Top British doctor claims surgical hermaphroditism will be a “standard” procedure

A doctor in a National Health Service transgender clinic in the UK has given his support for strange new surgical procedures that would allow patients to have male and female genitalia at the same time—or have none at all.

The doctor expressed his support for these procedures in unredacted leaked messages that were obtained by Britain’s Daily Telegraph newspaper.

The messages show that doctors, including Jonathan Arcelus, professor in mental health and transgender health at the University of Nottingham, are discussing and giving their support for even more radical surgical transformations that are not currently allowed by the NHS.

The unredacted messages come from a broader tranche of material leaked from the World Profssional Association for Transgender Health, whose guidance influences the NHS’s stance approach to transgender treatment. Investigative journalist Michael Shellenberger leaked the messages last month.

These new messages are taken from an internal WPATH message board where professional members discuss treatments. One thread described the Telegraph opens with a member noting how they have “found more and more patients recently requesting ‘non-standard’ procedures such as top surgery without nipples, nullification, and phallus-preserving vaginoplasty.”

Professor Arcelus responded that he believed these procedures may become standard in the near future, and so different terminology should be used to describe them.

These new revelations come at a time of intense scrutiny of transgenderism, its diagnosis and treatment in the UK. The Cass Review on the NHS’s approach to transgenderism, chaired by Dr Hillary Cass, was released this week. The Review was commissioned by NHS England nearly four years ago in response to the ongoing rise in individuals receiving diagnosis and treatment for transgenderism.

The Review concludes that children are being failed by the NHS, because of lack of meaningful data on the condition itself and on treatment. Cass criticises the focus on medical interventions—surgery in particular but also the use of hormone blockers to prevent puberty in children and teenagers—and describes how clinicians have become “fearful” due to the deeply politicised nature of transgenderism.

“We’ve let them down because the research isn’t good enough and we haven’t got good data,” Cass said in an interview with The Guardian.

“The toxicity of the debate is perpetuated by adults, and that itself is unfair to the children who are caught in the middle of it. The children are being used as a football and this is a group that we should be showing more compassion to.”

Lone attacker was shot dead after stabbing nine

A stabbing attack in a Sydney shopping mall has left at least five people, including the attacker, dead. Several others are in a critical condition in hospital.

The Westfield Bondi Junction complex, a popular shopping destination for local and tourists in Sydney, was the scene of terror as a lone knifeman went on a rampage, stabbing shoppers before being shot and killed by a police officer.

At the time of the attack, around 4pm local time, the shopping center was busy as usual.  Videos and photos posted to social media show parts of the rampage, including shoppers fleeing from the attacker, whose weapon is clearly visible.

The attacker is believed to have acted alone, entering and then re-entering the mall to carry out the attack. He stabbed nine people in total, including a young child, before being shot dead as he approached police officers with his knife raised.

One eyewitness told ABC, Australia’s national broadcaster, that he was able to evade the attacker by taking refuge in a store.

“Suddenly we heard a shot or maybe two shots and we didn’t know what to do. Then the very capable person in the store took us to the back where it can be locked. She then locked the store and then she then let us through the back and now we are out.”

Although details about the attacker have not yet been given, there is speculation that the attack may have had been a terror attack. The Twitter account Visegrad 24 noted that Westfield Bondi is a “Jewish area…right next to an Israeli restaurant.”

Very little can be inferred from the attacker’s appearance. The man has dark short hair, a closely cropped beard and olive skin. He was wearing shorts and a sports jersey.

New South Wales Police have released a statement on the incident.

“A critical incident has commenced following the shooting of male at Bondi Junction. Just before 4pm (Saturday 13 April 2024), emergency services were called to Westfield Bondi Junction following reports of multiple people stabbed. People are urged to avoid the area. Inquiries are continuing in relation to the incident and there are no further details.”

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese also released a statement.

“I have been briefed by the AFP on the devastating events at Bondi Junction. Tragically, multiple casualties have been reported and the first thoughts of all Australians are with those affected and their loved ones,” said Albanese. “Our hearts go out to those injured and we offer our thanks to those caring for them as well as our brave police and first responders.”

Left-wing Spanish politician was responsible for protecting children and traditional values in his local community

A left-wing Spanish politician who was forced from his post within a town government after footage was revealed of him apparently eating his own feces off the floor, was the head of the local Department of Youth, Children and the Family.

News of the Spanish politician’s messy disgrace, which began in February, reached the English-language news via The Publica.

Until March 27, when he was relieved of his duties, Daniel Gómez del Barrio was a representative of the ruling left-wing Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party. Spain’s current prime minister Pedro Sánchez is leader of the party.

Images and videos of del Barrio in various compromising sexual positions, including crawling on all fours and eating what appears to be his own feces, began to circulate on the internet in February after they were posted on social-media accounts and pornographic websites. These images and videos can still readily be found on social media. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Spanish news website El Diario described on Thursday how del Barrio “offered himself on social networks as a ‘despicable sexual slave.’ He also openly requested to be “humiliated and used as a urinal.”

Del Barrio initially tried to shrug off the controversy while police investigated, but the matter came to a head in the town of Illescas during the traditional Palm Sunday celebrations towards the end of March, and the town’s mayor forced him to resign.

While English-speaking users of Twitter reacted with uniform disgust and horror at the story, one presumably left wing user by the name of “Melb Scat Boy” took to the social-media platform to voice his worry that the story might be used to portray left wingers in a bad light.

In a since-deleted post, Mel Scat Boy wrote:

“Its disheartening to see the far right using this as a scapegoat to demonise left winged folk. Not sure what Daniel was expecting with distributing scat content including his face, given his role, but there’s a reason this sh*t (pun not intended) should stay discreet.

If only Norm MacDonald were here to see this.

House Speaker Mike Johnson teamed up with Trump to deliver joint remarks in Palm Beach, unveiling SAFE Act aimed at stopping illegals from voting in 2024 election.

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump delivered remarks to reporters at his Mar-a-Lago resort Friday, slamming the Biden administration for interfering in the upcoming election by politically persecuting him.

Trump jokes Mar-a-Lago is his “$18 million” house before slamming Biden admin’s corrupt lawfare being waged against him.

Trump slams Biden’s incompetence, saying he “doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing,” and can lead the US into a “World War.”

“You know, we have just a little bit less than seven months now before Nov. 5, but that’s an eternity when people are incompetent,” Trump said.

Trump also criticized Congress’s FISA reauthorization earlier in the day, saying, “They spied on my campaign, you do know that, right?”

Trump’s appearance with the House Speaker comes as many from the MAGA coalition slammed Johnson for voting against a provision that would have required the FBI to acquire warrants before surveilling a citizen’s communications.

The 45th president also took questions regarding the pro-life vs. pro-choice debate.

“You look at what we’ve done with Roe v. Wade… We did something that everyone said couldn’t be done.”

“The Democrats are the radicals on this,” he added.

Speaker Johnson also unveiled the SAVE Act, which would stop illegal aliens from voting in the upcoming election. The bill also forces states to remove non-citizens from existing voter rolls.

Trump then departed with a mic drop moment, saying, “This is a very dangerous time in our nation and the reason is we have a president that’s grossly incompetent.”
