The Biden administration is so worried Trump will “steal” the 2024 election that they’re working on stealing it first.
Rolling Stone published an article Sunday titled, “Biden Is Building a ‘Superstructure’ to Stop Trump From Stealing the Election,” describing how Joe Biden and his allies are “creating a legal network” designed to challenge a close election finish.

Over the past year, Team Biden has been conducting war games, crafting complex legal strategies, and devoting extensive resources to prepare for, as one former senior Biden administration official puts it, “all-hell-breaks-loose” scenarios. The preparations include planning for a contingency in which Biden’s margin of victory is so razor-thin that Trump and the GOP launch a tidal wave of legal challenges and political maneuvers to rerun his 2020 election strategy: declare victory anyways, and try to will it into existence.
“President Biden has been worried, for a while now, that Donald Trump is going to try to steal the election, if it’s very close on Election Day,” says a source familiar with Biden’s thinking. “If that ends up being the case, we are… also expecting the Republican Party to go into overdrive to help him steal it. We are continuing to build out the infrastructure to ensure that doesn’t happen — again — if President Biden wins and Trump and MAGA Republicans try to confuse [everyone] and sow chaos.”
The Biden network has since prepared a “superstructure” of legal teams who’ve already drafted legal motions in critical swing states in case of any “Trump-related emergencies.”
One swing-state Democratic election official involved with these efforts refers to it as a “superstructure” of various legal teams and liberal operatives who “are going to fight [Team Trump and election deniers] on all fronts and let them have it from all sides, if MAGA wants to tear down our democracy.”
According to two Biden campaign officials and two other sources with knowledge of the operation, draft pleadings and legal motions, for all kinds of possible Trump-related emergencies, are already written and at the ready. In critical swing states such as Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania, Team Biden is regularly in contact with an array of outside counsels and local law firms that have been retained to actively monitor what is happening on the ground, including with regards to the activism of election-denying Trump allies.
Additionally, the Democratic National Committee has already set aside “tens of millions of dollars in a robust voter protection program to safeguard the rights of voters to make their voices heard against relentless attacks from Donald Trump and the GOP.”
This comes in tandem with Attorney General Merrick Garland’s recent announcement that the Justice Department will work to shut down election integrity and voter ID laws — in the name of fighting racism, of course.
All while millions of unvetted illegal aliens — many of whom plan to vote for Biden — pour across the southern border and distribute across the country under the direction of the Biden regime.

The over-the-top Rolling Stone piece is reminiscent of the 2021 Time Magazine article boasting of the shadowy “cabal of powerful people” across industries who leveraged Big Tech and the complicit mainstream media and gamed the legal system with universal mail-in ballot laws to effectively sway the election for Biden.

The Rolling Stone piece was widely ridiculed on X, with users pointing out the projection given the Democrats asymmetric efforts to prevent Trump from running against Biden with numerous civil and criminal cases, efforts to bar him from the ballot in numerous states, and the New York Attorney General’s pledge to seize his financial assets.

The only solution here is to amass an electoral turnout so gargantuan that election fraud schemes or other Democrat efforts to deny Trump the election can’t overcome it, a notion even Rolling Stone admitted was possible.

‘The World is Upside Down’ CNN Balks at Trump’s Massive Polling Lead Over Biden in Michigan
CNN’s panel was shocked over former President Donald Trump’s significant polling lead over Joe Biden in Michigan driven by the Israel-Gaza conflict and the economy.
CNN’s “Inside Politics” host Dana Bash broke down the numbers on Friday, particularly Trump’s 20-point lead over Biden on who would do a better job on the issue of Israel and Gaza, and that “abortion and democracy” are “the only two issues” where Biden has an advantage.
“Then you look at other issues: U.S and world affairs, economy, immigration, Israel/Gaza, Trump has an advantage and it’s actually, if you look at the Israel-Gaza question, the fact that Trump has a 20-point advantage in Michigan. I mean, the world is upside down,” Bash exclaimed.

CNN’s political director David Chalian agreed but added the numbers do make sense given the left’s disapproval of Biden’s handling of Israel.
“But I think that finding probably explains a lot of Joe Biden’s troubles in Michigan right now as well,” he said. “I mean, it’s obviously an issue that we saw in the primary where the uncommitted vote against him, we see young voters, independents, people who have been affiliated with this, calling for a ceasefire movement, very frustrated with the president and his policies. And so that’s clearly partly at play here in Michigan.”
Bash responded, “Yeah. No question. But it’s hard to imagine that Donald Trump will be any more sympathetic to what’s going on in Gaza than Joe Biden is, which is what is so surprising.”
A CNN poll released Friday also showed Trump trouncing Biden in Michigan with 50% to Biden’s 42%.
Notably, 100,000 people last month voted “uncommitted” in the Michigan Democrat primary as a warning to Biden that they may skip voting on Election Day if he continues his current policy stance on Israel.
Pollster Frank Luntz Warns Seizing Trump Properties Will Backfire: ‘You Are Going to Elect Donald Trump’
GOP pollster Frank Luntz issued a stark warning to New York Attorney General Letitia James that she will ensure Donald Trump’s election victory if she proceeds with seizing his properties.
During a discussion on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360 Friday, Luntz, who is not a supporter of a Trump, said James’ bid to seize Trump’s assets will only play in his favor.
“I want you to remember this moment, and don’t forget it. If the New York Attorney General starts to take his homes away, starts to seize his assets, it’s all going to be on camera. Pundits are going to sit there and scream about this, ‘This man cannot be elected.’ You’re going to create the greatest victimhood of 2024, and you’re going to elect Donald Trump,” Luntz explained.
Luntz went on to say that the Democrats’ confiscation of Trump’s assets will also confirm to the American people that he’s the victim of political persecution by the Deep State.
“If they take his stuff, he’s going to say that this is proof that the federal government and the establishment in the swamp in Washington, and all the politicians across the country and the attorneys generals and all of this, that this is a conspiracy to deny him the presidency,” he said.
“He’s going to go up in the polls just like he went up every single time they indicted him. The indictment, and let’s not talk about whether it’s justified or not, but it will prove the things that he’s saying on the campaign trail, and he will go up, and it may just elect him president. Do not forget that.”
He also imparted words of advice for AG James.
“I say this to the attorney general right now, if you play politics on this, this is what the secretaries of state did in Colorado, and what they did in, I believe is Maine, his numbers went up in both states,” he said. “I don’t understand. I’m almost speechless in how pathetic the opposition to Trump has been and how completely misguided. And this is a perfect example of it.”
Luntz went on to lambast Joe Biden and his campaign handlers over their lawfare approach to beating Trump in November.
“How is Donald Trump beating [President] Joe Biden? He’s got 85 indictments that still exist. Felonies. How is he beating Joe Biden? With the economy getting better and things cleaning up? Okay, we [still have] inflation. You still got immigration. Trump is leading. And in the seven swing states, Trump is up by the margin of error in five out of seven. Why is that happening? Because his critics are stupid and they’re running a horrible campaign,” he said.
“And for those people who do not want Donald Trump back, they should be thankful that the people who are orchestrating his loss are as pathetic and they don’t understand the American people,” he added.
James announced last week that Trump has until March 25 to pay a $454 million bond or else her office would initiate the process of seizing his financial and possibly real estate assets.

LeBron James Reportedly ‘Concerned’ After ‘Sophisticated Criminal’ Squatters Invade Neighboring Mansion
Basketball star LeBron James and his wealthy neighbors are reportedly “concerned” over a group of squatters that have taken over a vacant Beverly Hills mansion nearby.
A $4.5 million estate at Beverly Grove, California, has been turned into an illegitimate business, hosting parties and charging large entry fees to attendants, Los Angeles Magazine reported.
Listing agent John Woodward IV said the operation is run by “a very sophisticated criminal ring of squatters” who he claimed are raking in upwards of $30,000 a month with their fees.

The mansion had been seized by a criminal court when the previous tenet fled after hiring a hitman to kill his wife.
“Taxpayers are paying the utilities to keep the lights on and the pool running. Neighbors are beyond pissed,” Woodward lamented.
“These squatters have been here since October, charging rents for rooms and throwing massive parties all night long,” he continued. “I just want to get this house sold to satisfy the court.”
The squatting operation eventually caught the attention of James, who is building a multi-million dollar estate in Beverly Grove Place, and his neighbors, some of whom are celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck.

Concern and frustration over the illegal occupancy of the Beverly Grove home aren’t exclusive to just Woodward — neighbors are also furious.
A group chat for many residents on the street has been overrun with anger over the ongoing situation, as Curbed reported.
“Cut off their water,” one person suggested.
The group became particularly infuriated when Gascón’s office said that the “squatters have rights.”
“Welcome to California,” a peeved person shared. “Thanks Liberals.”
A neighbor contacted the house manager for Lebron James, who stated that the sports star was very concerned about the situation.
When the neighbors of the illegally occupied residence pleaded with District Attorney George Gascón’s office to shut off the utilities, they were told “squatters have rights.”
“The Beverly Crest home is placed under the control of a court appointed receiver who maintains and preserves the property. The property is subject to a seizure order filed by the LADA Office to obtain the property as to provide restitution to the victims,” a spokesperson said in a statement. “LADA has no authority over the home until the court grants LADA the right to dispose of the property for restitution.”
James and his wealthy liberal neighbors don’t have a leg to stand on given their left-leaning sensibilities — these are the radical policies they voted for.
