Kamala Harris Hired Illegal Alien Who Attacked a Woman to be Part of Jobs Program While Serving as San Francisco’s DA
While she was San Francisco’s district attorney, Vice President Kamala Harris hired an illegal immigrant who attacked a woman to be part of a free jobs program.
Harris has consistently claimed that she has spent her career fighting individuals and institutions who harm the American public and has been broadcasting this message since beginning her presidential bid. But her tenure as San Francisco District Attorney reveals otherwise.
During her time as a prosecutor, Harris implemented a program known as “Back on Track” to rehabilitate illegal immigrants arrested for drug crimes through education and job training. Harris supported this initiative as a model for criminal justice reform.

However, the program faced scrutiny when one of its participants, Alexander Izaguirre, an illegal immigrant from Honduras, committed a violent crime while enrolled.
Izaguirre, who had been arrested twice within eight months for purse snatching and selling cocaine, was selected for “Back on Track” by Harris’s office.
But in July 2008, while Izaguirre was enrolled in the program, he assaulted Amanda Kiefer, a San Francisco resident, in a brutal attack that left her with a fractured skull and long-term trauma. At that time, Izaguirre stole Kiefer’s purse and, in his attempt to escape, got into an SUV and tried to run her down. Kiefer clung to the hood of the vehicle before being thrown onto the road, resulting in severe injuries. The attack prompted Kiefer to leave California permanently. He avoided deportation and still received job training.
When his story surfaced in 2009 during Harris’ campaign to be California’s attorney general, she expressed regret about the program’s oversight regarding illegal immigrants and expressed her confusion and anger over why individuals with criminal records were not being deported.
“The immigration issue, as it relates to the Izaguirre case, obviously is a huge kind of pimple on the face of this program,” Harris said at the time. “I don’t mean to trivialize it, nor do I mean to cover it up.” She was left with no choice but to support the deportation of Izaguirre and revised the “Back on Track” criteria to require participants to provide documentation proving their eligibility to work legally. But Harris still allowed the remaining illegal immigrants in the program to complete their training.
“My issue was more, what are we going to do to prevent this from happening in the future?” she said at the time. And now, she is touting her time as a prosecutor in her 2024 presidential bid.
Harris also supports sanctuary policies linked to the release of violent criminals
Aside from the “Back on Track” program, she also supported sanctuary policies, which have been linked to the release of violent criminals, as a San Francisco District Attorney.
In fact, a 2006 statement from her spokesperson declared, “We are a sanctuary city, a city of refuge, and we always will be.” This policy, which protects undocumented immigrants, prohibited local authorities from questioning individuals’ immigration status unless they committed a crime.
However, the loose interpretation of several city departments about the policies has been implicated in multiple violent crimes.
For instance, the notorious case of Edwin Ramos, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador with a significant criminal history, committed a triple murder in June 2008. Ramos fatally shot Tony Bologna, 48, and his two sons Michael, 20 and Matthew, 16, at a traffic stop. Prosecutors suggested that Ramos mistakenly believed the victims were rival gang members.
Ramos was charged with gang-related assault and an attempted robbery, yet the juvenile probation department did not involve federal immigration authorities due to the sanctuary city policy.
At the time, Danielle Bologna, the widow and mother of the Bologna victims, pleaded with Harris to seek the death penalty for Ramos. But Harris clung to her anti-death penalty stance and instead advocated for a life sentence without parole for Ramos.
In March 2008, just months before the Bologna murders, Ramos was found in a car with another gang member who had tried to discard a gun used in a double killing. Charges were not filed against Ramos as police could not prove his knowledge of the gun.
In line with this, Danielle Bologna filed a lawsuit against the city in 2009. She argued that the lenient interpretation of sanctuary city policies contributed to the death of her family. However, a judge dismissed the lawsuit, ruling that city officials were not responsible for Ramos’ actions.

Top LGBTQIAAP2S+ Group Declared ‘Transitions’ were ‘Medically Necessary’ to Manipulate Insurance Companies
(LifeSiteNews) — An influential transgender activist group known as the “World Professional Association for Transgender Health” (WPATH) incorporated policy language deeming “gender transition” procedures “medically necessary” into its official standards of care as a “tool” to pressure insurance companies to cover them rather than as an objective medical conclusion, according to recently-publicized court documents.
Released as part of a court filing in the ongoing lawsuit over Alabama’s ban on “transitioning” gender-confused minors, the emails include discussion of how to put WPATH’s 2016 declaration that “transitioning” is “medically necessary” to better advantage, the Washington Free Beacon reports.
“We needed a tool for our attorneys to use in defending access to care [i.e., “sex changes”],” one official wrote in January 2022. “The original Medical Necessity Statement was specific to the US because this was where we were experiencing the problem […] I have long wanted this (and many of our other policy statements) to become part of the [standards of care] because that gives them greater force.”
Further, despite public insistence that WPATH’s Standards of Care Version 8 (SOC-8) was formed with the “most rigorous protocol in the world,” the emails show that WPATH refused to publish the findings of Johns Hopkins researchers who concluded there was “little to no evidence” supporting WPATH’s desired conclusion.
“It is paramount that any publication based on the WPATH SOC8 data is thoroughly scrutinized and reviewed to ensure that publication does not negatively affect the provision of transgender healthcare [sic] in the broadest sense,” another email read.
Previous disclosures from the same lawsuit revealed that cross-dressing Biden administration assistant Health & Human Services (HHS) Secretary Richard “Rachel” Levine “strongly pressured WPATH leadership to rush the development and issuance of SOC-8], in order to assist with Administration political strategy,” specifically by pushing for the elimination of minimum-age guidelines.
A significant body of evidence shows that “affirming” gender confusion carries serious harms, especially when done with impressionable children who lack the mental development, emotional maturity, and life experience to consider the long-term ramifications of the decisions being pushed on them, or full knowledge about the long-term effects of life-altering, physically-transformative, and often-irreversible surgical and chemical procedures.
Studies find that more than 80% of children suffering gender dysphoria outgrow it on their own by late adolescence and that “transition” procedures, including full “reassignment” surgery, fail to resolve gender-confused individuals’ heightened tendency to engage in self-harm and suicide — and even exacerbate it, including by reinforcing their confusion and neglecting the actual root causes of their mental strife.
So-called “gender-affirming” physicians have also been caught on video admitting to more old-fashioned motives for such procedures, as with an 2022 exposé about Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Clinic for Transgender Health, where Dr. Shayne Sebold Taylor said outright that “these surgeries make a lot of money.”
The Biden administration’s own Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) released a since-deleted report last year acknowledging that “lesbian, gay, and bisexual adults are more likely than straight adults to use substances, experience mental health conditions including major depressive episodes, and experience serious thoughts of suicide.”
Yet the White House refuses to retreat an inch from any major aspect of the LGBT agenda: reopening the military to recruits afflicted with gender dysphoria, promotinggender ideology within the military (including “diversity” and drag events on military bases), holding events to “affirm transgender kids,” condemning state laws against underage “transitions” as “close to sinful,” promoting underage “transitions” (potentially at taxpayer expense) as a “best practice,” and trying to force federally funded schools to let males into female athletic competitions and restrooms.
BREAKING: Fiber-optic Networks Sabotaged in France
Fiber-optic networks in France have been sabotaged in six areas of France, according to French police. The capital, Paris, is currently unaffected.
The sabotage occurred just three days after another deliberate attack on France’s high-speed rail system, timed to coincide with the opening of the Paris Olympic Games. Travel was disrupted for hundreds of thousands of people.
French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin said the authorities believe “ultra-left” movements could be behind the attacks.
French security services have “identified a certain number of profiles that could have committed” the sabotage acts, he said. He added that the “attacks were intentional, very precise, extremely well targeted,” and that this was “the traditional mode of operation of the ultra-left.”
“The question is whether they were manipulated or is it for their own account,” he said.
French police have already arrested an activist belonging to a leftist group. The man was arrested at Oissel in northern France and had in his possession keys to a site belonging to rail operator SNCF.
All high-speed trains in France are now running again after railway engineers worked round the clock to restore service.
Erdogan Could End up Like Saddam – Israel
Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz has warned that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan could end up like former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein, who was toppled and executed by a US-backed coalition, if he attempts to intervene in the Gaza war.
Erdogan traded threats with Israeli officials on Sunday over the IDF’s ongoing military operation in Gaza, as well as rapidly escalating tensions with Lebanese-based armed group Hezbollah. Speaking at a rally in his hometown of Rize, Erdogan suggested that Türkiye could “enter” Israel in order to help the Palestinians.
“We must be very strong so that Israel can’t do these ridiculous things to Palestine,”Erdogan said. In the past he has condemned Israel’s actions in Gaza to those of Nazi Germany – and likened Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Adolf Hitler.

Katz responded with a warning of his own on X (formerly Twitter). “Erdogan is going down the path of Saddam Hussein and threatens to attack Israel,” he wrote, adding that the Turkish leader “should just remember what happened there and how that ended.”
Israeli opposition leader Yair Lapid also blasted Erdogan, calling him a “danger to the Middle East” and a “wannabe dictator.”

“The world, and especially NATO members, must strongly condemn his outrageous threats against Israel and force him to end his support for Hamas,” Lapid wrote on X.
Saddam Hussein was overthrown during the 2003 US-led invasion of Iraq. He went into hiding, but was eventually caught by US troops, convicted by an Iraqi court of crimes against humanity, and executed by hanging in 2006.

BOMBSHELL: Trump Shooter Was Known to Authorities 90 Minutes Before Shooting
Thomas Matthew Crooks was identified as a possible threat at least 90 minutes before he tried to kill Donald Trump, according to text messages obtained by The New York Post.
The Post obtained text messages between members of the Beaver County Emergency Unit that was aiding Secret Service in policing the event. According to The Post, these messages provide “a more concrete—and earlier—timeline leading up to the shooting.”
The messages show that Crooks was also aware of law enforcement as he prepared his assassination attempt.
“Someone followed our lead and snuck in and parked by our cars just so you know,” a counter-sniper texted a colleague as he headed out around 4:26 p.m.
“I’m just letting you know because you see me go out with my rifle and put it in my car so he knows you guys are up there sitting to the direct right on a picnic table about 50 yards from the exit,” he wrote of the suspicious person who turned out to be Crooks.
At about 5.10 pm, according to the Post, Crooks was “below the counter-snipers who were inside the AGR International building warehouse where the 20-year-old eventually climbed onto the roof of and fired his AR-15 from.”
One of the counter-snipers took photos of him and posted them to a group chat less than 20 minutes later.
Another officer wrote in a text that they should tell the Secret Service about the suspicious person they had seen with a rangefinder.
“Kid learning around the building we are in. AGR I believe it is,” the text reads. “I did see him with a range finder looking towards stage [sic]. FYI. If you wanna notify SS snipers to look out. I lost sight of him.”
“Call it in to command and have a uniform check it out,” an officer texted.
The texts throw into doubt previous claims that the authorities knew about Crooks roughly an hour before the shooting, as was claimed at a recent congressional hearing.
Our understanding of the extent of Crooks’ planning, and the failures by Secret Service and local law enforcement to prevent him from carrying out his attack, continues to grow; although a proper understanding of his motive, beyond his aim to kill the president, is still yet to be establisged.
Secret Service Director Kimberley Cheatle stepped down last week in response to the outrage over her agency’s failure to protect the former president from the attempt on his life.
