Watch: Fox Anchor Cavuto Denies Soros Funding Pro-Palestinian Campus Protests
Fox News anchor Neil Cavuto ran cover for George Soros on Friday, falsely claiming the leftist billionaire had nothing to do with the pro-Palestinian protests on university campuses nationwide.
Cavuto’s curious defense of Soros occurred during an exchange with Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) on “Your World with Neil Cavuto.”
“There’s a push right now on the part of some of these institutions to negotiate with the protesters, and to go ahead and put up for a vote any measure that would sort of call for divesting of funds or investments in Israel,” Cavuto told Mace. “What do you think of that?”

“Well, they want disclosure and divestment,” Mace responded. “I want firings. I want people to be expelled. I want those who are here illegally or here on a student visa and participating in these things deported. It’s a very different, I think, scenario, if these were peaceful protests, if this were about the First Amendment, I think it’d be something very different, but it’s not.”
Mace went on to point out that Soros-funded groups organized many of the campus protests.
“You’ve got groups that are funded by George Soros. There are Palestinian rights groups that I believe are involved, funded by George Soros, and they need to be off of our college campuses if they’re committing violence, full stop,” Mace continued.
“Alright,” Cavuto said before pushing back on her claim. “There’s no proof that these are funded by George Soros, by the way… their folks have denied that. But, we’ll see exactly where all of this money is coming from.”
“We’ll agree to disagree, I guess,” Mace replied.
Contrary to Cavuto’s denial, a network of Soros-linked groups are in fact behind these pro-Palestinian campus protests.
Tent cities set up at colleges including Harvard, Yale, Berkeley in California, the Ohio State University and Emory in Georgia were organized by branches of the Soros-funded Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), the New York Post reported last week.
And at least three of the college protests are being encouraged by paid radicals who are “fellows” of a Soros-funded group called the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USCPR).

USCPR provides up to $7,800 for its community-based fellows and between $2,880 and $3,660 for its campus-based “fellows” in return for spending eight hours a week organizing “campaigns led by Palestinian organizations.” They are trained to “rise up, to revolution.”
The radical group received at least $300,000 from Soros’ Open Society Foundations since 2017 and also took in $355,000 from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund since 2019.
This begs the question: why is “conservative” news outlet Fox News running cover for Soros?

Zelensky Tells Commanders Ukraine Must Defeat Russia To Join NATO
Ukraine’s President Zelensky has reportedly told his top military commanders that Ukraine must win against Russia if it hopes to one day be admitted into NATO.
Russian state media has captured and translated key lines of the speech. “I believe that we will be in NATO only if we win. I don’t think that we will be admitted […] during the war,” Zelensky had said during a meeting with officers. Ukrainian sources also confirmed the remarks.
He admitted that as things currently stand, NATO leaders “feel the risks” while “others are simply skeptical.” The Ukrainian president continued, “Therefore, for Ukraine to be accepted into the alliance, we need victory.”
He further described that Ukraine’s independence can ultimately be permanently guaranteed by eventually becoming a full member of NATO.
From Brussels and Washington’s perspective, the idea of NATO membership for Kiev has been put on hold, despite the enthusiastic rhetoric of some hawkish officials in the West, given NATO’s Article 5 common defense treaty would mean it would trigger automatic war with Russia.
NATO as a matter of policy does not admit nations in a state of active war, or with a hot conflict on their border – given it would automatically force the whole alliance to militarily intervene.
In this case, admission would lead to nuclear-armed confrontation with Russia basically overnight. However, given the continued escalation of the West, that’s still where things may eventually be headed.
This also as the world is constantly being told that the tens of billions in Western funds and aid already sent is never enough…
Meanwhile, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg is busy this week chastising members of the alliance for the slow pace of weapons delivery at a moment Ukraine has admitted getting beaten back along some key frontline positions. Earlier this week Ukraine’s defense chief admitted that a tactical retreat is underway.
“I know that serious delays in support have meant serious consequences on the battlefield,” Stoltenberg said Monday alongside Zelensky at a joint press conference. “For months, the US was unable to agree on a package. And European Allies have been unable to deliver ammunition at the scale we promised.”

Zelensky is hoping for aircraft next: “I am confident that we will have modern aircraft that will also be a part of this system,” Zelensky said of future aid packages from the West. He is also urging that more Patriot systems be sent, while Russia continues pounding Odessa in the south, and cities in the north.

Sweden Rules Out International Nord Stream Probe
There is no need for an international investigation into the explosions on the Nord Stream 1 and 2 natural gas pipelines, Sweden’s Foreign Ministry has told RIA Novosti news agency.
Last week, China’s deputy envoy to the UN, Geng Shuang, called for a probe into the September 2022 blasts that ruptured the pipelines, which were built to deliver Russian gas to Germany and the rest of Europe. Countries should work together on an investigation “to bring the perpetrators to justice in order to prevent the reoccurrence of similar incidents,” Geng said.
When asked about Beijing’s proposal by RIA Novosti on Friday, the Swedish Foreign Ministry insisted that “there is no need for an international investigation. It’s going to achieve nothing.”
“An investigation into the incidents was carried out by the Swedish authorities in accordance with the fundamental principles of independence, impartiality and the rule of law. Other national investigations are still ongoing,” the ministry stated.
Sweden conducted its own probe as the explosions on the Nord Stream pipelines occurred in the country’s exclusive economic zone. Germany and Denmark carried out separate inquiries. However, in February, the Swedish and Danish investigations were aborted. Stockholm said it had come to the conclusion that the case did not fall under Swedish jurisdiction, while Copenhagen concluded that “there was deliberate sabotage” of the pipelines, but found insufficient grounds to pursue criminal proceedings.
Russia is carrying out its own investigation into the Nord Stream blasts despite the refusal of Western nations to cooperate. Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov said earlier that Moscow had sent more than a dozen requests for legal assistance to Germany, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland and Sweden, but only received a single formal reply from Copenhagen.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and other officials suggested previously that the pipelines were targeted by the US or on Washington’s behalf.

UK Vows to Arm Ukraine For ‘As Long as It Takes’ – Commits $3.7BN Annually
The UK has committed to what might be called ‘forever aid’ in Ukraine’s defense, with British Foreign Secretary David Cameron newly promising $3.74 billion of annual military aid for Kiev for “as long as it takes”.
He unveiled the plan Thursday, and it marks the biggest commitment in foreign defense aid rollout for Britain thus far in the war (and perhaps in all of history), coming on the heels of the Biden administration also seeking to erect a 10-year plan to assist Ukraine which theoretically would lock in future US presidents as well.
“We will give 3 billion pounds every year for as long as is necessary. We’ve just really emptied all we can in terms of giving equipment,” Cameron told Reuters in an interview on a visit to the Ukrainian capital.
“Some of that [equipment] is actually arriving in Ukraine today, while I’m here,” he said. Alarmingly, he openly stated that the British government has no problem with Ukrainian forces using UK weapons to strike at targets inside Russian territory.
“Ukraine has that right. Just as Russia is striking inside Ukraine, you can quite understand why Ukraine feels the need to make sure it’s defending itself,” Cameron said.
“It’s absolutely crucial, not just in terms of the weapons it will bring, but also the boost to morale that it will bring to people here in Ukraine,” the UK top diplomat continued in the remarks given upon his second visit to the war-ravaged country as foreign secretary.
Cameron was at one point asked whether a potential future Trump administration could negatively impact the flow of aid to the Zelensky government.
He responded: “It’s not for us to decide who the Americans choose as their president. We will work with whoever that is.” NATO officials have reportedly been attempting to “Trump-proof” any future aid.
Last Sunday, Zelensky himself signaled as much in a nightly video address, saying that he’s working with Washington on a bilateral security agreement which would last ten years. “We are already working on a specific text,” Zelensky said in his nightly video address. “Our goal is to make this agreement the strongest of all.”

He indicated it will likely include agreements on long-term support centering on military hardware and joint arms production, as well as continuing reconstruction aid. “The agreement should be truly exemplary and reflect the strength of American leadership,” Zelensky added.
But as we’ve been detailing, Ukraine’s problem currently is not fundamentally a question of funding or weaponry, but of manpower. Soon it may not have enough troops to operate the sophisticated weaponry being shipped in by the West, given the daily bad news from the front lines.
