Major Bird Flu Summit October 2-4 In DC — Evidence of an Orchestrated Pandemic?
The United States government has been enhancing the transmissibility and lethality of the H5N1 influenza bird flu virus through gain-of-function (GOF) experimentation for years.
The government is allowed to weaponize pathogens like bird flu with GOF because of a “loophole” in the international ‘Biological Weapons Convention’ (BWC) treaty that allows authorities to produce bioweapons from the most dangerous pathogens known to humanity so long as the stated purpose is for “peaceful uses” like vaccine development.
Incidentally, the U.S. has been simultaneously engineering a new mRNA vaccine for H5N1 bird flu, agreeing to pay vaccine maker Moderna Inc. $176 million for the project with funds from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) leaders have signaled the agency will skip the rigorous drug authorization process for influenza bird flu vaccines, as it did for COVID-19 jabs when it utilized the controversial Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) tool.
This is despite there already being safe, effective, widely accessible bird flu medical treatments available.
Only two virus families have been authorized for GOF experimentation by the government since 2017: coronavirus and influenza.
Coronavirus caused the 2019 COVID pandemic, and now influenza is apparently causing the next pandemic.
That the only two virus families behind the last and coming pandemics are the very pathogens the government has been weaponizing raises questions about the government’s actions and intentions.
The questions are especially justified considering both the legislative and executive branches of government rushed through a massive spending bill at the beginning of the year that allocated over $1 billion to a future influenza pandemic, long before mainstream health or media sources raised the alarm regarding bird flu.
The timing has compelled health experts to wonder whether the coming bird flu pandemic arose spontaneously or represents a coordinated bioweapon attack.
“I’m extremely concerned that the public will not be able to connect the dots,” says Dr. Richard Bartlett, Texas Department of Health and Human Services Meritorious Service Award recipient. “I anticipate the same playbook that was used during COVID will be used during this potential future bird flu pandemic.”
“We need to entertain the possibility that we will be dealing with a bioweapon, not a natural phenomenon,” the emergency room director and former adviser on Texas Governor Rick Perry’s ‘Health Disparities Taskforce’ added.
“It might be that the mainstream messaging and propaganda broadcast to the American people will be to call it a normal ‘Flu A’ that spun out in nature, when in reality it’s a mass casualty bioweapon event with an influenza virus that was genetically engineered in a lab.”
After all, the U.S. government has a sordid and lengthy history of releasing dangerous pathogens on innocent civilians and military personnel without their knowledge or consent.
Now, adding to the coordination, an ‘International Bird Flu Summit’ has been scheduled to take place in Washington D.C. October 2-4 to prepare the country for management strategies.
The summit is raising eyebrows because of its likeness to an event that was held in New York just weeks before the COVID pandemic hit.
That event, called Event 201, was a pandemic simulation exercise conducted on October 18, 2019, in New York City.
It was jointly hosted by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, the World Economic Forum (WEF), and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
The COVID pandemic would commence that December, compelling many to point to Event 201 as evidence that global parties had orchestrated the COVID pandemic.
Like Event 201, the new bird flu summit will gather experts, policymakers, and representatives from various sectors, including healthcare, veterinary science, epidemiology, and industry.
The “hands-on” workshop and training will entail “surveillance techniques, “lab diagnostics,” and “outbreak response planning.”
Attendees will strategize preparedness, response, and future implications of a potential bird flu outbreak, establishing a platform for global coordination and enabling partnerships.
The meeting’s agenda is designed to cover a wide range of topics relevant to different sectors impacted by bird flu.
These include:
- Businesses: Sessions will focus on business continuity planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Attendees will learn about securing supply chains, navigating travel safety protocols, and optimizing insurance coverage to ensure uninterrupted operations during an outbreak.
- Workplace: Discussions will center on ensuring prioritized antiviral distribution for essential workers, addressing supply chain interruptions, managing staffing shortages, and maintaining continuous operations amidst workforce decreases.
- Hospitals: Healthcare system preparedness will be a key focus, with sessions on clinical impacts, emergency response management, and the role of governmental public health agencies in crisis situations.
- First Responders: Strengthening the capabilities and coordination of first responders will be addressed, along with effective crisis communication strategies and enhancing international cooperation for rapid response.
- Military: The summit will also cover the role of military and emergency operations centers in safeguarding public health and maintaining essential services during pandemics.

It remains to be seen whether a bird flu pandemic will commence in the weeks following the summit like COVID followed Event 201.

Breaking: House Passes SAVE Act That Bans Noncitizen Voting in Federal Elections
The House passed the Republican-led Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act by a 221-198 vote, which requires voters to prove their citizenship in order to vote in federal elections.
Only 5 House Democrats sided with the Republicans in voting for the bill.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) in a statement excoriated the Democrats for voting against the bill, claiming they have “now proven they believe that illegal aliens should vote in American elections.”
“Today, 198 House Democrats voted against preventing illegal aliens from voting in American elections. Over the past four years, Joe Biden has welcomed millions upon millions of illegals into the country knowing that noncitizens only have to check a box to vote in a federal election,” Johnson wrote.

“We have long known this was an intentional effort to turn them into voters, and now the American people know where every member of Congress stands on this critically important issue. House Republicans believe that only Americans should vote in American elections. House Democrats have now proven they believe that illegal aliens should vote in American elections.”
The Biden administration said it opposes the bill and will likely veto it should it pass the Senate.
“The alleged justification for this bill is based on easily disproven falsehoods,” the administration said in a statement on Monday.
“Additionally, making a false claim of citizenship or unlawfully voting in an election is punishable by removal from the United States and a permanent bar to admission.”
House Democrats earlier claimed in floor speeches that the SAVE Act is racist and xenophobic.
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) argued the bill would only make it more difficult for Americans to vote, but did not elaborate on how that would be the case.

Hundreds of illegal aliens from the West African country of Mauritania have recently descended upon Cincinnati, Ohio, thanks to social media apps TikTok and WhatsApp providing them with instructions.
According to Fox 19 Cincinnati, around one thousand Mauritanians have settled in the city in recent weeks.

U.S. Border Patrol data shows over 8,500 Mauritanians entered the U.S. between March and June.
John Keuffer, the CEO of a Cincinnati non-profit called Valley Interfaith Community Resource Center, told Fox 19, “We don’t know where they’re from, we don’t know how to communicate with them, and it created quite an issue for us.”
The city is allegedly being featured in TikTok and WhatsApp posts teaching Mauritanians how to travel on a route from to Turkey to Central or South America and eventually the U.S. southern border.
An African illegal who has been working with Valley Interfaith described the dangerous journey, saying, “Many people have died on the roads coming here. Many have been raped and stuff taken in. Many are still stuck somewhere in South America for months.”
The Washington Post reported the influx of illegal African migrants is taking a toll on Cincinnati residents who are in need.
“Poorer residents sometimes complain they aren’t getting as much chicken at the local food pantry. Emergency services in small bedroom communities like Lockland have responded to numerous calls from overcrowded buildings. And earlier migrants like Ball are being pushed to the limit as they try to help their compatriots while trying to realize their own American dreams,” the outlet wrote.

While the Democratic party melts down over Joe Biden’s cognitive decline – an obvious risk to US national security, the 2024 election wouldn’t be complete without a Trump-Russia narrative.
To that end, the Wall Street Journal reports that the Russian government has launched a ‘whole-of-government” effort to influence the US presidential election in favor of Donald Trump – who, for some reason, Russia held off on invading Ukraine while he was president (and ostensibly wouldn’t have sent $175 billion and counting in US aid to combat).
Citing unnamed ‘senior US intelligence officials,’ the Journal writes:
The officials didn’t mention Trump by name, but said that Russia’s current activity—described as covert social-media use and other online propaganda efforts—mirrored the 2020 and 2016 election cycles, when Moscow also favored Trump and sought to undermine Democratic candidates, according to U.S. intelligence agencies.
Of course, Russia’s 2016 ‘influence campaign’ amounted to roughly $100,000 in Facebook ads, which “didn’t reference any specific presidential candidate, or even the election itself,” largely targeting BLM members and ‘Pokemon Go‘ aficionados.
Insidious.
That said, the officials say that the activity witnessed so far this election cycle “isn’t on the scale or scope seen in 2016, when Russia’s actions included a hack-and-leak of Democratic Party emails, rudimentary cyber-probing of some state election systems and other actions intended to undermine Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign.”

According to the new report, Russia is seeking to influence specific voting groups, including those in swing states, and promote divisive narratives while denigrating specific politicians, the anonymous US intelligence officials told reporters, without mentioning the specific voters or politicians who have been allegedly targeted.

The Kremlin “is also working to influence members of Congress and is broadly seeking to undermine U.S. support for Ukraine in its war with Russia,” according to the anonymous officials – one of whom said that Russia was the “pre-eminent threat” to the election, while Iran was a ‘lesser threat at the moment,’ and aims to be a ‘chaos agent’ by exacerbating social tensions.
“We have observed actors tied to Iran’s government posing as activists online, seeking to encourage protests, and even providing financial support to protesters,” said Avril Haines, the director of national intelligence, in a separate Tuesday statement.
Brands Collude to Silence
While democracy grapples with this new Russia election malarkey, we can’t forget that free speech threatens narrative control efforts.
To that end, the world’s largest brands, owned by elites, are now colluding to control online speech, according to an interim staff report released on Thursday by the House Judiciary Committee.

The report details a coordinated effort by the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) and its Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM) initiative to demonetize and suppress disfavored content across the internet.
The Power Players Behind GARM
The WFA, a global association representing over 150 of the world’s biggest brands and over 60 national advertiser associations, created GARM in 2019. This alliance quickly amassed significant market power, representing roughly 90% of global advertising spend, which amounts to nearly one trillion dollars annually.
GARM’s Steer Team reads like a who’s who of corporate America, including heavyweights such as Unilever, Mars, Diageo, Procter & Gamble (P&G), GroupM, AB InBev, L’Oréal, Nestlé, IBM, Mastercard, and PepsiCo. These corporations not only wield immense economic influence but are now revealed to be leveraging this power to control online discourse under the guise of “brand safety.”

The Committee report details multiple instances of GARM’s coordinated efforts to influence and censor online content. Perhaps the most notable example is the recommendation for a boycott of Twitter following Elon Musk’s acquisition. GARM members, including Danish energy company Ørsted, were advised to pull their advertising from Twitter, a move that significantly impacted Twitter’s revenue. Internal emails show GARM’s satisfaction with the result, with GARM leader Rob Rakowitz boasting about the impact on Twitter’s financials.

The survey results would give advertisers the confidence to pull ad campaigns w/o losing out to competitors.
Unilever was particularly miffed that Musk released internal communications which became known as the Twitter Files, specifically over the Hunter Biden laptop story:
“Unilever, through GARM, also expressed issues with Mr. Musk exposing the truth about how Twitter, prior to Mr. Musk’s acquisition, censored the Hunter Biden laptop story.”
Spotify and its star podcaster, Joe Rogan, also came under GARM’s scrutiny. Despite not placing advertisements on Rogan’s podcast, GARM pressured Spotify to take action against Rogan for his comments on COVID-19. This included threatening to review Spotify’s entire Trust & Safety policies and pushing for a public condemnation of the platform.

Meanwhile, “On February 10, 2022, Coca-Cola emailed Mr. Rakowitz regarding ‘evaluating Spotify to better access the Joe Rogan Experience’ and noting that the ‘particular issue (misinformation) does not exactly fit cleanly into [Coca-Cola’s] policy.”
Political Influence and Targeting Conservative Media
GARM’s influence extends into the political realm as well. The report notes efforts by GARM and its members to flag a Trump campaign advertisement as misinformation during the 2020 presidential election. This advertisement, which questioned Joe Biden’s debate performance, was scrutinized by Unilever and other GARM members, who pushed Facebook to take action against it.
Conservative news outlets have been particular targets of GARM’s exclusion lists, curated with input from biased organizations like the Global Disinformation Index (GDI) and NewsGuard. These exclusion lists disproportionately flag right-leaning sites such as Fox News, The Daily Wire, Breitbart News, New York Post, and The Federalist as purveyors of misinformation, thus cutting off their advertising revenue and limiting their reach.

The Colorado governor declared a state of emergency following a bird flu outbreak at an egg production facility which will result in the slaughter of millions of chickens, in another devastating blow to America’s food supply.
Democrat Gov. Jared Polis announced the disaster emergency declaration last week which “unlocks the resources necessary to help affected poultry facilities respond to and contain outbreaks of avian flu.”

As a result of the incident, 1.78 million chickens will be killed at the Weld County facility where the outbreak occurred, with an afflicted worker reportedly recovering after testing positive and cattle also being affected.
The mass slaughter of close to 2 million chickens prompted concern on social media over the nation’s already beleaguered food supply.

Colorado’s emergency bird flu declaration follows news earlier this month the U.S. government will fund the development of a Moderna bird flu “vaccine” to the tune of $176 million.
The country of Finland also announced late last month they would offer vaccinations for bird flu, despite no documented cases of animal-to-human transmission.
The mass culling of poultry also comes just months after several egg facilities caught fire earlier this year.
