Questions of fairness and bias after words of varying difficulty assigned to racially different contestants.

Footage of a spelling bee challenge between a black female and a white male is sparking outrage after it appeared words were assigned on the basis of race, with the white male receiving more difficult words.

In footage from the impromptu spelling bee taking place on an NBA basketball court, a black female host asks two contestants to spell different words, however a black female contestant was assigned easy words like “sprain” and “stress fracture.”

Meanwhile, the white male participant was asked to spell relatively difficult $10 words like “synovium,” ultimately bungling the spelling of “avascular necrosis.”

The unfair challenge, which unintentionally made the black person appear less intelligent than the white male by default, was slammed as an “Equity Spelling Bee” on social media.

The unbelievably biased challenge was blasted by social media users.

According to some X users, the lopsided challenge had nothing to do with race and was intended to be intentionally rigged by the home team against the contestant from the away team.

Surprise move comes day after Supreme Court blocked Texas from enforcing state legislation

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled in favor of Texas allowing the state’s law enforcement officials to arrest and deport illegal aliens for violating immigration law.

The statute, SB4, was approved by six of the nine Supreme Court justices with Sonia Sotomayor and Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson joining in dissent while Elena Kagan dissented separately.   

The Biden administration hoped SCOTUS would block the state law, claiming it created an “unprecedented intrusion into federal immigration enforcement.”

Liberal justices alleged the law “will upend the longstanding federal-state balance of power and sow chaos,” however, as Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton accurately noted in court, the law “mirrors rather than conflicts with federal law” that the Biden administration refuses to enforce.

Paxton celebrated the political victory on X, writing, “HUGE WIN: Texas has defeated the Biden Administration’s and ACLU’s emergency motions at the Supreme Court. Our immigration law, SB 4, is now in effect. As always, it’s my honor to defend Texas and its sovereignty, and to lead us to victory in court.”

GOP Texas Governor Greg Abbott also celebrated the “positive development.”

Police in Fort Worth, Texas, released a public notice informing illegals they would not be enforcing the law, stating, “Although we will always follow the law, the primary responsibility for immigration enforcement and border protection should be left to our federal and state partners.”

Essentially, the Fort Worth PD claims to follow the law while announcing they’ll directly disobey both the State of Texas and the Supreme Court of the United States.

The rift between states and the federal government is worsening as the rogue Deep State that has captured the U.S. government pushes its NWO agenda on unwilling territories.

Former populist President Jair Bolsonaro arrested for allegedly falsifying Covid-19 vaccine card during pandemic.

Federal police in Brazil have indicted former President Jair Bolsonaro for falsifying his Covid-19 vaccine card in order to travel to the United States and elsewhere during the pandemic.

Federal prosecutors will review the indictment and decide whether to pursue the case – which would be the first time the former president has faced criminal charges.

According to the indictment, Bolsonaro ordered a top deputy to obtain falsified Covid-19 vaccine records of himself and his 13-year-old daughter in late 2022, right before he flew to Florida for a three-month stay following his election loss.

Brazilian police are also waiting to hear back from the US DOJ on whether Bolsonaro used said cards to enter the United States, which would open him up to further criminal charges, the NY Times reports.

Bolsonaro has repeatedly claimed not to have received the Covid-19 vaccine, but denies any involvement in a plan to falsify his vaccination records. A previous investigation by Brazil’s comptroller general concluded that Bolsonaro’s vaccination records were false.

The records show that Bolsonaro, a COVID-19 skeptic who publicly opposed the vaccine, received a dose of the immunizer in a public healthcare center in Sao Paulo in July 2021. [ZH: hilarious, Reuters calling the vaccine an ‘immunizer.’]

The investigation concluded, however, that the former president had left the city the previous day and didn’t leave Brasilia until three days later, according to a statement.

The nurse listed in the records as having applied the vaccine on Bolsonaro denied doing so and was no longer working at the center. The listed vaccine lot was also not available on that date, the comptroller general’s office said. -Reuters

“It’s a selective investigation. I’m calm, I don’t owe anything,” Bolsonaro told Reuters. “The world knows that I didn’t take the vaccine.”

During the pandemic, Bolsonaro panned the vaccine – and instead insisted on alternative treatments such as Ivermectin, which has antiviral properties against Covid-19. For this, he was investigated by Brazil’s congress, which recommended that the former president be charged with “crimes against humanity,” among other things, for his actions during the pandemic.

In May, Brazilian police raided Bolsonaro’s home, confiscating his cell phone and arresting one of his closest aides and two of his security cards in connection to the vaccine record investigation.

Brazil’s electoral court ruled that Bolsonaro can’t run for public office until 2030 after he suggested that the country’s voting system was rigged. For that, he has to sit out the 2026 election.

Upcoming art installation criticized for attempting to erase English cultural identity and heritage, with others saying it’s an objectively bad piece of art.

A new statue to be featured in London’s Trafalgar Square will depict an obese black woman with a big rear end wearing a blue dress.

Yes, really.

The London mayor’s office announced a statue titled, “Lady in Blue,” will be installed at the historical tourist destination from 2026 through 2028.

According to the BBC, artist “Tschabalala Self’s sculpture Lady in Blue is made of bronze and covered in lapis lazuli blue – a rare and refined pigment that has been used since antiquity – and pays homage to a young metropolitan woman of colour.”

Self claimed the bronze statue, which will be installed at Trafalgar Square’s popular Fourth Plinth exhibition space, is meant as a contemporary depiction of an “everywoman” Londoner.

It’s intended to depict “a quotidian figure, a person like all others in the city,” Self said, adding, “In my mind I thought of her as a Londoner, a contemporary figure, a woman that many people could identify with.”

However, numerous social media users took exception with the statue, accusing it of being the latest effort by subversive bureaucrats to erase English cultural identity and heritage, with others panning it as an objectively bad piece of art.
