“Go F*ck Themselves”: Rank-And-File Border Patrol Agents Livid Over Senate Funding Deal
Rank-and-file Border Patrol agents have slammed the Senate’s $118B Senate funding bill that would guarantee 1.5 million illegal migrants entry to the United States, while sending the majority of funds to Ukraine ($60B+) and Israel ($14.1B), the Daily Caller reports.
Four rank-and-file Border Patrol agents told the DCNF that the “catch and release” of illegal immigrants will continue if the bill is implemented, because it allows for the release of family units and single adults that show a credible fear of persecution should they return home.
The Emergency National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024 would add more personnel to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), along with more beds for ICE facilities, the expulsion of certain illegal migrants, and enhancing fentanyl interdiction. But let’s not get it twisted – as less than 20% of the bill would actually go towards the border.

“Now that I’ve seen more of it, they can respectfully go fuck themselves. The more I’m seeing the more it just puts what they’ve been doing in writing. You want to shut this down, it’s real easy. Team up [the Department of Defense] with DHS and let us enforce like we were supposed to,” one agent told the Caller, adding “I feel like we are the only nation in the world that is this dumb about the border. Maybe it’s because we haven’t.”

“Catch and release is absolutely happening,” said Andrew “Art” Arthur, who serves as a resident fellow in law and policy for the Center for Immigration Studies, in a statement to the Caller.
In recent years, Border Patrol has recorded high levels of illegal immigration. Agents recorded more than 2.2 million encounters of migrants crossing the southern border illegally in fiscal year 2022, a new record, more than 2 million in fiscal year 2023 and more than 629,000 between October and January, according to federal data.
“It’s a load of bullshit,” a second agent told the DCNF. “We don’t need a border bill, we need to enforce the laws on the books.”
“Unaccompanied minors and families released, that’s unacceptable. They need to be removed,” the second agent added.
Two more agents told the caller that the bill is ‘bullshit’ for various reasons, including the release of families and certain single adults with ‘credible fear’ claims.
“Another loophole that aliens are going to abuse,” said a fourth agent.

ICE Arrests Previously Deported Child Rapist Back In US for a Decade
A previously deported child rapist was arrested in the U.S. yet again despite a conviction for another sex crime nearly a decade ago, authorities say.
On Monday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the apprehension of a 42-year-old man with dual Mexican and Guatemalan citizenships on January 25 in Lynn, Massachusetts.
The illegal alien, whose named has not been released, has committed multiple heinous sex crimes in the U.S., including at least one involving a minor.
In 2004, the man was convicted of rape of a child by a criminal court in Kent County, Delaware.
After serving a brief prison sentence, he was removed from the U.S. in December of 2006.
The child sex predator illegally reentered the country “on an unknown date at an unknown location without being inspected or admitted by a U.S. immigration official,” ICE explained in a press release.
“On Nov. 3, 2015, he was convicted of sexual conduct for a fee in a criminal court in Lynn. Under Massachusetts state law, the offense of sexual conduct for a fee — commonly known as prostitution or solicitation — makes it a crime to engage in sex or a sexual act with any person in exchange for a fee and to engage in sex or any sexual act with a minor in exchange for a fee.”
The man is being held in ICE custody pending a decision on his removal by the Department of Justice.
“Our officers were able to locate and arrest this individual who has already proven to be a threat to children,” said ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons.
“Despite having been previously removed by ICE, he found his way back to the United States, falsely believing he could reside in Massachusetts without repercussions. ERO Boston will not allow that to happen.”
Authorities continue to apprehend dangerous foreign criminals illegally present in the U.S.
