The vehicle can be seen rocketing down US-83, swerving onto the shoulder to rip past a police SUV.
The driver then leaves the roadway briefly to skirt stopped vehicles then turns through a busy intersection against oncoming traffic as other motorists slam on their brakes.
The suspect eventually entered another neighborhood and bailed out of the moving vehicle with his passengers still inside.
He was apprehended after a brief foot chase and identified as 17-year-old Gustavo Omar Arizpe Jr., a resident of Laredo.
TxDPS troopers found four illegal aliens from Mexico inside the vehicle, including a 3-year-old child.
It is unclear if anyone in the car was related to the toddler.
All four illegals were turned over to Border Patrol and Arizpe was charged with evading arrest and smuggling of persons.
Dangerous smuggling pursuits unfold constantly along the U.S.-Mexico border, as InfoWars frequently reports.

There is No Such Thing as Long Covid, Say Health Officials
Long Covid is no different from the after-effects of viruses like flu and people should stop using the term, health experts have said. The Telegraph has more.

The Chief Health Officer of Queensland, Australia, said it was wrong to imply there was something unique about symptoms suffered by people following a bout of coronavirus. Instead, sufferers are simply experiencing the normal effects of recovering from a virus, which can include fatigue, brain fog and shortness of breath – known as post-viral syndrome.
The comments follow new research by Queensland’s public health department, which studied more than 5,000 people suffering Covid-like symptoms between May and June 2022.
Analysis found no evidence that COVID-19 positive adults were more likely to have symptoms a year after their diagnosis when compared to symptomatic adults who were negative for COVID-19.
When the results were compared with nearly 1,000 people who had flu, the numbers reporting issues were similar (3% vs 3.4%).
Dr. John Gerrard, Queensland’s Chief Health Officer, said: “In health systems with highly vaccinated populations, Long Covid may have appeared to be a distinct and severe illness because of high volumes of COVID-19 cases during the pandemic.
“However, we found that the rates of ongoing symptoms and functional impairment are indistinguishable from other post-viral illnesses.
“We believe it is time to stop using terms like ‘Long Covid’. They wrongly imply there is something unique and exceptional about longer-term symptoms associated with this virus.”

‘We’re NOT at War With Russia,’ Scholz Tells Macron
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has announced that countries that support Ukraine are not at war with Russia. The statement came as the leaders of Germany, France and Poland met in Berlin on Friday to show solidarity after their recent disagreement over military support for Kiev.
During a joint press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, the chancellor stated that the countries stand firmly behind Ukraine and that allied help would continue for “as long as it takes.”
“It is also clear that we are not at war with Russia,” Scholz added.

The statement follows simmering disagreements between Paris and Berlin over possible supply of long-range missiles and deployment of troops on the ground in Ukraine.
Scholz has thus far refused to send Taurus missiles to Ukraine in order to avoid further escalating a conflict with Russia. France, on the other hand, has been delivering SCALP-EG cruise missiles, which are already being used by Ukraine and are roughly equivalent to the Taurus.
Macron’s recent suggestion that the West “cannot exclude” the possibility of sending soldiers to aid Ukraine in its conflict with Russia has also drawn criticism from Germany and other NATO states.
The chancellor and the French president came together before the three-way talks on Friday to clear the air, after weeks in which the two very publicly disagreed over their Ukraine strategy.
Simmering disagreements between the two threatened to undermine cooperation between the allies.
Germany, France and Poland are among Ukraine’s key allies. Germany has become Ukraine’s second-biggest supplier of military aid after the US and is stepping up support this year.
