NYPD Arresting Macy’s Shoplifters “30 Times a Day” Amid Illegal Alien Crime Wave
Police in New York City are arresting shoplifters up to 30 times per day at one Macy’s store as ‘migrant crime’ spirals out of control, according to reports.
Citizen journalists with Viral News NYC (VNNYC) shared footage of a recent apprehension at the iconic department store in Midtown Manhattan which is reportedly being targeted by thieves many times per day.
“This happens around 30 times a day, NYPD sources tell me groups of migrants are constantly getting arrested at this location, they have become so [comfortable] with NYPD officers they call them ‘amigos’ when they show up,” VNNYC reports.

NYPD recently apprehended a 16-year-old Venezuelan illegal suspected of robbing multiple jewelry stores and other shops across the city.
A police source provided a copy of the teen suspect’s arrest history to VNNYC. It indicated he had been nabbed many times before and released with minimal to no consequences.

“I spoke with some cops about the shooting last week at the migrant shelters and the migrant gangs. They said the public doesn’t understand how severe and dangerous these gangs are. They also warned that this situation will get a lot worse before it gets better,” VNNYC wrote in a post on Sunday.
NYPD officers have quietly alleged that there is an ‘intentional cover-up’ of the severity of the crime wave and the danger it poses to the public.
While officials claim between 150,000 and 200,000 illegals have arrived in NYC over the past two years, VNNYC believes that number could be “way over 400k.”

Sen. Warren Says Kamala Harris Will Work to Grant Millions of Illegal Aliens ‘Pathway to Citizenship’
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) called for creating a pathway to citizenship for millions of illegal aliens and claimed Vice President Kamala Harris is the candidate to “get that done.”
“I don’t need to tell you voters overwhelmingly disapprove of how the Biden-Harris administration has handled the border,” CNN’s “State of the Union” host Jake Tapper said. “By giving the nomination to one of the leaders of the border effort, aren’t Democrats doubling down on one of your party’s biggest vulnerabilities?”

Warren responded, “Border crossings now are lower than they were in the last year of the Trump administration. But recognize – and I know that Kamala Harris knows – this is a problem that ultimately has to be solved by Congress.”
“We need the tools in order to have more resources at the border, to have more resources in the states and cities that are supporting migrants,” she continued. “And I believe we need to create a pathway to citizenship.”
“All of that is part of what we need to do for comprehensive immigration reform. Kamala Harris will work with Congress and get that done,” she added.

‘Migrant’ Charged With Raping Girl Under 13 Who Birthed Child in Louisiana
An immigration detainer has been filed against a man charged with raping a girl under 13 who gave birth to a child that may be his in Louisiana, according to reports.
On Saturday, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) announced the arrest of 39-year-old Jose Lopez Montoya.
CPSO says they were alerted about a girl under the age of 13 who had just given birth at a local hospital.
“During the initial investigation, detectives spoke with the victim who stated Jose L. Montoya, 39, Lake Charles, had sexual intercourse with her numerous times over the past two years,” CPSO explained in a press release.
“When detectives spoke with Montoya he confirmed the allegations. He also advised detectives the newborn is likely his child.”
Calcasieu Parish, LA: Jose Lopez Montoya “is being accused of first-degree rape after an underage juvenile in his care gave birth at a local hospital Saturday morning.”

Authorities learned Montoya was the victim’s guardian, but details about their relationship remain unclear.
“This was a very unfortunate situation,” Sheriff Stitch Guillory stated in a press conference. “He was responsible for her well-being, and her mom and dad are not around. So, this is a really disappointing situation. He’s a pretty sick individual.”

Montoya was charged with two count of first-degree rape and booked into Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center on $1.5 million bond, KPLC reports.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement has issued a detainer against Montoya, indicating he may be in the U.S. illegally.
An investigation is ongoing.
