HBO’s liberal talk show host Bill Maher deviated from his peers on Friday by calling out the institutional pedophilia within Hollywood and the woke left’s LGBTQ agenda in public schools.
In his closing monologue Friday on HBO’s “Real Time”, Maher conceded that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) was right about Disney sexualizing children and said drag queen story hour is similar to behavior that “borders on abuse.”
He made the remarks while discussing the allegations of abuse of child stars by Nickelodeon in the “Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV” documentary.

“When the evil Governor of Florida was saying the exact same thing about kids and creepy stuff at Disney that liberals now find intolerable at Nickelodeon, he was dismissed as a hick and a bigot. But why would a kids’ content factory like Disney be all that different than the one at Nickelodeon?” Maher noted.
“[I]n 2021, Disney child star Alyson Stoner confessed she only ‘narrowly survived the toddler-to-trainwreck pipeline.‘ The next year, child star Cole Sprouse told The New York Times that young actresses at the Disney Channel were ‘heavily sexualized’ from an early age. Willie Sutton said he robbed banks because that’s where the money is, and the reason we find pedophiles in the Boy Scouts and the rectory and kids’ TV is that’s where the kids are.”
“DeSantis wasn’t wrong. But we’re so tribal now, the left will overlook child f*cking if the guy from the wrong party calls it out,” Maher continued. “Sure, Nickelodeon messed up Amanda Bynes, but The Mickey Mouse Club was where Britney Spears got her start, and she’s perfectly fine. And get this: After Brian Peck, who was one of the lead creeps at Nickelodeon, served 16 months in prison for the molesting he did there, Disney hired him, naturally, to work on a children’s series.”
Maher then turned to the left’s strange obsession with drag queen story hour and inserting “queerness” into the school curriculum.
“And not just Hollywood, there are Instagram moms these days who are practically OnlyFans-ing their itty-bitty beauty queen daughters by having them wear skimpy bikinis and eat bananas to build social media stardom,” he said.
“And people who believe in social justice have agreed this is wrong and this is bad and exposing kids to an adult world of lurid costumes and garish makeup borders on abuse. Now, hurry up and get in the car, we’re late for drag queen story hour. Not that there’s anything wrong with being a drag queen, but maybe it’s time to admit that, sometimes, drag queen story hour is more for the queen than the kids.”
“Sure, kids love a clown, but does the clown have to have tits?” he quipped. “If you want kids to be more tolerant, why not have handicapped people read them stories? Kids are more likely to encounter disabled people than drag queens in life.”
“I never use the phrase ‘gay agenda’ because I thought it was mostly nonsense, and it is — mostly…maybe we should think about giving kids a break from our culture wars for a minute, or at least till the election is over,” Maher added.
ICE Arrests Illegal Alien Murderer Released Into US by Biden Regime
An illegal alien who was convicted of murder in Colombia before being released into the United States by the Biden regime was arrested by immigration authorities in Connecticut.
On Thursday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the apprehension of a 44-year-old Colombian male by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) agents in Hartford earlier this month.
The Colombian was initially encountered by Border Patrol agents after he illegally entered the U.S. near San Ysidro, California, on September 30, 2022.
He told officials he had never been arrested for any reason in the U.S. or in his home country.
“The Colombian noncitizen was issued a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge and transferred into the custody of ERO Boston Oct. 6, 2022,” ICE explained in a press release.
“ERO Boston released him on interim parole through the Alternatives to Detention program Nov. 10, 2022.”
Nearly a year later, ICE learned the illegal had been convicted of premeditated murder in Colombia in 2014 and sentenced to more than 4 years in prison.
After obtaining that information on November 7, 2023, authorities took another 3 months to confirm its veracity, and an additional 2 months to finally track the Colombian down on April 3, 2024.
It is unclear if or when he will be removed from the U.S.
“This Colombian national lied to immigration officials about his violent past in order to gain entrance into the United States,” ERO Boston Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons said in a statement.
“We cannot allow convicted murderers to roam freely in our New England neighborhoods. ERO Boston will continue to prioritize public safety by apprehending and removing the most egregious noncitizen offenders from our communities.”

Democrats Move to Strip Secret Service Protection From Trump if He’s Convicted
House Democrats have introduced a bill that would strip Secret Service protection from convicted felons sentenced to prison, a move specifically targeting former President Donald Trump who is currently facing 91 felony charges spanning several trials.
Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss) the former chair of the now disgraced Jan. 6 committee, brought forward legislation Friday that would automatically remove Secret Service protection for those who have been convicted of a federal or state felony that carries a minimum one-year prison term.
The proposed anti-Trump bill is called the “Denying Infinite Security and Government Resources Allocated toward Convicted and Extremely Dishonorable (DISGRACED) Former Protectees Act.”
“Unfortunately, current law doesn’t anticipate how Secret Service protection would impact the felony prison sentence of a protectee—even a former President,” Thompson said in a statement.
“It is regrettable that it has come to this, but this previously unthought-of scenario could become our reality.”
Thompson also claimed the bill would simplify the process of incarcerating Trump should he be ordered to serve jail time.
“Therefore, it is necessary for us to be prepared and update the law so the American people can be assured that protective status does not translate into special treatment—and that those who are sentenced to prison will indeed serve the time required of them,” Thompson said.
The bill would also eliminate the possibility of Trump being confined to some form of house arrest due to his Secret Service protection.
“This bill would remove the potential for conflicting lines of authority within prisons and allow judges to weigh the sentencing of individuals without having to factor in the logistical concerns of convicts with Secret Service protection,” the document states.
The latest trial brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg focuses on hush money payments Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen made during the 2016 election campaign to ex-porn star Stormy Daniels, and his other trials in Georgia, Florida, and Washington, D.C. also carry potential jail sentences.
Trump is charged in Georgia with trying to overturn the 2020 election in a racketeering case, in Florida was charged over his retention of classified White House documents and in Washington D.C. is charged with conspiring to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
Trump has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Meanwhile, Secret Service has spent over $4.5 million protecting disgraced first son Hunter Biden when he was living in Malibu with agents staying in a $30,000-per-month villa.
Democrats are trying to take away Trump’s Secret Service protection. Meanwhile it cost taxpayers 4.5 million for just one year for Hunter Biden’s Secret Service protection while he lived it up in Malibu.
