“DOJ deviated from its standard processes to afford preferential treatment to Hunter Biden”

The Chairmen of the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees, Jim Jordan (R-OH) and James Comer (R-KY) say that a whistleblower has brought them information that ‘seems to corroborate our concerns’ that the CIA directly interfered with DOJ and IRS investigations of Hunter Biden.

According to the whistleblower, the CIA “intervened in the investigation of Hunter biden to prevent the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) from interviewing a witness,” the letter, addressed to CIA Director William Burns, reads.

Specifically, the Committees were concerned at how “the DOJ deviated from its standard processes to afford preferential treatment to Hunter Biden,” which they learned “after two brave whistleblowers testified to Congress” that the Justice Department had done just that.

“DOJ officials restricted what investigative steps the investigators could pursue, tipped off Hunter Biden’s attorneys about investigative steps, and even prevented investigators from conducting witness interviews. The whistleblowers’ testimony about the preferential treatment provided to Hunter Biden has been corroborated by testimony from other witnesses and documents the Committees have received.”

The new whistleblower says that in August 2021, the IRS wanted to interview Hunter Biden associate Patrick Kevin Morris – and that “the CIA intervened to stop the interview.“

“Two DOJ officials were allegedly summoned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia for a briefing regarding Mr. Morris,” at which “it was communicated that Mr. Morris could not be a witness during the investigation.”

The Committees have asked the CIA to explain the alleged intervention – for which the Chairman have requested “all documents and communications” regarding the DOJ and/or IRS investigations of Hunter Biden, as well as “referring or relating to Patrick Kevin Morris.”

52-year-old Nadia Vitel was recently killed in a nightmarish scenario where she reportedly encountered a pair of squatters living in her dead mother’s vacant Manhattan apartment, leading the duo to beating to death.

According to the NYPD, Vitel’s 19-year-old son found her body stuffed into a duffel bag after he noticed a foot sticking out of the sack while searching the upscale apartment during a wellness check after she had been missing for two days.

“We believe that some squatters took the apartment over and this woman came home … and walked in on the squatters that were there,” NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny told the press.

Vitel’s autopsy revealed she suffered “blunt force trauma to the head, multiple facial fractures, a brain bleed and two broken ribs.”

Now, police have launched a multi-state manhunt for the suspects, a man and woman both in their 20s, who were seen fleeing in Vitel’s Lexus SUV in security footage viewed by police.

Law enforcement officials claimed Friday the fugitive couple was last seen in Pennsylvania where they wrecked the SUV and were trying to buy a new vehicle at local dealerships.

Oregon officials are using the twisting of legal definitions to shut down small backyard farms.

Small farmers are under attack in the state of Oregon, which has begun shutting down family farms throughout the state en masse under the guise of water conservation and groundwater protection.

Yanasa TV, a project of Yanasa Ama Ranch shared a roughly 20-minute video – you can watch it below – explaining what is going on in the Beaver State as bureaucrats erroneously dub small family farms as concentrated animal feeding operations, or CAFOs, in order to shut them down “for the environment.”

“The state of Oregon has effectively shut down small farms and market gardens on a large scale, and they’re actually sending out cease-and-desist letters to farms and they’re using satellite technology to find their victims and send them these letters that say you can’t operate,” the rancher in the video below explains.

Small farms aren’t CAFOs

The rancher explains that there are two different laws that Oregon officials are using to conduct these shutdowns. One involves the state of Oregon’s broadly vague definition of a CAFO, which reads, in part, as follows:

“The State of Oregon defines CAFOs as the concentrated feeding or holding of animals or poultry, including but not limited to horse, cattle, sheep, or swine feeding areas, dairy confinement areas, and poultry and egg production facilities where the surface has been prepared with concrete, rock or fibrous material to support animals in wet weather.”

Based on this definition, a few-acre homestead with pasture and, say, two milking cows and some chickens qualifies as a CAFO if it has any area on the property where rock or gravel is used as a pathway to get to a small barn or coop.

“The way that they have redefined CAFOs is going to impact nearly everybody,” the rancher warns about Oregon’s “updated” CAFO definition, which impacts his property as well. “Even on our property, we don’t have animals that are necessarily contained in one area (they’re roaming on pastures).”

Back in January of this year, a lawsuit was filed on behalf of small family farms throughout Oregon, arguing that the definition of a CAFO is too broad and negatively impacts pretty much anyone who produces eggs from backyard chickens, no matter the size of their property.

The case was recently covered by National Review, explaining that Oregon’s government “joined forces” with the large-scale dairy industry to oppress and tyrannize Oregon’s small farmers.

“This law is being enforced in the state of Oregon,” the rancher warns, telling the same story as National Review about Godspeed Hollow Farm in Newburg, Ore., which has been reclassified as a CAFO simply because it has a gravel pathway from the milking machine to the pickup station just 100 feet in distance.

“[Oregon] has already shut down some farms. There is an injunction on some of the definition of the law until it can be heard in court. Currently small dairy farmers … a lot of what they’re requiring is simply too much for the small farmer.”

All Oregon groundwater, even on private property, considered public

Another thing Oregon farmers are having to deal with is the state’s rules on water. The only water that farmers are legally allowed to collect in Oregon is rainwater. Everything else, including water from rivers and streams, and even groundwater on private property, is considered a public resource.

Because of this rule, Oregon farmers are not even allowed to use water from their own private wells to irrigate their crops and hydrate their animals without a permit. Coupled with the CAFO rule, this one concerning water use is being abused in such a way as to make it prohibitive, if not impossible, for farmers to run their farms.

“This rule went into place back in 2021,” the rancher explains about how Oregon officials enacted the water rule, which just so happens to have happened at a time when everyone was being distracted and traumatized by Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic” tyranny.

“It has slowly rolled out to the point where market gardeners on a half-acre of land are now receiving cease-and-desist orders saying, ‘you can’t water your gardens; figure out another way.’”

The obvious goal in all this is to concentrate even more power and control over the food market into the hands of just a wealthy few while depriving small farmers of their livelihoods and incomes – not to mention their God-given right to grow, produce, consume, and yes, sell, the fruit of their labor for sustenance.

Be warned that if this kind of thing can happen in Oregon, it can happen everywhere. The tyranny usually starts in one area as a test case, and if the general public does not resist, it spreads like a virus elsewhere.

One can only imagine how people found guilty of committing “hateful” anything will be dinged on their social credit scores, disallowing their participation in anything commerce and finance related.

Our neighbors to the north are implementing a new system called “open banking” that will link citizen’s bank accounts to a new social credit scoring system.

In the aftermath of the Trucker Convoy and other noteworthy protests against Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic” tyranny in Canada, the Justin Trudeau regime is radicalizing the nation’s banking system to make it much harder for citizens to express their voices against political corruption.

Proponents of the social credit score-linked banking paradigm say it will make Canadian banks more “inclusive,” allowing them to easily access user data on demand while being able to share information with one another.

A World Bank partner called Open Banking Excellence (OBE), which originated in the United Kingdom, is proudly boasting right now that it will incorporate social credit scores with people’s banking information in Canada. Canadians will likely receive digital “cash” and identification in a “convenient,” all-in-one and “inclusive” place.

“It’s about having that fairer, more inclusive, more open society,” said OBE founder Helen Child, making sure to use all the popular buzzwords to make her project sound like a dream come true for the world.

Moving towards a cashless society

Disturbingly, OBE already operates in some 40 different countries, claiming that it aims to “create exceptional platforms and content that promotes knowledge sharing, new thinking and partnerships within the industry – catalyzing the adoption of Open Finance and Data for better financial inclusion worldwide.”

Child’s use of the term “open society” is also disturbing in that this is the ideology championed by international billionaire agitator George Soros. It implies open borders, no more prisons, and out-of-control crime without punishment, all of this substantiating “progressive” changes for the world.

How forcing Canadians and others around the world to maintain high social credit scores in order to buy and sell constitutes “inclusivity” and “fairness” remains unknown. OBE officials and other proponents of the construct never really say.

“It drives financial inclusion,” is all Child will say about the scheme. “It’s democratizing data.”

What we can clearly see from all this is that Child has her eyes on all the gold her data collection scheme will add to her financial stockpile. Data of the kind her group collects in order to populate social credit scores is valuable, after all, especially as the world descends into a cashless abyss.

“There is no easier way to control the masses than to control their access to money, and their ability to buy, trade and freely move about,” warns Slay News.

The Canadian Press came right out and just said what Child is clearly thinking, explaining that one of the biggest areas of growth in the financial sector has to do with credit assessments.

“Under open banking, lenders could directly access an individual’s banking data, so they can look beyond credit scores,” the Press explained. “Consumers can also use it to build their credit scores, for example, by proving reliable rent payments.”

In other words, the goal is to assess something beyond just one’s credit score in order to determine whether he or she is worthy to participate in the new global economy that the globalists are unleashing.

Keep in mind that Canada is big on prosecuting “hate” speech. One can only imagine how people found guilty of committing “hateful” anything will be dinged on their social credit scores, disallowing their participation in anything commerce and finance related.

It happened during the Trucker Convoy and it will happen, complements of OBE and its “inclusive” financial schemes.
