Conservatives Outraged After Pro-Abortion Rapper Amber Rose Gets Primetime Speaking Slot at RNC
MILWAUKEE (LifeSiteNews) — Pro-abortion rapper and purveyor of sexual “entertainment” Amber Rose delivered a primetime speech at the first night of the Republican National Convention on Monday, singing the praises of former president and current White House nominee Donald Trump while reinforcing fears about the future of the GOP’s conservative identity.
Rose is a bisexual model, rapper and former stripper who to this day maintains a page on the subscription content platform OnlyFans (which is most well known for sexual material). Rose’s page, headed by a profile picture of herself fully nude, offers “the most exciting, wild, and real version of myself. Join me and let me make your dreams come true.”
Last year, the New York Post quoted her as explaining the latter to her then-nine-year-old son as follows: “Like, when it comes to women, you have to let women do what they need to do to support their families. You want to go to a nice school? Six Flags? Universal? Travel? Mommy has to make money.”
In 2015, Rose led the Los Angeles “SlutWalk,” an event that was part of a long-running global movement meant to push back against so-called “slut shaming” and “rape culture” in favor of embracing sexuality. One profile of the event from the time described it as drawing “thousands of women, who bore everything from bare breasts to signs with provocatively powerful PSAs written across them, such as: ‘My P***y, My Property,’ ‘Control Yourselves, Not Women’ and ‘Hoes Can Say No.’”
“Amber’s walk today was not only in honor of all women but also trans-women and those in the gay community who have been subjected to homophobic slurs and discrimination, many of which Amber claims have effected (sic) her and her friends throughout the years,” the profile added. Rose continued her role in SlutWalk over the following years, eventually taking a four-year hiatus due to “organizational and personnel issues” but resuming in 2022.
Politically, Rose would have been an awkward fit for the Republican Party before its multiple leftward changes this year. In 2016, she called Trump a “f***ing idiot” whom she “really hope(d)” would not become president, and said of Democrat opponent Hillary Clinton, “I love her, and always have.”
Four years later, she slammed ex-boyfriend Kanye West for his pro-life awakening, complaining about women being “shamed” for “aborting cells that might turn into kids (…) Please stop telling women what to do with our bodies.” In March, Rose gave an interview where she said that while “I don’t believe that God exists at all,” she does consider Satanism a “very rational, logical religion” that “help[s] a lot of women get abortions.”
She first indicated that her candidate preference, but not necessarily her underlying political values, had since changed in May 2024, when she endorsed Trump on Instagram via a selfie of herself with the former president and his wife Melania. She responded to critics with another post asking, “yall think (Joe) Biden cares about black ppl” and going on to say, “Y’all want biological men in women’s sports. Trump supports the most reasonable compromise on abortion. Stop being brainwashed cuz WE’RE ppl of color. Make your own decisions.”
During Rose’s convention speech, she explained that she changed her opinion on the Republican presidential nominee after arguing with her pro-Trump father, who challenged her to research her assumptions about him being bigoted. She says doing so led her to the realization that “the media has lied to us about Donald Trump.”
“I realized Donald Trump and his supporters don’t care if you’re Black, white, gay or straight,” she said. “It’s all love. And that’s when it hit me: These are my people. This is where I belong (…) We all want a better country for our children. But I’m here tonight to tell you, no matter your political background, that the best chance we have to give our babies a better life is to elect Donald Trump president.”
Rose’s invitation to the GOP convention has been justified as part of broadening the party’s appeal to different walks of life. But numerous commentators took it instead as further evidence of the party diluting and abandoning its commitment to pro-life and pro-family principles:
The RNC gives a primetime speaking slot to a pro-abortion feminist and self-proclaimed slut with a face tattoo whose only claim to fame is having sex with rappers. Truly an embarrassment. Not a single voter will be mobilized by this person.

The RNC is quietly crushing those who don’t want the GOP to drift left while elevating people like Amber Rose, a speaker who in *March* praised *Satanism* as a “very rational, logical religion” that helps “a lot of women to get abortions.”

Republicans: If you don’t know who “Amber Rose” is (I didn’t) you can go to her X feed (warning: actually its an XXX feed) and see the filth she spews–all for money, of course. What she represents is antithetical to the values and virtues the Party claims to stand for–and…

The speech came amid ongoing dismay over the RNC’s adoption of a new, shortened, Trump-backed party platform, which among other changes cuts the GOP’s longstanding support for federal action to end legal abortion in favor of leaving abortion policy to individual states, removes references to opposing same-sex “marriage” or the Supreme Court precedent that forced it on the country, and endorses birth control (many common methods of which function as abortifacients) and embryo-destructive in vitro fertilization.

MSNBC Guest Calls for Donor Class to ‘Put a Bullet in Donald Trump’
A lot of people missed it since nobody watches MSNBC, but last fall the left-wing cable news outlet gave a platform to anti-Trump strategist Rick Wilson who called for a “bullet” to be sent into the body of Donald Trump.
“The donor class can’t just sit back on the sidelines and say ‘oh well, don’t worry, this will all work itself out,’” Wilson, founder of the Lincoln Project, said in the interview. “They’re still gonna have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump. That’s a fact.”
The “@amuse” (@amuse) X account shared the following video of Wilson on MSNBC calling for Trump to be assassinated:

Anti-Trump meltdowns
A seasoned political strategist, advertising guru and media commentator, Wilson is no schlock, at least officially. He claims to support holding elected officials accountable whenever they violate their oaths to the Constitution. And yet when he feels threatened, Wilson apparently lashes out with calls for violence.
The Lincoln Project, by the way, has this as its mission:
“… to hold accountable those who would violate their oaths to the Constitution and would place their loyalty to others before their loyalty to the American people and democracy.”
Wilson also authored two very anti-Trump books: Everything Trump Touches Dies and Running Against the Devil: A Plot to Save America from Trump and Democrats from Themselves – the Lincoln Project, after all, claims to be Republican, hence the name of that second book.
Responding to Wilson’s statement about putting a bullet in Trump, @amuse tweeted that he should not be given a free pass just “because he’s not making a specific threat.”
“… he’s inspiring unstable Democrats to carry out an assassination,” @amuse added.
“This is blatant incitement,” tweeted “MoSmith” (@MoSmithHMC). “Unbelievable that people harbor so much hate that they would say this on national television!”
Another noted that this is not the first time that Wilson called for Trump to be assassinated.
“He said this again?” this person wrote. “He needs to be talked to by Trump’s Secret Service. Can they do that?”
In response to several X users who tried to defend Wilson by claiming that he did not mean an actual bullet but rather a figurative one aimed at Trump’s campaign, @amuse also had this to say:
“It is one thing to say something at dinner or at the bar. But when you’re on national news speaking as an expert your words matter. Calling for Americans to put a bullet in President Trump’s head is not alright. It is illegal. It incites crazy people to commit violence.”
“People think they can say whatever they want these days and get away with it,” wrote another. “It’s wrong.”
Considering people on the right have been imprisoned over memes, it would only make logical sense for Wilson to be prosecuted the same way – or does he get a free pass simply because his target is Trump?
“They really, really wanna make this guy a martyr,” another X user wrote.
“What ever happened to the co-founder of the Lincoln Project, John Weaver, for making sexual advances towards men and boys as young as 14 years old?” asked another.
“Personally, I think the whole group is a bunch of pedophiles but who knows. I know they’re not the Republicans they pretend to be.”

‘Drug Dens’: Poilievre Calls out Trudeau’s Misleadingly Named ‘Safe’ Injection Sites
MONTREAL (LifeSiteNews) — Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre has condemned Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberal government and the mainstream media for concealing the failure of federally-subsidized “safe” injection sites for hard drug use.
During a July 12 press conference in Montreal, Quebec, Poilievre slammed politicians and mainstream media alike for masking the failure of the Trudeau government-led “supervised injection sites,” pointing out the misleading nature of the term “safe” often used when discussing these facilities, which allow addicts to abuse themselves by injecting deadly narcotics such as heroin.
“I know wacko politicians in the Liberals and the NDP [New Democratic Party] and their supporters in the media want to make it sound like there’s a constitutional obligation that we allow these drug dens anywhere they want to go up,” said Poilievre. “That is not true. That is the opposite of true.”
Poilievre’s remarks were delivered in a kindergarten playground near Montreal’s first federally-subsidized injection site that opened on April 15.
Poilievre promised that “there will not be a single taxpayer dollar from a Poilievre government going to drug dens.”
“Every single penny will go to treatment and recovery services to bring our loved ones home drug-free,” he added.
Poilievre further called out mainstream media reporters for repeating Trudeau’s claim that the drug sites are “safe” or “supervised.”
“What will you do around safe injection sites across the country?” Globe & Mailreporter Eric Andrew-Gee questioned.
“They are not safe injection sites, I’m sorry,” Poilievre responded, explaining that those terms are “dishonest language.”
“You guys repeat the same language you get from the radical Liberal-NDP activists and bureaucracy,” said Poilievre. “You call them safe. How can they be safe? Do you think it’s safe when a bullet comes flying out of one these sites to kill a mother in Toronto? Do you think that’s safe? Do you think it’s safe to have people using crack and heroin and cocaine next to a playground like this? Do you think that is safe? It’s not safe.”
Poilievre’s mention of the Toronto mother is a reference to the 2023 shooting death of Karolina Huebner-Makurat, a 44-year-old mother of two. Police allege Huebner-Makurat was killed by a stray bullet fired by a man in a drug-related dispute with another man outside of an injection site in the city’s Leslieville neighborhood.
In addition to injection sites, the Trudeau government has also been involved in the distribution of drugs to addicts. In fact, Health Canada recently noted that the Trudeau government has budgeted over $27 million in funding for “safe supply” drug programs that have been linked to increased violence and overdose deaths across Canada.
“Safe supply” is the term used to refer to government-prescribed drugs given to addicts under the assumption that a more controlled batch of narcotics reduces the risk of overdose. Critics of the policy argue that giving addicts drugs only enables their behavior, puts the public at risk, disincentivizes recovery from addiction and has not reduced – and sometimes even increased – overdose deaths when implemented.
The best example of the Trudeau government’s drug policy failures come from the province of British Columbia. Starting in 2023, the Trudeau government decriminalized the possession of up to 2.5 grams of hard drugs without criminal penalty.
Shortly thereafter, record numbers of overdose deaths and similar incidents occurred, leading to the province itself requesting that the Trudeau government recriminalize drugs in public spaces.
Nearly two weeks later, the Trudeau government announced it would “immediately” end the allowance of hard drug use in public, which critics see as tacit admission the policy was a disaster.
The effects of decriminalizing hard drugs have been the source of contention throughout the country, as evidenced in Aaron Gunn’s documentary, Canada is Dying, and in U.K. Telegraph journalist Steven Edginton’s mini-documentary, Canada’s Woke Nightmare: A Warning to the West.
Gunn, who has since become a Conservative Party candidate, previously noted that his film shows clearly the “general societal chaos and explosion of drug use in every major Canadian city” since lax policies were implemented.
“Overdose deaths are up 1,000 percent in the last 10 years,” he said in his film, adding that “every day in Vancouver four people are randomly attacked.”

Tractor Supply’s Liberal Employees Quit Following Company Decision to Roll Back DEI Initiatives
Following Tractor Supply Company’s decision to drop its diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policiesand back away from its pledge to reduce carbon emissions, many of the company’s liberal-minded employees have submitted their resignations.
The rural lifestyle retailer and Fortune 500 company swiftly abandoned its perceived progressive agenda, following pressure from conservative activists, impacting its workforce spanning 50,000 employees across 49 states.
(Related: END WOKENESS: Tractor Supply backtracks support for woke goals about DEI, LGBTQIA and carbon targets.)
Among the contentious issues was Tractor Supply’s implementation of LGBTQIA+ sensitivity training for its employees, which topped the list of grievances for critics.
This sudden corporate reversal was hailed as a significant example of the influence of citizen activism, resembling ongoing efforts in several conservative-leaning states to curtail government-funded DEI programs.
“Going forward, we will ensure our activities and [charitable activities] tie directly to our business,” said the company on its website.
Along with dropping its mandatory LGBTQIA+ sensitivity training and withdrawing prior carbon emissions reduction commitments, the company has also stopped sharing data with the pro-LGBTQIA+ organization Human Rights Campaign; eliminated “DEI roles and [retiring] our current DEI goals while still ensuring a respectful environment;” and focused even further on “rural American priorities, including [agriculture] education, animal welfare, veteran causes and being a good neighbor and stop sponsoring nonbusiness activities like Pride festivals and voting campaigns.”
Liberal employees leaving Tractor Supply
Not all of the company’s approximately 50,000 employees were happy with Tractor Supply’s decision. One such employee is Joe Montello, a longtime manager for Tractor Supply’s store in Saranac Lake in northern New York, who spoke with the Albany-based newspaper the Times Unionabout his decision.
Montello claimed that for more than four years he has enjoyed his job and developing positive relations with customers who come in looking for anything from lawnmowers to pet food and cowboy boots. But Montello quit following the company’s announcement it was dropping its DEI efforts.
“When I went to work. I got a call from my boss asking me if I had seen the email yet,” said Montello who, as a gay man, said that the sudden turnaround left him disturbed and with the strong belief that Tractor Supply was no longer the company for him.
And so, he resigned, leaving behind his roughly $80,000-a-year job. Montello said one of his co-workers resigned with him and multiple others were discussing resigning en masse.
“Employees are gay, lesbian and a lot of our customers are very diverse,” said Montello, who “ran into quite a few [regular] customers” during a recent pride parade in the town. “I’m not out there marching every day … [but] A lot of my customers are not big farmers.”
“I worked there since last summer,” said Jacob Vennie-Volrath, who runs a farm just outside Saranac Lake and has been employed at Tractor Supply’s store in the small town since it opened seven years ago, where he enjoyed helping out Montello, who was struggling to find employees.
Vennie-Volrath said he was enraged by the company’s announcement, but decided to remain with the company only to support Montello. But when his manager left, so did Vennie-Volrath, who noted how he was especially disturbed at the alacrity and public manner by which Tractor Supply reversed its “progressive” track record and commitment to inclusion and the climate.
