A Gold Star father slammed Joe Biden heading into Memorial Day weekend, saying the senile Democrat president’s team hasn’t reached out despite his son dying during the administration’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021.
Speaking to Newsmax TV on Friday, the father of fallen service member Staff Sgt. Darin Taylor Hoover Jr., Darin Hoover Sr., requested Americans take a moment to salute the fallen, and noted the Biden team has “put Afghanistan in the rearview mirror.”

Hoover said, “I know it’s a three-day weekend and everybody’s going to be out, kind of the first weekend of summer, but I just ask that people take a minute, stop and think about what all these men and women heroes who have sacrificed their lives for our freedoms and remember and thank them for it in their own way.”
After the discussion turned to Biden, Hoover stated, “[W]e haven’t heard a word from him. They have put Afghanistan in the rearview mirror. And none of us have been talked to, none of — they haven’t reached out period. And it’s time to bring this back around and answer those questions. We want accountability. We want those answers, and we’re not getting them. On a weekend like this, with the anniversary coming up, too, something needs to be done. They need to step up and do what needs to be done in order to get us those answers, and frankly, the country is owed those answers. All of the veterans that are from that 20-year war, all of the ones that we lost in that 20-year war deserve better than what we’ve gotten, and he needs to step away and leave the White House.”

Former President Donald Trump took the opportunity this Memorial Day to wish all a happy national holiday, including the Biden administration’s Deep State apparatchiks working overtime to undermine his second presidential bid.
The embattled 45th president’s holiday message on Truth Social stated:

In addition to his defiant rant railing against the Biden admin’s lawfare tactics, Trump also posted a messages honoring the fallen servicemembers who made the ultimate sacrifice for America, with a quote stating, “We can never repay them. But we can always remember. Today, that is what we are doing – we remember.”

The messages come as the Trump campaign ahead of Memorial Day announced it would be launching the “Veterans and Military Families for Trump” coalition, endorsed by over 175 decorated active-duty and retired servicemembers and Gold Star families.
‘“UNLIKE BIDEN, PRESIDENT TRUMP HAS HONORED AMERICA’S VETERANS,” reads an early copy of the press release obtained by the Daily Caller.
“To every Veteran, ‘you are America’s greatest living heroes, and we will cherish you now, always, and forever,” reads a statement to veterans from the former president.

Breitbart has more on the German police’s reaction to the social media sensation sweeping Europe and getting more young people to recognize their countries’ cultures and national sovereignty are being erased.
The social media video that spread across German social media this week shows a group of young men and women jumping up and down, singing, laughing, and throwing their arms in the air. Given the context, whether the gestures are dance moves or ‘Hitler salutes’ is obviously a matter of discussion in German media.
Germany’s federal security police, which normally concerns itself with terrorism and international crime gangs is investigating the young people singing, reports Die Welt. German journalist and “diversity consultant” Ferda Ataman who was appointed the government’s Federal Commissioner for Anti-Discrimination in 2022 said the song being sung showed “people are being discriminated against and degraded”.
The song, Ataman said, is “pure racism, which is increasingly ingraining itself in all social groups and age groups and is being openly expressed.”
Welt also cited Green Party state government Integration Minister Aminata Touré who expressed her opinion that singing the song could not be dismissed as a “boyish prank”, but that it had to be seen as “Nazi yelling… They should be ashamed of themselves! Criminal investigations must now follow.”
The Sylt video is not by far the first time the Auslander Raus song has emerged among young people in Germany of late. As noted by German broadcaster Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), clips of it being sung have been released “again and again” at “discos and festivals all over Germany”.
The dance hit’s massive popularity shows its message of restricting foreigners from European countries is indeed resonating with younger generations who seek to preserve their cultural heritage.
