Top German Politicians Demand ‘Maximum’ Penalty for Young People Expressing Their Discontent with Unrestricted Migration
German politicians are calling for a group of young people protesting against unrestricted migration to be imprisoned, possibly even given the maximum sentence for a variety of alleged crimes.
The individuals in question are a group of young Germans on vacation in the patio of a bar in Sylt, a small tourist island in the North Sea. The individuals chanted “Deutschland den Deutschen, Auslander raus!” (“Germany for the Germans, foreigners out!”) while dancing to the song “L’Amours Toujours” by Italian DJ Gigi D’Agostino.
The news story broke following a seconds-long video of the incident going viral in German news and social media, sending virtually the entire country into a frenzy with politicians alleging that the youths were sympathizers of Nazi German leader Adolf Hitler.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz even stepped in to condemn the video, calling the youths “repugnant” and their actions “not acceptable.”
“This video is worrisome because it shows that it’s not just the disenfranchised who are becoming radicalized, but that radicalization is also coming from the heart of society,” accused federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier in his statement.
Bundestag (Parliament) President Barbel Bas of the ruling left-wing Social Democratic Party has called for the youths to receive the harshest punishment possible, including “perhaps even the maximum penalty.”
The young adults are being accused of violating Section 86a of the German Criminal Code, which refers to “unconstitutional symbols.” If found guilty, the youths could be sentenced to up to three years in prison. If the kids are also found guilty of “incitement against the people,” they could be given another five years to their prison sentences.
“This video exists, and certain people can be identified,” said Bas. She added that “such things, anti-constitutional slogans, are to be punished… I hope they get a decent punishment.”
Migrants committing acts of violence all over Germany
Denes Albert, writing for the Central Europe-focused news website ReMix, noted that while some of Germany’s highest-level politicians weigh in on a video wherein the youths are not being violent and “nobody was physically attacked, raped or maimed,” foreigners and people with foreign backgrounds continue to commit acts of extreme violence all over Germany in incidents that are also videoed and shared on social media.
“The German government does not comment on them because these videos do not fit the narrative,” warned Albert.

“It is important to note that these young people did not commit any violent robbery, did not rape anybody, nor did they swing machetes at each other in daylight,” wrote Albert. “For the category of gang rape, Germany is experiencing record-high numbers and this is, quite simply put, driven by mass immigration – this is a statistical fact. And yet, this data point barely sparked even the tiniest fraction of the outrage this video has produced, including around-the-clock news coverage and public comments from top politicians, including the chancellor.”
The conservative, anti-mass immigration party Alternative for Germany (AfD) noted that incidents of gang rapes have hit a record high in Germany in 2022, with certain days experiencing as many as two reported incidents, and with the total number for the year hitting 789, higher than the previous year’s 677 and the previous record-high of 710 in 2019.
“The figures on the composition of the perpetrators are also clear and show that all claims that there is no connection between mass migration and the collapse of internal security are lies,” wrote the AfD on its official Facebook page. “There were 471 suspected perpetrators with a German passport compared to 472 foreigners – so around half of the perpetrators are foreigners, although their share of the total population is ‘only’ around 14 percent. However, the 50 percent does not include the number of German suspects with foreign origins! The main countries of origin of the foreign suspects were once again Syria and Afghanistan.”

France: Zambian Asylum Seeker will Not Serve Jail Time for Sexually Assaulting 13-Year-Old Daughter of His Friend
A 52-year-old Zambian migrant was sentenced to 18 months of probation after sexually assaulting the 13-year-old daughter of his friend, which means he will not serve any prison time unless he violates his probation.
The sentencing, handed out in a Caen judicial court on May 28, 2024, was for a case dating back to Feb. 19, 2023, in Calvados.
On that day, after spending an evening with his friend, the Zambian migrant’s friend offered to take him home along with two other guests. The 13-year-old daughter of the driver also came along.
The 52-year-old Zambian man, who is seeking asylum in France, ended up sitting in the backseat with the daughter, where he began sexually assaulting the girl, according to French news outlet Ouest France.
The 13-year-old testified in court, saying: “He touched my leg, then my chest. He forced me to kiss him, he took my hand and put it on the fly of his pants.” She stated that the Zambian man also penetrated her anus with his fingers.
The defendant admits to sexually assaulting the girl but denies penetrating her, saying: “I ask myself the question every day: why did I do that? It was the first time in my life.”
The mother of the victim said in court that her daughter has since tried to commit suicide two times due to the incident.
“She was already fragile but what happened accentuated her condition,” said an expert psychiatrist during the trial.
The prosecutor said the defendant is a sexual predator, saying, “As the psychiatrist who examined him said, there is a sort of sexual fixation in the defendant’s life. The impulse towards the victim, which he does not explain and for which he expresses no regret, is particularly serious and worrying.”
Due to the nature of the crime, the age of the victim, and the fact that she has suffered grave psychological harm due to the incident, the prosecutor was seeking two years of imprisonment, deportation, and judicial monitoring of the defendant.
However, the judge issued no jail time at all, instead giving the defendant a suspended sentence and probation, along with a ban on contact with the victim and orders to leave French territory. However, less than 10 percent of those people with deportation orders in France are actually forced to leave in the end, with some nationalities having as low as a 0.2 percent deportation rate.
The Zambian man has also been ordered to pay €1,000 to the victim for “moral” damage and €1,800 to the victim’s mother for legal fees.

Homosexual Activists Attack Italian Pro-Life Group’s Headquarters for Second Time in 10 Days
ROME (LifeSiteNews) — The Rome headquarters of an Italian pro-life and pro-family organization has been vandalized by LGBT activists for the second time in 10 days.
The group Pro Vita e Famiglia reported on May 30 that “LGBTQAI+ activists who claimed responsibility for the act on their social networks” spray-painted the shutters of its headquarters with threats like “you will pay,” “We’ll not give you peace,” and “trans riot.”

The vandalizers also put posters on the outer walls of the building that showed “the Palestinian flag waving over a burning St. Peter’s Basilica” alongside the slogan “Queers for Palestine.”
According to Pro Vita e Familiga, this was the second attack by vandals on their headquarters within 10 days and the 12th attack within the last three years.

The pro-family organization called the ongoing aggressions “a real persecution with a worrying escalation of violent and threatening content.”
“The pro-abortion and LGBTQAI+ lobbies have fomented a climate of hatred and intolerance towards those who declare themselves Pro-Family or Pro-Life for years, culminating in the attack last November 25th with the launch of an explosive device inside our headquarters,” the group stated.
On November 25 last year, vandals attacked the pro-life group’s headquarters, smashing windows and lighting fires, and left a homemade explosive device inside the building that fortunately did not explode. Jacopo Coghe, spokesman for Pro Vita e Famiglia, described the attackers as “feminist activists.”

Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni condemned the attack against the pro-life organization back in November. She stated: “I don’t know how anyone thinks of fighting violence against women by making themselves the protagonists of intolerable acts of violence and intimidation such as those that occurred on Saturday against the Pro Life and Family Association.”
Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini also condemned the attack.
Pro Vita describes itself as a group that “defends the right to life from conception to natural death, promotes the family founded on the marriage between a man and a woman, and supports parents’ freedom and educational priority.”

Belgium Wants to Silence Hungary’s Anti-War Voice, Hungarian FM Szijjártó Claims
Belgian Foreign Minister Hadja Lahbib is taking the initiative to exclude Hungary from EU decision-making processes, Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó has claimed.
Speaking in Budapest on Monday, the senior Hungarian government minister accused Eurocrats of wanting to suppress the pro-peace forces and remove the last obstacle to war by silencing and excluding Hungary from strategic talks.
The minister was reacting to a recent statement by his Belgian counterpart who called for the Article 7 rule of law procedure against Hungary to be stepped up, thus depriving Hungary of its voting rights in the Council of the European Union.
He said that those who may have doubted the importance of this week’s European Parliament elections may now be convinced that such a decision has perhaps never been before the Hungarian people, as the war frenzy in Brussels has taken hold and those who are for peace are being silenced.
“There is a lockdown panic, six days to go until the European elections, six days to go before people pull the emergency brake on the pro-war train, which is currently hurtling towards its final destination, a third world war, in a seemingly unstoppable way,” Szijjártó warned.
“On June 9, the European people can pull the emergency brake, but it is clear that in the remaining days, Brussels will continue to do everything in its power to silence all those who speak for peace and against war,” he said.
“The Belgian Foreign Minister is taking the initiative to exclude Hungary so that we Hungarians should not be able to represent our position, that we Hungarians should not be able to express our opinion on what we think about the consequences of our common decisions, that we Hungarians should not be able to say that we do not want to go to war, but that we want peace, that we Hungarians should not be able to say what kind of war madness is going on in Europe today, and that we Hungarians should not be able to say that the threat of a third world war is getting closer,” he said.
“So the importance of June 9 has also increased. We need very strong support, a big victory, to be able to resist the pressure in the weeks and months to come, to be able to speak out strongly for peace, to be able to stand up against the preparations for a third world war here in Europe,” he added.
The move comes just weeks before Hungary is scheduled to take over the rolling EU presidency on July 1 for six months.

Meta Begins Training AI on Users’ Data, Makes it Difficult to Opt Out
Anyone with even some cursory knowledge of how user interface/experience (UX) but also user behavior works will tell you that “default (settings) is king.”
That is why the ability to “opt-out” (that is, remove yourself from a feature baked in as default) although it seems fair enough at first glance, is actually often a deliberate choice to harm users’ interests, by banking on their inertia.
But then when even that option is degraded to what some refer as “nearly impossible to opt out” – things start looking really bad.
They get even worse when you learn that this concerns your personal data being used to train AI models. And by none other than that paragon of habitual disrespect for user privacy and security, Meta.
This is what Instagram and Facebook users in the EU (and the UK) are being told about the whole “operation”: “We’re getting ready to expand our AI at Meta experiences to your region.”
But “your region” – i.e., the UK and the 27-member bloc, have some fairly strict legislation in place, at least formally, to protect privacy and security of online data. And so the Meta message sent to them continued:
“To help bring these experiences to you, we’ll now rely on the legal basis called legitimate interests for using your information to develop and improve AI at Meta. This means that you have the right to object to how your information is used for these purposes. If your objection is honored, it will be applied from then on.”
“If your objection is honored” – might just be the most bizarre example of corporations trying to get “opt-out” to mean squat.
Outrageous as this looks, that’s by no means the end or the worst of the story: if you’re not in the UK or the EU – you won’t even get the “courtesy” of this notification that’s wrong to begin with, in so many ways.
That’s because the EU has legislation supposed to strongly protect privacy, GDPR, and the UK, after leaving the bloc, enacted much the same rules.
In other words, elsewhere in the world, you don’t even know what new ways Meta has found to, eventually and effectively, monetize your data without your knowledge.
And now for the real point of the story: how will the EU (and the UK) react to all this?
Always quick to turn the screw on Meta in a bid to make it expand its censorship – will these governments even react to the giant making a mockery of their data protection laws by adding a gazillion hurdles to the “opt out” process?

WHO Director Tedros: ‘It’s Time to be More Aggressive in Pushing Back on Anti-Vaxxers’
(LifeSiteNews) — The director-general of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, declared “it’s time to be more aggressive in pushing back on anti-vaxxers.”
During a talk titled “Celebrating 50 years of immunization progress,” Ghebreyesus said: “You know the serious challenge that’s posed by anti-vaxxers, and I think we need to strategize to really push back.”

“I think it’s time to be more aggressive in pushing back on anti-vaxxers,” he stated. “I think they used COVID as an opportunity, and you know all the havoc they are creating.”
The WHO has previously attacked people opposed to the dangerous, ineffective, and abortion-tainted COVID shots, baselessly smearing critics of the experimental injections as a “major killing force” and attempting to link them to the “far right.”
The WHO and Ghebreyesus completely disregard overwhelming evidence that the experimental COVID injections have caused millions of deaths and serious injuries and the dramatic recent pronouncement from a former Japanese government minister apologizing for such deaths.
In his talk, Ghebreyesus addressed the supposed achievements of vaccines in general and childhood vaccination in particular, failing to mention the role of improved nutrition and sanitation in reducing child and maternal mortality.
“More than 14 million children in 2022 did not receive a single dose of vaccine; working together with partners like GAVI [the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization] and UNICEF, we aim to halve that number by 2030,” the WHO chief said.
Ghebreyesus praised GAVI’s role “in supporting access to vaccines around the world” and called on people to donate to its “replenishment letter” program. Both GAVI and the WHO receive hundreds of millions of dollars in funding from the Gates Foundation every year.
