Mexican national with full extradition warrant suspected of sexually abusing child under 12

A Mexican man who was wanted in Florida for heinous sex crimes against a victim under 12 years old was arrested after he rode a jet ski across the Rio Grande into Texas, authorities say. 

On Wednesday, Fox News reporter Bill Melugin published exclusive footage of an illegal alien and a suspected smuggler being taken into custody by Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) troopers working alongside Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley.

The Mexican illegal was observed being transported across the Rio Grande on a jet ski to meet a suspected smuggler waiting in a Chevrolet Camaro on the Texas side of the river. 

Law enforcement officers can be seen questioning both men separately. 

They discovered the illegal alien, identified as Gabriel Gutierrez-Perez, was wanted on a full extradition warrant out of Okeechobee, FL, for sexual battery on a child under 12, molestation of a victim under 12, and sexual battery against a child victim by family or custodial authority. 

The other suspect, identified as Roberto Flores of Mission, TX, was charged with human smuggling and possession of a controlled substance. 

“Great work by our TxDPS Troopers & US Border Patrol Agents working collaboratively in locating & arresting this criminal illegal immigrant wanted out of Florida on multiple warrants involving sexual battery of a child, from evading capture,” TxDPS spokesman Lt. Chris Olivarez wrote on social media following the bust.

House Speaker’s tie-breaker vote sides against requiring FBI to obtain warrants.

A proposed amendment to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) bill, requiring the FBI to obtain a warrant before conducting searches of Americans’ communications, failed in the House of Representatives Friday with a tied vote.

The bipartisan bill, presented by Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) and Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), came down to a 212-212 vote, with House Speaker Mike Johnson reportedly voting against the provision.

The bill sought to enshrine a privacy right already afforded to Americans via the US Constitution’s Fourth Amendment, which protects “the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures,” and requires warrants based on probable cause.

“This is how the Constitution dies,” lamented Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.). “By a tie vote, the amendment to require a warrant to spy on Americans goes down in flames.”

“This is a sad day for America,” Massie stated, adding, “The Speaker doesn’t always vote in the House, but he was the tie breaker today. He voted against warrants.”

Evidently, the White House and Deep State apparatchiks were hard at work this morning sowing fear and doubt over the amendment and calling on legislators to vote it down.

A courageous New Zealand man has initiated a billboard campaign to inform the public about Infowars and Alex Jones, highlighting how the news outlet has a better track record than the mainstream media.

“Hi guys, Napoleon here in Auckland, New Zealand, starting the unofficial branding campaign for Infowars, here with the large billboard trailer behind me, 6.3 meters (20.6 ft.) parked on a main arterial route into Auckland,” the man says in a video posted to X.

The man goes on to say his effort is a direct repudiation of an undercover exposé showing a CIA contractor admitting the CIA and FBI vindictively targeted Alex Jones for destruction.

The man’s campaign was lauded by Infowars radio host Alex Jones, who remarked, “If people around the world start doing more things like this the NWO will fall even faster!” adding, “The pro human revolution is rising!”

Brazen smuggler and illegal aliens scrap with Texas troopers on busy roadway

Seven people were apprehended this week during a chaotic traffic stop on a Texas highway that led to a suspected human smuggler and illegal aliens fighting troopers while trying to flee on foot, authorities say.

The wild incident unfolded on Wednesday in Val Verde County near the southern border.

Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) troopers pulled over a suspicious SUV near a busy intersection on US-277 and noticed it was overloaded with passengers.

Footage published on social media by TxDPS spokesman Lt. Chris Olivarez shows the chaos that ensued.

Troopers removed a female driver and shotgun passenger from the vehicle for questioning.

“As the Trooper was arresting the driver, Amy Nicole Martinez from San Angelo, the passenger evaded towards the neighborhood,” TxDPS explained in a statement.

“After a short foot chase, a Trooper arrested Jaron Markeis Daniels from Dallas and charged him with five counts of smuggling of persons, evading arrest, and resisting arrest.”

As Daniels makes his break, illegal aliens inside the vehicle throw the door open and attempt to do the same, video shows.

A trooper can be seen grabbing a fleeing illegal by the collar and dragging him out of the busy street while a trooper struggles to subdue another illegal who jumped out of the SUV.

Four illegal aliens were turned over to U.S. Border Patrol, while a fifth, identified as Jesus Aguilar-Aguilar from Mexico, was charged with evading arrest, assault on a public servant, and resisting arrest.

The driver, Martinez, was also charged with five counts of human smuggling.

Dangerous smuggling pursuits unfold constantly along the U.S.-Mexico border, as InfoWars frequently reports.

Racist remark widely criticized online.

In a shocking clip being spread online, Obama White House Senior Policy Advisor Ashley Allison claimed recently-deceased celebrity O.J. Simpson “represented something for the black community” because he killed two white people.

Allison first noted Simpson was not a civil rights activist or “a social justice leader,” before alleging, “He represented something for the black community in that moment, in that trial, particularly because there were two white people killed.”

The ex-presidential advisor then alleged there was racial tension during the O.J. trial and that there is still racial tension in America.

She said the racial tension can’t be fixed until America has an honest conversation about black citizens and that more “moments like O.J. Simpson” will manifest until that happens.

This is the type of thinking that is plaguing the top tiers of the Democrat Party.
