satisfy Democrats – progressives among them – while also holding to the longtime US stance that Israel has a right to defend itself. But the Palestinian death toll is now nearing 30,000 – according to Gaza Health Ministry figures – which is creating immense pressure on Washington, both internationally and at home.

So far throughout the war on Hamas, Biden has refused to attach conditions on the defense aid transferred to Israel. All the while it’s been clear that the bulk of weaponry and bombs which land on civilians are supplied by the US. But the US administration now finally appears ready to give the Netanyahu government an ultimatum (at least “on paper” that is).

Axios reports in an exclusive, “The Biden administration gave Israel until mid-March to sign a letter, provided by the U.S. on Tuesday, that gives assurances it will abide by international law while using U.S. weapons and allow humanitarian aid into Gaza, three U.S. and Israeli officials told Axios.”

Israel has 45 days to sign the letter giving these ‘assurances’. Likely, Israel will have no problem doing so based on giving pledges to protect civilian life – but whether it actually does so is of course another question. Israel has long claimed that it doesn’t attack civilians, and says it acts within conventional international rules of warfare.

According to the national security memorandum

It also stresses that a country that uses U.S. weapons in conflict areas needs to provide “credible and reliable written assurances” that it will “facilitate and not arbitrarily deny, restrict, or otherwise impede, directly or indirectly, the transport or delivery of United States humanitarian assistance and United States Government-supported international efforts to provide humanitarian assistance.”

Sen. Chris Van Hollen, who has led efforts in the Senate for the US to attach humanitarian conditions to the lethal aid provided to Israel, has said: “We did it to make sure we have an accountability structure and that U.S. security assistance aligns with both our values and our interests.”

There’s long been speculation that if Washington shut off the weapons and munitions pipeline to Tel Aviv, the Israeli Army would quickly run out of munitions and would hardly be able to execute its war against Hamas in retaliation for Oct.7 and to free the hostages. Israel is also on a war footing with Hezbollah in the north, and a full front could open up there at any moment.

Israel is keenly aware of its damaged reputation internationally given the immense civilian death toll, and now the possibility of famine and mass starvation.

On Wednesday, Israeli military spokesperson Daniel Hagari issued a statement to a world Jewish humanitarian organization which stressed Israel is “fighting against Hamas, not against the people of Gaza.”

“Our aim in this war, our main mission, is to rescue our hostages but also make sure that the citizens of Gaza are free from Hamas,” he continued. “We are dismantling the military framework of Hamas from the north to the south. We already dismantled 18 battalions out of 24 and we are finishing the others, the last four are in Rafah.”

He further pledged that the some 1.4 million civilians in Rafah will be moved to a “safer zone” ahead of the all-out military assault of the southern city, believed to be coming by at least early March.

GOP Senators Make U-Turn as They Urge ‘Negotiated Settlement’ of Ukraine Conflict

“The reality at this point that we have to confront is that war ends with a negotiated settlement,” Sen. Rubio says

Many Republican members of the US Senate are openly calling for a negotiated solution to the Ukraine conflict, in what looks like a clear U-turn on their previous stance, Politico has reported.

The news outlet cited GOP Senator Marco Rubio, vice chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, as saying that “the reality at this point that we have to confront is that war ends with a negotiated settlement.”

He was echoed by his colleague J.D. Vance, who said “That’s probably where this thing ends up,” calling a negotiated settlement the most likely outcome of the conflict.

“No one can explain to me how this ends without some territorial concessions relative to the 1991 boundaries,” Vance added, in an apparent nod to Ukraine.

Politico recalled in this vein that the GOP members’ current position was unpopular just months ago, when those lawmakers declined to discuss the possibility that “Ukraine might have to give up something, including territory,” to end the standoff.

The lawmakers’ remarks come amid House Speaker Mike Johnson’s ongoing opposition to a vote on sending more US aid to Ukraine, with Russian troops continuing to advance after the liberation of the key city of Avdeyevka.

Speaking to reporters after the top four congressional leaders’ meeting with President Joe Biden at the White House on Tuesday, Johnson said he told the group and the president that House Republicans wanted to see action to address the southern border crisis before acting on the US’ new Ukraine aid worth $60 billion. “We must take care of America’s needs first,” the House Speaker pointed out.

Fake News 101: Media Falsely Claims Alex Jones Called Elon Musk A ‘Fraud’

Left-wing propagandists try to create rift between anti-establishment leaders

A Raw Story article published on Tuesday, led readers to falsely believe Infowars founder Alex Jones labeled X owner Elon Musk a “complete and total fraud.”

The headline, “‘Complete and total fraud’: Alex Jones turns on Elon Musk after he’s ‘massively censored,’” left many people online with the impression Jones has turned against Musk.

“Sad to see folks Elon kindly helped out turning against him. Elon didn’t have to let him back on X. Dude benefited so much and gets mad when ppl don’t watch his stuff. Blames Elon instead,” wrote one X user.

Thankfully, the Community Notes feature of the social media site properly points out, “Alex Jones did not say this.”

Musk responded to the post, asking, “What is Alex Jones complaining about?”

“Elon, this is a fake headline. I never called you a fraud. We are noticing that our banned(dot)video link is blocked on X and our livestreams have been getting flagged as sensitive even though they’re not. Would love for you to look into it as it seems like some of the old Twitter era censorship is resurfacing,” Jones answered.

Jones went on to clarify that he was calling Google a fraud, not Musk or X.

Fake news alert! I did not say @elonmusk is a fraud. I said Google is a fraud. I asked you to look in to why our URLs are getting blocked suddenly on X.

— Alex Jones (@RealAlexJones) February 28, 2024

“That headline is trash. I was making a point about how Google started out as a free and open platform and over time became more censorial. Here’s the video,” he explained.

Fake News 101: Media Falsely Claims Alex Jones Called Elon Musk A ‘Fraud’

The dishonest media is clearly trying to create a feud between Jones and Musk, but it might have actually backfired as the lying Raw Story headline DID get Musk’s attention and now the X team can look into why Banned.video links are being blocked by the platform.
