Federal Judge Orders CDC to Release V-safe Texts Detailing COVID Vaccine Injuries

In a “huge win for transparency,” a federal judge this month ordered the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to disclose the entirety of 7.8 million free-text reports detailing adverse reactions submitted by COVID-19 vaccine recipients through the V-safe monitoring app.

In a “huge win for transparency,” a federal judge this month ordered the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to disclose the entirety of a critical COVID-19 vaccine safety database to independent researchers and the public.

The ruling requires the CDC to produce more than 7.8 million free-text reports detailing adverse reactions submitted by COVID-19 vaccine recipients through the V-safe monitoring app. The agency must release the texts according to a strict schedule over the next year.

The judge rejected the CDC’s claims that confidentiality concerns and resource limitations prevented the agency from publicly releasing the trove of first-hand testimonies.

Instead, U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk for the Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division, embraced arguments from the plaintiffs — the nonprofit watchdog group Freedom Coalition of Doctors for Choice — that obscuring the data enabled potentially misleading safety conclusions by hindering full understanding of the vaccines’ impacts.

Prior lawsuits forced the CDC to release superficial, check-the-box summaries of common symptoms generated by the V-safe system. However, the free-text fields that the CDC is now required to release represent the lone channel for reporting serious conditions like myocarditisblood clots or strokes.

The CDC so far has analyzed data only from the first one to two weeks after vaccination, painting an incomplete picture of the long-term dangers of the mRNA shots. The release of the full qualitative accounts offers the public the opportunity to undertake more detailed and accurate safety assessments.

In his ruling, Kacsmaryk wrote:

“If ‘some scientists’ — sponsored or platformed by Defendants — ‘have chosen to use’ only the first week or two of data to report the vaccine is safe and effective, then other scientists should be permitted to access the data to ‘pierce the veil of administrative secrecy,’ ‘open agency action to the light of public scrutiny,’ and ‘promote the disclosure of information.’ …

“With billions of taxpayer dollars expended to develop, distribute, administer, and fund messaging campaigns, Plaintiff assumes a hefty and viable public interest in examining the raw clinical data.”

“This is a huge win for transparency,” Aaron Siri, attorney for the plaintiff, told Del Bigtree on the Jan. 11 episode of The Highwire. “It’ll be an incredible opportunity to actually see what was being told to the CDC by the public.”

THIS. IS. SO. AWESOME.

If the vaccine is so safe and effective, the CDC should be tripping over itself to publish this information widely rather than trying everything it can to withhold it.

A HUGE victory.

“There is substantial public interest in the data that supported, and continues to support, the government’s promotion of the COVID-19 vaccines and boosters,” Kacsmaryk wrote, adding that the data should be provided to “treating physicians, researchers, parents, [vaccine] recipients, and non-recipients.”

Brian Hooker, Ph.D., chief scientific officer for Children’s Health Defense, told The Defender, “It is criminal that the CDC would not make this information public automatically.”

“It belies the fact that they don’t want the American people to know the extent of the damage from the COVID-19 vaccine,” Hooker added. “The judge’s order represents a clarion call for transparency around vaccine harms and stands to impact pivotal decision-making processes for future public health emergencies.”

“I think this is going to be the death blow to this cover-up,” speculated Bigtree. “This may change this whole conversation forever.”

The first tranche of nearly 400,000 free-text entries, which the judge ordered to be released by Feb. 15, will be available for public viewing and analysis on the Informed Consent Action Network’s (ICAN) V-safe data page.

The legal effort to unseal the V-safe data originated with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the free-text entries and associated registration codes filed Jan. 3, 2023, by the Freedom Coalition of Doctors for Choice.

The Texas-based group was formed specifically to procure and circulate the V-safe’s user-reported vaccine impacts to enable outside evaluation.

Despite acknowledging that some redaction of respondents’ identifying details could prove necessary, the CDC refused to produce any records, citing confidentiality concerns and resource limitations.

“The non-exempt information within the Free-Text Responses is not reasonably segregable, because having to review and redact 7.8 million Free-Text Responses to segregate non-exempt information would impose an unreasonable burden on the agency,” the CDC contended, according to court documents.

The plaintiff coalition pushed back on those claims in follow-up appeals, arguing the urgency of understanding the vaccines’ complete safety profile justified the effort to supply the raw narratives.

Coalition attorney Siri specifically called the single week of data the CDC wanted to disclose “misleading,” adding, “Those free text fields and the data in those free text fields are so critical,” because “those 10 million individuals [who took the COVID-19 vaccine] could write in whatever they wanted.”

The 10 million who signed up for the V-safe were “clearly all fans of the vaccine,” who were “not forced” to get the shots and “wanted the vaccine to work for them … [and] to track [their] health,” Bigtree said.

The fact that 7.8 million entries were made “should be troubling, because I don’t think people are writing in, ‘Thank you,’” Siri said. “They’re writing in symptoms, they’re writing in issues of concern.”

Siri shared what one V-safe user reported, without receiving any response from the CDC:

Here is an example of a V-safe entry by a Ph.D. who got the C-19 V to set an example for her students. Soon after the shot, she reported to V-safe serious harm with the plea “Help me!” yet over 100 days later reported to V-safe “still full disability, … 100+ days of speech,… https://t.co/zQko9URgIH

— Aaron Siri (@AaronSiriSG) January 12, 2024

Of the 10.1 million people enrolled in V-safe, 782,913 (7.7%) needed medical care after getting the vaccine, while 2.5 million (25%) suffered a side effect serious enough that it affected their day-to-day lives.

The CDC wanted to deny access to the text fields. Instead, it wanted to categorize the vaccine recipients’ input, and put a code on different issues, according to Bigtree.

“So you ended up getting around that,” Bigtree told Siri. “They didn’t get to code this and say, ‘Well, there was like about 500 that were about some sort of chest pains.’”

Kacsmaryk said the plaintiffs presented information that some of the CDC’s vaccine studies “may be misleading or based upon cherry-picked data.” He wrote:

“One study reported that 0.8% to 1.1% of users reported needing medical care according to the check-the-box data. … However, when the raw data was released pursuant to separate FOIA litigation, it showed some 7.7% of V-safe users reported needing medical care and an additional 25% missing school or work or unable to perform normal activities.”

Kacsmaryk adopted the plaintiff’s transparency stance and downplayed the confidentiality risk with the expectation that names and birthdates could be scrubbed through software review. He wrote:

“Production is not unreasonably burdensome for at least four reasons: the requested records are not so voluminous; only a small percent of records will require any redaction; the redaction process is largely straightforward and capable of automated assistance; and blanket exemption claims covering a mass of records are impermissible.”

While accepting that the assessment could tax CDC resources, Kacsmaryk insisted the unprecedented scale of the vaccination campaign warranted commensurate accountability. “Even if production entails a heavy burden, production is still warranted,” he wrote.

Beyond compelling the release of all entries, the judge also granted the plaintiff’s requests for expedited processing and a fee waiver in acknowledgment of the extreme public benefit.

Free-text data sole channel for conveying full depth of vaccine injuries

The V-safe system was designed to capture survey data from vaccine recipients daily for the first seven days, weekly for the following five weeks, and at three-, six- and 12-month intervals.

While the prior check-the-box disclosures offered a superficial glimpse into common reactions, the free-text narratives represent the sole channel for conveying the full depth of vaccine experiences, including severe and unintended consequences.

The check-box categories focused narrowly on acute symptoms like pain, swelling, fatigue and nausea — symptoms the CDC claimed demonstrate the vaccine is working, according to the court document — and provided little room for conveying substantive harms.

“Any concerning symptoms would necessarily be restricted to only the free-text responses, to date unexamined by independent researchers not sponsored by Defendants,” Kacsmaryk wrote.

“They [CDC policymakers] relegate[d] [serious symptoms] to the free-text fields,” Siri told Bigtree. “And that’s what makes getting that data, those 7.8 million free-text entries, so critical so we could see what symptoms were reported.”

In its analyses, the CDC has thus far predominantly emphasized check-box outcomes from only the first week post-vaccination.

“Notably, Plaintiff points to several studies published and presented by CDC that rely upon … the V-safe data,” Kacsmaryk said in his ruling. “All but one of these studies considered only the first seven days after receiving a vaccine.”

In a Substack article, Siri explained why the V-safe is better than the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS):

“Unlike VAERS, the data in v-safe is gathered from a known and quantifiable universe of individuals. In fact, v-safe has precisely 10,108,273 registered users as of August 2022. These users are asked to answer the same questions. By aggregating answers to identical questions in v-safe, the rate of an adverse reaction can be calculated. That is not possible with VAERS.”

According to the lawsuit complaint, the CDC’s V-safe protocol clearly anticipated that all data might eventually be shared.

“A final data set at the end of the v-safe program with de-identified aggregate data will be made available for external data requests or through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests,” the protocol stated.

What happens next

The court order mandated the release of the first tranche of at least 390,000 individual V-safe free text submissions by Feb. 15, 2024, and the remainder on a monthly timeline, through Jan. 15, 2025.

ICAN, which bankrolled the FOIA lawsuit, pledged to immediately publish those initial entries upon receipt with no restrictions.

Source: Court order

“Scientists around the world are going to be getting real science in their hands, real data that they can start crunching so all of us in the world can actually know what happened here,” Bigtree said, confirming ICAN’s intentions of sharing the revelations publicly.

The ICAN press release stated:

“This ruling sends a clear message to our federal agencies: we are not moving on and forgetting about the pandemic or the actions they. ICAN will not stop until ALL the data is released to the public and there is true transparency and accountability around COVID-19.”

Benefits and Risks of COVID-19 Shots Don’t Measure Up

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

  • With shockingly little data, questionable benefits and a high likelihood of adverse events, the continuing campaign for COVID-19 shots raises many red flags
  • The documentary “The Unseen Crisis,” detailed by investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson, scratches the surface of the many lives ruined by COVID-19 shots
  • For every 1 million shots, an estimated 1,010 to 1,510 serious adverse reactions, such as death, life-threatening conditions, hospitalization or significant disability may occur — but only about 75 hospitalizations would be prevented among those aged 18 to 49
  • Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo has called for an end to the use of COVID-19 mRNA shots, citing concerns about DNA fragments in the products
  • The FDA provided no evidence that appropriate DNA integration assessments have been conducted on mRNA COVID-19 shots; in a statement, Ladapo says, “DNA integration poses a unique and elevated risk to human health and to the integrity of the human genome”

As the number of people injured by COVID-19 shots rises, U.S. health officials continue to advise Americans to get more doses. Neither the U.K. nor Australia recommend repeated COVID-19 jabs for those who are under 65 and low risk. But in the U.S., official guidance suggests virtually everyone should get multiple COVID-19 shots, beginning at just 6 months of age.

With shockingly little data, questionable benefits and a high likelihood of adverse events, the continuing campaign for COVID-19 shots raises many red flags. “The only clear winners are Moderna and Pfizer … they have convinced the CDC and the FDA that perpetual COVID vaccination is necessary without robust data,” writes Dr. William Ward in Sensible Medicine.

The documentary “The Unseen Crisis,” detailed by investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson in the video above, scratches the surface of the many lives ruined by COVID-19 shots — and the ongoing efforts to keep their stories quiet. Meanwhile, Americans are expected to keep rolling up their sleeves, no questions asked.

Benefits and Risks of COVID-19 Shots Don’t Measure Up

After pushing multiple doses of COVID-19 shots on the American public for years, in September 2023 the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced the rollout of the updated 2023-24 COVID-19 shot. “CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older get an updated COVID-19 vaccine … Vaccination remains the best protection against COVID-19-related hospitalization and death.”

While the updated shot boosts antibody levels against new COVID variants, there’s no proof that this translates to a reduction in severe illness and death. Further, the CDC’s estimated benefits from the updated shots were paltry at best. According to Ward, for every 1 million COVID-19 shots given in the following age groups, the following benefits were estimated:

  • 6 months to 4 years — Avoid 103 hospitalizations
  • 5 to 11 years — Avoid 16 hospitalizations
  • 12 to 17 years — Avoid 19 to 95 hospitalizations, five to 19 ICU admissions and “perhaps one death”
  • 18 to 49 years — Avoid 75 hospitalizations

Meanwhile, randomized controlled trials estimate the risks of COVID-19 shots are much higher. For every 1 million shots, an estimated 1,010 to 1,510 serious adverse reactions, such as death, life-threatening conditions, hospitalization or significant disability, may occur. When compared to the flu shot, data from the European Medicines Agency Eurovigilance Database shows that COVID-19 shots cause more:

What’s the Magic Number of Vaccines Needed for COVID?

A real-world case-control study from Israel also revealed that the Pfizer COVID-19 jab is associated with a threefold increased risk of myocarditis, leading to the condition at a rate of 1 to 5 events per 100,000 persons.

As Ward points out, the CDC often states the risk of myocarditis is greater after COVID-19 infection than COVID-19 shots, but a JAMA Cardiology study refutes this. It found a higher rate of myocarditis in young men after a COVID-19 shot compared to COVID-19 infection. But by ignoring the real risks while continuing to push ongoing shots, health officials are quickly losing the public’s trust. Ward notes:

“A large randomized trial to simultaneously evaluate the ongoing harms and benefits of boosters should be enacted. This was not required by the FDA for the newest vaccine. Instead, the FDA only required Pfizer to study the new vaccine on 10 mice. Moderna only studied theirs on 50 humans. One person (2%) had a serious adverse reaction.

… As the only country pushing boosters to healthy 6-month-old infants, we better produce the best data in the world. Instead, we get antibody titers from 10 mice. The CDC and FDA are whittling away at public trust by forgoing their duty to protect and inform. Meanwhile, their recent actions are aligned with the financial interests of Pfizer and Moderna. Consent to perpetual COVID boosters is not informed, it is manufactured.”

Past COVID Boosters Quickly Stopped Boosting

The updated COVID-19 shot targets the XBB.1.5 Omicron subvariant, which was the dominant strain in the U.S. for much of 2023. However, this strain “has since been overtaken as the virus continues to evolve,” raising questions about whether the “updated” shots are already out of date, which could render them ineffective, as we’ve seen many times in the past with flu shots and COVID-19 shots.

Even the CDC states, “When flu vaccines are not well matched to some viruses spreading in the community, vaccination may provide little or no protection against illness caused by those viruses.” SARS-CoV-2 is known to mutate rapidly, even faster than other human viruses like influenza.

Remember the last round of “updated” COVID-19 shots — the bivalent booster? They’re no longer available. “The 2022–2023 bivalent vaccines were designed to protect against the original virus that caused COVID-19 and the Omicron variants BA.4 and BA.5. These vaccines were replaced with the 2023-2024 updated vaccines that more closely target the XBB lineage of the Omicron variant,” according to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

At the time, there were questions about the bivalent boosters’ effectiveness. While Pfizer cited strong antibody responses from its retooled boosters, the booster shot studies did not reveal whether the shots prevented COVID-19 cases or how long they were effective. Even vaccination proponent Dr. Paul Offit, director of the vaccine education center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, was underwhelmed.

As a member of the FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC), Offit sat in on the June 28, 2022, presentation, when Pfizer and Moderna presented data on their bivalent shots:

“The results were underwhelming. Bivalent boosters resulted in levels of neutralizing antibodies against BA.1 that were only 1.5 to 1.75 times as high as those achieved with monovalent boosters. Previous experience with the companies’ vaccines suggested that this difference was unlikely to be clinically significant.”

Soon, data rolled in showing the bivalent boosters did not offer better protection than the former COVID-19 booster shots, which were already failing. Steve Kirsch, executive director of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, pointed out that the data is crystal clear that boosters aren’t working and are dangerous.

“Paul Offit is no dummy; he’s not getting any more boosters,” he says. “Neither should you.” Yet, here we are a year later, being sold another promise that another round of “updated” COVID-19 shots is necessary.

Florida Surgeon General Calls for Halt on COVID Shots

Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo has called for an end to the use of COVID-19 mRNA shots, citing concerns about DNA fragments in the products. In a December 6, 2023, letter sent to the U.S. FDA and CDC, Ladapo outlined findings showing the presence of lipid nanoparticle complexes and simian virus 40 (SV40) promoter/enhancer DNA.

“Lipid nanoparticles are an efficient vehicle for delivery of the mRNA in the COVID-19 vaccines into human cells and may therefore be an equally efficient vehicle for delivering contaminant DNA into human cells. The presence of SV40 promoter/enhancer DNA may also pose a unique and heightened risk of DNA integration into human cells,” according to a news release from the Florida Department of Health (DOH).

In a 2023 preprint study, microbiologist Kevin McKernan — a former researcher and team leader for the MIT Human Genome project — and colleagues assessed the nucleic acid composition of four expired vials of the Moderna and Pfizer mRNA shots. “DNA contamination that exceeds the European Medicines Agency (EMA) 330ng/mg requirement and the FDAs 10ng/dose requirements” was found.

So, in addition to the spike protein and mRNA in COVID-19 shots, McKernan’s team discovered SV40 promoters that, for decades, have been suspected of causing cancer in humans, including mesotheliomas, lymphomas and cancers of the brain and bone. Fact checkers have called out the preprint study for using expired vials, but as McKernan tweeted:

“Factchokers keyboards will melt as they regurgitate the same fake taking [talking] points. 1) vials were old Wrong- newer studies used good vials. RNA integrity was measured and fine. Expired vials were used on people. Expiration doesn’t spontaneously generate DNA.”

Further, the FDA published guidance on DNA in vaccines in 2007, which outlines important points that must be considered. According to the Florida DOH, the FDA’s 2007 guidance states:

  • “DNA integration could theoretically impact a human’s oncogenes — the genes which can transform a healthy cell into a cancerous cell.
  • DNA integration may result in chromosomal instability.
  • The Guidance for Industry discusses biodistribution of DNA vaccines and how such integration could affect unintended parts of the body including blood, heart, brain, liver, kidney, bone marrow, ovaries/testes, lung, draining lymph nodes, spleen, the site of administration and subcutis at injection site.”

FDA Didn’t Perform DNA Integration Assessments

The FDA responded to Ladapo’s letter on December 14, 2023, but provided no evidence that appropriate DNA integration assessments had been conducted on mRNA COVID-19 shots. In a statement, Ladapo calls for a halt in their use as a result:

“The FDA’s response does not provide data or evidence that the DNA integration assessments they recommended themselves have been performed. Instead, they pointed to genotoxicity studies — which are inadequate assessments for DNA integration risk. In addition, they obfuscated the difference between the SV40 promoter/enhancer and SV40 proteins, two elements that are distinct.

DNA integration poses a unique and elevated risk to human health and to the integrity of the human genome, including the risk that DNA integrated into sperm or egg gametes could be passed onto offspring of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine recipients. If the risks of DNA integration have not been assessed for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, these vaccines are not appropriate for use in human beings.”

Ladapo, a graduate of Harvard Medical School, previously issued an alert about a “substantial increase” in reports of adverse events from COVID-19 mRNA shots in Florida. He also recommended against COVID-19 shots for healthy children in 2022 and, in 2023, suggested that those under age 65 should not get COVID-19 booster shots. Board-certified internist and cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough states:

“The Florida State Surgeon General’s announcement today is a milestone as more government officials join a chorus calling for recall of COVID-19 vaccines including myself (US Senate, multiple State Senates, EU Parliament, UK Parliament), 17,000 physicians representing the Global COVID-19 Summit, Australian scientists, the World Council for Health, and the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons.”

In the meantime, considering their questionable effectiveness and significant health risks, it would be wise for most to “just say no” to further boosters. Should you develop symptoms of COVID-19 infection, remember there are safe and effective early treatment protocols, including I-MASK+ and I-MATH+, which are available for download on the COVID Critical Care website in multiple languages.

Tens of Thousands of Illegal Chinese Migrants Detained at U.S. Border in Major National Security Threat

Chinese nationals becoming the quickest-growing group making border crossings

As the border crisis continues to spiral, Border Patrol officers are reporting a spike in the number of Chinese migrants apprehended while trying to enter the U.S. illegally, underscoring the threat to national security posed by President Biden’s open borders policy.

Since October 1, around 16,000 Chinese nationals have been detained by Border Patrol agents after illegally crossing the border at various ports of entry. They report that nearly 10,000 such migrants were apprehended in October and November, which means that roughly 6,000 have been arrested since December.

This does not include the 40 illegal migrants who were recently detained by Mexican authorities while on their way to the U.S. by bus in southern Mexico, nor does it include the 180 migrants they apprehended the same day coming from Central and South America toward the United States.

The problem has grown so dramatically that the mainstream media can no longer ignore it, with the New York Times and CNN recently reporting on the problem. An in-depth report by CNN revealed that more than 31,000 Chinese citizens had been apprehended by authorities crossing illegally into America from Mexico during the first 11 months of 2023, which is a notable rise over the average of just 1,500 per year during the previous decade.

Although Chinese president Xi Jinping has claimed that China is in the midst of a “national rejuvenation,” many of those fleeing the country have said they are struggling to survive. Many people there have been left without work after three years of pandemic-related lockdowns and other restrictions, and the rebound many hoped would be seen when restrictions eased never materialized. Meanwhile, the Communist party’s control over every aspect of their lives has led to widespread misery. Crackdowns on free speech and religion is also playing a role, with some Chinese migrants telling CNN that they left for the simple reason that they are Christians.

Chinese nationals becoming the quickest-growing group making border crossings

An analysis by the news outlet indicated that Chinese people are poised to become the quickest-growing group of individuals making border crossings, and the network helping them make their journey to the U.S. has been growing.

Many of them are reportedly beginning their migration in Quito, Ecuador, which has seen a sharp rise in the number of Chinese nationals entering the country. While 13,000 of them entered Ecuador in 2022, 2023 saw more than 45,000 Chinese nationals entering in just the first 11 months of the year.

Numerous businesses are helping them make their journey, offering everything from pickups at the airport to stays in Chinese-run hostels for those who can afford their high price. People with Chinese signs offering help reaching the Colombian border are waiting outside bus stations there, while shops are selling the gear they need to make their trek through the jungle, and groups are handing out maps and instructions in Chinese explaining how to reach the United States.

Vetting process reduced from 40 to 5 questions

This week, the Daily Caller published an internal email from U.S. Customs and Border Protection that instructed officials to reduce the number of questions Chinese migrants are asked in interviews after being apprehended for illegally crossing into the U.S. from a list of 40 questions to just five. This essentially fast-tracks their release into the U.S. while preventing agents from performing due diligence in determining national security threats.

After reviewing the email, a retired CBP deputy patrol agent in charge, J.J. Carrell, told the publication: “I believe the government recognizes the threat of Chinese soldiers and spies that are pouring into America, and they want to try and identify these individuals. However, the same government does not want to stop the flow of illegal aliens or Chinese nationals — just the ‘bad ones,’ which is impossible.”

TSA Plans Big Digital ID Push in 2024

Trading privacy for convenience.

The US’s leading transportation security organization, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), is taking significant steps towards a more digital future. And, of course, that means more surveillance and tracking.

The plan is that, by the end of 2024, many of their operational objectives will encompass a digital identity component, a move that suggests an enduring commitment towards streamlining traveler experiences with technology, even though it undermines privacy.

In a four-part action plan released by the TSA, the agency plans to extend its mobile driver’s license initiative and more widely utilize facial recognition technology in airports. This includes up-scaling their current pilot program testing digital identities and mobile licenses — used at TSA checkpoints — to at least nine states. It follows a previous announcement in May that disclosed the TSA’s examination of the potential for digital license and ID implementations across 25 domestic airports.

Underlining the breadth of the TSA’s digital expansion, the agency has disclosed plans to add a fresh platform to the existing quintet used for digital identification. This signifies that travelers will have six options, including mobile devices, at their disposal for digital identification. However, specifics regarding these enhancements were not included in the public brief.

Parallel with these digital ID efforts, the TSA also commits to amplifying the utilization of facial identification systems under their PreCheck service, a program aimed at preemptively assessing threats and facilitating a quicker airport security process for enrolled travelers. The service is somewhat controversial as it allows the agency deeper access into data and information about an individual and their lives – some of which go beyond what travelers believe they have access to.

Related: TSA Fast Track Programs Are a Deal With The Devil

The aim is to double the number of airports equipped with this technology, slated to increase from five in the past year to ten by the end of this year. Similarly, the number of airlines engaging with PreCheck is set to grow from two to three.

These envisioned goals mirror the directives within a biometrics strategy document released in 2018, wherein the officials emphasized broadening the user base of biometric systems and fortifying the necessary infrastructure.

Notably, the latest plans did not acknowledge the TSA’s previous intentions to collaborate with Customs and Border Protection on biometrics for overseas travelers, a goal that was a facet of the 2018 strategy.

Increasing Psychopathic Behavior Is A Sign That Society Is On The Verge Of Breaking Down

adminJan 17, 20245 min read
As cultural systems begins to dissolve due to political clashes and economic decline the real evil tends to slither out of the woodwork. It happens slowly at first, then all at once.

Discussions on collapse often turn to signs and signals – The economy, politics and social tensions have become increasingly unstable for many years now, and much like adding more and more weight to a man standing on a frozen lake, eventually the ice is going to break.  The question is, how do we know when that moment will be?

As cultural systems begins to dissolve due to political clashes and economic decline the real evil tends to slither out of the woodwork.  It happens slowly at first, then all at once.  A sure sign of accelerating collapse is the growing prevalence of psychopaths and psychopathic behavior in the open.

The US appears to have entered the middle stages of such a collapse with many sociopaths and psychopaths beginning to feel that they might be able to act out their worst impulses without consequences.  They are beginning to test the waters to see what they can get away with.

In the past ten years there has been a dramatic uptick in mass violence and theft.  With the advent of social media it is now easier than ever for spontaneously planned riots to form with little warning, and in most cases these mobs are random in who and what they attack.  They might organize in the name of politics or activism, but they tend to lash out at whatever targets are closest or easiest rather than the people they blame for their travails.

In most cases these events result in simple property destruction in urban areas, but more and more there has been an underlying and aggressive impulse to hurt people.  There will come a time very soon when the the goal is not just to steal or vandalize, but to use instability as a smokescreen; a distraction the provides opportunities to harm others.

Psychopaths like to exploit the chaos of political turmoil to indulge their violent tendencies, or to convince others to do the same.  If no one acts to eliminate the first wave of criminal actions during a social breakdown, then thousands of other criminals will also move to take advantage.  The first wave becomes an avalanche, all because the system no longer provides sufficient incentives to behave.

The root psychology is hard to explain, but look at it this way – Imagine a spoiled toddler is kept in check by his parents in the pristine halls of a delicate museum.  The toddler might throw fits, screaming and shouting because he wants to touch the many fragile items around him, but at least his parents are there to hold him back.  He has not yet learned the responsibility and maturity necessary to have access to these treasures.  Now imagine removing the parents entirely and telling the toddler there are no rules anymore?

The rush of joy he experiences is exhilarating; it is the feeling of sudden and unearned power.  No one is around to stop him, therefore, he is going to test his own limits.  He sees the ordered environment around him and he becomes frustrated.  How dare this place restrict him with boundaries and structure.  His first inclination is to destroy anything that he can get his hands on.

Now understand that there is a portion of any given adult population that has these same tendencies.  They never grew up.  They want to take or destroy what they cannot have; they are only waiting for the opportunity to do so without repercussions.

At this phase of a breakdown when the dominoes begin to topple, law enforcement generally folds and retreats, leaving the public with no first line of defense.  Gangs and looters organize quickly and take territory rather than just taking people’s possessions.  Organized crime at the local level leads to large scale death and minimal opposition.  People are so isolated and busy trying to scrape together a meager economic lifeline that they have no time or motivation to fight back.

The point of no return comes when regular people are afraid to leave their homes.  Organization at the neighborhood level with an aggressive posture must be enacted or the most vicious attacks will be visited on the population.

Sometimes, though, the psychopaths we have to deal with during a collapse are within the very government that is supposed to protect our liberties.  This is a situation in which the criminals are given license to use violence against the citizenry through the illusion of law.  The populace is then confronted with the inevitable question – Are laws worth following when psychopaths write them?

When corrupt people run government, good becomes evil and evil becomes good.  Consider the extreme double standards in place between the treatment of leftist activist mobs and conservative protesters.  Look at the government and media response to the BLM riots versus their response to the Jan 6 event.  In the case of the capitol “riots”, police fired rubber bullets and tear gas into the otherwise peaceful crowd, then when the protesters reacted violently, they were accused of “insurrection.”

Is there any example of this kind of setup used against the political left?  No.  Instead, the media and public officials describe the destructive mobs as “fiery but mostly peaceful.”

The double standard is absurd, but then again, it’s meant to be.  Why?  Because the psychopaths among the political left were being rewarded and encouraged.  Conservatives and moderates are supposed to feel defeated, making them unwilling to fight back any longer.  These are the kinds of conditions that fuel unhinged and predatory people, unleashing them on the population.

When psychopaths feel protected, total upheaval quickly follows.
