‘They Don’t Value Life’: Rachel Morin’s Mother Scorches Biden Regime Over Daughter’s Murder by Illegal Alien

Biden administration “not even willing to acknowledge that she was a female, that she was a mother, a daughter. It totally depersonalizes her, and makes her an object,” says Patty Morin.

Patty Morin, the mother of Rachel Morin and grandmother of Rachel’s five children joined Fox News on Wednesday to excoriate the Biden administration’s “impersonal” response to her daughter’s murder by an illegal alien.

“Ingraham Angle” host Laura Ingraham asked Patty her reaction to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ insensitive remarks about Rachel’s death at the hands of a Salvadoran national.

“My reaction is that it’s a completely political statement because they’re not even willing to acknowledge that she was a female, that she was a mother, a daughter. It totally depersonalizes her, and makes her an object,” Patty told Ingraham.

The Biden administration had extended its condolence to Morin’s family in a statement but did not go as far as condemning the illegal alien who was arrested for raping and murdering Rachel.

“We extend our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of Rachel Morin. We cannot comment on active law enforcement cases. But fundamentally, we believe that people should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law if they are found to be guilty,” the White House said.

Ingraham then asked Patty if the Biden administration reached out to her at all over her daughter’s murder.

“No, ma’am. No one’s contacted me personally. And, as far as I know, no one has reached out and contacted anybody in the family,” Patty replied.

“My message is that these are American citizens. These are the people that help to strengthen our country. These are the men and women that keep our country going, our economy going, our families, our churches,” she continued. “This is the backbone of America, us Americans, and to not even acknowledge that my daughter is a person, or that she’s a female, or that she’s a mother, like to categorize her as a statistic— it just shows how impersonal that they are, and it also shows how they don’t value life.”

Patty said her and her family lived in fear until the suspect, 23-year-old Victor Martinez-Hernandez, was arrested for Morin’s murder in Tulsa, Oklahoma, last Friday.

“When we heard that they had apprehended a suspect, there was a sense of relief, but before that, we all lived in fear because, you know, fear feeds on the unknown,” Patty said. “And if you don’t know who the person is, where they come from, are they still here in the area. Because we didn’t have any of those details. It wasn’t easy even to like take a breath, and just kind of allow yourself to relax and rest a little bit. So, it’s been very hard, so very hard.”

Watch: New Video Shows Saudi Official Plotting 9/11 Attacks in Washington D.C.

FBI had been holding onto this bombshell footage for over 20 years — but it’s now been released just days after Saudi Arabia announced it would not renew its petrodollar with the U.S.

Video surfaced this week showing a man the FBI claims had ties to Saudi intelligence referencing a “plan” two years before the 9/11 terrorist attacks — raising questions about Saudi ties to the hijackers and the FBI’s withholding of this evidence for more than two decades.

CBS News’ “60 Minutes” released the footage Thursday showing Omar al-Bayoumi, whom the FBI says was a Saudi operative, casing the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C.

The video was found by British police during a raid on Bayoumi’s U.K. apartment days after the 9/11 attacks.

The CBS report noted that “while the 9/11 Commission report two decades ago found that al-Qaeda acted alone, the victims’ families are disputing this,” citing the video footage as evidence Saudi Arabia may have been involved in the terrorist attacks.

Curiously, the FBI had been sitting on this footage for over 20 years but neer made it public — until now.

From the Washington Examiner:

British police found the video during a raid on Bayoumi’s U.K. apartment in the days after 9/11. They also seized Bayoumi’s hand-written address book that the lawyers for the 9/11 families say was filled with phone numbers of numerous senior Saudi officials who were in the government at the time.

When Bayoumi recorded the Washington video, he was often with two Saudi diplomats who the FBI says had “ties to al Qaeda,” a finding the Saudi government disputes.

Retired FBI agent Ken Williams led the 9/11 investigation in Phoenix, where one of the hijackers attended flight school. He believes the Bayoumi video “ranks right at the top of the pile” of evidence. Williams strongly disagrees with the Saudi government’s stance that the video was one Bayoumi took as a tourist.

The British police are believed to have turned over the video to the FBI shortly after 9/11, which raises the question: why, after more than 20 years, is it just now surfacing?

“If that was missed then shame on us for missing it,” Williams, who is also a consultant on the case filed by the 9/11 families, said. “If it wasn’t missed, then I would have to ask the question: What was done with it?”

The timing of the footage’s release is also suspect given it went public just days after reports emerged claiming Saudi Arabia had allowed its informal petrodollar agreement with the U.S. to “expire”, which would allow the kingdom to sell oil under many currencies.

How many more of these kinds of videos is the U.S. government keeping under lock and key?

Rand Paul: Illegal Alien Crimes ‘Enough to Disqualify Biden from Consideration’

“Imagine the images if people in America can figure out and know that people like Laken Riley were killed by someone that President Biden’s administration specifically allowed to come in,” senator says.

Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) argued that although the potential terror threat from illegal aliens is a major issue, their ongoing criminal behavior within the U.S. should be enough to disqualify Joe Biden’s reelection.

“You know, I agree with you,” Paul told Fox News host Sean Hannity on Friday. “I think terrorism is of great concern, and I think, you know, with dozens and dozens of almost 200 people coming in from other countries, you see the list, you see the interviews, Tajikistan, Egypt, Tunisia, all over the Middle East, China, I mean, from all over the place, but it’s not just terrorism. It’s regular domestic criminal behavior. It should be enough to disqualify Biden from consideration.”

Watch the latest video at foxnews.com

Paul highlighted the spate of brutal crimes committed by illegal aliens against American women and girls like Georgia student Laken Riley, mother-of-five Rachel Morin, and 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, who was allegedly murdered by a pair of illegals in Texas this week.

“I mean, imagine the images if people in America can figure out and know that people like Laken Riley were killed by someone that President Biden’s administration specifically allowed to come in. They paroled them. They made the decision that it was OK for them to come into this country,” he said.

“And then when they were arrested for a variety of crimes that they’re here, nobody did anything about it because they were in Democrat cities that are sanctuary cities that being arrested for a crime is not enough to be deported. In fact, they prevent the immigration authorities from seeing the arrest records,” Paul continued.

“So, yeah, this is all on Biden’s shoulders, and then he comes forward with a reform, and he says, oh, yeah, this is the bipartisan reform. We’ll let 2,500 people in a day, and then we’ll get serious. Well, 2,500 people day is 900,000 people.”

The Kentucky Senator went on to point out that Biden has the executive power to completely close the border, but simply refuses to do so.

“Biden has the power to have zero, and that’s what I would do,” he added. “I think that’s what Trump would do. Zero. We start at zero, and we don’t let anybody get paroled. Everybody is turned around and guess what? They keep — they quit coming once they see that people are being turned away, and that’s what has to happen.”

Rather than close the border, Biden announced a plan this week to grant illegal aliens married to U.S. citizens a pathway to citizenship.

A new study shows teens who use cannabis are 11 times likelier to develop a psychiatric disorder

A new large-scale study suggests that teens who use cannabis are eleven times more like to develop a psychiatric disorder than teens who don’t.

The researchers used data for 10,000 young people aged 12-24 in Ontario, Canada, including survey answers and hospital records, to see if there was a relationship between recent use of cannabis and mental illness. As well as finding that teens who’d used cannabis in the last year had a massively elevated risk of developing a psychiatric disorder, they also found, conversely, that the vast majority of teens diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder had a history of cannabis use: five out of every six teens who were hospitalized for a psychiatric disorder.

What’s particularly interesting about the study is this: the association between cannabis use and psychosis was not in evidence for subjects aged 20-24. This clearly suggests that there is some developmental process taking place in teenage bodies—and specifically the brain—that is altered by the use of cannabis. The precise nature of those processes remains to be explored—through animal testing, of course—but it’s not hard to imagine, in general terms, why this must be so.

There’s little debate that cannabis consumption during adolescence is probably a bad thing—previous studies have suggested an association with mental illness—but none have provided such alarming figures as this one. In part, this is probably because, with each passing year, cannabis strains become more potent.

In the 1980s, the average tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content of cannabis strains was around 1%, but now your average jack-of-all-strains has 20% THC content and some even contain as much as 90% or more. The truth is, we simply don’t know what exposure to psychoactive compounds at these concentrations is likely to do to a person’s mind, let alone a mind that is still as plastic as a 13- or 14-year-old’s.

We don’t: but we’re going to find out.

We’re in the process of narcotic self-experimentation on a massive scale. It’s now far more normal to smoke weed than tobacco, and it’s seen as an overwhelmingly good thing. According to Gallup polling, 16% of Americans say they smoke weed, as opposed to 11% who still, doggedly, cling to tobacco. The vast majority of Americans now see cigarette-smoking as “very harmful,” with 83% of adults choosing that response in a 2019 survey. By contrast, in another survey, from 2022, half of all respondents said they believed weed is a “positive force for good” in society.

These statistics barely capture the nature of the transition from nicotine to THC and CBD (the other psychoactive substance in cannabis). As no doubt you’re aware, people don’t just consume the active ingredients in cannabis by smoking the leaf. They use oil and gummies and vape juices and brownies and other edibles as well, and they’re using them in quantities and in situations that are totally novel.

For example, 11% of 12 graders claim to have used delta-8-THC vapes and gummies in the last year. Delta-8-THC is a variant of delta-9-THC, the main psychoactive form of THC. Delta-8 has only been available in the US since 2018 and, as a result, there are no federal regulations restricting its sale to minors. Delta-8-THC vapes and gummies are now a fixture at gas stations and they’re readily available online. There are no reliable safety data on delta-8-THC either.

That’s pretty bad. Just as bad, if not worse, is the fact that pregnant women are using cannabis like never before. Since the legalisation of cannabis in Canada, cannabis-use disorder has grown by 20% among pregnant women. Women are also being recommended CBD oil to ease the symptoms of morning sickness.

Two studies from last year suggest that consumption of CBD oil and THC in any form while pregnant could have serious developmental effects on babies. In the first, a mouse study, the offspring of female mice given CBD oil while pregnant displayed significantly impaired problem-solving abilities and reduced responses to stimuli in key regions of the brain’s prefrontal cortex. In the second, testicular cells from human fetuses were exposed to CBD and THC and the effects on hormonal production were measured. The cannabis extracts altered the expression of nearly 200 genes within the testicular cells, disrupting the production of vital developmental hormones, especially testosterone. So cannabis is an endocrine disruptor too. Gynecomastia—the development of female breast tissue—has been observed in male cannabis users by physicians for decades.

All this cannabis use seems to be helping push us in one direction, towards a society of… well, profound retardation. A society where individual development, both physical and mental, is squelched, quite literally. Where our brains and bodies don’t form as they should.

So why isn’t anything meaningful being done about it?

The natural reaction in such situations, or so I find, is to reach for the old cui bono.

Who benefits?

In one of his final monologues at Fox, Tucker Carlson blasted a proposed move by the FDA to ban menthol cigarettes.

“[Our rulers] hate nicotine,” Tucker said.

“They love THC. They’re promoting weed to your children, but they’re not letting you use tobacco, or even non-tobacco nicotine-delivery devices which don’t cause cancer. Why do they hate nicotine? Because nicotine frees your mind, and THC makes you compliant and passive—that’s why! They hate it. It’s a real threat to them.”

Show me a better answer than that.

Defense Department Lost Track of Millions Sent to Chinese Labs For Gain of Function Research, Bombshell Gov’t Report Finds

“Due to limitations in the DoD’s tracking systems, the full extent of DoD funds provided to Chinese research laboratories for research related to enhancement of pathogens of pandemic potential is unknown,” concludes DoD Office of Inspector General.

The Pentagon sent millions of dollars of taxpayer funding to numerous Chinese research labs and then lost track of how it was being used, according to a government report.

“Due to limitations in the DoD’s tracking systems, the full extent of DoD funds provided to Chinese research laboratories for research related to enhancement of pathogens of pandemic potential is unknown,” the DoD’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) wrote in its 26-page report released Tuesday.

Due to limitations in the DoD’s tracking systems, the full extent of DoD funds provided to Chinese research laboratories for research related to enhancement of pathogens of pandemic potential is unknown. Read our new report now: https://t.co/Ts7V7C15V9

— DoD Office of Inspector General (@DoD_IG) June 20, 2024

The audit conducted in compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) looked into where the funds were sent, including whether money was sent to the Chinese Communist Party, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and other CCP-controlled research labs.

DoD OIG investigators also looked into whether the funds could be used to spark a new pandemic through gain of function research or other methods that “could have reasonably resulted in the enhancement of any coronavirus, influenza, Nipah, Ebola, or other pathogen of pandemic potential or chimeric versions of such a virus or pathogen in the People’s Republic of China or any other foreign country.”

But the report states that due to a lack of proper oversight, much of the funding could not be unaccounted for how it was used.

The full extent of DoD funds provided to Chinese research laboratories or other foreign countries for research related to enhancement of pathogens of pandemic potential is unknown. The DoD did not track funding at the level of detail necessary to enable us to completely and accurately determine if the DoD provided funding to Chinese research laboratories or other foreign countries for research related to the enhancement of pathogens of pandemic potential. For example, when the DoD awards funds to an entity, the entity often provides some of those funds to other organizations for subawards or contracted services. DoD officials stated that during the initial grant application process, they have visibility over who the subaward recipients are intended to be. However, we found that DoD organizations lacked visibility of subaward information over the life of contracts and grants.

“We found significant limitations with the adequacy of data, similar to the observations the GAO found in its reports. Specifically, the DoD did not track funding at the level of detail necessary to determine whether the DoD provided funding to Chinese research laboratories or other foreign countries for research related to enhancement of pathogens of pandemic potential,” the report concludes.

“In addition, DoD organizations did not have visibility of subaward information throughout the life of contracts and grants. In addition, except for the CDMRP electronic grants system, DoD organizations could not effectively search award systems to identify all contracts, subcontracts, grants, and subgrants that may have been related to pathogen research performed by China and other foreign countries. As a result, DoD organizations could not produce a complete population of pathogen research grants and subawards necessary for us to conclude on the use of DoD funds provided for pathogen research.”

Notably, the page about pathogen research projects involving Chinese entities between 2014-2023 is redacted.

Defense Department Lost Track of Millions Sent to Chinese Labs For Gain of Function Research, Bombshell Gov’t Report Finds

This comes a month after the Department of Health and Human Services debarred the nonprofit EcoHealth Alliance from receiving taxpayer-funded government grants over its role in facilitating gain-of-function research in China.

Now you have the U.S. Department of Defense not only admitting it helped fund risky pathogen research in Chinese biolabs, but that it even lost track of just how much money it sent and for what purposes!
