Germany To Start Forcibly Deporting Dangerous Migrants After Cop Dies In Stabbing

Chancellor Scholz claims new “zero tolerance” policy for criminals migrants and those who support them

In response to last weekend’s terrorist stabbing at a counter-Jihad meeting in Mannheim which left one officer dead – and a second stabbing of an AfD politician in the same city, (and not years of terrorist attacks, having to close public pools and double-digit increases in crime among non-Germans), Chancellor Olaf Scholz – a leftwing social democrat, announced a new ‘zero tolerance’ program which will deport criminal migrants or those “who venerate them.”

“Anyone who threatens our freedom and disturbs our peace should be afraid,” Scholz said in in a Thursday speech at the Bundestag, where he announced that foreigners who commit serious crimes in Germany are no longer welcome – regardless of whether they’re refugees or seeking asylum, The Spectator reports.

The Chancellor announced that the German Ministry of the Interior is drawing up plans to make it easier to deport foreign-born dangerous individuals and serious criminals to their home countries, even if they come from warzones or countries controlled by authoritarian regimes such as Afghanistan and Syria. ‘Such criminals should be deported – even if they come from Syria and Afghanistan,’ Scholz confirmed.

“In such cases, Germany’s security interests outweigh the interest of protecting the perpetrator,” Scholz declared, adding “Anyone who takes advantage of our protection, like the perpetrator in Mannheim, has forfeited our protection. There is zero tolerance for that’. They must ‘feel the full force of the law.”

What’s more, Scholz added that “Anyone who glorifies terrorism is going against all of our values and should be deported.”

Of course, in January Scholz slammed an alleged suggestion by an Austrian politician at an AfD meeting that Germany should deport “unassimilated” migrants (which AfD has made clear is not party policy),” calling it a “diabolical plan,” and saying “The thought of it sends shivers down one’s spine.”

Scholz, Sunak and… Trump?

Germany’s new policy echoes that of British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s deportation scheme which will send Rwandan asylum seekers back to their country to have their claims processed. While Sunak’s plan is aimed to broadly deter migrants from Rwanda, Scholz is only focusing on migrants who have, or want to, or support committing crimes.

Meanwhile, after the Biden administration welcomed what’s estimated to be in the tens of millions of illegal migrants into the United States, former President Trump says that if he wins the November election, he’ll begin mass deportations – including those trying to “bring jihadism or anti-Americanism or antisemitism to campuses.”

??TRUMP: I’LL DEPORT EVERYONE I CAN!

“As soon as I take the oath of office, I’ll terminate every open border policy of the Biden administration and begin the largest deportation operation in American history.”

That said, according to Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Trump will “deport hundreds of thousands of people” living illegally in the United States.

The cartels will keep coming until they see people leaving.

The only real way to fix this problem is mass deportations. Any other “solution” is a bandaid on a much larger wound. pic.twitter.com/qDbVm3frsQ

Back to Germany

According to The Spectator, Scholz’ policy has been in the works since at least early 2023 following a terror incident in Brokstedt, North Germany in which a Palestinian man attacked passengers on a train in Brokstedt, northern Germany, killing two teenagers and injuring several others.

Germany spox Maximilian Kall went further into detail on the new policy, saying that there are currently 480 individuals classified as ‘dangerous’ by the German government who would be eligible for deportation. He did not elaborate on how many criminals will now fall under the new policy at this stage.

Kall clarified that it would not be a case of deciding whether to either deport or imprison criminals of foreign nationality in Germany. These individuals would still be required to serve most of their sentences in Germany first before being deported.

Scholz’s policies will reverse current German law which, in line with the Geneva convention on human rights, prohibits the deportation of individuals to their home countries if they are warzones or if they are at risk of death, torture or inhumane treatment upon their return. Germany ceased deportations to Afghanistan in 2021 following the Taliban’s take-over of the country. -The Spectator

According to the report, Scholz’s new plan will take some time to implement (shocker!), because among other things, it will ‘require the cooperation of foreign governments and regimes such as the Taliban to accept their nationals back.’

What’s more, Scholz did not elaborate on the logistics of his plan when pressed by the Green party.

Vivek: ‘Lunatics’ in Washington Seeking Regime Change in Russia

Ramaswamy has warned that the US should be careful what it wishes for

US involvement in the conflict between Moscow and Kiev is not about “defending Ukraine,” but rather an attempt to force regime change in Russia, former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has claimed.

Ramaswamy warned that US President Joe Biden and the “bipartisan warmonger caucus” are preparing for a war with Moscow in order to achieve their ultimate goal.

“These lunatics are starting to sound like they want full-on offense on Russia. It’s lunacy,” he wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, while sharing an interview he gave to Fox News host Laura Ingraham, in which they discussed US involvement in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Ramaswamy agreed with Ingraham’s remarks that the White House is “getting ready for a war with Russia,” with an “offensive push inside Russia to defeat [Russian President] Putin” and overthrow the government, warning that Washington should beware of the consequences of its actions.

“Victoria Nuland may not be in the building anymore, but that’s still the same spirit that pervades the State Department and beyond,” the politician said, referring to the recently retired under secretary of state for political affairs, who was a key figure behind the Ukraine crisis which started with the Maidan coup ten years ago. She has been an ardent proponent of supporting Ukraine through military means, calling for targeting Russian territory with NATO weapons. He argued that regime change has been Washington’s main focus all along and is “the reason they never stated the war aim in Ukraine.”

“There was not a war goal that has been articulated, in part, because it allows the people who pull the strings to count for regime change as the ultimate goal they are planning for,” Ramaswamy explained.

“You have to be careful what you wish for if you are going to root for regime change in Russia,” he warned, pointing out that the US has “played this game before” and essentially failed. “This road does not end in a place that advances American interests,” the former GOP candidate continued, adding that securing a “reasonable deal” to resolve the conflict is the right way to go.

Last week, Washington and several allies granted permission to Kiev to use Western-supplied weapon systems to strike deeper inside Russian territory, which Moscow regards as a significant escalation that could spark an “asymmetric” response.

While Biden insists that it is “unlikely” that the move will escalate Western involvement in the conflict, Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that it could lead to “very serious problems,” suggesting that Moscow could even supply “similar weapons” to regions of the world where they will be used against sensitive sites of these Western countries.

Austrian Defense Minster: Western Permission to Strike Targets in Russia Crosses Red Line

Western countries have also been discussing sending troops or military instructors to Ukraine

Austrian Defense Minister Klaudia Tanner said that allowing Ukraine to strike targets in Russia using Western-donated weapons crossed a red line.

“The red line was crossed. That is why I am very happy about the clarification from NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg that NATO will not send troops to Ukraine,” Tanner said on Saturday in an interview with Austrian newspaper Die Presse.

The comment came after recent decisions by the US and some of its allies to allow Ukraine to use US- or Europe-supplied weapons to strike targets across the internationally recognized borders of Russia for counter-fire purposes.

Western countries have also been discussing sending troops or military instructors to Ukraine.

Western countries have been providing massive military and financial aid to Kiev since the start of Russia’s military operation in Ukraine in February 2022.

The Kremlin has consistently warned against continued arms deliveries to Kiev, saying it will lead to an escalation of the conflict.

New Texas GOP Platform Calls for Secession Vote, Resistance to Federal Infringements

adminJun 9, 20245 min read
Key platform plank asserts U.S. government is infringing on powers reserved to Texas and all other states

Reflecting plummeting patience with overstepping federal overlords, the Texas Republican Party has adopted two platform planks that call for legislators to assert state sovereignty, and to schedule a secession referendum in the next general election after November’s.

“This historic vote at the 2024 Republican Party of Texas Convention represents a substantial shift towards enhancing state sovereignty and exploring the potential for Texas to operate as an independent nation,” said the Texas Nationalist Movement (TNM) in a statement. “It reflects the growing sentiment among Texans for greater autonomy and the protection of our rights against federal overreach.”

Fittingly, that historic vote took place in San Antonio — home of the Alamo, aka “the cradle of Texas liberty.” Though it represented a setback, the 1836 Battle of the Alamo was a key chapter in the fight for independence that culminated in Texas becoming a self-governing republic.

The first plank asserts that the US government is infringing on powers reserved to Texas and all other states, and calls for unwarranted federal laws to be thwarted by Texas government. It also affirms the right of Texas to secede:

“Pursuant to Article 1, Section 1, of the Texas Constitution, the federal government has impaired our right of local self-government. Therefore, federally mandated legislation that infringes upon the 10th Amendment rights of Texas shall be ignored, opposed, refused, and nullified.

Texas retains the right to secede from the United States, and the Texas Legislature should be called upon to pass a referendum consistent thereto and pass the Texas Sovereignty Act as filed in the 88th Legislative Regular Session as HB 384.”

The second plank is a pointed directive to put the question of secession to the people of Texas in the next general election:

“The Texas Legislature should pass a bill in its next session requiring a referendum in the next General Election for the people of Texas to determine whether or not the State of Texas should reassert its status as an independent nation. This referendum should be a legislative priority.”

From the San Antonio convention, here’s a brief but interesting clip of the Texas Nationalist Movement’s Nate Smith speaking in support of the independence-minded platform planks — and ably fielding a question from a delegate who suggests TNM is guilty of treason

We’d have liked to hear Smith answer his critic’s attempted second question — as to whether Smith had recited the Pledge of Allegiance earlier that day as part of convention rituals. It’s likely the questioner would have next pointed to the pledge’s reference to “one nation…indivisible.”

In making a case for why patriots shouldn’t pledge allegiance, Brian McGlinchey has argued that, of several objectionable components of the pledge, “‘indivisible’ should give greatest offense to American patriots. The very existence of the United States — created by secession from the British empire — is a testament to political divisibility as a foundational human right…By reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and proclaiming the United States of America ‘indivisible,’ Americans disclaim their human right of self-determination.”

The Texas Nationalist Movement’s GOP convention success comes on the heels of a state Republican Party controversy over the issue. Despite TNM having amassed more than 139,000 signatures requesting that a secession question be placed on the March 5 primary ballot, the Texas GOP’s leadership refused to include it. TNM appealed to the state supreme court, which refused to hear the controversy.

The party chair who presided over that decision, Matt Rinaldi, is out. Now, party’s top two officials are both signers of the “Texas First Pledge.” In addition to promising to place the interest of Texans “before any other nation, state, political entity, organization, or individual,” signatories commit to bringing about a secession referendum and, if it is approved by a majority of Texans, to work for an expeditious exit from the union.

The TNM is constantly looking for new members to join our ranks.

If you want to pledge your support for TEXIT, you can do so here: https://t.co/2CLOGuWMtQ.

— Texas Nationalist Movement (TEXIT) (@TexasNatMov) June 7, 2024

After seceding from Mexico, Texas was an independent country from 1836 to 1845 and, economically, is extraordinarily well-suited for independence today. It’s by far the largest oil producer of any US state, accounting for a whopping 42% of American production, with no other state exceeding even 10%. It has deep-water ports, abundant agriculture, and is a major high-tech hub.

There’s fixin’ to be another feather in Texas’s hat. As we examined earlier this week, the booming Lone Star State economy — and rising aggravation over compliance costs and woke regulations — has spurred BlackRock, Citadel Securities and other investors to back a new challenger to the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq: the Texas Stock Exchange.

McCloskeys Vindicated: St Louis Couple Who Defended Home from BLM Mob Have Convictions Quashed

The McCloskeys became a symbol of defiance of mob violence in 2020

Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the St Louis couple who armed themselves and confronted BLM protestors outside their home in 2020, have had their misdemeanour convictions overturned by a judge.

The two attorneys filed a request in January to have their convictions expunged, and on Wednesday Judge Joseph P. Whyte granted their request. The purpose of such an expungement is to give people who have rehabilitated themselves a second chance. Prosecutors and protestors opposed the move.

Republican Governor Mike Parson had already pardoned the couple after they pled guilty to misdemeanour assault in 2021.

The McCloskeys are now requesting the return of their weapons, which were seized after their arrest.

“It’s time for the city to cough up my guns,” Mark McCloskey told the St Louis Post-Dispatch.

McCloskey says he will file a lawsuit if the guns are not returned.

The McCloskeys became prominent symbols of the plight of ordinary hard-working Americans in the face of the widespread mob violence during the summer of 2020. Unlike others who submitted to having their businesses and homes wrecked, they fought back, exercising their constitutional right to defend their homes with legally owned weapons.

NATO Chief Scraps €100 Billion Ukraine Fund Plan – Report

Proposal fell flat with members of the US-led military bloc, the outlet has said

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has ditched a five-year plan to provide Ukraine with €100 billion ($108 billion) in military aid after pushback from members of the bloc, Bloomberg reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

In April, several Western media outlets reported, citing diplomatic sources, that Stoltenberg had presented a draft long-term military support plan for Ukraine, designed in part to guard against any cut in US support if former President Donald Trump returns to the White House. Earlier this year, Trump called for restricting aid to Ukraine to loans and insisted that European NATO members match Washington’s level of assistance to Kiev.

The Stoltenberg plan was reportedly been questioned by several NATO members who sought clarification from the bloc’s secretary general on where and how the enormous sum of money involved would be obtained. The unnamed officials told Politico last month that the plan was “confusing” and that the €100 million figure would be revised.

Earlier this week, a NATO diplomat told the FT that Ukrainian authorities were “not super thrilled” with the idea either, pointing out that the package would in practice only duplicate bilateral and EU-managed commitments and not actually represent fresh cash.

Instead, Stoltenberg is expected to submit an updated plan to provide Kiev with lethal and non-lethal aid of around €40 billion annually, the sources told Bloomberg. The new proposal will reportedly be discussed by NATO defense ministers next week.

Under the new plan, which is aimed at providing more transparency about what Ukraine’s supporters contribute, the amount of assistance from each NATO member would be determined on the basis of a percentage of their gross domestic product. The US would reportedly account for nearly half of the aid, with the other 31 members providing the rest.

The sources also told the news outlet that Türkiye has cautioned that any coordination of military assistance for Ukraine could create the perception of greater involvement of the bloc in the conflict.

Last month, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said that Budapest was opposed to the initial plan, explaining that since the aid was to be collected over five years, this meant NATO “expects the hostilities to continue for this period.” The diplomat added that Hungary does not plan to participate in arming Ukraine or training its soldiers. The country’s prime minister, Viktor Orban, has expressed the view that NATO is getting closer to war with Russia every week.
