Previously-Deported MS-13 Gangbanger Unbothered by Arrest Because ‘Biden Will Let Him Go’

Convicted felon busted in Texas on way to pick up group of illegals near border

A previously-deported MS-13 gang member reportedly told Texas authorities he was unconcerned about being arrested ahead of a human smuggling operation because he knew “President Biden would let him go.”

On Friday morning, Terrell County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) deputies stopped the driver of a pickup truck who told them he was heading to pick up a group of illegal aliens.

Authorities discovered the suspect is a convicted felon residing illegally in Houston, NewsNation correspondent Ali Bradley reported, citing Sheriff Thaddeus Cleveland.

He has a lengthy rap sheet and deportation history.

“Additionally, during interviews, the subject said he wasn’t worried because he knew nothing would happen to him and President Biden would let him go. He is being charged for 8 USC 1326, reentry after deportation,” Sheriff Cleveland said.

Border Patrol took the suspect into custody and attempted to locate the illegals he was planning to transport, but it is unclear if they were successful.

#BREAKING UPDATE: @SheriffThad says Border Patrol verified that the subject is a member of the MS-13 street gang, aggregated felon and had an extensive criminal history.

A short time later, TCSO deputies thwarted another illegal alien smuggling attempt.

Sheriff Cleveland indicated that Border Patrol likely apprehended the group of illegals awaiting pickup.

This is the second illegal alien smuggling load apprehended by the Terrell County Sheriff’s Office today.

Like the previously smuggler, this one had not loaded up yet, but it does sound if Border Patrol apprehended his group. #OperationLoneStar pic.twitter.com/WhYVM67eb8

Unvaccinated Police in Australia Fired Two Years After Covid Mandates Dropped

Unvaccinated Police in Australia Fired Two Years After Covid Mandates Dropped

adminJun 30, 20247 min read
The firings come amid staffing shortages and low morale, with WA Police turning to overseas recruitment to prop up its frontline forces.

Two years after the Covid mandates ended, the West Australian Police Force has fired nearly 20 unvaccinated police officers and public servants for refusing to get the jabs.

A legal challenge against the mandates, brought by WA Police officer Ben Falconer and staff member Les Finlay, had previously secured an injunction preventing the force from firing unvaccinated staff until the matter had been settled in the courts.

However, a Supreme Court ruling that then-WA Police Commissioner Chris Dawson’s Covid vaccination directive was “valid and lawful” brought an end to the injunction in April. WA Police announced the resumption of disciplinary action against 17 affected employees immediately after the hearing, with all 12 police officers and five staff having now been sacked.

Falconer was the last to be formally notified of his dismissal on Friday, for disobeying the Commissioner’s vaccination directive. Despite no prior history of disobedience, Falconer refused the jabs due to his concerns over the safety and efficacy of the Covid vaccines and the way in which mandates violated the bodily integrity of officers and staff.

While Deputy Commissioner Allan Adams said that Falconer’s dismissal was “regretful”, Falconer maintains that refusing Covid vaccination is the “best decision I’ve ever made”. Falconer, a Senior Constable who served in the force for 15 years, says that the sacked police officers had over 150 years of policing experience combined.

The firings come amid staffing shortages and low morale, with WA Police turning to overseas recruitment to prop up its frontline forces.

In April this year it was reported that WA Police was well short of its target of recruiting 950 new frontline officers by mid-year, with only 450-500 having signed on.

Opposition leader Libby Mettam (Liberal) said that in the past four years, there has been a “mass exodus of police with nearly 1,000 officers resigning” from the roughly 7,000 strong force.

Police Commissioner Col Blanch admitted that the force saw a “significant” reduction in police numbers after the Covid pandemic, with 570 officers leaving the force in 2022, of which 473 were resignations and 97 retirements.

WA Police was asked to provide comment along with up-to-date recruitment, resignation and retirement figures, but did not respond prior to publication deadline.

The Labour Government has blamed market forces for WA Police’s struggles with retention and recruitment. However survey data collected by the WA Police Union in 2022 showed that 77% of staff exiting the force claim poor work culture and dissatisfaction with management as their reasons for quitting.

Another union survey of members conducted in 2022 found that morale in the force is at an “all-time-low”, with almost two thirds (64.6%) of respondents describing morale as “poor”. This is more than double 28.2% who said the same in the last poll in 2017. None of the 1,966 respondents described morale as “excellent”.

A majority of respondents complained that their workload had increased, and half or more complained of fatigue, management problems, unpaid overtime and rostering issues.

Nearly three quarters (71.4%) of respondents said they’d used the WA Police mental health services, with 36.6% of service users reporting their experience was “very negative” or “negative”.

Public sector census data obtained under Freedom of Information by the Liberal opposition showed that in 2023, less than half (47.1%) would recommend their agency as a workplace, compared to almost 70% for the public sector overall.

Some of this discontent appears to be driven by the force’s Covid response. In an unauthorised survey of WA Police staff initiated by former officer Jordan McDonald, who resigned over vaccine mandates, employees said they felt “bullied” into getting vaccinated and complained about resources being diverted away from traditional policing towards the state’s Covid response.

In 2022, WA Police began an international recruitment drive to fill vacant frontline positions, with the aim of recruiting 750 officers from the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and New Zealand over a five-year period.  WA Police has also been creative with its recruitment campaign at home, appealing to lonely hearts on hookup app Tinder.

The WA Police Union said it supports the overseas recruitment drive but characterised it as a “band-aid solution”.

“It’s only a matter of time before these new recruits obtain permanent residency and become familiar with the many cultural and organisational issues in WA Police,” the union said in a media statement.

The WA Police Union was approached by unvaccinated members for assistance with their industrial action resisting the mandates, but Falconer, who was a member, says the union’s response was “hostile”. The union also declined to provide information and comment for this article.

Unvaccinated WA Police staff had been on paid leave since the Covid vaccine mandate came into effect in December 2021 until their recent dismissals, an arrangement that Falconer has called “fiscally irresponsible”.

In an essay posted to social media platform X, Falconer said that the South Australian Police Force responded to the situation better. Unvaccinated SA Police officers were allowed to use accrued leave until the mandates dropped, after which they were allowed back to work “without ever being stood down and no disciplinary action taken whatsoever”, he said.

“I could have been back at work from June 2022 [when the mandates were dropped] and there were plenty of administrative tasks that could have been done with remote access to police systems if allowed to work from home,” said Falconer, who said he informed WA Police more than 30 times of his willingness to return to work.

Former police officer of 27 years Lance French, who was also fired this month for not complying with the Police Commissioner’s 2021 Covid vaccination directive, said that he too had informed WA Police numerous times that he wanted to return to work since the mandates were dropped.

Now that his two-and-a-half year legal fight has come to an end, Falconer said that he will take some time out to consider his next career move.

French expressed gratitude for the support of his wife, family and colleagues, opining on social media that while “the trajectory we are heading (as a society) is not good,” he was appreciative for “the legislative and judicial structures enabling our lawful challenge of Commissioner Dawson’s… draconian order to undergo a medical procedure”.

WA Police officers and staff are not the only Australian workers still experiencing repercussions from the Covid mandates, even after most of the public have well and truly moved on.

In January of this year, Queensland Health was criticised for continuing to discipline and fire healthcare workers for failing to comply with vaccination directives issued in late 2021.

More than 50 unvaccinated firefighters remain banned from returning to work in Victoria despite critical staffing shortages, and mandates remain in place for some nurses, midwives and doctors around the country.

The Australian state and territory governments’ coercive Covid vaccination mandates have come under fire recently with AstraZeneca’s admission that its vaccine can cause deadly blood clots, and with mounting vaccine injury claims.

Bipartisan Vote Blocks CISA Budget Cut Despite Speech Censorship Concerns

Bipartisan Vote Blocks CISA Budget Cut Despite Speech Censorship Concerns

The vote came just following the Supreme Court siding with the Biden administration’s partnership with tech giants to encourage the suppression of social media content, overturning the injunction by alleging that the case lacked standing.

104 Republicans and 198 Democrats voted to uphold a proposed budget increase for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in the defense appropriations bill. Representative Andrew Clyde from Georgia proposed an amendment to freeze CISA’s funding at its 2024 level, which would reduce the budget by just over 2% to $2,379,485,00. During a forceful speech on the House floor, Clyde criticized the agency for misusing its resources to suppress dissenting opinions.

Congressman Clyde asserted that there was no justification for the agency’s enlarged financial scope to further police speech under the guise of security.

Despite Clyde’s strong arguments, the amendment failed when 104 of his Republican peers joined Democrats in rejecting the budget cut.

This legislative moment coincided with a pivotal Supreme Court ruling in Murthy v. Missouri, delivering a 6-3 decision that enabled continued governmental suppression of speech in collaboration with Silicon Valley, ahead of the 2024 electoral cycle.

CISA has faced accusations of encouraging censorship, particularly from reports issued by the House Judiciary Committee. These reports claim that CISA, a branch of the Department of Homeland Security, has expanded beyond its original mandate of protecting critical infrastructure into areas of censorship, particularly on social media platforms. According to these reports, CISA colluded with Big Tech companies and utilized third-party nonprofits to indirectly censor speech, which critics argue undermines First Amendment protections.

Key findings from the reports include that CISA:

  • Relocated its censorship operations to a CISA-funded nonprofit after facing legal challenges, implicitly acknowledging the unconstitutionality of these activities.
  • Attempted to mask its involvement in censorship to avoid the appearance of propagating government propaganda.
  • Developed a response strategy that involved labeling content as misinformation or disinformation, which has been criticized for potentially infringing on free speech rights.

These allegations stem from broader scrutiny under the theme of government-induced censorship, where federal agencies are accused of using their power to suppress certain viewpoints or information on social media under the guise of combating misinformation. The investigation into these practices is ongoing, with more details emerging as documents are reviewed and more information comes to light.

Saudi Arabia Calls on Its Citizens to Immediately Leave Lebanon – Embassy

Mounting security risks associated with possible war between Israel and Hezbollah

Saudi Arabia has called on its citizens to immediately leave Lebanon amid security risks associated with possible war between Lebanese Shia movement Hezbollah and Israel, the Saudi embassy in Lebanon said.

“The Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Lebanese Republic is following with concern the current events in southern Lebanon, once again calls on all Saudi citizens to comply with the decision to ban travel to Lebanon and calls on citizens there to immediately leave Lebanese territory,” the embassy said on Saturday.

On June 18, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that it had approved operational plans for an offensive in Lebanon. Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz later said that Israel was “very close” to a decision to “change the rules” against Hezbollah and Lebanon, threatening to destroy the movement “in an all-out war” and to “severely hit” Lebanon.

Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah said that the movement could invade northern Israel if the confrontation intensifies further.

The situation on the Israeli-Lebanese border worsened after the start of Israel’s military operations in the Gaza Strip in October 2023. The IDF and Lebanese Hezbollah fighters fire at each other’s positions in areas along the border on a daily basis.

The Lebanese Foreign Ministry said that around 100,000 people had to leave their homes in border areas, while the Israeli Foreign Ministry said that 80,000 Israelis had to do the same.

Leftist Media Panic: Protect Biden Or Get Rid of Him After Disastrous Debate?

Most Americans now know the media has an obvious bias in favor of Joe Biden

For those in the alternative media that have been tracking Joe Biden’s strange behavior over the past few years without putting on blinders, his recent performance at the first presidential debate was not surprising in the slightest.

However, the establishment media has spent the better part of Biden’s first term creating an endless web of lies surrounding his mental health and committed the worst of all propagandist blunders:  Believing their own disinformation.

This faux pas has led to an atmosphere of shock and panic from media pundits as they now scramble to figure out which narrative to go with as the Democratic National Convention approaches in Chicago, IL in August.  The Dems now have a few weeks to decide if they are going to triple down on Joe Biden as a competent candidate, or, replace him at the last minute with someone less embarrassing but with very little time to campaign (making the Dems look incompetent anyway).

Watch as Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski on MSNBC’s ‘Morning Joe’ bicker over which direction public perception should be molded in light of Biden’s terrible performance.

Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski’s on-air tiff about Biden’s disastrous debate?

Mika: “Everybody calm down, it’s fine to not spin what happened last night.”

Joe: “By the way Mika, everybody’s calm here, you’re the only one raising your voice…I said these were questions… pic.twitter.com/vTyPQoQWQH

— Eddie (@Eddies_X) June 28, 2024

This is, of course, assuming that decision hasn’t already been made behind closed doors.  There are those that believe the powers-that-be never intended to run Biden for another term and that they’re throwing him to the wolves only to have a younger proxy come in and “re-energize” the political left.  What is relatively certain at this point according to the polls and according to the general public reaction to the debate is that if Biden runs in November, he will lose.

On the other side of the leftist divide are the true cultists, the commentators and media pundits and “fact checkers” that refuse to say die.  They will defend Biden to the very end, simply because they have nothing else to cling to and barely two brain cells to rub together.  Example?  Check out our favorite clucking hive of mentally disabled hens at The View; they argue that the event was somehow skewed against Biden and that he is actually quite coherent when he’s not on the debate stage.

Joy Behar of The View suggests the debate was skewed against Joe and that’s why he performed so poorly

Joe literally made all the conditions for the debate and it was held by his friends in the media

You can’t make this up ? pic.twitter.com/pnvoOw7xLE

— Libs of TikTok (@libsoftiktok) June 28, 2024

In the meantime, the media “fact checkers” are on a rampage trying to sweep up after Biden’s mess, claiming that Donald Trump ‘lied profusely’ throughout the debate.  But as usual their fact checking relies on logical fallacies, strawman arguments and distractions from what Trump actually said.  For example, when Trump stated that he had the most secure border in US history, The Guardian fact checkers claimed that the migrant surge started on Trump’s watch in 2020.  This is false.  In 2020 illegal border crossings plunged, primarily because of Title 42 and the removal of amnesty incentives for illegals.  The surge started in 2021 under Biden.

It’s dishonest fact checking like this that is pushing more and more Americans over to the conservative side.  Most Americans know the media has an obvious bias in favor of Joe Biden – Even Democrats are acknowledging this and they’re starting to wonder if that bias is going to destroy them in the end.

Sadly, there are some the GOP that still don’t get what is happening.  There are already calls for Biden to be removed from office under the 25th Amendment, but why push for him to be replaced right before he’s about to be crushed in November?  What is that famous saying from ‘The Art Of War’?  “Don’t interrupt your enemy while he’s in the middle of making a mistake…”

Nikki Haley Urges Republicans to Prepare for Biden’s Replacement

The Democrats will not survive if they keep the US president on their ticket, Donald Trump’s former rival has said

The US Democratic Party will replace Joe Biden with a younger presidential candidate after his failure to perform in the most recent TV debate with Donald Trump, and the Republicans must be ready for this, Nikki Haley, a former Trump rival in the race for the GOP nomination, has warned.

The 81-year-old US President’s display during his televised face-off with Trump in Atlanta on Thursday was “shocking,” Haley said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal on Saturday.

“What we saw was that Trump was strong, but I don’t even think that mattered because Biden was so amazingly unfit. The way he lost his train of thought, the way he couldn’t grasp topics of what he needed to talk about,” she said.

The US president’s performance projected weakness and “our enemies just saw that they have between now and [the inauguration day on] January 20 to do whatever it is they want to do,” the former US envoy to the UN and ex-governor of South Carolina added.

Since the debate, reports have emerged that some Democratic donors are insisting that Biden be dropped as the party’s nominee for the November 5 election, and Haley expressed her belief that their demands will be met.

The Democrats “are going to be smart about it: they’re going to bring somebody younger, they’re going to bring somebody vibrant, they’re going to bring somebody tested,” the Republican politician predicted.

“This is a time for Republicans to prepare and get ready for what’s to come because there is no way that there will be a surviving Democratic Party if they allow Joe Biden to continue to be the candidate,” she said.

Haley reiterated her call for cognitive testing of all federal candidates, which she made as she competed with 78-year-old Trump in the primaries earlier this year. Washington is “full of older people” and voters should be able to see “who is up to the challenge and who is not,” Haley argued.

If the Democrats “continue down this path and they have Biden as their nominee, they are committing to hurting America,” the Republican politician stressed. The president should be replaced on the rival party’s ticket “for the good of the country,” she added.

On Friday, Axios published the results of a poll by Morning Consult, which suggested that 60% of voters believe that Biden should “definitely” or “probably” be replaced as the Democratic presidential nominee. When asked by journalists after the debate if the president was planning to step aside, the Biden campaign said “of course not.”
