Hate Hoax: HS Athletic Director Arrested for Allegedly Using AI-Generated Deepfake Audio to Frame Principal
An athletic director at a Baltimore high school was arrested this week after police claimed he used AI-generated deepfake audio to falsely accuse his school’s principal of uttering slurs about black and Jewish people.
The Baltimore County Police Department reported on Thursday they arrested Dazhon Darien, 31, who worked as an athletic director at Pikesville High School.
Darien was accused of creating audio depicting a “leaked recording” that surfaced in January where Pikesville High School principal Eric Eiswert appeared to deride black and Jewish students and staff members.
Here’s what the fake audio stated, according to Fox Baltimore:
“I seriously don’t understand why I have to constantly put up with these dumb***** here every day,” the speaker says in the recording. “Between these ungrateful black kids who can’t test their way out of a paper bag or these teachers who don’t get it. How hard is it to get these students to meet their grade level expectations?”
The derogatory comments then turn from students to staff members, as the speaker identifies two employees who “should have never been hired.” The speaker then names a third employee, saying, “I’m going to drag his black a** out of here one way or another.”
In the final seconds of the recording, the conversation turns to the community.
“And if I have to get one more complaint from one more Jew in this community, I’m going to join the other side,” the voice in the recording says.
“Based on an extensive investigation, detectives now have conclusive evidence the recording was not authentic,” the Baltimore County Police Department wrote in a press release, adding they’d contacted the FBI for a forensic analysis.
Eiswert denied the audio’s authenticity at the time, with county investigators also initially suspecting it to be fake.
“It’s believed Mr. Darien… made the recording to retaliate against Mr. Eiswert who at the time was pursuing an investigation into the potential mishandling of school funds,” police wrote.
“Mr. Darien now faces several charges including theft, stalking, disruption of school operations, and retaliation against a witness. Following a court appearance this afternoon, Mr. Darien was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.”

Fox 13 reports, “Seattle Police say Bruce Meneley thought he was meeting an 11-year-old and a 7-year-old at the DoubleTree on Southcenter Parkway. Body camera footage shows the person identified as Meneley by the King County Medical Examiner pulling a gun out as soon as officers open the door to contact him.”
Meneley served in the U.S. Navy from 1975 to 2016 where he was stationed in several countries and even worked at the infamous Guantanamo Bay prison.

Delighted by the confirmation of a forthcoming debate, Trump immediately took to Truth Social, saying he’d been asking for months to debate Biden, and throwing down the gauntlet with an offer to debate him tonight outside the Manhattan courthouse where his criminal trial is being held.
“Crooked Joe Biden just announced that he’s willing to debate! Everyone knows he doesn’t really mean it, but in case he does, I say, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, ANYPLACE, an old expression used by Fighters,” Trump wrote. “I suggest Monday Evening, Tuesday Evening, or Wednesday Evening at my Rally in Michigan, a State that he is in the process of destroying with his E.V. Mandate.”
“In the alternative, he’s in New York City today, although probably doesn’t know it, and so am I, stuck in one of the many Court cases that he instigated as ELECTION INTERFERENCE AGAINST A POLITICAL OPPONENT – A CONTINUING WITCH HUNT! It’s the only way he thinks he can win.
“In fact,” Trump added, “let’s do the Debate at the Courthouse tonight – on National Television, I’ll wait around!”

Disturbing: Viewers Notice Man Biting Boy’s Ear During Billiards Tourney
Viewers of the World Snooker Championship in the UK were shocked when a live broadcast inadvertently showed a man nuzzling a child’s face before biting the boy’s ear.
Footage from the Thursday, April 25, event shows world champion snooker player Stephen Hendry giving a sit-down interview, while a man standing behind him in the audience can be seen touching his face against the face of a young child.

The man, relation unknown, appeared to whisper in the child’s ear before proceeding to nibble on his ear with viewers left shocked.
The boy seem unfazed as he noticed he could be seen on the live broadcast and then smiled and waved towards the camera as the man pulled back.
Some claimed the clip merely showed a father innocently expressing his love for his son.

However, many other viewers recoiled at the apparent child abuse and called on the South Yorkshire Police to investigate the incident.

The South Yorkshire Police responded to the Mail, writing: “Yesterday, Thursday 25 April at 9.20pm, we received a call to inform us of a video circulating on social media of a man and a boy at the Crucible in Sheffield.”
“We are aware of the footage and officers will be reviewing the content,” they added.
“A spokesperson for the World Snooker Tour said on Friday: ‘we are aware of this incident and it is now a police matter,’” The Mail also noted.
