MTG: Fauci “Should Be Tried for Crimes Against Humanity”
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene had strong words for Dr Anthony Fauci as she addressed the Turning Point USA People’s Convention in Detroit on Saturday. She told a raucous crowd that the former head of the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) “should be tried for crimes against humanity” for his role in the COVID pandemic.
“I was in Washington, D.C., and I’ll never forget when the Biden administration and Nancy Pelosi, as speaker of the House, brought in nearly 30,000 National Guardsmen and turned our Capitol complex into a military base,” said Greene.
“And you weren’t allowed in there. The American people weren’t allowed in there. And then they proceeded to shut down the country over Covid. They masked schoolchildren. They shut down schools. They closed beaches. They silenced your speech. They kicked you out of social media. They attacked the very core of our freedoms, all for a virus that they made in a lab in Wuhan, China.
“And yes, Doctor Anthony Fauci should be tried for crimes against humanity,” Greene continued, before pausing as a loud chant of “Lock him up!” spread through the audience.
“Well, I can assure you, if I have anything to do with it, we will lock him up. He belongs in prison!”

Fauci’s record before and during the pandemic has been under intense scrutiny in recent weeks. On 3 June he testified before the US House of Representatives Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic. He labelled claims that he had presided over a cover-up of COVID-19’s origins “simply preposterous.”
During his appearance before the Subcommittee, Rep. Greene refused to call Dr Fauci by his title, insisting that he didn’t deserve it.
“We should be writing a criminal referral because you should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity,” she told Fauci.
“You belong in prison.”
Before the end of the year, the subcommittee will release a final report with the findings and recommendations of its two-year investigation.

Hunter Biden Drops Laptop Lawsuit Against Rudy Giuliani
Hunter Biden’s lawyers moved to dismiss a lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani on Thursday over claims he and his lawyer invaded the president’s son’s privacy by distributing private information found on his so-called Laptop From Hell.
Biden had accused Giuliani and his attorney Robert Costello of being “primarily responsible” for the “total annihilation” of his digital privacy.
Hunter’s lawyer Abbe Lowell and Giuliani’s lawyer Joseph Sibley jointly agreed to drop the case and said in the filing that each side would pay for their own lawyers and court fees.

Giuliani spokesperson Ted Goodman lauded the dismissal as a victory for the former New York City mayor, saying Biden’s claims have now “been withdrawn and proven to be entirely false.”
“This should serve as a reminder to people that — despite the unrelenting attacks by partisan Democrats and their allies in the permanent Washington political class — Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s integrity and commitment to the truth is unwavering,” he said in a statement.
This comes after the Department of Justice submitted Hunter’s laptop information into evidence for his gun trial, in which 54-year-old Hunter was found guilty on three counts this week.
Biden’s electronic devices were used to help convict him of gun charges in federal court by suggesting he lied on a firearm registration form about his drug addiction in 2018, with pictures showing apparent drugs and text messages with a dealer discussing drug use.
Just days before the 2020 election, 51 former intelligence officials, organized by the Biden campaign, penned a letter dismissing Hunter Biden’s laptop as “Russian disinformation,” a false talking also advanced by Big Tech companies that worked to censor the New York Post’s original reporting of Hunter’s laptop.
