US Spies Resurrect ‘Russiagate’ Claims
Russia is attempting to sway the US presidential election in favor of Donald Trump, American intelligence officials have claimed. Similar allegations by US spies over the last eight years have been proven false.
In a briefing to reporters on Wednesday, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) alleged that the Kremlin has mounted a “whole-of-government” effort to turn public opinion against President Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats.
“We are beginning to see Russia target specific voter demographics, promote divisive narratives and denigrate specific politicians,” the ODNI stated. “Moscow seeks to shape electoral outcomes, undermine electoral integrity and amplify domestic divisions.”
The ODNI officials did not state exactly how Russia aims to achieve these goals, beyond spreading propaganda on social media and feeding anti-Democrat and anti-Ukraine narratives to “influential US voices.” The officials did not name any of the “specific politicians” or groups who were allegedly targeted, or any of the “influential US voices”supposedly involved in the campaign.

Asked whether Russia was seeking to boost Trump’s chances of defeating Biden, one of the officials replied: “We have not observed a shift in Russia’s preferences for the presidential race from past elections, given the role the US is playing with regard to Ukraine and broader policy toward Russia.”
During the 2016 and 2020 elections, US intelligence agencies repeatedly claimed that Moscow was deploying hackers and using “information warfare” to swing the vote in favor of Trump.
None of these claims have been proven true. The US’ 17 intelligence agencies issued a statement in January 2017 alleging that Russian President Vladimir Putin had personally “approved and directed” a cyber-warfare and influence campaign against Hillary Clinton, which was contradicted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report two years later.
In 2020, more than 50 “former intelligence officials” published a letter claiming that files on Hunter Biden’s laptop – which implicated the Biden family in multiple foreign corruption schemes – were fabricated by Russia. The laptop’s contents have since been proven genuine, and formed the basis for multiple Republican-led investigations into the president’s foreign dealings.
Putin has dismissed the idea that he backs a certain faction in US politics. “It is not about the personality of the leader,” he told American journalist Tucker Carlson in February. “It is about the elites’ mindset.” Several days later, however, Putin said that he would prefer to continue dealing with Biden, calling the incumbent US leader “a more experienced and predictable person,” and “a politician of the old sort.”

Trump Promises to Prosecute Those Involved in Voter Fraud if Elected for Second Term
If reelected for a second (or third if there was no fraud in 2020?) term this fall, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is promising to pursue criminal charges against everyone involved in voter and election fraud.
An X account that shares Trump posts from Truth Social tweeted this week a message from the Apprentice star that his second term will include sending to prison “Election Fraudsters at levels never seen before, and they will be sent to prison for long periods of time.”
Calling on House Republicans to pass the SAVE Act to restrict voting only to U.S. citizens, Trump wrote that “Non citizen Illegal Migrants are getting the right to vote” and that this must be stopped.
“Republicans must pass the Save Act, or go home and cry yourself to sleep,” Trump wrote, adding that illegal voting is “being pushed by crooked Democrat Politicians who are not being stopped by an equally dishonest Justice Department.”
“Our whole voting system is under siege,” Trump continued. “Harmeet and David, go to court and get this stopped, NOW. The Dems can’t win on their policies, the only way they can win is to CHEAT. They do it at every level of government, and they do it well. That’s how they get an incapacitated moron like Joe Biden elected.”

Is Trump just bloviating again?
We have heard this kind of thing before. Trump made quite a few promises the first time around that never came to fruition (why isn’t Hillary Clinton in jail?), so will anything actually come of this?
Trump did point-blank call on House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) in the same post to get serious and tough on voter and election fraud. Trump also asked for “all State and Local Republican politicians” to do the same.
“The Justice Department is CORRUPT and won’t do a thing to help,” Trump further wrote. “They have no shame!”
At the end of his post, Trump apparently included Facebook’s (Meta) Mark Zuckerberg in the “Election Fraudsters” category, though Trump called him “ZUCKERBUCKS” in his post.
In many ways, Trump’s post appears to be daring the left to cheat again by poking hot coals in search of fire. Will Biden’s backers pull off another heist, or will they even try a second time knowing that the entire world is watching? Time will tell.
Valentina Gomez, the next Secretary of State for Missouri, promised on X that in her state at least, there will be “the most free and fair elections in history.”
“No mail in ballots, no illegals, and full transparency for the American people,” Gomez said.
“Arrest and prosecute the Democrat ballot harvesters who commit election fraud by creating ballots for illegals or creating ballots for those who didn’t vote themselves,” added “Savannah” (@BasedSavannah) to the conversation on X. “Long prison sentences should stop them from ever trying it again.”
“Anyone who commits election fraud should face 20 years in prison,” wrote another. “This is republic-ending stuff.”
Others emphasized that each state needs to do its part as well to put an end to the illegal immigration problem in whatever ways they can, otherwise the nation is lost.
“Democrats don’t want the SAVE Act because they can’t cheat,” said another. “Sign up to be a poll watcher.”
Someone else asked “What happened to the Trump that once said, ‘Never let the enemy know your position?’” in apparent criticism of Trump for talking loudly and at length online about his second-term plans.

Tony Blair Institute Hosts Controversial Panel on Health Data Commercialization
The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and My Life My Say charity co-hosted the Future of Britain Conference 2024 and heard Blair organization’s director of health policy, Charlotte Refsum, and other panelists speak in favor of more commercialization and surveillance of health data.
This was one of several controversial issues covered during the event, along two main lines – more surveillance of various types, and combating “disinformation.”
Blair Institute’s choice of organizing partner is telling, as well, since My Life My Say, which focuses on getting young people out to vote, lists the UK Cabinet Office and US embassy in London, as well as the mayor of London, as its past partners or backers.

Regarding health data, Refsum urged the creation of digital health records for all citizens, as well as a private commercial entity dubbed, “national data trust” – that would be tasked with commercializing access to sensitive health data in the country, and generate revenue in that way.
Blair himself was less straightforward, as a politician does, but appears to be pushing for digital health records and national data trust. But he appeared somewhat evasive when Refsum asked him about a digital health record and a national data trust, speaking about the benefits of technology in general, in terms of health.
Wellcome, another charitable foundation with ties to the UK government – the Department of Health and Social Care – would like to see the National Health Service (NHS) “integrate all the data” it has to achieve a “learning population health system.”
This is according to Wellcome’s Dr. John-Arne Rottingen who is also a fan of “faster intelligence” and reaching this goal by feeding massive amounts of data into the schemes.
Rottingen, who is Norwegian, spoke about what he considers a positive example of Scandinavian countries that have already linked access to health data “across the full population.”
In contrast to his learning population health system, is the current state of affairs where this information is “locked in different parts of the system,” noted Rottingen.
He urged researchers in the UK to enter public-private partnerships in order to come up with “insights” that are supposed to provide the driving force for a future “sustainable healthcare system.”

How Wisconsin Rigged The Vote in 2020 With Plans to do it Again This November
An email dated Nov. 4, 2020, has emerged to show that Wisconsin rigged its election results that year to illegally install Joe Biden as “president.”
Ryan Chew from The Elections Group emailed Claire Woodall-Vogg, Milwaukee’s former elections chief – Woodall-Vogg was recently removed from her post and replaced with her former deputy, Paulina Gutierrez, due to “internal” issues within the commission – basically admitting flat-out that Wisconsin’s ballot boxes were stuffed after the polls closed with fake ballots for Biden.
“D***, Claire, you have a flair for drama, delivering just the margin needed at 3:00 am,” Chew wrote in the email, which bore the subject line “Re: drama.” “I bet you had those votes counted at midnight, and just wanted to keep the world waiting!”
It turns out that Woodall-Vogg was done counting all legal ballots at 10:30 pm on Nov. 3, 2020. After that, she spent at least an hour and a half, based on Chew’s correspondence – and more like four and a half hours if it really took her until 3:00 am – stuffing the ballot box for Biden.
“She kicked out Republican observers the night before at around 10:30 pm telling them all ballots had been counted,” tweeted Rasmussen Reports (@Rasmussen_Poll), quoting independent journalist and Election Watch president Peter Bernegger (@PeterBernegger).
“Claire was done with the LEGAL ballots at 10:30 pm on Nov. 3rd. She needed the time from then until 3:06 am to stuff the tabulators with fake ballots for Joe Biden.”

Massive voter fraud in Wisconsin
Bernegger (@PeterBernegger) tweeted photo evidence – see below – of Woodall-Vogg leaving Milwaukee’s Central Count, police squad SUV 554, at 3:06 am the morning of Nov. 4, 2020. Bernegger also shared the name of the guy who brought in the fraudulent ballots at 1:15 am just a few hours prior.
“This is how incredibly stupid State Assembly Rep. @RepRonTusler is, he is pushing a ‘Monday Count’ bill because he (wrongly) believes the City of Milwaukee needs more time to count the ballots,” Bernegger explained. “Nope Tusler – Claire was done with the LEGAL ballots at 10:30 pm on Nov. 3rd.”
“Why don’t you talk to eye witnesses who were there Tusler, instead of making a fool of yourself before the entire state of Wisconsin? @RepKrug Scott Krug is the Chair of the Assembly’s Election Committee who is supposed to oversea [sic] corrupt clerks like Claire. He hasn’t done anything but protect them and Meagan Wolfe.”
Local police who were on site that evening and early morning witnessed such a fiasco with Woodall-Vogg, who “acted it up about the missing USB stick,” according to Bernegger, that they filed a report with the FBI the following day.

David Giglio (@DavidGiglioCA) tweeted last October that Wisconsin is not the only state that did this kind of thing, which many of our readers already know. The other four states that ultimately decided the 2020 election did the same thing by stopping ballot counting all at the same time “with Trump holding commanding leads.”
“When counting resumed each state dumped 100,000s of ballots that broke almost exclusively for Joe Biden,” Giglio wrote. “Only a fool wouldn’t ask questions.”
