Podoliak is not the only Ukrainian seeking more death. Karas went so far as to even claim that the radioactive fallout would be wonderful and beneficial for Ukrainians.
The CDC’s educational resources for K-12 students on disease outbreaks, the transmission of pathogens and how to trace their spread, on the surface, appear well-intended.
