Another ‘Vaccine Passport Bill Fails to Pass in New York Where Medical Legislation is Disguised so the Nanny-State can Impose Vaccine Mandates Later
New York is the city and state where legislation to remove medical rights and privacy masquerades as “options” so the medical-police-state can later impose vaccine mandates and perform gender mutilation surgery on kids without parental consent. The latest attempt to remove medical privacy in New York comes as lawmakers tried to make it so that anyone 19 and older must “opt out” of having their vaccination information automatically recorded and shared with health departments on their vaccine registry. Currently, only patients under 19 years of age have this data in registries, as required by healthcare providers.
A civil rights attorney, Sujata Gibson, who represents New York plaintiffs who challenge vaccine mandates, calls this new legislation a “Trojan Horse” that paves the way for broader mandates, saying “The only reason to know every single vaccine given to adults in New York is to know who did not get them.” That type of database would be the “central nervous system” she said, for what would surely amount to a “state-wide digital vaccine passport system.”
Vaccine registries can lead directly to vaccine mandates and medical-police-state tyranny
If you did not recognize it, Big Pharma’s main goal of the whole pandemic was to get as many people injected with cell-mutating mRNA “technology” as possible, then you got swept up by the vax cult frenzy, like 270 million other Americans. The mad, mad push is far from over, even though the “novel” virus still barely lingers, supposedly. In New York, right now, vaccine-cult legislators are trying to get everybody on a database, vaccinated or not, so they can plan better for the next “plandemic.”
You see, vaccines aren’t just about giving kids autism and adults mercury poisoning. That was not enough for the genocide movement underway. So scientists came up with mRNA, and now New York is leading the charge to try to find out who has BILLIONS of spike proteins already disrupting their blood, organs and brain, but also who does NOT have this genetically modified humanoid quality (cell mutations that produce cancerous “spikes” throughout the vascular system).
In New York, the current system requires healthcare providers to get your verbal consent, if you’re over 18 years old, in order to hand over your vaccination information to the Vaccine Industrial Complex (nanny state). See, the original law was an “opt-in” law, where consent had to be in writing. This is different. The new law in New York was tricky and would have replaced “opt-in” with “opt-out” so nobody would have to get the patient’s written or verbal permission, it would be up to the patient to ask about it and activate “opt-out.” Talk about flipping the script.
Fortunately, although the New York State Assembly passed bill A7154 back in June, the Senate version, S1531, never got voted on. Now the bill is dead until 2025, to see what the election brings us. Then the vaccine cult of New York will have to start from scratch again, trying to invade people’s medical privacy in order to later force-vaccinate the masses. This follows suit with Bill Gate’s TED-announced plan to “reduce the world’s population by a few billion people” by doing a “really good job with vaccines.” Got spike protein syndrome? Canadian Tribunal Awards Gender-Confused Man $35K After Spa Refuses to Wax Him
(LifeSiteNews) — In March 24, a trans-identifying customer using the pseudonym “A.B.” filed a human rights application at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario against a beauty salon called Mad Wax Windsor Inc. A.B. had called by phone to book an appointment and claims that he was refused a leg wax by a staff member and the salon owner, Jason Carruthers. The HRTO has decided to award A.B. $35,000 in damages—because the salon only served women.
According to A.B.—the CBC account of the story simply refers to A.B. as a “woman” (not even “transwoman” anymore) and claims that Carruthers told A.B. by phone that he had no staff members who were comfortable providing services to “someone like you”; Carruthers corrected the record by noting that he had not used that phrase but said he had no staff willing to provide “male waxing services.”
Predictably, the HRTO adjudicator, Karen Dawson, sided with A.B., claiming that A.B. was “misgendered” by Carruthers—that is, Carruthers referred to A.B. as male rather than as female. “The applicant’s evidence about the telephone call was clear and consistent throughout her testimony,” Dawson wrote in the May 23 decision. “By contrast…the individual respondent’s evidence changed on key points, when challenged on cross-examination. For these reasons, where their evidence differs, I prefer the evidence of the applicant.”
I suspect the term “prefer” is doing a lot of heavy lifting there, for a number of obvious reasons. Dawson is not ruling simply on whether or not A.B. was “discriminated” against—she is ruling, fundamentally, in favour of the much-contested premises of the transgender movement. Dawson would charge J.K. Rowling with “damages.” For that matter, her ruling pits her against her with the previous generation of feminists. But that doesn’t matter for Carruthers and his salon staff, who have been not only ordered to pay a small fortune (with interest!), but to submit to re-education, a swell—“online human rights training.”
“This decision brings me some piece,” A.B. announced in a media release. “It helps tell the story of the discrimination I faced and the steps taken to escalate that discrimination and harassment against me.” According to A.B.’s lawyer, Megan Evans Maxwell of the Human Rights Legal Support Centre: “We feel this is an incredibly significant case for trans people and we really do think that this is a move in the right direction.” Maxwell also noted that A.B. hopes “the decision will lead to societal change.”
The salon workers who did not want to wax a male body, of course, have been entirely erased. Their rights mean nothing; their comfort zones mean nothing; their beliefs mean nothing. Carruthers’ small business means nothing, either. He noted that the ruling is “unjust” and that he is “shocked by the awarded amount as a small business owner.” But the HRTO was obviously trying to send everyone a message: Wax the man’s legs, bigots. Or we’ll bankrupt you. Carruthers testified that A.B. threatened him with a “media circus”; the HRTO rejected his testimony. When Carruthers issued a press release about the human rights complaint about him, the CBC reported that “the adjudicator found the outreach to the media constituted reprisal for the human rights complaint.”
In other words, Carruthers wasn’t even allowed to speak publicly about what was happening to him without being penalized. Shut up. Wax male bodies. And if you say anything to anybody, your punishment will be harsher. Raymond Colautti, Carruthers’ lawyer, has applied for judicial review, calling the ruling “deeply flawed” and stating that it “must be set aside.” Carruthers and his attorney dispute many aspects of A.B.’s testimony.
Remember when the LGBT movement’s favorite argument was: “How does any of this hurt you?” The answer is: Female salon workers can be forced to wax trans-identifying customers—or face brutal penalties.

Doctors Have Become Government Employees who Simply Obey the Deep State
The United Kingdom’s People’s Vaccine Inquiry has commenced in response to the government-led U.K. COVID Inquiry indefinitely postponing its promised inquiry into Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccines.”
After the U.K. COVID Inquiry announced back in January that its planned Summer 2024 Module 4 hearing was being rescheduled, a group of concerned professionals took a page from the Canadian National Citizens Inquiry by launching its own public interest inquiry so the public can have immediate access to all of the available expert testimony.
Doctors for Patients U.K. submitted its own written statement to the inquiry, as did the following doctors:
– Consultant cardiologist and general physician Dr. Dean Patterson
– Oncologist Prof. Angus Dalgleish
– Surgeons Mr. T. James Royle, Mr. Ian McDermott and Mr. Tony Hintonon
– Psychiatrist Dr. Ali Ajaz
– Emergency department doctor Dr. Scott Mitchell
– General practitioners Dr. Kathy Grieg, Dr. Caroline Lapworth, Dr. Ayiesha Malik and Dr. Tim Kelly

Doctors are just soldiers in a massive chemical army
Dr. Ajaz’s testimony is particularly noteworthy because he has extensive multi-decade experience acting as an expert witness in both criminal and civil proceedings. He also worked at the government-run National Health Service (NHS).
So, for Dr. Ajaz to have declared that the COVID jab mandates “were ethically and scientifically unsound” is a pretty big deal, as is this article he wrote that was published by The Daily Sceptic.
“The willingness of doctors to stand aside and allow the enshrined principles of medical ethics to be trampled by outsiders who have no moral authority to do so has not gone unnoticed by the general public,” Dr. Ajaz notes. “Never before has there been such distrust and scepticism directed against doctors and the medical fraternity as a whole.”
“A handful of doctors have tried to speak out individually, to fulfil their duty as outlined by the General Medical Council for doctors to take prompt action when they see that patient safety is being compromised. Many have received a devastating backlash from colleagues, senior managers and the mainstream media.”
Dr. Ajaz also warned that within the NHS there is no freedom to question or debate any concerns that doctors who use their brains might try to express. The job of these NHS physicians is simply to obey orders like soldiers, which is what many of them became during the COVID hysteria years.
“Requests for open dialogue with senior figures were consistently met with defensive and dismissive attitudes,” he says in his article. “Efforts to critically assess the evidence supporting various medical interventions were systematically obstructed.”
“Historical concerns raised by previous medical studies were disregarded, in favour of a narrative driven by authorities lacking medical expertise. This approach prioritised conformity and compliance over rigorous scientific scrutiny and open debate.”
At the conclusion of his June 10, 2024 submission to the inquiry, Dr. Ajaz explains clearly and plainly that the role of doctors “has increasingly shifted towards that of employees who must adhere to corporate and governmental directives, often at the expense of medical autonomy and the broader, holistic consideration of patient health.”
“This undermines the physician’s ability to advocate for long-term, sustainable health solutions over immediate, but potentially harmful, interventions,” Dr. Ajaz further warns.
