Former Staffers Describe Kamala Harris as a Workplace Bully Prone to Angry Tirades

She has “Soul-destroying criticism.”

We’ve seen lots of pictures featuring a happy-looking Kamala Harris in recent days as her party tries to position her as a viable presidential candidate, but many people who have worked with her in the past report that there was no joy to be found in their interactions with her.

Although she has long been accused of workplace bullying at different points in her career, the fact that just four out of the 71 staffers she hired during her first year in office are still with her is extremely telling. Everyone else has either quit or been fired, which makes for a staff turnover rate of 92 percent – an appalling figure that would leave any business scrambling to make changes at the top in response.

Accusations of running a toxic workplace have plagued Harris since her days as the California Attorney General in the 2010s. For example, a professor at California State University, Barbara O’Connor, reported that students of hers who interned for Harris would often come to her in tears.

The situation did not change when she became a senator, with an analysis revealing that her office came in ninth place in staff turnover rates among the 114 senators who served in the years from 2017 to 2020.

During that time, sources in Congress report that she was known to berate her subordinates and go on tirades full of expletives.

One notable incident in which she couldn’t control her anger and failed to treat staff respectfully took place during Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings in 2018. After staging a walkout from the hearings, she blew up at staffers outside the main Judiciary Committee room, cursing and even giving orders to people who didn’t work for her. Those present on this occasion say she yelled, “Anyone who’s staff, get the f— out of here.”

More evidence of her poor treatment of employees came in the form of a resignation letter that her former State Operations Director, Kelly Mehlenbacher, shared with the New York Times in 2019. She said that she had “never seen an organization treat its staff so poorly” and added that “morale has never been lower.”

Low morale appears to be a common theme when working for Kamala, with a Politico report in June 2021 revealing that dozens of people they spoke to who were familiar with her vice presidential office described “low morale, porous lines of communication and diminished trust among aides and senior officials.” One source said that people there did not feel supported and instead felt that they were “treated like s—t,” while another described it as an “abusive environment.”

Another former aide described her as someone who didn’t prepare for public appearances and then pointed fingers at her staff when they inevitably went wrong.

“Soul-destroying criticism”

One source told the Washington Post: “It’s clear [with Harris] that you’re not working with somebody who is willing to do the prep and the work. With Kamala you have to put up with a constant amount of soul-destroying criticism and also her own lack of confidence. So you’re constantly sort of propping up a bully and it’s not really clear why.”

Reports about her workplace bullying often note that the people in these roles are accustomed to working under pressure with challenging bosses and maintaining demanding hours, so this is not simply a matter of people finding themselves in over their head working for someone with such a high profile. Some Democrat insiders are worried that she won’t have enough senior aides by her side to be successful in her presidential run thanks to the toxic workplace environments she creates.

‘Drag Queens for Kamala’ Release Music Video Supporting Her Campaign for President

Not only drag queens, but a large swath of the ‘LGBTQIAAP2S+ community’ celebrates the Biden-Harris administration for having been ‘the most pro-LGBTQIAAP2S+ administration in history.’

(LifeSiteNews) — Drag queens have disseminated a “music video” in which they campaign for Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris and promote identity politics, called “Drag Queens for Kamala.”

“She’ll get bills passed in Congress that’ll protect me and you,” one of the drag queens sings. “Black, white, Latino, or LGBTQ,” another adds, in their rendition of Peggy Lee’s jazz single “I’m a Woman.”

They celebrate in anticipation that Harris will “Kee(p) us safe from harm without building a wall, ‘cause she’s a woman,” seemingly unaware of the irony of their statement in light of the dangers to U.S. security posed by her refusal to secure the southern border as well as considering Harris’ support of Ukraine in its war with Russia, even as it threatens to drag the U.S. into a wider world war.

Conservative commentator Ben Shapiro took aim at the campaign music video as well as the identity politics it celebrates Harris for embracing.

“There is something weird about dividing the American population by race, ethnicity, gender — that’s exactly what the Kamala Harris campaign is doing,” Shapiro said on his Daily Wire show, going on to note that the campaign has “rolled out a series of Zoom calls specifically designed by intersectional characteristic.” For example, over 160,000 joined the “White Women for Kamala Harris” Zoom call, according to Reuters, called “Karens for Kamala.”

Conservatives have long argued that forms of identity politics — such as DEI policies that have been pushed by the Biden administration — stoke rather than cure division, unfairly promote certain groups at the expense of others, and even harm organizational functioning by prioritizing “identity” over competence.

Shapiro also highlighted the fact that Harris, in part because of her radical pro-LGBT stance, is opposed to traditional family values.

“We are supposed to be not only apathetic, but somewhat disdainful of religion, Christianity, traditional family. That is real about Kamala Harris. … the only issue that really matters is that Kamala identifies with one side of this political divide. And that does have major ramifications for the future of society,” Shapiro said.

While Harris has not promoted the “Drag Queens for Kamala” video, she recently aligned herself with drag queens and signaled her support for the LGBTQ community by launching her campaign on Ru Paul’s Drag Race All Stars in a video clip shared on X.

After President Joe Biden’s announcement Tuesday night that he would not seek reelection, more than 1,100 pro-LGBT political leaders, Hollywood celebrities, and social media influencers reportedly signed a letter announcing their support for Harris’ White House bid.  The full list of signatories has not yet been published.

“As advocates, elected officials, organizations, and community leaders serving millions of LGBTQ+ Americans and our allies across the country, we urge you to join us in this historic moment to advance equality by supporting Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign for President,” the letter begins.

“Vice President Kamala Harris is a galvanizing trailblazer and has been a champion for LGBTQ+ equality for decades: leading the fight in San Francisco against hate crimes, working to end the so-called gay and transgender ‘panic defense’ in California, and, as an early supporter of marriage equality, refusing to defend the unconstitutional Proposition 8.”

The letter cites Harris as a champion for the Equality Act and the Respect for Marriage Act and identifies the “Biden-Harris Administration has been the most pro-LGBTQ+ administration in history.”

Mark Milley: Robots Could Make up a Third of the US Military by 2039

Other militaries also seeing the potential of robo-soldiers.

According to retired Army Gen. Mark Milley, robots and other advanced machinery could make up a third of the U.S. military by the year 2039.

The former chairman of the Department of Defense‘s Joint Chiefs of Staff made this prediction during the launch of Axios‘ Future of Defense News letter. During his speech at the July 11 event, he highlighted the potential for artificial intelligence (AI) and unmanned technology to lead to the creation of robotic military forces.

“Ten to 15 years from now, my guess is a third – maybe 25 percent to a third – of the U.S. military will be robotic,” Milley said, adding that these robots could be commanded and controlled by AI systems. According to the retired general, advancements in technology and changes in the nature of war will enable militaries worldwide to make smarter and faster decisions.

He distinguished between the fundamental aspects of war, which involve human actions and political motives and the character of war, which encompasses tactics, technologies, weapons systems and leadership training. While the nature of war remains consistent, Milley pointed out that the character of war is undergoing a significant transformation due to the rise of AI and robotics. He compared this shift to the historical transition from muskets to rifles during the Civil War, a change that had a lasting impact on military tactics.

The retired general asserted that the nation that most quickly integrates these technologies into its military will gain a substantial advantage over its rivals. To retain its position as the world’s most formidable military force, he stressed that the U.S. must rapidly adapt and potentially revolutionize its operations.

According to Milley, current U.S. policy mandates human oversight in the use of military robots, particularly regarding lethal force due to humans’ capacity of ethical decision-making – a trait that technology lacks. He nevertheless did not dismiss the possibility of a future where AI-enabled machines could make autonomous decision, posing the question of whether this is a desirable direction for the world.

Other militaries also seeing the potential of robo-soldiers

During the event, Milley noted that the number of human troops in militaries “will probably be reduced as [nations] move toward robotic systems.” He continued: “It’ll be a fundamental change, and I would argue that other nations’ militaries are going to be similarly designed.”

(Related: So they’re experimenting with military robots in Gaza now.)

“The country that optimizes those technologies for military use is going to have a very significant – and potentially decisive – advantage in an armed conflict.”

Axios reported that militaries have, for years, tinkered with robot units to bolster their fighting capacity. Such technologies include armed drones, robo-dogs, mechanical mules and more. Even the U.S. military’s various branches are looking into the prospect of using these robotic technologies, with Axios sharing several examples.

“The Army is experimenting with what’s known as human-machine integrated formations, where soldiers fight alongside automatons. The Air Force is seeking so-called ‘collaborative combat’ aircraft that can fly alongside human pilots to collect intelligence, confuse enemy electronics and even blow up targets.”

“The Navy is in pursuit of a hybrid fleet, with unmanned surface and underwater vehicles augmenting the firepower of sailors and Marines. One pioneer is Task Force 59 in the Middle East.”

But Thailand-based journalist Ben Bartee sarcastically noted the “advantages” of robot soldiers over human troops.

“Of course, robot soldiers don’t ask questions. They don’t have moral qualms. They don’t require lifelong healthcare from the [Department of Veterans Affairs] for [post-traumatic stress disorder], hazard pay or compensation when their robot limbs get blown off.”

“They don’t have the capacity to say no to unconstitutional orders. Indeed, they have no inherent allegiance to the Constitution whatsoever, only to the interest they would be programmed to serve by whoever programmed them.”

Secret Service Head Cheatle Admits to Using Encrypted Messaging Apps on Personal Phones to Chat with ‘Colleagues in Government & Overseas’

“It’s a federal crime if personal devices were used to share sensitive government information.”

It has been a really rough couple of weeks for shamed U.S. Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle who accidentally, apparently, admitted under oath to Congress that she communicates with her government colleagues on her personal device using encrypted messaging apps like Signal and Telegram.

In testimony that you can watch below, Cheatle is asked about the use of these encrypted messaging apps, to which she fumbled around with some unrealistic-sounding story about how these apps are sometimes necessary when communicating overseas.

“Many times, it’s with colleagues and, uh, associates.”

“There are times that the Secret Service when we work, uh, internationally, uh, with some of our partners that they don’t have the same texting capability,” was Cheatle’s response about why she uses encrypted messaging apps on her personal device to communicate with colleagues.

When then asked about why she does not use the encrypted messaging apps on her government device rather than her personal device, Cheatle had this to say:

“Uh, recently we have been able to, uh, install some of those apps on government devices.”

One of the more shocking revelations today…

What will happen to Kim Cheatle now?

That Cheatle made such an admission on the record is shocking, especially since it appears based on the above footage that Cheatle probably did not mean to let the truth slip with such blatancy.

“This really is a shocking admission,” agreed “Janine Clark” (@DixieChick0211) on X. “She probably wishes she hadn’t answered the question like that. Too bad. No take backs.”

Another named “Dylan Tucker” (@tuckerstown) disagreed, stating that this type of thing “happens all the time in the government and military world.”

“It’s because the functionality of government issued devices is so limited that sometimes it requires the use of a personal phone or other apps such as signal to communicate effectively,” Tucker further said.

“I am not excusing it because shouldn’t be happening in this case, but the reality is that it does happen and the reason behind it mostly is the lack of functionality on government issued devices.”

Someone else chimed in that nobody is talking about the allegations of Donald Trump’s Secret Service also using encrypted apps and “deleting all their texts.”

“It’s a federal crime if personal devices were used to share sensitive government information,” added “MJTruthUltra” (@MJTruthUltra) to the conversation. “The rep even stated this later. All depends on the kinds of communications.”

Others wondered why Cheatle was not terminated or, better yet, placed in handcuffs and hauled away for prosecution. She has since resigned, yes, but why was she afforded the easy way out? And will she ever be held accountable or will she just slither off and disappear?

Fired Coach who Challenged High School Transgender Sports Policy Sues to get Job Back

Fired Coach who Challenged High School Transgender Sports Policy Sues to get Job Back

The Liberty Justice Center is representing Coach John Parks in a lawsuit that accuses an Oregon school district of violating his freedom of speech and for false harassment accusations after he objected to the district’s policy on gender-confused athletes competing against girls.

(LifeSiteNews) — An Oregon high school track and field coach fired in June for proposing an alternative to pitting female athletes against gender-confused males is fighting back with a free speech lawsuit asserting his freedom of speech has been violated.

Last month, former Lake Oswego High School Coach John Parks was fired after writing two letters to Peter Weber, executive director of the Oregon Student Activities Association (OSAA), and to state Sen. Rob Wagner before and after the state championships, objecting to the inclusion of biological males in female-specific teams.

“Allowing this travesty to be carried out is making a complete mockery of the meet this weekend and in the future until the rules are altered to protect natural-born females,” he wrote, proposing instead to “encourage transgender participation is to offer an open division that is so named so it doesn’t identify or discriminate but offers an opportunity to participate,” so gender-confused students could be included without their “unfair advantage” imperiling girls’ chance at scholarships.

An OSAA executive board member filed a complaint against Parks, accusing him of “premeditated, calculated and discriminatory” behavior and against students, their families, other coaches, and a particular gender-confused athlete, whom it accuses him of encouraging audience members to boo, leading to his firing.

“I’m gonna fight now because I got wronged,” Parks responded. “I’m fighting for girls. I’m fighting for female sports. And I’m fighting that it be fair for everybody.”

Now, the Liberty Justice Center is representing Parks in a lawsuit accusing the Oregon school district of violating his freedom of speech, the Daily Caller reported, in hopes of getting his job back.

The suit calls the allegations of harassment and encouraging boos false, citing an OSSA email that admits he “didn’t violate either the Gender Identity Participation policy or Rule 3 in our Handbook,” and that the organization has “no new rules prohibiting criticism of any OSAA policy.”

“Coach Parks was retaliated against, falsely accused of discriminatory behavior, denied an appeal, and fired – just for exercising his constitutional right to free speech as a private citizen,” Liberty Justice Center senior counsel Buck Dougherty said. “We are proud to stand up for his constitutional rights through this lawsuit, and we look forward to holding the District and the Board accountable for this egregious violation of free speech and due process.”

Mandatory inclusion of gender-confused individuals in opposite-sex sports is promoted as a matter of “inclusivity,” but critics note that indulging “transgender” athletes undermines the original rational basis for having sex-specific athletics in the first place, thereby depriving female athletes of recognition and professional or academic opportunities, as well as undermining female players’ basic safety and privacy rights by forcing them to share showers and changing areas with members of the opposite sex.

There have been numerous high-profile examples in recent years of men winning women’s competitions, and research affirms that physiology gives males distinct athletic advantages that cannot be fully negated by hormone suppression.

In a 2019 paper published by the Journal of Medical Ethics, New Zealand researchers found that “healthy young men (do) not lose significant muscle mass (or power) when their circulating testosterone levels were reduced to (below International Olympic Committee guidelines) for 20 weeks,” and “indirect effects of testosterone” on factors such as bone structure, lung volume, and heart size “will not be altered by hormone therapy;” therefore, “the advantage to transwomen (biological men) afforded by the (International Olympic Committee) guidelines is an intolerable unfairness.”

Both aspects of the controversy have been highlighted by University of Pennsylvania swimmer William “Lia” Thomas, who reportedly retains male genitalia and is still attracted to women yet “identifies” as female and lesbian. Thomas quickly started dominating women’s swimming after switching from the men’s team and has caused his female teammates unrest due to sharing lockers with them. Yet the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) has reportedly pressured swimmers and their parents against speaking out.
