Top FAA official complains that Flight Operations is “white-male dominated” and tells managers they need to “talk about what the future could look like.”

A shocking Zoom call recording shows Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) officials discussing how to reduce the number of white males in the aviation industry while fast tracking unqualified people into key roles like pilots and air traffic controllers.

The DailyWire’s Matt Walsh obtained a Zoom call from 2022 between senior officials at the FAA’s Flight Program Operations division talking about implementing Diversity Equity and Inclusion measures in the aviation industry.

McCullough then complains that Flight Operations is “white-male dominated” and tells the managers they need to “talk about what the future could look like.”

FAA’s Vice President of Flight Program Operations David Riggins responds, “That’s great, honestly. Those are some words that we really need to spend some time digging through and thinking about.”

Walsh added that in addition to receiving the video call footage, he also has been hearing from insiders and whistleblowers in the aviation industry warning that DEI is taking precedence over the industry’s once-stellar culture of safety.

For example, Walsh claimed a Delta pilot told him that the airline promoted a “trans-identifying pilot who repeatedly received bad reviews from captains.”

“According to the source, this pilot ‘would likely not have’ survived probation if he weren’t trans,” Walsh noted, adding the airline catering to “trans” employees has become standard practice.

But the DEI insanity extends far beyond the pilots.

And “billions of dollars in critical grant funding” is going to DEI programs and initiatives rather than other important aspects of the industry.

O’Keefe Media Group gains access to government-run illegal immigrant housing facility in Tucson, Arizona, being kept under wraps.

Journalist James O’Keefe’s media organization OMG infiltrated a secret government compound housing illegal immigrants in Tucson, Arizona, sending an illegal alien undercover to expose what was going on inside.

O’Keefe’s organization discovered the Catholic charity group Casa Alitas is using a converted Ramada Hotel to house illegal aliens, and did not want journalists snooping around.

Additionally, O’Keefe disguised himself as a homeless drunk to try to get answers on the compound from police.

“Our undercover journalist confirms with a migrant that they have seen many gang members come through in caravans,” the OMG founder wrote in an X post Wednesday. “The migrant tells us that Border Patrols suspect gang members but they still let them pass through, ‘They will ask about gang tattoos but Border Patrol still lets those people in.’”

Another illegal told the undercover reporter the NGOs funding the invasion, “Get paid no matter what.”

Responding to the exposé, X owner Elon Musk expressed exasperation, remarking, “Wow.”

Social media app owned by Communist China helping Chinese illegal aliens break US immigration laws.

The ChiCom-owned TikTok social media app is providing illegal aliens from China detailed instructions on how to penetrate the United States border by entering illegally through Mexico, according to 60 Minutes.

Depicting the collapse of the southern border as a humanitarian crisis, the CBS News program on Sunday documented how the throngs of illegal immigrants from China learn to navigate the illegal immigration process via TikTok videos.

“We wondered how all of these migrants knew about this particular entryway into California,” says the 60 Minutes reporter. She soon discovered TikTok was the answer.

“TikTok is a social media platform created in China the post we found had step-by-step instructions for hiring Smugglers and detailed directions to that hole we visited,” the reporter notes.

Over the past few months, reporters have witnessed an uptick in Chinese illegal aliens encountered at the border.

The issue was recently highlighted by Dr. Phil during an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity following the former television host’s visit to the border.

Between 2010 and 2020 it’s estimated that 1100 Chinese came across the southern border. In the first 11 months of ’23, it’s estimated that 33,000 came across. Many of them military-age men. Where do they go once they come across the border? We have no idea. They’re not being monitored. They’re not being followed. Look, in China, you don’t just decide, ‘You know what, I think I’ll take a trip.’ They have to go through certain steps to get out of China. It costs a lot of money to get here.

When they get here, what are they doing? If they’re working in farming? If they’re working in industry, I promise you they are expected to do certain things. Are they spying? Are they sending seeds back from farming to China? Are they getting plans from industries they’re working in? Who knows what they’re doing. We don’t know. We need to know.

Investigative reporter Michael Yon has warned that the influx of Chinese military-aged males represents the Communist Chinese exploiting migration as a weapon to take over the United States.
