2A Victory: Federal Judge Rules New Jersey AR-15 Ban Unconstitutional
A federal judge ruled on Tuesday the State of New Jersey’s AR-15 rifle ban is unconstitutional but somehow allowed a limit on magazines over 10 rounds to remain.

In a 69-page opinion, U.S. District Judge Peter Sheridan cited the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2022 Bruen decision to support his ruling.
New Jersey’s Democrat Attorney General Matt Platkin complained the ruling “undermines public safety” and that it has “no support in the text or the history of the Constitution.”
“Today’s decision weaponizes the Second Amendment to undermine public safety,” Platkin said. “The AR-15 is an instrument designed for warfare that inflicts catastrophic mass injuries, and is the weapon of choice for the epidemic of mass shootings that have ravaged so many communities across this nation.”

Platkin will likely appeal the judge’s ruling.
COVER UP! Secret Service Rejects FOIA Requests for Any Records About Assassination Attempt on President Trump
The U.S. Secret Service outright denied multiple Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for documents about the assassination attempt on former President Trump.
Judicial Watch on July 16 filed three FOIA requests seeking emails, videos, and advance survey security assessments, among other documents related to the attempted assassination of Trump.
“The Secret Service time and time again can’t be trusted,” Fitton said, noting the agency’s bizarre slew of excuses for why Thomas Crooks was able to position himself on a nearby roof and take several shots at Trump with a rifle before a sniper took him out in Butler, Pennsylvania.

But the Secret Service has refused to produce any documents requested, claiming the disclosure could “interfere with enforcement proceedings.”
At this time, pursuant to Title 5 U.S.C. § 552(B)(7)(A), any potentially responsive records, if they exist, are exempt as disclosure could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings. The citation of the above exemption is not to be construed as the only exemption which may be available under the FOIA.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in response accused the Secret Service of engaging in a “cover up” and said his organization is preparing further litigation to obtain those documents.
“The Biden Secret Service is in cover-up mode on its inexcusable and epic failure to protect former President Trump and other innocents,” Fitton said.
“For Secret Service leaders to promise transparency to Congress while hiding every possible FOIA record from the American people is yet another indictment of this corrupt and failing agency.”
The Secret Service likewise denied FOIA requests filed by America First Legal on July 19, claiming there is no “particular urgency to inform the public about the government activity involved in the request.”

Following the release of Secret Service bodycam footage obtained by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) in response to the agency’s lack of transparency, O’Keefe Media Group last week also filed FOIA requests for all of the bodycam footage from the July 13 incident.

Disgraced Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle resigned from her post last week amid intense criticism after the agency failed to protect Trump from the shooting.
Acting Director Ronald Rowe also revealed during a Senate hearing on Tuesday that not a single Secret Service agent or official has been fired as a result of the July 13 shooting against Trump.
And a USSS counter-sniper recently claimed in an alarming internal email that another attempted hit on Trump was imminent given the agency’s systemic failure of leadership.

German CDC Covid Data Leaked – Shots Harmful & Ineffective — Report
Journalist Aya Velazquez received non-redacted Covid protocols from the Robert Koch Institute (German CDC) via a whistleblower. It was reported in German but biotechnologist Dr. Simon Goddek provided key takeaways in English.
The first key takeaway from these documents is the fact that the Covid-vaccinated suffer more severely from the Covid virus than non-vaccinated individuals do. The German CDC knew this in 2020.
Shockingly, children were reportedly seen as guinea pigs, at least according to Dr. Goddek.

Another revelation is that there was no ‘professional justification’ for the mask mandates and that the masks had undesirable side effects. This was documented at the start of 2021.
2021 was the first major year for the Covid injection worldwide.
A revelation from August of that year was that the shot failed to protect against Covid infection in 79 percent of cases.
Later that year the German CDC found that the Influenza vaccination is also ineffective, yet there was effort to not disclose that fact publicly.
By the end of 2022, the agency noted that those who never got a Covid injection were essentially immune to the disease. Effort was given to devise a way to present that which didn’t negatively affect the vaccination program.
While the government knew the shots were causing deaths, the medical community were able to confirm it as well, as a German study from 2023 indicated that massive increases in excess mortality began after the Covid injections began being rolled out.
These leaked revelations out of the German Covid response are only the latest in a long line of admissions regarding the dark nature of the pandemic.
Global awareness is indeed spreading, marketed by public movements and organizations seeking justice for what began in 2020.
Infowars previously reported on The Hope Accord, a public agreement founded to fight back against the Covid takeover. It has now garnered over 45,000 signatories.
Infowars also reported on Canadian organization The National Citizen’s Inquiry which was set up to examine Canada’s totalitarian response to the Covid pandemic and act to ensure it won’t happen again.
One may question how such a global misdeed could happen. Ethan Huff pondered the question of ‘who really controls the world’ in his article on Natural News.
