“ATF exceeded its statutory authority by issuing a Rule that classifies a bump stock as a ‘machine gun’ under §5845(b),” SCOTUS wrote in ruling.

The US Supreme Court on Friday issued a ruling calling the ban on bump stock attachments for firearms unconstitutional.

“ATF exceeded its statutory authority by issuing a Rule that classifies a bump stock as a ‘machinegun’ under §5845(b),” the court wrote in its ruling.

The court debated the definition of the term “machine gun,” which is defined as “any weapon which shoots, is designed to shoot, or can be readily restored to shoot, automatically more than one shot, without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger,” ultimately concluding bump stocks don’t turn rifles into machine guns.

“No one disputes that a semiautomatic rifle without a bump stock is not a machine gun because a shooter must release and reset the trigger between every shot. And, any subsequent shot fired after the trigger has been released and reset is the result of a separate and distinct ‘function of the trigger,’” the court wrote.

“Nothing changes when a semiautomatic rifle is equipped with a bump stock. Between every shot, the shooter must release pressure from the trigger and allow it to reset before reengaging the trigger for another shot. A bump stock merely reduces the amount of time that elapses between separate ‘functions’ of the trigger.” 

The decision was the culmination of a years-long dispute in Garland v Cargill, where the ban on bump stocks imposed by the Trump administration in 2018 shortly after the Las Vegas massacre was challenged by Texas gun shop owner Michael Cargill.

Cargill, who initially surrendered his bump stocks but then launched a lawsuit questioning the constitutionality of the ban, took a victory lap on X Friday.

It’s not just the Covid vaccine, regular childhood vaccines cause deadly side effects too.

A peer-reviewed study, published Tuesday, has shown that infants given a Rotavirus vaccine which is used in India, Rotavac, had an increased onset of intussusception, a disorder where the intestine slides or telescopes into itself inhibiting the passage of stomach contents, potentially leading to death if left untreated by surgery.

“We found that the mean age of intussusception was significantly lower in the vaccinated (205 days) compared to the unvaccinated (223 days) (p-value 0.0026). The Incident Risk Ratio (IRR) on SCRI analysis was 1.62 (95% CI 1.07-2.44). There were significantly more intussusceptions in the first 30 days after vaccination compared to the next 30-day window. (92 vs 63 p-value = 0.009). We found that excluding unvaccinated infants from the SCCS analysis demonstrated significantly increased risk for the risk period 1–21 days after the 3rd dose (IRR 2.47, 95% CI 1.70-3.59),” the study said in the ‘Results’ section.

“The study, co-authored by Dr. Jacob Puliyel of the Indian Institute of Health Management Researchand Children’s Health Defense Chief Scientific Officer Brian Hooker, Ph.D., calls into question the safety of the vaccine and the statistical methods used in previous analyses of the product,” The Defender said. “Puliyel told The Defender that although the rotavirus vaccines used in the U.S. — Merck’s RotaTeq and GSK’s Rotarix — are safer than the Rotavac brand used in India, a review of information sheets for the U.S. vaccines indicates concerns are still warranted.”

It turns out that the more doses into the Rotavirus shot the infant is, the greater the rate of intussusception was.

“Of the 377 infants who developed intussusception 60 developed it during the high-risk period of 21 days after rotavirus vaccination (any dose). Four developed it after the first dose, 19 after the second dose and 37 after the 3rd dose. The analysis showed a significantly increased risk after the 3rd dose both in the risk window 1–7 days (IRR 3.15 95% CI 1.90-5.22) and the risk window 8–21 days (IRR 2.12: 1.32-3.40),” the study said in part 3.4 of the ‘Results’ section.

The researchers went on to discuss how the data, which regards the age of onset of the disorder, indicates a causal link between the vaccination and the bowel disorder.

“There was a significant lowering of the mean age intussusception among the vaccinated. If vaccination is merely a coincidental event and it does not disturb the normal incidence of intussusceptions in the population, the mean age of intussusception would be the same in the vaccinated and the unvaccinated,” the study said in part 4.1 of the ‘Discussion’ section.

They also postulated on U.S. Rotavirus vaccine side effects, as babies are vaccinated for Rotavirus in America as well, but with a different brand of shot.

“Tate et al have noted that there was an increase in intussusception in the USA among younger (8 to 11- week-old) infants after the introduction of rotavirus vaccines compared to the era before vaccines [13]. We discuss later, how this lowering of the mean age of intussusception may have blunted the safety signal in the SCCS analysis,” the study said in part 4.1 of the ‘Discussion’ section.

American military members could be used as guinea pigs

BioMADE, a lab-grown meat company that has been given over $500 million in U.S. tax dollars via the Department of Defense (DOD), is now requesting a contract to feed U.S. service members fake meat in the name of reducing the military’s carbon footprint.

The experimental product, not food, is created in a science lab using animal cells and chemicals.

A BioMADE press release explains:

“Innovations in food production that reduce the CO2 footprint of food production at and/or transport to DoD operational environments are solicited. These could include, but are not limited to, production of nutrient-dense military rations via fermentation processes, utilizing one carbon molecule (C1) feedstocks for food production, and novel cell culture methods suitable for the production of cultivated meat/protein.”

The proposal is part of the modern left-wing “green” movement that seeks to destroy global infrastructure and the food chain in the name of saving the planet from the imaginary threat of climate change.

The concept is being pushed by globalist groups like the World Economic Forum, World Health Organization, United Nations and others.

However, as is typical with New World Order operations, lab-grown meat could actually have a larger carbon footprint than natural beef, according to a recent University of California, Davis study.

Additionally, it’s highly unlikely the technology will be as nutritious as actual beef, and in all likelihood will be harmful for consumers.

Earlier this month, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos donated $30 million to fund a research center for manufacturing “sustainable proteins” like lab-grown meat.

A couple of weeks later, GOP Florida Governor Ron DeSantis banned the production and sale of the lab-grown Franken-“meat” in his state.

The decision on funding the lab-grown meat for military members will be made in November of this year and the project would start in February 2025 if passed.

A study published in May indicates that Covid vaccinations can cause tinnitus.

“These findings suggest that COVID-19 vaccination increases the risk of tinnitus, and metabolic disorders is a risk factor for COVID-19 vaccination-related tinnitus,” the study said.

The researchers analyzed data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database and compared it to a survey they conducted. They made several discoveries by analyzing the reports of these side effects.

J&J recipients had the highest rate of tinnitus while Pfizer recipients had the least, Moderna recipients fell in between.

Onset of the ear ringing happened very quickly post-injection and was more prevalent in women as well as becoming more prevalent the older a person was.

When two doses of a Covid vaccine were administered, such as with Pfizer or Moderna, the likelihood of developing the disorder was higher after the first dose. About half of those who developed tinnitus after the first dose had symptoms worsen after their second dose.

It was discovered that those with neurological and psychiatric symptoms had a higher likelihood of contracting vaccine-induced tinnitus and those with preexisting metabolic syndromes often had more severe cases of vaccine-induced tinnitus.

Interestingly, hearing ringing is not the only auditory disorder associated with the Covid injections, as others have experienced hearing nothing after the shots.

“Some cases have been reported where patients experienced changes in hearing loss and perceived loudness,” the study said in the ‘Introduction’ section.

The researchers detailed the survey they conducted.

“A cross-sectional survey was conducted from 12 August 2021, to 5 October 2021, among the Facebook group “Tinnitus and Hearing Loss/Impairment after COVID vaccination”, a support group that was founded for sufferers of tinnitus and hearing loss post COVID-19 vaccination,” the study said in the ‘Survey’ section. “The online survey was announced in the Facebook group, and the survey link was posted. Participation in the survey was voluntary. Participants were pre-screened against inclusion criteria of vaccination status and the report of new or worsening tinnitus post COVID-19 vaccination. The participants provided consent by filling an online survey questionnaire that covered information on demography, general health before and after vaccination, noise exposure history, tinnitus assessment (Tinnitus Questionnaire, Tinnitus Functional Index and Visual Analogue Numeric Rating Scale), hearing evaluation (12-Question Short Form Speech, Spatial and Qualities of Hearing Scale) and attempted treatment of vaccination-related tinnitus. Survey responses included both clinical findings and self-assessments.”

The data that the researches generated by their survey was then compared to the VAERS database reports, after which it was tabulated into a chart.

From the individuals who had first-onset or worsening tinnitus after their shots, three-quarters never had tinnitus before, while a quarter had their preexisting tinnitus worsen after injection.

The researchers explained why the data indicates the shots cause tinnitus.

“Several findings in the present study suggest that COVID-19 vaccine increases the risk of tinnitus. First, the frequency of tinnitus reports in the VAERS database is higher for COVID-19 than for other vaccines. Second, the frequency of tinnitus reports was higher for the first than the second dose for the 2-dose vaccines, which would not be expected if the tinnitus and the vaccination were independent. Third, for the 2-dose vaccines, the survey respondents who developed tinnitus after the first does had 50% chance of worsening tinnitus symptoms after the second dose, which is much higher than the frequency of tinnitus for the general population. Fourth, the tinnitus onset was sharply time-locked to the vaccination, with nearly half of the cases occurring within 2 days of the vaccination. Fifth, tinnitus occurring after COVID-19 vaccination was associated with seemingly unrelated neurological disorders such as vision impairment, confusional state and memory impairment. The cooccurrence of these symptoms suggest that COVID-19 vaccines had a broader impact on the nervous system in the susceptible individuals,” the study said in the ‘Discussion’ section.

The Covid shots are known to increase in lethality after repeated doses and double the death rate of Covid patients, yet the death rate is still higher than what is reported, increase Covid infection rates, result in insane and gross turbocancers, reproductive destruction, cause miscarriages, paralyzation, increased excess death rates, autoimmune disorders in the thyroid, as well as deadly headaches, seizures and heart inflammation including in children, while also causing the vaccinated people’s skin to ‘erupt’, in addition to a multitude of serious ailments seen in massive population studies and contain hundreds of times the allowable levels of DNA contamination leading to mutagenic effects, contaminating the blood supply, as well as permanently altering the DNA of the vaccinated and their offspring while being expected to kill people for a very long time into the future.

In the U.S. the CDC recommends all Americans receive their Covid shot and that young children receive extra, while Canada recommends another Covid shot for the pregnant, indigenous, ‘racialized’ & ‘equity-deserving’.
