The United States Supreme Court on Monday issued a 6-3 ruling that former presidents have total immunity from prosecution for any official presidential acts, but do not have immunity for any unofficial acts.

The court stated:

“The President enjoys no immunity for his unofficial acts, and not everything the President does is official. The President is not above the law. But Congress may not criminalize the President’s conduct in carrying out the responsibilities of the Executive Branch under the Constitution. And the system of separated powers designed by the Framers has always demanded an energetic, independent Executive. The President therefore may not be prosecuted for exercising his core constitutional powers, and he is entitled, at a minimum, to a presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. That immunity applies equally to all occupants of the Oval Office, regardless of politics, policy, or party.”

The justices also ordered lower courts to now apply their decision to the Donald Trump immunity case being led by special prosecutor Jack Smith.

Conservatives are calling the decision a victory, but some leftist legal analysts appear to believe there is still room for the lower courts to rule against the former president.

Meanwhile, CNN legal analyst Norm Eisen wrote, “SCOTUS immunity decision is out & they have REJECTED Trump’s outlandish absolute immunity demand Instead they have established a test that his attempted coup cannot meet, back to D.C. for a mini trial.”

It seems as if Trump’s fate in regards to the presidential immunity case lies in the hands of the rigged D.C. court system that will now decide whether or not Trump was acting in his “official” capacity as president on January 6, 2021.

Researchers show how many days on planet earth each vaccine dose removes.

A study published Sunday detailed how individuals who received the Covid vaccine were more likely to die, while their booster dose did nothing to help them.

“…those vaccinated with one or two doses who had significantly higher risks than the unvaccinated,” the study said in the ‘Conclusion’ section. “We found all-cause death risks to be even higher for those vaccinated with one and two doses compared to the unvaccinated and that the booster doses were ineffective. We also found a slight but statistically significant loss of life expectancy for those vaccinated with 2 or 3/4 doses.”

The researchers analyzed data from the Italian province of Pescara for their paper.

Interestingly, the researchers calculated the loss of life expectancy of those who were injected with the exotic gene therapy technology, or rather, how many days of life is lost on average per shot.

They used the ‘restricted mean survival time’ (RMST) and the ‘restricted mean time lost’ (RMTL) to articulate the data.

“…we calculated the RMST difference that represents the best index of “life expectancy” in those comparisons where the assumptions of the model were not met [12], and with the RMTL ratio that can approximate the HR in the absence of proportional hazard assumption [13]. The RMST difference represents the days of life lost by the vaccinated population compared to those of the unvaccinated one, while the RMTL ratio represents the percentage of life expectancy lost in the vaccinated population compared to in the unvaccinated one,” the study said in the ‘Discussion’ section. “The differences in RMSTs between the vaccinated and unvaccinated are significant for both the two-dose and the three-or-more-dose groups. They may appear irrelevant (in the order of a few days), but they refer to a limited period of time (739 days for those vaccinated with two doses and 579 days for those vaccinated with three or more doses). They could be compared with the entire life expectancy of an individual, which in the province of Pescara has an average value of 82.6 years [14] (corresponding to 30,149 days).”

Surprisingly, those vaccinated with two doses lost more time on this earth than those vaccinated with three or more doses, however that is likely due to the fact that those only vaccinated with two doses died before they had the opportunity to receive their third.

“For those vaccinated with two doses, the loss of life expectancy (RMTL) in 739 days is 1.37 (CI 95 = 1.27–1.48; p < 0.0001) times that of the unvaccinated. This means that the subjects vaccinated with two doses lost 37% of life expectancy compared to the unvaccinated population during the follow-up considered. The difference between the life expectancy (RMST) of the vaccinated and that of the unvaccinated limited to the period considered is −2.71 (CI 95 = −3.40 to −2.01; p < 0.0001) days. However, to have an easily understandable comparison, if we extrapolate this result to the entire life expectancy of the Pescara population, we will obtain a loss of life expectancy difference of about −3.6 months. Obviously, this is an extrapolation made for the sole purpose of giving the reader an idea of the order of magnitude of the RMTL. It may not constitute a realistic prediction, as it would presuppose health conditions to be invariant over time, an assumption that is very difficult to realize,” the study said in the ‘Discussion’ section. “For those vaccinated with three or more doses, the RMTL in 579 days is 1.17 times (CI 95 = 1.10–1.24; p < 0.0001) the one of the unvaccinated. The difference between the vaccinated and unvaccinated RMST in the considered period is 0.764 days (CI 95 = −1.07 to −0.46; p < 0.0001). With the above extrapolation, it would correspond to a loss of life expectancy of −1.31 months. For comparison, between 2019 and 2022, the life expectancy in the province of Pescara fell by 1.0 year, from 83.6 to 82.6 years [14], indeed corresponding to an annual loss of 4.0 months.”

15-44 year olds suddenly began to experience brain failure and death in the first few years of the decade, researchers postulate it’s the shots.

A preprint study published in June outlined excess mortality rates from neurological disorders over the last few years. It demonstrated major increases for young people since the novel Covid vaccines were rolled out.

“For individuals aged 15 to 44 we show a rise in excess mortality from neurological diseases reported as the underlying cause of death, with a 4.4% increase in 2020, 10.0% in 2021, 9.9% in 2022 and 8.1% in 2023, with Z-Scores of 4.9, 11.1, 11.0 and 9.0 in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, respectively, indicating highly statistically significant changes, particularly in 2021, 2022 and 2023,” the study said in the ‘Abstract’ section.

Deaths from neurological disorders accompanied by other illnesses increased at an even greater rate over the same period, indicating that whatever is causing the brain damage is also wrecking havoc on other bodily systems as well.

‘When looking at excess neurological disease deaths reported as multiple cause (MC) of death, we observe that these track all-cause mortality rises, registering excess mortality of 11.2% in 2020, 20.6% in 2021, 14.7% in 2022 and 7.1% in 2023, which were also highly statistically significant,” the study said in the ‘Abstract’ section.

Interestingly, the massive increases center around a younger-than-average age group for these types of ailments.

“We also show that excess deaths from neurological diseases as underlying cause occurred for most age groups, with the strongest effect in ages 15-44. For individuals 65 and older there appears to be no statistically significant rise in excess mortality,” the study said in the ‘Abstract’ section.

The researchers said a ‘novel phenomenon’ developed during the Covid years which caused brains to go and people to drop dead.

“The results indicate that from 2020 a novel phenomenon leading to increased neurological deaths appears to be present particularly in younger, working age individuals aged 15 to 44, which requires further investigation,” the study said in the ‘Abstract’ section.

“There are still a large number of unanswered questions regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, ranging from the effects of the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself to the impacts of the lockdowns, social distancing, COVID-19 treatment protocols, and the introduction of COVID-19 vaccines based upon novel mRNA technology,” the study said in the ‘Introduction’ section.

The ‘Introduction’ section went on to list many previous studies linking the exotic Covid injection technology to serious side effects.

The researchers utilized CDC population data for their study.
