Independent presidential candidate claims CDC ‘thumbing their nose at the Freedom of Information Act.’

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. issued a strong message on X Tuesday, criticizing the CDC for “thumbing their nose at the Freedom of Information Act.”

Kennedy was upset at the agency recently handing over 148 blank pages to Epoch Times reporter Zachary Stieber after the outlet requested information about a CDC study examining myocarditis cases developing after Covid jabs.

“The level of arrogance and contempt for the public in releasing a 100% redacted document is staggering,” RFK Jr. wrote. “The CDC is thumbing their nose at the Freedom of Information Act. Without transparency, there is no such thing as democracy. When I’m President, the CDC won’t get to decide what the public can see. Everything will be out in the open, and you won’t need a FOIA request to read any taxpayer-funded data.”

The presidential hopeful was responding to a video of Dr. Peter McCullough testifying before the Arizona State Senate’s Novel Coronavirus Southwestern Intergovernmental Committee last week.

In the clip, Arizona State Senator Janae Shamp held up blank sheets of paper and asked, “What good does a study to if there’s nothing there? Then, I want to know what may have been there that they want to redact it?”

Dr. McCullough answered, “We’re witnessing an active cover-up of a colossal consumer product safety debacle that’s basically affecting the entire world,” going on to accuse the U.S. CDC and agencies in other nations of covering up the irreversible damage done by Covid shots.

The entire Covid scam is being exposed more daily thanks to patriots fighting to get the truth out to the hypnotized masses.

Trump’s former trade adviser Peter Navarro held a press conference shortly before turning himself over to authorities in Miami, Florida to serve his 4-month prison sentence.

Navarro was found in contempt of Congress in 2023 for refusing to comply with a subpoena from the Democrat-led House Jan. 6 select committee, citing executive privilege.

“I am not nervous,” Navarro told a reporter Tuesday. “I am pissed.”

“When I walk in that prison today, the justice system, such as it is, will have done a crippling blow to the constitutional separation of powers of executive privilege,” he added. “The partisan nature of the imprisoning of a top senior White House aide should chill the bones of every American.”

“I am the first senior White House adviser in the history of our republic that has ever been charged with this alleged crime,” Navarro said.

“And it was only with my case that somehow that has changed,” he added.

Navarro filed an emergency petition to the Supreme Court this week to avoid reporting to prison, but it was rejected by Chief Justice John Roberts.

Mr. Navarro unsuccessfully filed an emergency petition with the Supreme Court on March 15 to avoid reporting to prison on March 19, but that bid was rejected by Chief Justice John Roberts on March 18.

The former White House aide said he would continue to appeal his case following the ruling, even if a resolution comes after the end of his sentence. His prison consultant, Sam Mangel, told The Epoch Times that for someone in Mr. Navarro’s situation with a lack of an existing record, the four-month sentence could be reduced to 90 days.

One of his lawyers, Stanley Brand, told The Epoch Times that Mr. Navarro would be the first White House aide in 240 years to be jailed for contempt of Congress “despite unbroken Department of Justice opinions” that say criminal contempt cannot be applied to them.

“So I’m pissed,” Navarro said. “That’s what I’m feeling right now. But I’m also afraid of only one thing: I’m afraid for this country. Because what they’re doing should have a chilling effect on every American regardless of their party.”

“They come for me; they can come for you,” he added.

Questions of fairness and bias after words of varying difficulty assigned to racially different contestants.

Footage of a spelling bee challenge between a black female and a white male is sparking outrage after it appeared words were assigned on the basis of race, with the white male receiving more difficult words.

In footage from the impromptu spelling bee taking place on an NBA basketball court, a black female host asks two contestants to spell different words, however a black female contestant was assigned easy words like “sprain” and “stress fracture.”

Meanwhile, the white male participant was asked to spell relatively difficult $10 words like “synovium,” ultimately bungling the spelling of “avascular necrosis.”

The unfair challenge, which unintentionally made the black person appear less intelligent than the white male by default, was slammed as an “Equity Spelling Bee” on social media.

The unbelievably biased challenge was blasted by social media users.

According to some X users, the lopsided challenge had nothing to do with race and was intended to be intentionally rigged by the home team against the contestant from the away team.

Surprise move comes day after Supreme Court blocked Texas from enforcing state legislation

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled in favor of Texas allowing the state’s law enforcement officials to arrest and deport illegal aliens for violating immigration law.

The statute, SB4, was approved by six of the nine Supreme Court justices with Sonia Sotomayor and Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson joining in dissent while Elena Kagan dissented separately.   

The Biden administration hoped SCOTUS would block the state law, claiming it created an “unprecedented intrusion into federal immigration enforcement.”

Liberal justices alleged the law “will upend the longstanding federal-state balance of power and sow chaos,” however, as Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton accurately noted in court, the law “mirrors rather than conflicts with federal law” that the Biden administration refuses to enforce.

Paxton celebrated the political victory on X, writing, “HUGE WIN: Texas has defeated the Biden Administration’s and ACLU’s emergency motions at the Supreme Court. Our immigration law, SB 4, is now in effect. As always, it’s my honor to defend Texas and its sovereignty, and to lead us to victory in court.”

GOP Texas Governor Greg Abbott also celebrated the “positive development.”

Police in Fort Worth, Texas, released a public notice informing illegals they would not be enforcing the law, stating, “Although we will always follow the law, the primary responsibility for immigration enforcement and border protection should be left to our federal and state partners.”

Essentially, the Fort Worth PD claims to follow the law while announcing they’ll directly disobey both the State of Texas and the Supreme Court of the United States.

The rift between states and the federal government is worsening as the rogue Deep State that has captured the U.S. government pushes its NWO agenda on unwilling territories.
