Germany: Iranian Migrant who was Shot and Killed by Police Officer Stabbed a Police Intern
After a police officer shot and killed an Iranian migrant in the German city of Lauf an der Pegnitz, located close to the Bavarian city of Nuremberg, public prosecutors are releasing more details of the case, which revealed just how dramatic the encounter was for the police officers involved.
The attack, which occurred on June 30, made headlines in Germany after dramatic footage showed the attacker lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. The incident also forced the scenic city to shut down its entire train station.
The facts now reveal that the attacker had stabbed a police trainee who was reportedly looking to become a police sergeant, according to Bild. The only thing that saved him from serious injury or potential death was the protective vest he was wearing at the time.

When a group of three officers arrived on scene to reports of a man with a knife, the Iranian man, who was gripping a knife in his hand, tried to open the police officers’ patrol car door. The officers managed to drive a few meters further, while the man hit their vehicle.
The officers then got out and pepper sprayed the Iranian man and even fired a warning shot into the air, but the Iranian still managed to charge them and stab the police trainee. The officer then shot the Iranian man in the stomach, killing him.

Public prosecutor Heike Klotzbücher told Bild that the Iranian man was a “tolerated” asylum seeker, which means he was rejected but was still allowed to stay in Germany. The man had been convicted of a number of offenses, but the prosecutor did not disclose what type of offenses.

Authorities have yet to establish a motive behind the attack and the case remains under investigation.

The attack comes after a wave of knife attacks in Germany and violent incidents involving foreigners, with perhaps the most prominent case involving an Islamic Afghan knife attacker who managed to stab a German police officer to death in Mannheim. The known Islamist had lived in Germany illegally for eight years, according to police sources.
CNN Senior Reporter Admits he has Never Seen Worse Polling Numbers for an Incumbent President
CNN senior reporter Harry Enten has called the results of a recent CBS News/YouGovpoll the worst number for a sitting president.
A day after the CNN presidential debate, CBS Newsand YouGovconducted a poll among 1,130 registered voters. The survey reveals that 72 percent of the respondents doubt President Joe Biden’s fitness to serve, including 46 percent of Democrats.
Some 86 percent of respondents believe Biden should step aside because of his old age, 71 percent because of his overall performance in office, 66 percent because of his record as president and 59 percent because of his inability to campaign effectively. Moreover, 72 percent of voters now believe that Biden does not have the mental and cognitive health to serve as president, compared to the 65 percent who said so earlier in June. Additionally, 41 percent of Democratic voters believe the same, compared to 29 percent in a February poll.
“Look at this, voters who say that Biden has the mental health to be president. It was just 35 percent pre-debate. Look where it’s dropped to now, post-debate, 27 percent. How about ‘not that he should be running’ for president? It was 37 percent pre-debate. It’s now 28 percent. I have never seen numbers this bad for an incumbent president during my lifetime,” Enten stated in dismay.
“I mean, ‘mental health to be president’ at just 27 percent? You might say, okay, that’s low, but a lot of people thought Biden was too old back in 2020,” continued Enten. “These numbers looked nothing like this back in 2020. These numbers were bad already, and the truth is, they have gotten just considerably worse, even in just a few days after that first presidential debate.”
Enten: Democrats could replace Biden but there is no other Democratic candidate with better numbers
Due to the increasing number of voters who want Biden to aside following his poor performance in the recent debate, some Democratic officials have suggested the same.
“It’s hard to argue that we shouldn’t nominate someone else,” a Democratic consultant who works on down-ballot races said.
“He’s a good man; he loves his country; he’s doing the best that he can,” said Van Jones, a one-time adviser to former President Barack Obama and a strong supporter of Biden. “But he had a chance… tonight to restore [the] confidence of the country and of the base, and he failed to do that. And I think there are a lot of people who are going to want to see him take a different course now.”
This, in turn, resulted in the discussion of potential alternatives for the Nov. 5 ballot. But Enten noted that while Democrats could potentially replace Biden, no candidate has significantly better numbers than him.
“I went back and looked at the polling versus Donald Trump for a bunch of different Democrats that have been suggested: Gretchen Whitmer, Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris. Look at this, they all trail Donald Trump. So the idea here that we’re somehow going to get this magic bullet, that there’s somehow going to be some Democrat who can beat Donald Trump easily, I just don’t see it in the numbers,” Enten explained.
“At this particular point, if Joe Biden takes on Donald Trump, he’s trailing. If there’s another Democrat who runs against Donald Trump, they too are trailing. Any Democrat who entered the race right now, at least among those that are being suggested by a bunch of folks, would all enter the race at this particular point as an underdog to former President Donald Trump.”

July 4th BBQ Meal Cost Up $11.72 Since Biden Bragged About $0.16 Price Drop in 2021
This year, Americans are suffering through what RNC Research described as the “most expensive Independence Day on Record,” complements of the Biden regime.
A mass email from RNC Research that cites data from the American Farm Bureau Federation claims that the same Fourth of July barbecue meal that the Biden White House bragged was $0.16 cheaper in 2021 compared to 2020 under Donald Trump is now $11.72 more expensive in 2024 thanks to runaway inflation.
In July 2021, the White House uploaded a video for the American public claiming that Joe Biden’s economic policies had resulted in a meager decrease in July 4th food prices. Fast-forward three years and that same meal is now more expensive than ever before.
“After the Biden White House attempted to brag about the price of an Independence Day barbeque going down by $0.16 in 2021, the same meal has increased by $11.72 since then,” the email states.
A fact check into the $0.16 cost reduction claim from Biden revealed that his economic policies had absolutely nothing to do with that, and had more to do with the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic.”
“Prices for many food items abnormally spiked during the summer of 2020 as Americans purchased more food and production and supply chains suffered,” the fact check states.

Nothing but constant lies from Washington
While inflation is (supposedly) slowing down, it is still much higher than the private Federal Reserve banking cartel’s two percent target. And no matter how you slice it, Independence Day feels more like Slavery Day for tens of millions of Americans who can no longer afford to live.
In 2022, an astounding 33 percent of Americans changed their Fourth of July celebrations because of excessively high gas prices, this according to an Emerson College poll. Gas prices in 2024 are no better.
The Biden White House, meanwhile, is attempting a real-life “Weekend at Bernie’s” event at the White House as First Lady “Dr.” Jill Biden prepares to host a barbecue at 5pm. “The big guy” will reportedly be there “as he strives to look energetic and engaged with the late afternoon starting time,” one media report said.
“Given the awkward days that have followed the octogenarian’s dismal showing in the first presidential debate, he has little choice but to fight on or simply resign and walk away,” the same report added.
“Biden, who would be 86 if and when his second term ends, has a long list of events planned for the next week to counter that narrative and prove to his doubters he still has what it takes to stay in the highest office in the land and it all begins on Independence Day.”
According to RNC Research, it will cost $71.22 this year to host a cookout for 10 guests on the Fourth of July.
“Prices are up way more than any sites are reporting,” one commenter wrote. “Go shopping and find out.”
“Biden and the entire White House lie about everything,” wrote another. “I guess they think we are all stupid for putting a senile president in office with a low IQ VP. Good grief the U.S. is in serious trouble.”
Someone else wrote that baby back ribs are up from $12 to $24 for a rack while chicken is up from $7.50 to $16.
“Steaks that used to be $12-$15 are up to $30 and $40. Is your $11 figure a price-check on hot dogs?”
“Hamburgers, ribs, watermelon, and potato salad are for the elite,” wrote another. “You get roach roast, grilled grasshopper, mashed maggots, hornet dogs, wasp watermelon, cricket on the cob, shoo flea pie, and beetle biscuits.”

Biden Says He is Proud to be a ‘Black Woman’
US President Joe Biden has made several radio interview appearances and delivered a brief Fourth of July speech in an apparent attempt to reassure Democrat supporters about his mental capacity to serve following a disastrous debate with his Republican rival Donald Trump.
Biden openly admitted he “screwed up” the debate with Trump, but told The Earl Ingram Show on Thursday that he will “get back up”and is going to “beat him again.”
“I had a bad night…. And the fact of the matter is that, you know, I screwed up,”Biden said, rejecting any intention of dropping out of the presidential race.
During a separate interview with Philadelphia’s WURD, the gaffe-prone US leader struggled to find the right phrase while apparently trying to refer to Vice President Kamala Harris and recall his time in Barack Obama’s administration.

“By the way, I’m proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, first black woman… to serve with a black president. Proud to be involved of the first black woman on the Supreme Court. There’s so much that we can do because, look… we’re the United States of America,” Biden said.
The US president also delivered a four-minute speech at the White House, focusing his remarks on his visit last month to Normandy, to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day, but seemingly veered off script and lost the train of thought several times, and at one point even called his rival Trump a “colleague.”

In another clip scrutinized and mocked by critics, Biden greeted the crowd with a lively “Ho! Ho! Ho! Happy Independence Day!”, after Harris almost accidentally introduced him as the vice president.

Concerns over whether the 81-year-old veteran politician can successfully handle the presidential campaign and four more years in the Oval Office were reignited after Biden delivered a shaky performance in a televised debate with Trump last Thursday. The incumbent appeared frail and seemingly lost his train of thought on multiple occasions, allowing his rival to comfortably come out on top by most accounts.
A post-debate Reuters/Ipsos poll found that one in three Democrats believe that Biden should quit, while some key donors have reportedly been looking at ways of replacing Biden with a stronger candidate on the 2024 ticket.
Trump Wishes Happy 4th of July to All — “Including Our Highly Incapable President”
Donald Trump took the opportunity to dunk on Joe Biden during a special July 4th message to Americans, referring to his Democrat presidential opponent as “highly incapable” and “cognitively challenged.”
Blasting Biden for weaponizing the judicial system to go after him, Trump slammed the Democrat president over his many excuses for doing poorly at the recent presidential debate.
“Happy Fourth of July to all, including to our highly incapable ‘President,’ who uses Prosecutors to go after his Political Opponent, who choked like a dog during the Debate but tried to pretend it was ‘International Travel’ (only 12 days rest!) and, when that gig was up, he blamed it on a ‘cold,’” Trump said via Truth Social on Thursday.
“Therefore, why would anyone say he’s cognitively challenged?” Trump asked sarcastically.
The presumptive GOP presidential nominee went on to highlight the sordid history of VP “Laffin” Kamala Harris, who’s slated to take up the Democrat Party’s mantle in Biden’s stead, and the prosecutor in his classified docs case Jack Smith.
