Mother found footage of man engaged in sexual activity with her 14-year-old daughter on girl’s cell phone, police say

An adult illegal alien has reportedly been charged with sexually assaulting a child in Texas.

Authorities in Abilene recently arrested a man identified as Roberto Javier Tovino-Cruz in connection with an alleged incident that unfolded on March 1, 2024.

A mother notified the Abilene Police Department (APD) she had discovered videos of a man engaged in sexual activity with her 14-year-old daughter on the girl’s cell phone, according to court documents reviewed by local media.

The woman provided information to APD that enabled them to track the suspect down.

“Detectives interviewed the victim, and the documents state she said she met a man at a party and agreed to engage in sexual activity with him while he made a video recording. She also described multiple instances of sexual assault,” KTAB reports.

Citizen journalists with Illegal Alien Crimes first reported on Tovino-Cruz’s arrest in July after an immigration detainer was filed against him.

Last week, KTAB reported Tovino-Cruz is an “undocumented immigrant,” indicating that he is illegally present in the U.S.

He is being held in Taylor County Jail on a $50,000 surety bond.

Tovino-Cruz’s age and nationality remain unclear.

During the confrontation, Thul informed Walz’s aides that such misrepresentations could lead to jail time.

A resurfaced video from 2009 showed Iraq war veteran David Thul confronting Kamala Harris’ Vice Presidential pick Tim Walz’s staff over allegations that he was committing stolen valor over claims he had made.

From 2007 to 2019, Walz served as a Congressman from his state of Minnesota. From 1981 to 2005 Walz served in the U.S. military.

Walz portrayed himself as a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, a U.S. military operation in Afghanistan initiated after the September 11 attacks.

It turns out however that Walz never deployed to Afghanistan, instead he served in Europe during that time, according to The Washington Free Beacon.

The video, taken in 2009 showed Thul speaking with Walz’s office aids regarding these claims. Thul recorded the interaction. He said Walz’s claims could be interpreted as violations of the Stolen Valor Act, which can potentially lead to jail time if Walz was ever indicted and convicted.

“Operation Enduring Freedom is limited to Afghanistan and the airspace directly above,” Thul said in the video, referencing wording on Walz’s website which would likely be interpreted that he was in Afghanistan.

Thul went on to discuss a photo of Walz holding a sign in 2004 which read ‘Enduring Freedom Veterans for Kerry’.

“This right here, under current U.S. law, this can get the Congressman probably thrown in jail … Congressman Walz is clearly claiming … to be an Enduring Freedom veteran. Nobody disputes the fact that he is not an Afghanistan or Enduring Freedom veteran. So this represents a fairly serious issue,” Thul can be heard saying in the video while referencing the photo.

The revelations come after veteran National Guardsman Tom Behrends discussed the stolen valor allegations. Behrends was in the same battalion as Walz in 2004 while stationed in Europe.

Walz decided to vacate the unit when he was set to be deployed to Iraq, according to Behrends.

Walz can also be seen on CSPAN in 2007 using wordage that could lead viewers into thinking that he was somewhere that he wasn’t.

With its massive armed forces and ever-ongoing military conflicts in addition to a culture that values genuineness and shuns posers, those in America are known to take stolen valor very seriously. This is especially true when consideration is taken for those who have been killed in the line of service.

Grammy award-winning indie folk band’s singer is from same town!

Vice President Kamala Harris lured a large crowd to her campaign rally in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, because she also used the venue to host a popular musician who happens to be from that same city.

On Wednesday, a large crowd gathered to watch grammy award-winning indie folk band Bon Iver perform at a Kamala “rally.” 

The band’s singer, Justin Vernon, is from Eau Claire.

“Demtards Chanting ‘This is what Democracy Looks Like’ at a rally for candidate they did not vote for is peak peak Demtard,” said Infowars’ Rob Dew.

Infowars founder Alex Jones tore into the MSM for hyping the phony rally.

The campaign staff discussed deceiving the public by labeling the Biden brain blunders as ‘disinformation’ in order to discredit suspicions and boost voter turnout.

A recently unearthed recording of a Zoom call from 2020, attained by journalist Matt Orfalea, showed the Biden/Harris campaign’s efforts to gaslight the public into thinking their candidate was mentally fit for office.

The campaign staff discussed deceiving the public by labeling the Biden brain blunders as ‘disinformation’ in order to discredit suspicions and boost voter turnout.

“The recording features Rob Flaherty, the digital director for the Biden campaign, who is now Deputy Campaign Manager; Becca Rinkevich, who served as Biden’s Rapid Response Director and later became Deputy Director of Digital Strategy at the White House; and Tim Durigan, the creator and lead analyst of the DNC Counter-Disinformation Program,” The Gateway Pundit said Thursday.

Flaherty can be heard saying that the Biden team monitored, detected and tracked ‘disinformation’ regarding their candidate, then interacted with internet platforms to remove it under their terms-of-use policies.

Rinkevich can be heard discussing combatting ‘disinformation’ regarding Biden’s intellect. It turns out that the team combatted it with targeted psychological operations (psyops) against individuals based on their personalities and psychographic data, a tactic that was widely criticized when used by those on the right via Cambridge Analytica.

The targeted psyops included stalking potential voters across the internet.

It even included showing short videos depicting Biden speaking like a cognizant human when internet users tried to investigate if he was senile, instead of showing them the information they were actually looking for.

‘Armies’ of disinformation fighters were deployed to defend Biden’s lackluster brain.

Even if something was true, it did not pass by the authoritative keyboards of the ‘army’ if it was critical of Biden’s mental shortcomings.

The psyops had a real effect on the election as well. Rinkevich admitted that she believes 200,000 extra votes were cast for Biden due to their tireless efforts of beguiling the public.

The arrests come as more countries refuse to recognise the disputed presidential election results.

The regime of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro is conducting mass arrests of opposition leaders following nationwide protests over elections that campaigners believe the regime has stolen.

The situation across the country is continuing to deteriorate after the presidential election on July 28. The electoral authority, which is controlled by the government, declared Maduro the winner, but the opposition says it has proof that its candidate, Edmundo González, won by a landslide.

The electoral council has so far declined to publish a detailed breakdown of the result. The Maduro government has blamed a cyberattack for the delay.

Protesters took to the streets across the country after the result declaration, in what many saw as the biggest challenge yet to 25 years of socialist rule. The protests have, for the time being, subsided, but arrests of leading opposition figures have continued in an operation dubbed “Tun Tun,” or “Knock Knock.”

Last week, María Oropeza, an opposition leader, broadcast live on Instagram as police broke into her home and took her away. According to news outlet La Patilla, she was heard saying, “I ask for help, I ask for help from everyone I can, I did nothing wrong. I am not a criminal, I am just another citizen who wants a different country. God and the Virgin always accompany me.”

Meanwhile, Carlos Chancellor, an opposition politician in Bolívar state has also reportedly been arrested. He is the father of footballer Jhon Chancellor, who plays for the national team.

Pro-democracy group Foro Penal have calculated that there have so far been 780 verified arrests, although the real number may be much higher.

Western nations, and several South American governments, have questioned the official election results. 

President Gabirel Boric of Chile said on Wednesday: “I have no doubt that Maduro’s government has attempted to commit fraud in Venezuela’s election.” He added that Chile would refuse to recognise the result.

Meanwhile, Santiago Abascal, president of the right-wing Spanish party VOX, has written to the presidents of all the groups in the European Parliament asking them to join him in calling for the EU to recognise opposition candidate Edmundo González as the legitimate president of Venezuela.
