“The social and economic benefits of homeownership should be available to everyone,” says Democrat assembly member.

California Democrats once again prioritized illegal aliens over American citizens, this time by introducing a bill that would allow illegals to receive interest-free home loans.

Democrat assembly member Joaquin Arambula (Fresno) last month introduced Assembly Bill 1840 that would extend a first-time homebuyer loan program to illegal aliens.

“It’s that ambiguity for undocumented individuals, despite the fact that they’ve qualified under existing criteria, such as having a qualified mortgage, underscores the pressing need for us to introduce legislation,” Arambula said in an interview.

“Homeownership has historically been the primary means of accumulating generational wealth in the United States,” he said. “The social and economic benefits of homeownership should be available to everyone.”

Assemblymember Joaquin Arambula (D-Fresno) introduced Assembly Bill 1840 last month to expand the eligibility requirement for a state loan program to clarify that loans for first-time buyers are available to undocumented immigrants.

The California Dream for All Shared Appreciation Loans program that launched last March by the California Housing Finance Agency offered qualified first-time home buyers with a loan worth up to 20% of the purchase price of a house or condominium. The loans don’t accrue interest or require monthly payments. Instead, when the mortgage is refinanced or the house is sold again, the borrower pays back the original amount of the loan plus 20% of the increase in the home’s value.

The original program was established in an effort to help low- and middle-income individuals buy a home, but the program doesn’t address eligibility based on immigration status, Arambula said.

This comes after California became the first state to provide “free” healthcare benefits to illegal aliens in January.

That taxpayer-funded healthcare scheme also includes sex changes for illegal immigrants, the cost of which is believed to top $3 billion.

Meanwhile, a Harvard housing report found that home ownership has become increasingly unaffordable for California citizens despite the exodus of people leaving the state.

“Millions of households are now priced out of homeownership, grappling with housing cost burdens, or lacking shelter altogether, including a disproportionate share of people of color, increasing the need for policies to address the national housing shortfall at the root of the affordability crisis.”

Imagine if Democrats cared about their own citizens the same way they do for illegal aliens.

This comes after more than 100,000 Michigan Democrats voted “uncommitted” in the Tuesday primary election in protest of Biden’s handling of the Israel-Gaza war.

With the humanitarian disaster in Gaza growing more desperate each day, President Biden on Friday afternoon announced that the United States government would begin airdropping food and other supplies into the territory. Jordan has airdropped supplies in recent weeks, and Biden said that kingdom and other countries would join the effort.

Biden’s announcement comes after a catastrophe that saw more than 100 Palestinians killed by some combination of Israeli Defense Forces gunfire and stampeding after they massed on a convoy of about 30 trucks that had arrived in Gaza City to distribute food in the pre-dawn hours on Thursday. It also comes after more than 100,000 Michigan Democrats voted “uncommitted” in the Tuesday primary election, with many in the battleground state doing so to protest Biden’s handling of the Israel-Gaza war. 

Over half of Gaza’s more than 2 million residents have been forced from their homes. In the IDF-pulverized north — where Thursday’s horror unfolded and hundreds of thousands still linger — one in six children under age 2 are acutely malnourished, according to an analysis by the Global Nutrition Cluster.

More broadly, nearly 600,000 Palestinians in Gaza are near famine level, and disease is mounting. Driven to extreme measures, many are grinding animal feed into flour — and a toddler reportedly died last week after eating bread made that way. “We began to eat fodder and barley like animals in order to survive,” his weeping mother told al Jazeera.  

Officials tell Reuters the US relief missions will begin as soon as this weekend. Planning for airdrops must be done with great care. “There’s few military operations that are more complicated than humanitarian assistance airdrops,” said National Security Council spokesman John Kirby.

“The biggest risk is making sure nobody gets hurt on the ground.” In addition to that peril, airdrops have the drawback of being relatively inefficient, with each drop only equaling between one and four truckloads of cargo.

Delivering aid via trucks would be far safer and efficient — if only the trucks could get in to the beleaguered, 25-mile-long strip. On that front, Biden said the White House would be pressuring Israel to let relief flow. “We’re going to insist that Israel facilitate more trucks and more routes to get more and more people the help they need,” he said. Trucks laden with water and baby formula have sat for a month at Gaza’s border with Egypt, reports the Wall Street Journal. 

When Israel began its response to the Oct 7 Hamas invasion of southern Israel that led to the deaths of 1,139 Israeli civilians, military personnel and foreigners, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant announced that the deprivation of food to Gaza civilians would be one of Israel’s tactics:

“I have ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip. There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed. We are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly.”

Meanwhile, Israeli protesters have been attempting to prevent aid trucks from proceeding into Gaza. When reporters asked one of them, 32-year-old Rachel Touitou if she had any empathy for civilians in Gaza, she shrugged and said, “Should I have mercy on the children of today who will be the terrorists of tomorrow?”

About 90% of children in Gaza reportedly have some kind of infectious disease, with 70% suffering from diarrhea in the previous two weeks. ”Hungry, weakened and deeply traumatized children are more likely to get sick,” said Dr Mike Ryan of the World Health Organization’s Health Emergencies Program, “and children who are sick, especially with diarrhea, cannot absorb nutrients well. It’s dangerous, and tragic, and happening before our eyes.” Much, apparently, to the delight of Rachel Touitou and others. 

Initial US airdrops are likely to consist of military Meal, Ready-to-Eat (MRE) ration packets. On Friday, Biden told reporters that, in addition to airdrops and truck shipments, the administration would “seek to continue to open up other avenues…including the possibility of a marine corridor to deliver large amounts of humanitarian assistance.”   

Of course, no Biden appearance would be complete without the obviously failing president misnaming someone or something important. True to form, Biden twice said “Ukraine” when he intended to refer to Gaza. He was reading from a prepared statement, but things went wrong when he dared to speak on his own:

Illegal alien driver slams into multiple vehicles at busy intersection during dangerous chase near southern border

A high-speed pursuit in Texas ended when a Guatemalan suspect smuggling fellow illegal aliens slammed into multiple vehicles after reaching speeds of more than 120 miles per hour, authorities say.

The harrowing incident unfolded in Maverick County on February 23, but the Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) just released details and footage this week.

TxDPS troopers were attempting to pull over a suspicious Dodge Durango on US-277 when the driver swerved into the shoulder lane and sped past multiple cargo trucks.

A TxDPS helicopter tracked the speeding SUV as it flew down the rural highway towards the city of Del Rio in Val Verde County.

Troopers were unable to neutralize the fleeing vehicle with spike strips before it reached the outskirts of the city.

The driver wove through traffic before briefly slowing down as the SUV approached a busy intersection.

It appeared the driver would blow through the intersection, but suddenly the Durango struck multiple vehicles and came to a halt.

Law enforcement officers swarmed the Durango with weapons drawn and pulled out six people.

The driver, an illegal alien from Guatemala identified as Diego Perez De Paz, and an alleged accomplice from Houston were both arrested and charged with smuggling of persons.

De Paz was also charged with evading arrest.

Four illegal aliens being transported in the vehicle were turned over to U.S. Border Patrol.

Dangerous smuggling pursuits unfold constantly along the U.S.-Mexico border, as InfoWars frequently reports.

Kentucky State Senator argues that “child sex dolls” will curb pedophiles’ urges to abuse children in the real world.

A Kentucky Democrat State Senator left her colleagues in disbelief after arguing in favor of providing pedophiles with “child sex dolls” to discourage them from acting on their impulses against children in real life.

State Senator Karen Berg in her argument before the legislature refused to use the term “pedophile”, instead opting to use the term “minor attracted persons.”

“…there are what they call ‘MAPS,’ minor attracted persons and – the limited amount of research that’s done on these dolls suggests that they actually, for people who are attracted to minors, that these dolls actually decrease their proclivity to go out and attack children,” Berg argued in video obtained by Robby Starbuck.

“It actually gives them a release that makes them less likely to go outside of their home and what was interesting is the research did not support the same conclusions for people who were adult-attracted using dolls,” Berg added.

Adult-attracted? Must be a new term Democrats plan to use more in the future.

During her bizarre explanation, Berg admitted that “research is not very good and it’s not comprehensive” on the matter of sex dolls helping to curb child sex abuse before immediately claiming that “the research that is out there is conclusive.”

Fortunately, the GOP has an 82% majority in the Kentucky Senate so Berg’s insane proposition to aid in pedophiles’ fantasies isn’t going to make any headway. 

In related news, Democrats in Colorado just shut down a bill that would institute the death penalty for criminals found guilty of child sexual abuse and human trafficking.

Why are Democrats so quick to defend pedophiles?

Overall, it’s been a good week for Trump and the future looks bright.

The wins column stacked up for former President Donald Trump this week.

Amid ongoing lawfare and fake news attacks, “Teflon Don” scored some massive political victories this week boosting his re-election prospects and upsetting the Democrat establishment.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to hear Trump’s case on presidential immunity, possibly putting the Jan. 6 criminal trial headed by Special Counsel Jack Smith on hold until after the 2024 election.

Additionally, Judge Aileen Cannon overseeing the classified documents case against the former president this week is deciding whether to hold a trial on the case in July, which she characterizes as “unrealistic,” or delay it until August 12, as requested by Trump’s attorneys.

Adding to the courtroom victories is the very strong likelihood of a judge disqualifying Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from prosecuting her RICO case against Trump, following evidence the corrupt DA vacationed with the prosecutor she hired to oversee the case – raising the prospect of the case being scrapped entirely.

Adding to this, Ronna McDaniel’s departure from the Republican National Committee opens the door for Trump to appoint a leader more aligned with his MAGA agenda.

This week, RINO Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) also announced he would be vacating his seat at the end of his term, serving up yet another Trump win. McConnell has consistently thwarted the America First agenda, and Trump remarked he’d “approved so much for Biden it was almost as if the Democrats had something on him.”

Add to this the fact that the US Supreme Court hasn’t said whether Colorado can remove Trump from the state’s Primary ballot, a delay that works in his favor with Coloradans voting on Tuesday where his name will appear on the ballot and votes will be counted for him.

The successive victories come on the heels of another Republican Primary victory in the state of Michigan earlier this week, where Trump trounced Neocon Republican opponent Nikki Haley 68% to 26%.

He had another win in the Missouri Republican presidential caucus on Saturday:

And a Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll this week found Trump is currently leading Biden in seven swing states.

The Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll found Biden trailing Trump in several critical states — Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada and Wisconsin — when voters were asked who they would support in a hypothetical general election. Large shares of the respondents voiced concerns with Biden’s age, while a significant percentage said Trump was dangerous.

Across all seven states, 48 percent of voters said they would back Trump, and 43 percent would back Biden. Trump’s lead appeared to be the strongest in North Carolina, where he is 9 points ahead of Biden — bringing in 50 percent support compared to Biden’s 41 percent.

Overall, it’s been a good week for Trump and the future looks bright.

The former president used to be fond of declaring his supporters would win so much they would get tired of winning, and once again he’s living up to his promise.

However, be ready for the Deep State to strike back with tremendous force, as they tend to do when things aren’t going their way.
