FBI and CISA Warn of Cyber Attacks on Election Infrastructure
“Public access to election information” could be hindered by cyberattacks on “election infrastructure,” according to a joint statement from the FBI and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
The two agencies issued the statement on Wednesday, warning that distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks could prevent the public from accessing election information in November. The agencies sought to reassure the public, however, that the integrity of the presidential election would not be compromised.
“This public service announcement is to raise awareness that Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks on election infrastructure, or adjacent infrastructure that supports election operations, could hinder public access to election information, but would not impact the security or integrity of election processes,” the statement said.
“The PSA is part of the agencies’ ongoing commitment to provide the public with information and the election infrastructure community with the support they need to run safe and secure elections.”
Users took to Twitter to express their concern that this announcement was a clear warning of the Democrat plan to steal the 2024 election.

“To have an attack that shuts down key election infrastructure and then when everything comes back online we all have to accept the results?!
“And I’d bet those results will mysteriously support Kamala.”
The announcement takes on further significant in light of the recent Crowdstrike critical outage, which affected voting machines in Maricopa County, Arizona—a county that has come to be seen as a bellwether for election fraud.
In a statement published on its website, the Maricopa Elections Department said it was “experiencing an outage at some voting locations.”
The Pima County Recorder’s Office also issued a statement confirming that its machines had suffered outages, but assured the public that there had been “no impact to voters.”
“We’ve been working all night with the Department of Homeland Security to minimize any sort of disruption,” said JP Martin, a deputy communications director for the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office.
“We’re still monitoring the situation with our county partners and making sure they have the support they need.”
The outage was part of a global outage. Crowdstrike confirmed that the problem, due to a faulty software update, mostly affects Windows computers and not Apple or Linux systems. Thousands of flights were cancelled or delayed and government, medical and legal services were affected, as well as businesses.

Joe Biden appeared to suggest he won’t finish his full term, as he spoke publicly at a prisoner exchange on Thursday.
Biden was welcoming home prisoners exchanged with Russia, including a Wall Street Journal reporter and a former US Marine, when he appeared to suggest he would not serve the remainder of his term, which ends on January 20 2025.

There are 170 days between now and the inauguration of the next president.
It’s unclear whether this really was a genuine slip—a revelation of the next stage of the coup that has seen Biden withdraw from the presidential race—or whether it’s simply another instance of Biden’s cognitive decline on full display for the world to see.
Biden looked particularly confused at the prisoner exchange, rambling and wandering off to board a plane he wasn’t supposed to. One Twitter commentator described the President as “Absolutely freaking gone.”
Kamala Harris also spoke off the cuff and gave a less-than-convincing performance.
“This is just an extraordinary testament to the importance of having a president who understands the power of diplomacy and understands the strength that rests in understanding the significance of diplomacy,” the Democrat nominee for the presidency said, as the current President looked on with bemusement and an open mouth.

ActBlue To Be Investigated for Money Laundering by Multiple State AGs
ActBlue, the leftwing PAC and fundraising platform, is to be investigated for money laundering by the state Attorneys General of Virginia and Missouri, and the Wyoming Secretary of State.
The investigations were announced on Thursday and Friday and include accusations that hundreds of thousands of dollars of contributions were not made in a fraudulent manner. It has been suggested that fictional donors and dummy accounts were used, and that contributions were even made without the consent or awareness of donors.
“The citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia deserve to know that nonprofit and political entities are financed in a legal manner and that entities operating in Virginia are legitimately and legally raising funds,” Virginia AG Jason Miyares stated.
Similar statements were issued by Missouri AG Andrew Bailey and Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray.
“The widespread allegations against ActBlue are deeply troubling, and we must ensure that political action committees are following the Wyoming Election Code,” said Secretary Gray in a statement.
“Claiming that a person donated to a PAC if that person never donated to that PAC would be a felony under Wyoming law. I am very concerned and remain committed to a thorough review of contributions to ensure compliance with Wyoming law.”
There has been renewed focus on ActBlue and Democrat fundraising thanks to James O’Keefe, of OMG Media and formerly of Project Veritas. Last week he released a major report on fundraising irregularities at Act Blue, including the case of Cindy Nowe, of Annapolis, Maryland, who was supposed to have contributed three times a day, every day, for an entire year to the organization.

The use of “campaign finance mules”—individuals making hundreds or even thousands of donations a year—was exposed by the Gateway Pundit in late 2022. Many of these mules are unemployed and clearly lack the means to make the kinds of payments, often totalling tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars, that are linked to them.
Such patterns of suspicious donations have been discovered in multiple states, from Missouri to Michigan.
