Fort Worth Fire Department say gas leak to blame for violent blast

The Sandman Signature Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas was rocked by a huge explosion on Monday, sending debris across the street and potentially killing citizens.

So far, the internet is being flooded with various photos and videos of the aftermath of the eruption.

The Fort Worth Fire Department responded to the incident and said it was likely a gas explosion.

There are as many as 10 people injured, according to CBS Texas, and thankfully no deaths have been confirmed.

Big Mike is worried about Joe Biden’s reelection prospects.

Former First Lady Michelle “Big Mike” Obama expressed fears Monday about a potential Trump victory in the 2024 election.

“What’s going to happen in this next election? I’m terrified about what could possibly happen, because our leaders matter. Who we select, who speaks for us, who holds that bully pulpit, it affects us in ways sometimes I think people take for granted,” Obama told Jay Shetty on his podcast “On Purpose.”

Obama lamented voters becoming increasingly skeptical about government’s ability to exercise power.

“The fact that people think that government — ‘eh, does it really even do anything?’ — and I’m like ‘Oh my God, does government do everything for us, and we cannot take this democracy for granted.’ And I worry sometimes that we do. Those are the things that keep me up,” she said.

Obama also expressed worries about voter turnout in 2024 amid dismal polling for Joe Biden.

“Are people going to vote, and why aren’t people voting?” she asked.

“Those are the things that keep me up, because you don’t have control over them. And you wonder: ‘Where are we in this? Where are our hearts?’”

This comes amid reports former President Barack Obama is deeply worried Joe Biden “could lose the White House” to former President Donald Trump in 2024.

Obama has reportedly recently urged Biden’s handlers to bolster his 2024 reelection campaign efforts, even if it means circumventing Biden’s approval, in the face of discouraging polling and the near certainty that Trump will claim the GOP nomination.

Male empowerment influencer says he’ll place a plaque on island stating, ‘WESTERN ELITES ARE HUMAN TRAFFICKERS NOT THE TATE BROTHERS.’

Male empowerment guru Andrew Tate has offered to purchase Little St. James, an island in the US Virgin Islands better known as “Epstein Island” due to its previous owner’s devious exploits.

The former world champion kickboxer announced his plan on X, saying he would buy the island and install a plaque with a message blasting the world elites’ involvement in sex trafficking.

“I will buy Epsteins island and put a massive plaque on it saying ‘WESTERN ELITES ARE HUMAN TRAFFICKERS NOT THE TATE BROTHERS.’ Anyone got the price? I swear I will pay it RIGHT, NOW,” Tate posted on Monday.

Tate and his brother Tristan were previously imprisoned in Romania for several months over allegations they engaged in sex trafficking, which the pair have vehemently denied.

On Monday, the Tates won an appeal to reclaim the $27 million worth of assets confiscated during raids on their properties.

While the Tates have not been convicted, a judge will hear prosecutors’ arguments for keeping the confiscated property, and another hearing will also appraise the value of assets to be returned.

Little St. James was reportedly purchased by billionaire investor and Black Diamond Capital Management founder Stephen Deckoff for $60 million in 2023.

It’s unclear if Deckoff would be receptive to selling the property.
