Stunned Rep. Eric Burlinson (R-Mo.) suggests Kimberly Cheatle’s use of encrypted communications may be a federal crime.

Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle admitted in congressional testimony Monday that she used encrypted apps on her personal phone to communicate with government colleagues, potentially a federal crime.

Rep. Eric Burlinson (R-Mo.) asked Cheatle if she “used any encrypted app to communicate from your personal device?”

“I do on occasion use encrypted apps to communicate,” Cheatle admitted.

Burlinson pressed if she used those encrypted apps to communicate “with people from the federal government” or with “local law enforcement.”

“Whom are you communicating using encrypted apps?” he asked.

She responded, “Many times it’s with colleagues and associates.”

“So you’re communicating with colleagues on a personal device?” he asked.

Cheatle confirmed that she did, adding “Recently we’ve been able to install some of those apps on government devices.”

“I’m actually shocked that you’re using your personal device and encrypted communication tools,” a stunned Burlinson said. “I think that that might be the most shocking thing that I’ve heard today.”

“I didn’t expect for you to say that,” he added.

Republican Senator Ron Johnson (Wis.) revealed this week he also believes audio evidence proves there was more than one shooter.

Senator Ron Johnson just confirmed in this interview that he believes multiple weapons and multiple shooters were involved in the assassination attempt on President Donald Trump.

Biden administration Secret Service head repeatedly dodged question.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) joined his congressional colleagues in quizzing Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle on Monday, asking the Biden official if she could verify the attempted Donald Trump assassin was working alone.

We just watched the Secret Service Director refuse to answer whether Trump’s shooter was acting alone

She said they should “ask the FBI”

That’s DC legalese for “no he was not acting alone but I can’t say that”

Biggs told the director, “It is unfathomable that a 20-year-old on the radar of Secret Service and local law enforcement before President Trump went on stage was able to climb on the roof of a building with a rifle and fire off multiple rounds before he was neutralized.”

“Was Mr. Crooks acting alone?” he asked Cheatle.

“Again, I would have to refer you to the FBI’s investigation,” she answered.

“Was he just a lone gunman?” the congressman asked.

Cheatle again responded, “I would have to refer you to the FBI’s investigation for motive.”

‘You Are Full of Sh*t Today!’ Nancy Mace Slams Secret Service Director in Epic Takedown

adminJul 22, 20242 min read
Tense exchange came as Kim Cheatle deflected questions about her office’s failure to protect Donald Trump from would-be assassin.

Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle was dressed down during a House Judiciary Committee hearing Monday, with one upset congresswoman telling her she was “full of shit.”

The heated exchange came as Cheatle deflected questions about her office’s failure to protect Donald Trump during a rally where an assassin was able to take a shot at him.

At one point during questioning, Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) grew fed up with Cheatle’s non-answers and directly confronted her.

Nancy Mace was not MESSING AROUND…

“You’re full of SHIT today!”

“You’re full of shit today. You’re just being completely dishonest,” Mace told Cheatle, who had responded to a list of questions by answering, “I would have to get back to you.”

Despite objections from members of the committee for not maintaining decorum, Mace laid in on Cheatle, stating,

You’re being dishonest or lying, like, I just…you’re being dishonest here with this committee. These are important questions that the American people want answers to. And you’re just, you’re just dodging and talking around in generalities. And we had to subpoena you to be here. And you won’t even answer the questions. We have asked you repeatedly to answer our questions. This isn’t hard. These are not hard questions.

She is NOT answering our questions.

— Rep. Nancy Mace (@RepNancyMace) July 22, 2024

Prior to the hearing, the Obama-appointed Secret Service director had remained adamant she won’t resign despite admitting her agency was “totally responsible” for the security failures at Trump’s MAGA rally.
