Jack Smith Prosecutor Discouraged FBI from Investigating Clinton Foundation in 2016
A top prosecutor now on special counsel Jack Smith’s team discouraged the FBI from opening an investigation into the Clinton Foundation in 2016 citing “negligible evidence” despite the existence of “multiple” Suspicious Activity Reports related to “hundreds of thousands of dollars in foreign transactions,” Fox News reported.
Ray Hulser, the former chief of the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section (PIN) serves on Smith’s team currently prosecuting former President Donald Trump.
According to Special Counsel John Durham’s report released in May 2023, Hulser is also the official who “declined prosecution” of the Clinton Foundation in 2016.
The Durham report, which investigated the government’s “Russia collusion” probe into Trump, noted that in January 2016 “three different FBI field offices, the New York Field Office, the Washington Field Office, and the Little Rock Field Office, opened investigations into possible criminal activity involving the Clinton Foundation.”
Those three investigations led to Hulser running interference for Clinton as the 2016 election was nearing.

The Durham report revealed that because three different FBI field offices opened investigations related to the Clinton Foundation, there was a “perceived need to conduct coordination meetings between the field offices, FBI Headquarters, and appropriate U.S. Attorney’s offices,” as well as “components” from main Justice Department.
“These meetings likely were deemed especially important given that the investigations were occurring in an election year in which Clinton was a declared candidate for President.”
One meeting detailed in the report took place on Feb. 1, 2016. Present for that meeting were several FBI officials, as well as Criminal Division Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell and Hulser, who, at the time, was Public Integrity Section chief.
The report also said during that meeting, Hulser “declined prosecution” of the Clinton Foundation on behalf of the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section.
Durham interviewed Hulser as part of his investigation, and in his report noted Hulser claimed the FBI briefing about the Clinton Foundation was “poorly presented and that there was insufficient predication for at least one of the investigations due to its reliance on allegations contained in a book.”
During that Feb. 1, 2016 meeting, “Hulser downplayed information provided by the New York Field Office CHS [confidential human source] and recalled that the amount involved in the financial reporting was ‘de minimis,’” the report states.
Durham in his report said his team reviewed the information the FBI had on the Clinton Foundation, including presumably Suspicious Activity Reports, which showed “a narrative describing multiple funds transfers, some of which involved international bank accounts that were suspected of facilitating bribery or gratuity violations.”
“The transactions involved occurred between 2012 and 2014, and totaled hundreds of thousands of dollars,” the report stated.
This just further exposes the deeply political nature of Smith’s unhinged prosecutions against Trump ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

Biologist Warns WHO Planning to Take Control Over Nations For Next Pandemic, Confirms COVID ‘Vaccines’ Killed 17 MILLION People
Biologist Bret Weinstein warned that the World Health Organization (WHO) is preparing “troubling” new health emergency measures that could eviscerate national sovereignty and free speech as we know it.
In an appearance on “The Tucker Carlson Encounter” Friday, Weinstein explained how the WHO was taken by surprise by a “small group of dissidents” were who able to “bend the narrative” surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and vaccines, and is drafting “pandemic preparedness plan modifications” in response to prevent similar pushback when another pandemic arises.
“The fact that that small number of dissidents was able to bend the narrative was able to bring people’s awareness to the massive levels of harmful and effectiveness of the shots is, in some ways, the most surprising element of the story,” Weinstein stated.

“And I think it truly surprised Pharma and its partners in social media and government — and government-run organizations — I think they thought that they own enough of the media that they could sell us any narrative they wish. And I think surprising as it is, they didn’t really understand that podcasts could possibly be a countervailing force of significance,” he said, adding the WHO is “looking for a rematch” with humanity.
“What I believe is going on is the World Health Organization is now revising the structures that allowed the dissidents to upend the narrative. And they are looking for a rematch, I think.”
“What they want are the measures that would have allowed them to silence the podcasters to mandate various things internationally in a way that would prevent the emergence of a control group that would allow us to see harms clearly,” he added, noting their ability to completely end the First Amendment in the U.S. is “currently under discussion at the international level.”
Weinstein also explained how governments’ COVID public health emergency measures were the only way for Big Pharma to push its unsafe mRNA technology injections bill sold as “vaccines” to the public.
“Because they called it a vaccine, people were much more willing to accept it,” he said.
“What I’ve come to understand is something I call the game of pharma. If you think about what pharma is, we tend to imagine that it is an industry that is hell bent on finding drugs that will make us healthier. That’s not what it is. In fact, pharma is healthy when people are sick.”

“…basically every day of the year, pharma is engaged in portraying the properties that it owns as more useful than they are, safer than they are, and persuading the medical establishment, the journals, the societies, the hospitals, the government to direct people towards drugs they wouldn’t otherwise be taking,” he continued. “So that’s what the racket is.”
Weinstein also cited the bombshell scientific report Infowars covered in September showing a “credible estimate” of about 17 million died globally as a result of the COVID mRNA shots.
“So I’m not a math genius, but one in eight hundred shots times billions is a lot of people…17 million deaths from the COVID vaccine? Just for perspective. I mean, that’s like the death toll of a global war,” Carlson noted.

Airline Grounds Boeing Planes After Major Mid-Flight Failure on Brand New Jet
Alaska Airlines has announced all Boeing 737 MAX-9 aircraft have been temporarily grounded after an emergency door broke off a brand new plane mid-flight this week, according to reports.
The shocking incident unfolded on Friday evening aboard a flight from Portland, Oregon, to Ontario, California.
Flight 1282 departed Portland International Airport just before 5 p.m. carrying more than 170 passengers and half a dozen crew members.
Approximately 20 minutes later, an emergency door suddenly broke away, leaving a gaping hole in the side of the aircraft.
Footage and photographs have been circulating on social media.
Alaska Airlines announced late Friday that it grounded all 65 of its Boeing 737-9 aircraft, hours after a window and piece of fuselage on one of the planes blew out in midair and forced an emergency landing in Portland.

Passengers could be seen sitting with oxygen masks strapped to their faces as the pilots circled back for an emergency landing in Portland.

“One passenger we talked to at the airport said that a kid had to be held in his seat by his mom and people lost their phones which were sucked out of the plane,” KPTV reports.
“That same child closest to the damaged part of the plane lost his shirt due to the violent and sudden depressurization but otherwise everyone on board appeared to be OK, according to a passenger.”
The aircraft reportedly reached an altitude of around 16,000 feet before its return to origin.

The plane landed safely back in Portland and no major injuries were reported.
On Saturday, Alaska Airlines announced all 65 Boeing MAX-9 aircraft in the company’s fleet have been grounding pending safety inspections and any relevant maintenance.

“We are working with Boeing and regulators to understand what occurred tonight, and will share updates as more information is available. The NTSB is investigating this event and we will fully support their investigation,” CEO Ben Minicucci explained in a statement.
Boeing’s 737 MAX airliner has been riddled with malfunctions and design errors since its introduction in 2017, as InfoWars has reported.
