The Taliban Parades Biden’s Catastrophic Treason

Terrorist organizaton parades $7 billion dollars worth of U.S. military equipment left behind by Joe Biden’s monumental blunder in office.

The Taliban celebrated its third year in power at Bagram Air Base, and much like the Biden Administration, the Taliban failed to mention Afghanistan’s collapse into ruin.

The increasing poverty and abuse of Afghan citizens sees no end on the horizon.

Instead, the Taliban Cabinet boasted about the strengthening of Islamic Law and constructing a military plan for peace and security.

Then it proceeded to parade the $7 billion dollars worth of U.S. military equipment left behind by Joe Biden’s monumental blunder in office.

Peter Schiff: More Disastrous Rate Cuts on the Horizon

adminAug 14, 20244 min read
With more evidence mounting of a recession, Peter reminds us that the Fed’s policy over the last few decades makes such a recession inevitable.

Peter’s back in Puerto Rico for this episode. He explains his theory behind the market’s bounce back last week, notes why last week’s panic bodes poorly for Bitcoin, and comments on two major political events— Kamala Harris’s VP pick and the “hate speech” clamp-down in the United Kingdom.

With more evidence mounting of a recession, Peter reminds us that the Fed’s policy over the last few decades makes such a recession inevitable:

“The right thing is to raise rates more and let the chips fall where they may. Sure, stocks are going to crash. Real estate is going to crash. We’re going to have a hard landing. It’s going to be a recession. But unfortunately, that’s what we need. Not because it’s fun, but because it’s necessary. Now, if you don’t want to have this necessary crash, then the Fed never should have made that deal with the devil, because the devil is going to come to collect eventually.”

Even though rate cuts are the wrong move, the markets are confident cuts are coming in September or even earlier:

“I said on my podcast that if we didn’t get the emergency rate cut, we were getting a cut for sure in September. I just thought they may not even wait until September. They may have to do it sooner. And they still might because we still have a long time between that September meeting and right now. But because the bond market started to price that in and rates went down, that helped the markets, because the markets saw this and they’re like, ‘Ok, the Fed is definitely going to cut now.’ … The market now realizes that the Fed is going to move on in September no matter what. And that I think that helped the market’s psychology.”

Bitcoin’s recent performance demonstrates why it’s a bad choice for a federal Bitcoin reserve:

“When everything was going down, Bitcoin went down the most. And they’re trying to get the government to have a Bitcoin reserve? You can’t have a reserve asset that’s the most volatile asset. The reserve asset is the one you’re supposed to rely on. When everything else is selling off, you can use that reserve asset. But how can you use a reserve asset that goes down even more than the stuff you’re trying to hedge?”

In election news, Kamala Harris has chosen Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate. Peter thinks Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro would have been a better pick, but the media is keen to defend Harris against any criticism:

“The media has been repackaging and rebranding her. I mean, they’re lying as much about Harris as they were about Biden. The same people had said, ‘Biden is sharp as a tack,’ right? And then kick him to the curb as soon as that lie was exposed. Now they’ve got a new lie about how great Kamala Harris is. As long as she keeps her mouth shut and nobody actually hears her talk, they can keep selling her to the American public like she’s the greatest thing. And apparently it’s working.”

With the United Kingdom government cracking down on protests and online social media posts, Peter explains why free speech is so important:

“If you’re not allowed to be offensive, if you’re not allowed to hurt other people’s feelings, then you don’t have freedom of speech. Well, what do you have? The whole concept of free speech is that you have to defend the rights of people to say things that you disagree with— that may be offensive to you, that may be hateful. Because the minute you let the government decide, the government can decide, ‘what is offensive? What is hateful?’ Well, then they can make anything they want hateful or offensive.”

Finally, Peter comments on the new SchiffGold website. Be sure to check it out!

“You should give the guys over at SchiffGold a call, and by the way, you don’t even have to call now. We have a new website. If you haven’t been to the SchiffGold website, it’s got a shopping cart. We’re going to be improving it with more payment methods, but you can go online. You can fill up your cart with gold and silver coins, check out, and that’s it!”

Actor Dennis Quaid: Facebook Censoring “Reagan” Film Posts To Silence Conservatives

Hollywood legend says Big Tech censors acting ‘Like the old Soviet Union’

Longtime Hollywood actor Dennis Quaid is lashing out at Facebook for censoring content related to his upcoming film, Reagan, celebrating the life of U.S. President Ronald Reagan.

The film’s director of digital marketing, Eric McClellan, also wrote a letter to the CEO of Facebook’s parent company Meta, Mark Zuckerberg.

The letter points out “numerous problems” marketers are having when trying to advertise or boost content related to the movie.

Dennis Quaid accuses Facebook of restricting ability to promote ‘Reagan’ film

“Facebook is once again censoring the free flow of ideas, deciding what’s best for us to see and hear; only this time it’s throttling advertising and promotion for my movie about Ronald Reagan,” Quaid recently told Newsweek.

One specific post being censored by the social media outlet features the movie title, an image of Quaid, and a Reagan quote, reading, “Don’t let anyone tell you that America’s best days are behind her—that the American spirit has been vanquished. We’ve seen it triumph too often in our lives not to believe it now.”

The official Facebook account for the film has even been suspended twice for simply posting video clips of Quaid promoting Reagan on podcasts and television shows.

Quaid wrote in a statement, “Like the old Soviet Union—are we turning into a country of tech oligarchs who control the platform of groupthink to silence the individual or ‘other’ groups?”

According to Facebook, political posts could influence the 2024 presidential election, but Quaid noted Reagan hasn’t been on a ballot for 40 years.

“Zuckerberg is ultimately responsible for all of this because his company says it might influence the presidential election, but the last time Ronald Reagan’s name was on the ballot was 40 years ago,” said the actor.

He added, “My challenge to Facebook is to ask if any of these tactics were used against other recent presidential biopics like LincolnLBJ, or Southside with You, a film about President Barack Obama, which was also released during an election year.”

It’s possible that Quaid’s reputation as a Trump supporter could be playing a role in Facebook’s censorship of the film.

Quaid previously told newsman Piers Morgan he will be voting for Trump and also joined Tucker Carlson for an interview earlier this year.

NEW: Actor Dennis Quaid tells Piers Morgan that he plans on voting for Donald Trump in the 2024 election.

Quaid said that Trump may be an ‘a**hole’ but ‘he’s my a**hole.’

It seems as if Facebook is already unleashing its election year censorship crusade where it manipulates elections in the name of protecting voters from disinformation or misinformation.

JD Vance FLAMES NYT Reporter Over Kamala’s Inflation, Crowd BOOS MSM Hack

adminAug 14, 20244 min read
“Crowd reaction says it all,” says Trump running mate.

J.D. Vance gave a masterclass on how to respond to the bad-faith press during a campaign event in Michigan on Wednesday.

After delivering remarks on Trump’s America First policy proposals, Vance fielded questions from reporters over a range of topics.

A New York Times reporter tried downplaying the Biden administration’s terrible economic policies, asking Vance to respond to data figures showing inflation coming down.

In response to the question, the crowd loudly booed the reporter, leading Vance to reply, “I think the crowd reaction says it all.”

“Look, when they say that inflation is down, they mean from a baseline where groceries are already 30% more expensive than they were when Donald Trump was president…That is not a record to brag on, that’s a record to be ashamed of,” Vance said.

He went on to detail exactly why the economic data points the White House is citing are bogus, noting the price of gas, food, and housing have all skyrocketed since Biden and Harris took office.

J.D. Vance: Under Kamala Harris, gas prices are up 50%, housing costs have doubled, grocery prices are up 21% and a record number of Americans are multiple jobs.

“I happen to believe in a simple principle, that if you work hard and play by the rules, you ought to be able to… pic.twitter.com/TYYpnu0Sqk

When asked by another reporter to respond to accusations that Trump during his interview with Elon Musk called for union workers to be fired, Vance set the record straight.

— The Post Millennial (@TPostMillennial) August 14, 2024

Vance went on to chastise Kamala Harris as a “fake” candidate who didn’t earn a single primary vote and who is claiming she will fix the very problems she helped start while in office with Joe Biden.

JD Vance: EVERYTHING about Kamala’s campaign is FAKE. It’s a FAKE ticket that never earned a single Democrat primary vote. It’s a FAKE promise to change the government, even though she’s been in charge of that government for almost four years and hasn’t done a DAMN THING. pic.twitter.com/vaLWGjE6Sq

JD Vance: I was listening to Kamala Harris give a rally recently where she said she’s going to ‘tackle the affordability crisis’ on Day One.

Vance also called out the Biden-Harris’ policy to preserve NAFTA, which has decimated the manufacturing industry in the U.S.

JD Vance RIPS Kamala Harris for selling out the manufacturing base that built America:

This is the woman that voted to preserve NAFTA — the very trade deal that sent American auto jobs to Mexico. She supported these EV mandates that taxed you and sent your money to China. pic.twitter.com/XZfK7j351O

Can you imagine Kamala being able to lay out policy details and take media questions like this?
