WATCH: High-Speed Smuggling Pursuit Ends in Horror Crash, Bailout in Texas
A suspected human smuggler driving a stolen pickup truck caused a ghastly multi-vehicle accident before bailing out and trying to escape on foot, Texas authorities say.
The shocking incident unfolded in Hidalgo County on April 8, but the Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) just released footage captured from the air and ground.

The suspect, identified as Juan David Guzman, was seen dropping off illegal aliens in a red pickup truck near a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint on US-281.
Guzman then led TxDPS troopers on a high-speed pursuit, weaving through traffic and putting other motorists in extreme danger.
As he was approaching a major intersection, he attempted to pass a tractor-trailer, but lost control and slammed into the rear of a small SUV stopped at the light.
The collision sent the SUV crashing into a minivan as the badly damaged pickup rolled aimlessly across multiple lanes of traffic.
Guzman bailed out of the truck and began running but was caught after a brief foot chase.
Troopers later discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Palmview, Texas, where Guzman resides.
He was charged with smuggling of persons, evading arrest, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
The conditions of other motorists involved in the pile-up are unclear.
Dangerous smuggling pursuits unfold constantly along the U.S.-Mexico border, as InfoWars frequently reports.

The Not-So-Great Game
Once upon a time, spying was great fun. It was dangerous and exciting and sexy.
If you were a spy, you were risking everything for your country, including your life. Travelling in disguise with forged papers and secret messages hidden on your person, speaking exotic tongues, pursued relentlessly at every turn by dangerous enemies who would give no mercy if you fell into their hands. Show me a young man of spirit who wouldn’t fancy a crack at that.
In the Victorian era, British and Russian spies engaged in a thrilling secret war in the blasted, desolate terrain that separated the Russian empire’s underbelly from the northern outposts of the Raj. Rudyard Kipling dubbed this secret war the “Great Game.” The British were terrified the Russians would attempt an invasion of India by land, and they were right. The Russians did want to invade. The jewels of British India sparkled far too bright.
The problem for both parties was that they didn’t really know what lay between the two frontiers, apart from hostile tribes, decadent khans and emirs and some very nasty deserts and mountain ranges. And so, for the better part of a century, Britain and Russia sent some of their most daring, talented men out into the wilderness to scout, forge alliances and sew discord and misinformation among their enemies and their enemies’ ever-shifting allies.
The stakes, as I say, were of the highest order. Peter Hopkirk’s fantastic book The Great Game opens with a miserable anecdote about two British spies who were captured by the pampered emir of Bokhara, in modern-day Uzbekistan. Colonel Charles Stoddart and Captain Arthur Connolly were kept together in a stinking, muddy, rat-filled pit for months before they were beheaded under the “blazing midday sun” in the town’s square, surrounded by a small group of local peasants.
The two men had been sent by the British East India Company to offer an overture to the emir, in the hope of securing a treaty against the Russians, but instead negotiations soured. And that was the difference between life and death.
Things aren’t the same today. Just look at what’s happening between America and its chief geopolitical adversary China right now.
Instead of donning some elaborate disguise to get into the US, a would-be Chinese spy need only rock up at the southern border in his tracksuit and walk across. He scarcely has to look up from his phone. He may get picked up by Border Patrol, but—small inconvenience—he’ll soon be released into the country, where he can travel anywhere he pleases.
Great Game, I think not.
That’s what tens of thousands of Chinese nationals are now doing every year, entering the US illegally across the southern border. Figures for the first six months of the year show that nearly 25,000 Chinese nationals were apprehended crossing the border illegally. If rates continue for the rest of the year, that will be a 14,000% increase on figures from 2021, when just 342 Chinese nationals were apprehended by Border Patrol.
Remember: these are just the ones who are apprehended. The real figures are likely to be much higher.
Many of these people must be spies. The Chinese would be stupid not to be sending spies. And the Chinese aren’t stupid.
After all, the Chinese regime does everything else it can to sabotage America’s capabilities, from cyber warfare and stealing patents to social-media apps like TikTok that are literally turning America’s youth into drooling idiots with attention spans that would shame a fairground goldfish. Oh yeah, and biological warfare on a global scale. Don’t forget that!
What serious country would allow this to happen? Would allow tens of thousands of its chief rival’s citizens to enter its territory and then disappear to do God knows what, God knows where?
Is the US a serious country any more?
I’m not so sure.
More and more, with each passing day, I find myself reaching for a simple rule of thumb: “The purpose of a system is what it does.” The border is wide open to flood America with migrants. That’s the aim. And if that helps China send hundreds or thousands of secret operatives into the country, well—maybe that’s the purpose too.
Never forget the degree to which America’s corrupt elites have acquiesced in the nation’s decline, in the destruction of its native industries and their reconstruction abroad, principally in China.
This was the central premise of Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign and explains why America’s elites reacted so aggressively to his “America First” platform: because their fortunes are not pegged to America’s. America First means elites last.
If you want an example, look at the deliberate sabotage of America’s rare-earth-metals industry. Rare-earth metals, you may know, are vital for high-tech electronics. China now has a virtual monopoly on the production and trade in these substances, but this is a recent development. So do a little digging on why the massive open-pit mine at Mountain Pass, California was closed, when it could have been mined for another 30 years. Look at who helped pass the Desert Protection Act that forced it to close and look at her husband’s interests in Chinese business. Consider also how the senator in question had a Chinese mole in her staff for 20 years, until they were unmasked in 2018.
This is just one example among countless others.
As American declines, and ordinary people see the America Dream evaporate before their eyes, all the elites see is the chance for greater enrichment—rising stocks, broadening portfolios, a happy ending.
So when we look at these immigration figures, let them remind us that the work of 2016, the true work, still remains to be done. Globalism is still the enemy, at home and abroad.
America first.

Biden Campaign Says They Will SHORTEN His Speeches
The Biden campaign team has admitted that they are looking to shorten his speeches, presumably to limit the visibility of his cognitive decline.
The campaign, however, insists they simply want to prioritize “quality over quantity.”
“Our campaign believes in quality over quantity,” Biden Deputy Campaign manager Quentin Fulks told MSBNC on Saturday. “We believe that these touches, these smaller things that are getting to the point about what is going on in the stakes of this election are gonna be easier for the voters to tap into.”

Given Biden’s speeches are already conspicuously short, how much shorter can his speeches really get?
Is that..possible?
— JD Sharp (@imjdsharp) May 4, 2024
I suppose they can just have him show up, smile, crap his pants and leave.
I guess they can’t shorten his responses in press conferences since he hardly gives any.

Biden’s speech writers get paid double for 1/2 the work. His next speech is simply hello, goodbye.

Apparently, they no longer have the option of hiding Biden in the basement.

This comes days after reports emerged that Biden was using a team of “walkers” to flank him on his way to Marine One to hide his “shuffling gait.”
From The Telegraph:
Traditionally, presidents approach the helicopter alone to give photographers a clearer shot but Mr Biden’s team became concerned that footage of him walking alone emphasised his shuffling gait and could worsen concerns about his age, Axios reported.
They said that walking slowly across the grass alone made Mr Biden look older.
The team has reportedly tasked a team of advisers also travelling with Mr Biden to walk alongside him for the Marine One shot, obscuring Mr Biden’s legs.
Nevertheless, Biden claimed last week that he’d be “happy” to debate former President Donald Trump ahead of the 2024 election, a prospect that has many Democrats worried.

U.S. Government Mandates Preferred Pronouns in All Workplaces
The U.S. Government has mandated the use of preferred pronouns in every workplace in America in a clampdown on ‘discrimination’ against transgender people under the 1964 Civil Rights Act. John Murawski in UnHerd has more.
As of this week, failing to respect a queer person’s non-binary pronouns is the newest form of workplace discrimination recognised under the landmark 1964 Civil Rights Act in the United States.
The new pronoun mandate for workers, employers and even customers was issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as part of the civil rights agency’s first move in a quarter-century to bring its workplace guidelines up to date with legal precedent and evolving social norms.
The 189-page document, which is technically legally non-binding but spells out the agency’s policies on investigating discrimination complaints, says that misgendering must be repeated and intentional, not a slip of the tongue, to rise to the level of workplace harassment. In its guidelines, the EEOC also decreed that it’s discriminatory for an employer to deny a transgender person access to a bathroom they feel best matches their gender identity, even if that invades the privacy of the other workers, or, in some cases, conflicts with another employee’s religious convictions.
The new standards were adopted on a 3-2 vote, along party lines, after the investigatory panel received some 37,000 public comments on the updates proposed last October.
With this dramatic decision, it’s no exaggeration to say that queer theory — the provocative academic idea that rejects the normativity of heterosexuality — is now firmly ensconced into U.S. law and American society, at least in the bluest and most urban areas with the most educated residents and top-paying jobs.
The EEOC’s decision is the consequence of decades of queer scholarship and legal manoeuvring to gain civil rights protection and social acceptance for behaviours once deemed as deviant but increasingly seen as liberated from archaic, repressive conventions. The agency said banning misgendering and bathroom restrictions for trans people “logically extends” from the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2020 Bostock ruling that added sexual and gender identity as a protected category under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
Worth reading in full.
Depressing stuff. Hard to understand how in a supposedly federal system like America, the central Government can stipulate that every workplace in the country – and customers as well – must conform to confused people’s gender fantasies. But there you have it.
Personally, I blame Neil Gorsuch, the supposedly conservative originalist Justice who joined with the liberals in Bostock (he actually wrote the majority opinion) in arguing that constitutional protections for sex applied equally to gender identity.
His facile logic? That it is impossible for an employer to make an adverse employment decision based on “transgender status” without thereby discriminating “because of sex”, since a man who suffers adverse treatment because he “identifies” as a woman is treated differently than he would be if he were a woman who “identifies” as a woman.
Er, yes, Neil. But the point is he isn’t a woman. This point of mere biological fact was lost on such a lofty legal mind, unfortunately – and now a country of 350 million is living with the idiotic and tyrannical consequences.
